To The Storyteller
Spin us a tale, tell us a rhyme,
What happened “Once upon a time”?
Give us a ballad, sing us a lay
Of kings and princes far, far away.
Spin us a yarn, tell us a story
Of battles and kingdoms and warriors’ glory
Of princesses cursed, awaiting a kiss
Of lands full of laughter, beauty, and bliss
Of forests enchanted and wild bright lions
Of adventures braved by daring young scions
Of war and of peace, of love and of hate
Of apples in Eden that Adam once ate
Of sparrows in flight and fish in the sea
Of volcanic eruptions and mountains’ majesty
Tell us! Tell us! Please – tell us all!
Hurry, do hurry! Speak swiftly and clear
For our bedtimes draw ever and ever so near –
Spin us a tale, tell us a rhyme,
What happened “Once upon a time”?

Spin, Spin
So fine, so fine the web you spin,
I come too close and Im caught again!
In the web of wild design,
I do not know what fate is mine!
All the day sit and spin,
Spin your web and you draw me in.
Spin, spin, spin, spin!
And my daddy said when I was young,
Beware the web of love, my son,
To be in love is to be insane,
Make an old man groan, a young man pain!
All the day, sit and spin,
Spin your web and you draw me in.
Spin, spin, spin, spin!
Then I did go and the time did fly,
Many a true love passed me by.
And then you came like a blinding storm,
I landed in your web so warm,
Spin your web and you draw me in.
Spin, spin, spin, spin!
So fine, so fine the web you spin,
I come too close and Im caught again!
In the web of wild desire,
And I cannot control the fire!
All the day sit and spin,
You spin your web and you draw me in.

Spin, Spin, Spin
Spin, spin, spin
Spin around, spin around
The harlequin dances in a costume of green
Spin around
But under his makeup his age can't be seen
Spin around
But where are you spinnin'
When will you know
That life is for livin'
That it isn't a show?
Spin, spin, spin
Spin around, spin around
You look out on the city from your penthouse so high
Spin around
But your pedestal's your prison and so is your high
Spin around
But where are you spinnin'
When will you know
That life is for livin'
That it isn't a show?
Spin, spin, spin
Spin around, spin around
Your pills are you conscience
They make ev'rything seem all right
Spin around
Take a white one go to sleep
Take a red one to stay up all night
To spin around
But where are you spinnin'
When will you know
That life is for livin'
That it isn't a show?

Spin In The Black Circle
See this needle...a see my hand...
Drop, drop, dropping it down...oh, so gently...
Well here it comes...i touch the plane...
Turn me up...wont turn you away...
Spin, spin...spin the black circle
Spin, spin...spin the black, spin the black...
Spin, spin...spin the black circle
Spin, spin...whoa...
Pull it out...a paper sleeve...
Oh, my joy...only you deserve conceit...
Im so big...a-my whole world...
Id rather you...rather you...than her...
Spin, spin...spin the black circle
Spin, spin...spin the black, spin the black...
Spin, spin...spin the black circle
Spin, spin...whoa...oh...
Youre so warm...oh, the ritual...when I lay down your crooked arm...

The Spinner
Oh, what was it he meant
By his question as he went?
'I am making a loom,
'T will be up in April's bloom;
If you think it may be,
Spin for me!'
Oh, what shall I believe?
Does he think himself to weave?
And the yarn that I spin,
Lo, he thinks to weave it in?
And so soon as the Spring
Flowers shall bring?
And he laughed when he'd done;
Oh, he is so full of fun.
Dare I trust all my skein
To so young and wild a swain?-
May God help to bind in
All I spin!

Spin It On
(this is it)
Spin it on, dont stop. take it back to the top.
cos I gotwhole lotta love for you
I wanna spin it on. spin it on!
Off to the flicks with the piddle in her nicks, to the fair with her hair in curlers.
Their cousins didnt get all down to the pleasure dome
Their cousins didnt send their night in an aircraft hanger.
Memories . . .!
Spin it on, dont stop. take it back to the top.
cos I got whole lotta love for you
Thats why I wanna spin it on. spin it on! spin it on!
Spin it on!
Spin it on, dont stop. take it back to the top
cos I got whole lotta love for you
Thats why I wanna spin it on. spin it on!
Off to the fields with a missionarys zeal for the life of the wife of the farmer
Their cousins didnt get all down to the billiard hall
Their cousins didnt spend their time on a pinball table.
Memories . . .!
Spin it on, dont stop. take it back to the top
cos I got whole lotta love for you.
I wanna spin it on. spin it on!
Spin it on! spin it on! I wanna spin it on! I wanna spin it on!
Spin it on! dont stop! take it back to the top!
cos I got a whole lotta for you!

Marry - Go - Around
On the marry-go-round.
Baby spin me around baby around.
In circles we go. Its a balancing act.
Give and take.
Dusk till dawn.
God how this is fun.
On the marry-go-round.
Baby spin me around baby around.
So dizzy and i want more.
Riding it all night long.
The energy never gone.
Every single time you make it feel so damn good.
On the marry-go-around.
Baby, spin me around baby around.
I'm loving every minute of it.
Its love of the best kind.
God you are so fine.
Above the divine.
The taste of wine on your breath.
You and i know exactly were doing.
On the marry-go-around.
Baby spin me around baby around.
Going to town, in every possible way.
Please hush there nothing to say.
Just lets take this all the way.
One more time, just one more time.
On the marry-go-around.
Oh baby spin me around, baby around.
Jump up and down.
Hands in the air, hands on the ground.
In the perfect embodiment you shall surround.
the whisper of sounds.
On the marry-go-around.
Oh baby spin me around, baby around.

One-Way Fairy Tale
set in forests, castles, and kingdoms
begin with “in a faraway place…” and “once upon a time”
tell about princesses, fairies, princes and monsters
end with kisses and live happily after ever after
it’s funny how fairy tales are expected to be this way
filled with magic and wishes and enchanted days
though always start with humble and sad beginnings
they still close into happy endings
how I wish my tale will be the same
in which i just have to win over evil plans and games
then it’ll be forever with my fairy
a forever which is beyond any possibility
only prince charming can have cinderella
only shrek can possibly be with princess fiona
my story won’t end as happy as theirs
‘cause my fairy won’t be with me after an ever after
after some borrowed time, things will lose their magic
after some stolen seconds, clocks will normally click
unlike those fairy tales that never end after closing a book
mine will surely be forgotten after a talk
only you, my fairy can say it won’t end that bad
only you can stop ending my story that sad
even an author doesn’t have much power
only you can make our fairy tale a little bit longer

Waterwheel
I hear you call me, waterwheel
Spin round, round in a circle
Gracing my child dreams on fantasy hill
Spin round, round in a circle
Flash! paddles sending a spray to the air
Lately, my thoughts are still-
With you there as you spin round,
Round in a boyhood daydream
Spin round
My thoughts are drifting to a quieter time
(spin round, round in a circle)
Green covered slippery water-rocks I used to climb
(spin round, round in a circle)
Father and child walking down by the canyon
Lately, my thoughts are still-
With them there as they spin round,
Round in a boyhood daydream
Spin round

Spin
friday night, i jumped the line
clubbing with my girlfriends
it's our time to shine
throw a few bones, wlk a few dogs
hanging in the corner, drink and laugh a lot
suddenly there's you
and my heart starts beating
chorus:
spin - everybody's doin'it
spin - everybody's full of it
spin - working their show time,
cheap line, all i really want is a good time
working their....
spin - everybody's faking it
spin - everybody's diggin'it
don't give me that shop talk,
just stop and show me what you really got
verse 2:
so you got a cool ride,
you got your own crib
you work real hard,
put your money in the jar
and you're proud of it
you better not lie, cause i ain't no fool
spinning lies to hypnotize ain't what i do and
suddenly there's you
and my heart's still beating
repeat chorus
bridge:
(i'm real) - all i want is honesty,
(i feel) when someone good is close to me
(let me know) did this moment feel like destiny?
or just a freeze frame, mind game,
playing with my heart
(ad libs)
everybody's doin'it
everybody's full of it - spin
everybody's faking it
everybody's diggin'it - spin
repeat chorus (x2)

Spin You Around
Ooooo
Come on over the mountain
And I'll meet you at the otherside
Come on over the mountain
And I'll meet you at the otherside, yeah
If I saw you dancing
I would spin you around, spin you around
If I saw you dancing
I would spin you around, spin you around
Turn your world upside down
Ooooo
I'd spin you around, spin you around
Turn your world upside down
Spin you around, spin you around
Turn your world upside down
If you'll be my woman
I will take you to another side
If you'll be my lady
I will take you for another ride
If I saw you dancing
I would spin you around, spin you around
If I saw you dancing
I would spin you around, spin you around
Spin you around, spin you around
Turn your world upside down
Spin you around, spin you around
Turn your world upside down
I can turn you around
I'd spin you around, spin you around
Turn your world upside down
Spin you around, spin you around
Turn your world upside down
Oooooo
Maybe, baby
Upside down
I'm gonna spin you around
Maybe, lady
Upside down
I'm gonna spin you

Parting Party
Bring, bring, bring about
Let all the worries all run out
Set your emotions free about
Take a stand, spin around
Spin, spin, spin about
Before time clocks out
Laugh, laugh scream and shout
Have the goers party round
Eat, eat before the crowd
Gluttony it all before all is out

Turn It On Again
I know you're wild
I know you're dangerous
I know you're bad for the both of us
So stick around
Give me one more kiss
Get into this yeah yeah
Hanging up there's no alternative
Five years on we still remember it
A stolen night oh what I'd give
Let's make it serious
Turn it on. Turn it on again
I need to feel the world spin
Turn it on. Turn it on again
I don't know why
But I've still got you under my skin
Our lives have changed
It used to mean as much
I saw you with him
In the traffic rush
What's right for him
Must be good for us
This time it's real
It's the two of us
Turn it on. Turn it on again
I need to feel the world spin
Turn it on. Turn it on again
I don't know why
But I've still got you under my skin
I wanna believe in
Whatever's the real thing
I wanna believe in everything
Everything
Turn it on. Turn it on again
I need to feel the world spin
Turn it on. Turn it on again
I don't know why
But I've still got you under my skin
Turn it on. Turn it on again
I need to feel the world spin
Turn it on. Turn it on again
I don't know why
But I've still got you under my skin
Turn it on

Daughters of air
Hwooosh like wind
Just pass it by
The wind tide surfing high and low
Wipe wash glide
Across the sky
Move it up upon a down to slow
Spin spin whirls
Hush the sounds too deep
Spin spin girls
And lull yourself to sleep

Spin The Wheel
When I was young I thought I stood
On solid ground well that proved wrong
Everything I know was true
Just blew up in my face
Isnt life wonderful?
I really didnt think so
I took my chips and cashed them in
And let the games begin
Cause its easy
Its prefectly easy
To spin that wheel round
til you turn it all upside down
Its easy
Its perfectly easy
To let that wheel spin
til the numbers come back right to you
Now spin that wheel
Theres nothing to lose
Spin that wheel
Its waiting for you
Now spin that wheel
Let the wheel decide
Spin that wheel
Go along for the ride
Spin the wheel
You lose!
When I was young and set to move
I started looking forward to
The fun that disappeared so soon
I wanted to check out
Isnt life wonderful?
I didnt used to think so
I took my chips and cashed them in
And started up again
Now its easy

Dance Naked
I want you to dance naked
So I can see you
Id like to get to know you
You dont have to act naughty
Spin it round and round
Spin it round and round and round
I want you to dance naked
I promise I wont touch you
I promise to tell no one, no
I want you to dance naked
Spin it round and round
Spin it round and round and round
Spin it round and round
I want you to dance naked
If you like ill join you
I want to enjoy your body
I want to hear all your secrets
I want to know if you like me
As much as I like you
I want you to dance naked
But only if you want to
Spin it round and round
Spin it round and round and round
Spin it round and round
I want you to dance naked
So I can see you
Id like to get to know you
But only if you want to

Hodja
Hodja please show me how to spin now
Hodja please show me how you do it
All the other boys are laughing at me again now
Hodja please show me how you do it
Whenever I talk they dont hear a thing
And everyone laughs when I sing
Hodja, please show me how to spin
I want to do that dance til I forget where I am
So get up out of your bed one more time
Hodja, make me spin
Yeah, teach me to spin like I seen you do
Why dont you make me the envy
Of the kids in school
I know what to wear, I know how to sound
I know about kissing the ground
From every alley in konya
Mevlana sings turn around, turn around
Youve got to spin til your feet leave the
Ground
Hodja, someday soon you will be moving on
So wont you let me be the one
You lay the secret on
And its a 2 4 6 8, take it from the top
Youve got to start me up and dont let me stop

Hurry up! Hurry up! Hurry up!
Hurry up to fall in love!
Be surprised how beautiful it is!
Hurry up to speak of love!
Realize that these words can anyone please.
To give yourself to others –
What happiness it is!
All people are sisters and brothers
Take care of friendship, please!
Don’t hide the feelings of admiration!
It’s a foundation of love creation.
Use your brain but more imagination
If you want to find the right station.
Hurry up to be needed by someone!
Don’t suffer of senseless doubts!
Everyone on the Earth needs love,
No one wants the bailouts.
Hurry up to mourn and even to cry!
Those are forlorn whose eyes are always dry.
With every breath the time runs out,
Every moment of life is a gift beyond any doubt.
Don’t break the harmony of life
For the only sake of a strife.
Have a look at the situation twice or even thrice
You will find for sure a compromise.
Hurry up to love the rain and the snow!
Hurry up to love everything that grow!
Hurry up to love the hot and the cold
Hurry up to love the young and the old.
Hurry up to live in winter and summer!
Find the beauty in autumn and spring!
Appreciate a farmer who works hard
And…present you a pumpkin on Halloween.
Hurry up to listen and hear!
Feel the souls of those who are dear!
Hurry up and be happy today!
Nothing for tomorrow delay!
Summing up I repeat again:
Hurry up! Hurry up! Hurry up!

Human Wheels
This land today, shall draw its last breath
And take into its ancient depths
This frail reminder of its giant, dreaming self
While i, with human-hindered eyes
Unequal to the sweeping curve of life
Stand on this single print of time
Chorus:
Human wheels spin round and round
While the clock keeps the pace
Human wheels spin round and round
Help the light to my face
That time, today, no triumph gains
At this short success of age
This pale reflection of its brave and
Blundering deed
For i, descend from this vault
Now dreams beyond my earthly fault
Knowledge, sure, from the seed
Chorus:
Human wheels spin round and round
While the clock keeps the pace
Human wheels spin round and round
Help the light to my face
This land, today, my tears shall taste
And take into its dark embrace
This love, who in my beating heart endures
Assured, by every sun that burns
The dust to which this flesh shall return
It is the ancient, dreaming dust of god
Chorus:
Human wheels spin round and round
While the clock keeps the pace
Human wheels spin round and round
Help the light to my face
Human wheels spin round and round
While the clock keeps the pace
Human wheels spin round and round
Help the light to my face

Never Ending Story (live Acoustic Version)
Armies have conquered
And fallen in the end
Kingdoms have risen
Then buried by sand
The Earth is our mother
She gives and she takes
She puts us to sleep and
In her light we'll awake
We'll all be forgotten
There's no endless fame
But everything we do
Is never in vain
We're part of a story, part of a tale
We're all on this journey
No one is to stay
Where ever it's going
What is the way?
Forests and deserts
Rivers, blue seas
Mountains and valleys
Nothing here stays
While we think we witness
We are part of the scene
This never-ending story
Where will it lead to?
The earth is our mother
She gives and she takes
But she is also a part
A part of the tale
We're part of a story, part of a tale
We're all on this journey
No one is to stay
Where ever it's going
What is the way?
We're part of a story, part of a tale
Sometimes beautiful and sometimes insane
No one remembers how it began
