Wistfully Watching

They explore the world
through windows,
church windows,
school windows,
two up, two down windows,
castle windows,
large windows,
small windows.

They see it all,
from blameless to guilty,
from noble to treacherous,
through windows.
From skyscraper windows,
to basement flat windows,
from paupers windows,
and palace windows

they watch, absorb, suck it in.

Later when they have grown
they will remember,
try to empathise,
rationalise
decipher the coded metaphors,
but some day
they will be demoralised
by the windows of life.

There they sit __ wistfully watching __
the children

of our times.

As Said

As said I have opened
All my doors and windows
Lions snakes birds
Air rain all allowed
To come and go.

I am impartial
I am transparent
I am judicious
I salute the truth
I salute the beauty
And pious.

As said I have opened
All my doors and windows.
I catch true words
That is there
Within the seven colors
Within the rainbow
Within the life
That is going and going
Like Times honest arrow.

Home Coming

Leaving in the dark
In an accidental day
From the dawn
To the following day
Celebrated winter wedding

Putting on by
Official white dress of
Soft cozy woolen snow
Enjoyed the day having
Made a velvet carpet with fallen snow

Closed windows opened
Opened windows closed
To see the snow bride
Of celebration had

Melting the joy in the eve
Saying good bye
Left winter bride
Returned home

To live with a long time
Fresh and beauty of own

My Sand Castle

I opened the creaky door and little windows.
Let wind comes to sooth me.
Nobody wants to stay for a while
And my burning altar cries.
I am scared to remain that opened.
The culprits may invade as saints in the middle of the night.
But in this empty house what they have to take away?
I have pawned everything that would never redeem.
The boisterous waves rolled up to the shore
And I slipped.
The string was broken and the kite flew towards the heaven.

Birth of death

Birth of death
(Stream of consciousness poetry)

This is a well thinking thought
How to control
A robot
Before inventing,
How do you cherish
The success of poetry
Before composing,
This is a well thinking thought
Of the immortality
To give the meaning
The state of being
As the creator
Can not create
The enemy of
Immortality,
Which He Himself is,
Death
Is the success
Of the game plan
Before the game
Was invented
But loophole lies
The immortality
Does not have life.
What's the pleasure
Of being an entity
Of immortality
Without taste
Of life and death!
(He Himself knows)

Windows Of The Soul

They are the windows of the soul,
With roller blinds above,
Eyes opened up, grant new insights,
Still tantalised by love,
Such that they dilate at the glimpse
Of new flesh to devour,
While watching bodies to and fro,
As they pass by each hour...

They are the windows of the soul,
They help us choose our food,
With instinctive fresh decisions
Until they change their mood...
One day you're in, one day you're out,
One day you're in-between...
But pretty soon, beyond a doubt,
Watch out when they turn mean!

They are the windows of the soul,
The poet's faithful friends,
For such as these still dream at night,
Despite each day that ends...
And in those dreams, the truth's revealed,
The secrets there unfold,
With nothing sacred still concealed,
Beware what you behold!

They are the windows of the soul,
Imagination's spurs,
With recollections in the brain
Reflecting what occurs...
Twinkling with each new happiness,
Alerting us of fears,
The 20-20 blessings stare,
Outpouring all our tears...

They are the windows of the soul,
That's why they mean so much,
To complete our bodies' senses,
Emotions they can touch...
They see our friends and families,
They see our lives so far...
Right up to here, right up to now,
So we know who we are...

I Step Out Of The Door

i step out of the door
from my dark room the windows are not opened
it is humid
it is cold
and i step out of the door the windows still closed
i lock the door and step upon a patch of green grass
the dews are hanging on the blades
and shaken

i look upon a sky
and there is this star still shining despite the opening of the
mouth of the morning
after a deep sleep

i see your face but i promise there shall be no tears.

Windows

Through the windows you see so much.
Revealing love with the lightest touch.
Through them you see so much truth daren't be spoke.

I sit and look through the windows.
Seeing through all the innuendos.
Reveling in the sweet cresendo.

As I stare through the windows.
The boughs break, and in my heart I celebrate.
As I realize it will not break.

For hours through those windows I could stare.
Worlds a plenty are there to share.
In awe and splendor I now stare.

Through those windows a bright sun glares.
How much longer do I dare,
to stare through these windows that show me things so fair?

The Village Atheist

Ye young debaters over the doctrine
Of the soul's immortality
I who lie here was the village atheist,
Talkative, contentious, versed in the arguments
Of the infidels.
But through a long sickness
Coughing myself to death
I read the Upanishads and the poetry of Jesus.
And they lighted a torch of hope and intuition
And desire which the Shadow,
Leading me swiftly through the caverns of darkness,
Could not extinguish.
Listen to me, ye who live in the senses
And think through the senses only:
Immortality is not a gift,
Immortality is an achievement;
And only those who strive mightily
Shall possess it.

Save Your Generation

[Originally by Jawbreaker]
I have a present,
It is a present,
You'll have to learn to find it within you,
If you could learn,
To love it you just might like it,
You cant live without it,
Theres a million open windows,
Passing these opened windows,
Passing these opened windows,
Whaoh, Whaoh, Whaoh [x2]
There is plenty,
To critice,
It gets so easy to narrow these eyes,
But these eyes will stay wide,
I will stay young,
Young and dumb inside,
I had just begun,
To forget my lines,
Your a punk and Im tellin everyone
You could save yourself,
you could save us all,
Go on living, prove us wrong,
Your leap of faith,
Could be a well - timed smile,
Survival never goes out of style,
I have a message: save your generation,
We're killing each other by sleeping in,
Finnegan, begin again,
This one can be won,
One can become two,
Two can pick and choose,
You could be the first,
You could save yourself,
you could save us all,
Go on living, prove us wrong,
Your leap of faith,
Could be a well - timed smile,
Survival never goes out of style,
You have to learn to learn from your mistakes,
You can afford to lose a little face,
The things you break,
Some can't be replaced,
A simple rule: every day be sure you wake,
You could save yourself,
you could save us all,
Go on living, prove us wrong,
Your leap of faith,
Could be a well - timed smile,
Survival never goes out of style.

The Settling Fog

“Save, save, save me from the brutal hands, ”
The cries emerged early in the foggy morn,
In the month of December in frosty cold.
Then a volley of bullets was fired,
The cries instantly became silent;
The neighboring windows, the doors opened,
They seemed like black holes in the thick fog;
The lookers’ images appeared like phantoms,
Then smelling stinking smell of the foul game,
They shut tight the windows, the doors,
No one came to rescue the victimized being,
For the fog was settling before the sun rose.

Broken Windows Shattered Mirrors

Broken windows shattered mirrors
The tiny slivers fall like tears
They cut me till my arms run red
They make me wish that I was dead
And though I try to carry on
I know my time here's almost gone
Broken windows shattered mirrors

Broken windows shattered mirrors
I'm surrounded by these fears
I know I shouldn't be afraid
I feel like I'm locked up in a cage
I push and pull try to get out
I scream until I just can't shout
Broken windows shattered mirrors

Broken windows shattered mirrors
I'll have bad luck seven years
I know it's just a superstition
But I also know it's pure intuition
That made me stay not fade away
So I could live another day
Broken windows shattered mirrors
