1-2-I've got no respect for pain,
My willpower's high octane,
I'm steaming up this hill like a supercharged train.
I'm in the physical commotion,
Of human locomotion
I have legs that are powered by internal combustion
I drink kerosene,
I sweat petroleum,
There's nothing ever been
That can break my uphill rhythm

Some call me flunky,
'cause I'm a running junky,
I don't snort coke
I don't do heroin,
But I get high on respiration and I shoot adrenaline

All I’m doing is running uphill.

We come from a long line of lenders
Who get rich just exploiting you spenders
But now we just manage our blenders

It helps to be charming and funny
Have cute names like binky and bunny
But the main things still oodles of money

know which route we always take...
when the rains blur our windshields
and the sun heat our seats...
we sleep atop the moon bathed hill...
on beaches with calming waves...
roamed each road we never planned to take
but never we have felt before...

I keep running, running
trying to get away
my feet are moving, my heart is pounding
I keep looking back, trying to see if you are behind me
time is an issue here
I'm falling
I'm hurt
but i got to keep on running.
your'e always there,

My pace has slowed up
these feet are not sure, if they can make it anymore
running out of reasons to leave
you even memorized them
challenged me, when i named them

my energy level has been destroyed
