Don't really know what to say but speak from my mind
Well I'm fine and I guess you can call me one of a kind
Been tricked by a Slick Rick...I'm feeling sick
But I pick the tick to travel out and stab him in the palm like a prick
I'm stick thick and I'm quick and I'm clever
Whatever the weather never decides whether I get better forever
Lured by Old Nicks, card trick, apparent nonstick, magic trick, however
I've been played by the beauteous girls in my school
Played stupid riddles and hand games and this is the rule
First...open the gate tell who it is you hate
but that's your date now escape gotta get to a safe place
Find a fish and borrow the cod's cape
Travel to cape cod which is odd and a little misplaced
Find a landin' spot that's great no longer chafe
but turn around...you been bein' chased by an ape

Her Anguished Heart Looks On Alone…
With door ajar, she looks outside
To see if he is returning –
Her lover left her suddenly;
She never knows the reason why!
With anguished heart, she wonders why
Her world has turned topsy-turvy;
Was she to blame for what happened?
Was he at fault for leaving her?
With unkempt hair and tears from eyes,
She looks deep down the road ahead;
Her heart is weighed by sorrow that
Seems too much for her to bear up!
Her lover left her weeks ago!
She has been all alone ev’r since;
The solitude is too much for
A lady’s heart to live for long!
She recalls all the events past;
Her lover was a charming man;
They were both made for each other;
But things had changed in short a span!
Her frame is weak from eating less;
Time does not pass but lingers still;
Sometimes her mind can’t even think;
Fate played a cruel joke on her!
There hasn’t been word from her lover;
A month has gone by in this way;
She does not know if he’s alive;
Was he ambushed by terrorists?
Her lover was an army-man;
She’d known him for a year or less;
‘My job is risky! ’ he told her;
She never understood his words!
He came for week-ends to her place;
They were quite happy together;
They’d exchanged words of love profound;
He slipped a ring on her finger!
It was in Kashmir valley then;
The LOC was quite near-by;
Terrorists had infiltrated;
Jawans were put on high alert!
Her lover left to ne’er return;
There was no word of what happened;
She hopes to see him back one day;
Her woe-filled heart keeps telling her!
She prays so fervently to God,
‘Bring back my lover alive fast,
or end my miserable life;
I feel I am by now half-dead! ’
Her anguished heart looks on alone!
Hope seems to leave her frail figure;
Some life remains in her body;
A miracle can bring him back!

He Played With Her Heart
He played with her heart
then left despair.
He played with her spirit
without a care
as to what he was doing
to the rest of she.
Oh if this never
happened from he,
she'd be able to breathe again free.
But time is the only
messenger of peace.
The passing of it
will have to surcease.
And if there's not enough
time that's left.
She'll go to her grave
with her soul bereft.

Scarlet Fever
I stood outside the Lucky Star
Staring at the flashing sign
It read: come on in and watch young
Scarlet's body come alive
Let her dance for you and catch your spell
You'll swear you can believe her
Be careful not to catch the scarlet fever.
So I paid my fare and walked down front
And found an empty chair
As I settled in young scarlet took the ribbons from her hair
The moves her body made while the music played
Were the likes I've never seen
And she became the envy of my dreams.
One by one her teasing movements
Brought the crowd out of their seats
And all at once young scarlet
Danced straight up in front of me
From the moment that her eyes found mine
I've never been the same
Scarlet locked another heart upon her chain.
Now I get scarlet fever every time I see her
But she's a night club teaser
Not paid to notice me
Yes, I get scarlet fever
If she knew how much I need her
She'd place her hand in my hand
And dance away with me.
She looked 25 but I was told
That she was just 16
She had a way of making a man believe
She danced for only him
As she tantalized I fantasized

I'll Even Practice Opening the Door
How can I better trick a practicing magician?
I think of it but those thoughts quit.
Whenever you threaten to leave and disappear,
I'm not trying to take notes to recreate your act.
I stay devoted like a child,
Who anticipates in waiting...
For a stated promise to be delivered.
And that is made very clear.
Hoping for the moment you will actually do what you say!
And praying for that time to come,
When you've perfected what will be done.
With the taking of those steps long rehearsed.
And you are ready for a display,
That finally arrives to satisfy my thirst.
Like nothing else you ever can convey.
And don't think I will blink.
I want to be there to witness,
With applause that focuses on every detail...
Of you going away to gift as my benefit.
But I do admit of losing patience.
Since you can't seem to make this trick of yours,
Stick like you say to stay that way.
Comeon just do it!
All what's needed is for you to go through it!
Do it please. Just do it!
And I want to ask if you need my assistance...
But something inside me stops my lips.
With a wish when you do this,

Hes a one trick pony
One trick is all that horse can do
He does one trick only
Its the principal source of his revenue
And when he steps into the spotlight
You can feel the heat of his heart
Come rising through
See how he dances
See how he loops from side to side

The way his hooves just seem to glide
