Under Cathedral Fir Trees… 5.27.2008
I face another call: Carlos Castaneda,
“The Second Ring of Power”, a story
about sorcery and challenge, describing
a journey to freedom and impeccability,
it will be engrossing, mind-blowing
I don’t want to sacrifice the sea-side
holiday to such a journey, a “brilliant
assault on the reason” - as a matter of
fact, I have very little reason left, I would
rather stay attached to what is left
But Seth is packed, I want to experience
Jane Robert’s philosophies in the sacred
Cape Vidal atmosphere, under the fir tree
cathedral, in the wooden huts, diving at
day-time with fires and dreaming at night…

To seek freedom is the only driving force I know. Freedom to fly off into that infinity out there. Freedom to dissolve; to lift off; to be like the flame of a candle, which, in spite of being up against the light of a billion stars, remains intact, because it never pretended to be more than what it is: a mere candle.

For me there is only the traveling on paths that have heart, on any path that may have heart, and the only worthwhile challenge is to traverse its full length--and there I travel looking, looking breathlessly.

The dying sun will glow on you without burning, as it has done today. The wind will be soft and mellow and your hilltop will tremble. As you reach the end of your dance you will look at the sun, for you will never see it again in waking or in dreaming, and then your death will point to the south. To the vastness.

You have little time left, and none of it for crap. A fine state. I would say that the best of us always comes out when we are against the wall, when we feel the sword dangling overhead. Personally, I wouldn't have it any other way.

Only as a warrior can one withstand the path of knowledge. A warrior cannot complain or regret anything. His life is an endless challenge, and challenges cannot possibly be good or bad. Challenges are simply challenges.

To achieve the mood of a warrior is not a simple matter. It is a revolution. To regard the lion and the water rats and our fellow men as equals is a magnificent act of a warrior's spirit. It takes power to do that.

A Call
You can number me among the freshmen and,
You can call me names if you like;
But i have a call to fulfil on this earth.
Where is the Black Cat?
Where is the Blackman?
The last train from Mendrisio;
You can call me names but,
Hold back the dark and bring in the light;
This earth is man's journey.
Once upon a time and once upon a journey,
The ultimate guide to express my mind;
Once upon a life and once upon a view,
I am on a mission to fulfil a dream.
You can number me among the freshmen like,
A comfortable act among the Armageddon countdown;
But what i am doing with this Slavonic Connection is,
Like an autumn dawn with a franchise.
A call, a call;
This is all about the joy in me.
It encourages me to move on no matter what,
And my mind moves on like a plane too.
I need a life of my own,
You need a life of your own,
Like the Stationmaster's daughter with her muse.
I need a life of my own,
In a Fairyland to rest my mind;
This call is not yours but,
It is for the muse that muses with my mind.
I am now in the shadow of the commanders like,
The stigma of an office with its odyssey;
I have seen her face but once,
You have seen her face but twice,
The call is to marry her.
Mary me oh Dolphin-Swimmer,
I have seen hr face but once;
Like a clean mission in Madagascar,
And i have the muse of a virtue to share with her.
You have seen her but twice,
This is a call to wake you up;
The call is to marry her.
I need a life of my own and,
You need alife of your own too;
But, this call is for me to marry her.
