The Path of Hope
The Path of Hope
The Path of Life is layed before you
Life is like a novel…It has elements
It has Characters
It has Settings
It has a Plot
It has Ideals and Morals
Like Friendship and Love
Like Faith and Sacrifice
Like Fate and Destiny
Like Hope and Despair
There are Paths…Paths of your destiny
The Path of Good or The Path of Evil
The Path of Darkness or The Path of Light
The Path of Hope or The Path of Despair
Only you can choose your path
But chose wisely…For you can’t turn back time
You must follow your heart…For it will guide you
Never give up on your dreams
Always Believe…Trust your heart
Don’t let the bad people get you down
Just Believe,
Trust your Heart,
Have Faith in your Dreams,
Have Hope in the Despair,
Follow the Light in the Darkness
Find the Euphoria in the Sorrows,
Trust your Friends,
Follow the Stars…They will Guide you
May the Stars be a Light for you when all other Lights go out
Life is like a Novel…

On That Path
I'm on that path,
So was my mother,
I'm on that path,
Just like my brother.
I'm on that path,
I didn't know my father,
I'm on that path,
And i am the master.
I'm on that path,
upon the good, straying from evil.
I'm on that path-
There is no cheating.
I'm on that path,
God knows i need him.
I'm on that path,
and i hope i'm never leaving ;)

Lifes path
There are so many paths in life
I guess I could say
I ve walked them all
The right path
The wrong path
The path of pain
The path of good
The path of bad
Which path do I now take
At this present time of life
The path I take is the path of pain.
The path of hurt
So many paths I have walked
But im lost in the path
The path of pain

Life is a Journey; Not a Destination
The time has come
To say good bye
I gave it my all
I really did try
I took your heart
Which I broke in two
I tried to fix it
I did all I could do
Your eyes once warm
Now dead and cold
Your words once soft
Now cutting and bold
I became the man
You knew I could be
But now it's too late
These changes you won't see
You live in my past
Not here in today
Tomorrow doesn't matter
Our dreams washed away
You need to be happy
So I need to go
These changes to you
Are only a show
I bid you farewell
I wish you the best
I hope you find peace
I hope you find rest
I hope you find life
How you want it to be
I hope you find love
Even if not with me
My journey continues
Even if I'm alone
My Lord God will guide me
To wherever is home
For He knows my heart
And he knows my soul
In him I do trust
I am not alone
For the day will come
When I know his plan
I once was a boy
But now I'm a man
Even though I feel weak
I know I am strong
My path it is narrow
My path is so long
So I bid you farewell
And I hope I will find
That your path is not different
You're just two steps behind
For this is life is so short
And I have no control
My one living wish
Is to be one with your soul
It may not be tomorrow
But in the next life
Eternity together
As husband and wife
Take care my sweet princess
Take care my best friend
I will love you forever
As time has no end
On my path I continue
My heart it does know
Where God wants to take me
So with Him I will go

His Light For You Will Always Shine
May the sun always brighten your path to lead your way,
let the sun warm your path to happiness and for you bring glorious days.
Never hesitate to stop and pick a flower along your way,
this to represent life to it's fullest extent.
If rain begins to puddle your path, look up to the Heavens,
if there's no sun, remember the light is still there.
The light of God's son will always shine for you,
just follow his word and on the right path you will stay
your whole life through.
Let the sun be your mirror each day, let it reflect
your beautiful memories of past days.
A blanket the sun will be for you, warming
you to your very heart, with ever ray.
In darkness, when the sun doesn't shine, God's son
will still provide a light for you. His light will always
remain in your heart, and be a guide for you through, all time,
Just look to the Heavens, the light will always shine.

Fate vs Destiny
To find your true happiness tempt fate to discover your destiny.
You must hearken back to when real happiness was known
Remember its impact on your life
Opportunity knocks, open the door, you will see it coming.
You may be surprised to discover fate can mask your destiny.
Your fate and your destiny are not one in the same.
Your fate is what you settle for in life.
What you take as your life marches on day by day, an obligation to life.
Destiny is the gate you find at the end of the path you blaze
As you strive to attain life’s goal open the gate and find love,
Happiness and contentment; true peace of heart and mind.
Fate may leave you at destiny’s gate at the end of life.
Knowing only the travails of your battles to achieve life’s goal
Knowing not the sweetness of your victories.
The gate may not be open, leaving you empty
At the end of life's journey.
The path to your destiny is yours and yours alone
Ask yourself whether you wish to settle for your fate or…
Tempt your fate and discover the path.
The dark side of life; fear and self doubt can blur and cover the path.
Not always seen in the clear; hidden in your memory
Or on the full plate before you the path is always there.
Those who have known the depth of their love, the strength of their spirit,
Will find a guiding light illuminates their path.
In these qualities of character you will discover your true self
And the key to unlock the gate.
You will recognize the guide of your light.
The choice is yours, settle for fate or follow the light,
Find the key, unlock the gate … discover your destiny.

The Lords Path
there is a choice that i must make
of which path that i should take.
i was shown the path that leads
to my death and destruction.
but! i must teach my fellow man
the life of a new construction.
the life of following the LORDS word
so it can be taught and heard.
seeing the path which ahead lies.
do i continue and give it a try?
is my faith strong enough
for this path is mighty tough.
so here i stand with choice in hand.
do i help my fellow man?
do i give up my life so that the
world could be free and follow this destiny?
or do i forget my fellow mans needs
of which my LORD had planted this seed.
this is the choice that HE has given to me.
to follow him so that other men could lead.
to lead mankind to the path of light
and be able to see all the LORDS might.
and now this question i propose to you
if you was me what would you do?
(we all know the choice he made, for our salvation)

Shroud of Destiny
Destiny
A foretelling
Your purpose in life
Stray away
Must not
Follow your dreams
Disregarded
Only one path
Destiny provides
At birth
Failure this
Concept is
Truth be told
Many paths
Lay in front
Hiding in the
Shroud of destiny
One purpose
One goal
One path
In life
No decisions
For you only the stars
Decide

Knowing Not what’s Ahead
I don’t know what lies ahead, so I look to my Savior instead,
The One Who bore a cross for me, to die a death at Calvary,
He, Who did that for me friend, knows how my path will end,
And so I’ll fix my eyes on Him, as He gives me peace within.
On every path that we trod, we must trust our Lord and God,
For on the path He has us go, our Lord’s desires shall show,
Where that path will end for us, as we follow our Lord Jesus.
And what the outcome will be, within the plan we cannot see.
The Plan of God we must embrace, while living out our days,
As children formed of but dust, an Eternal God we can trust,
For our Lord makes no mistake, on any path He has us take,
As all things work out for good, in His ways not understood.
Whether my path is bright or dim, I must always trust in Him,
He, Who knitted me in the womb, has set up, for me a room,
In His Father’s Home above, where Christ leads by His Love,
Love, He guides me in each day, even upon the darkest way.
Even if I choose my path in life, my way’s directed by Christ,
And upon every path taken, by my Lord I am never forsaken,
Who continues daily leading me, from this earth into Eternity,
Where all things will fall in place, when I see my Savior’s face.

Divergent Faith
A path; continued In time
For self interest
Not of mine, other
This path is not of meet with
Rather divergent faith.
The path in between
Two segments of brain.
Thin, enkindled with light of own.
Difference! The path in between two segments
Knows how to meet with.
And, this path is not of meet with
Rather divergent faith.
Drenched late autumn with
Glamorous night & quiet mist
Likely go in for convergence.
Dew laps faith
This dropp of faith
Seems to dark
Dazzling spark.
The path of late autumn
Encircle the wreath of faith
And, this path is not of meet with
Rather divergent faith.
Eternal path
An elisium of solemn soul
Who burn with passion.
Time; a narrow passing mate
Although the path live
In the course time.
And, this path is not of meet with
Rather divergent faith.

Path I Choose (live)
During the last rays of the sacred moon
I walk the desolate terrain cold and all alone
The rider came to me a black tornado, a violent mass
The cloud of evil rose, now I'm marked for all time
Temptation befell me
Darkness is calling for me
This is the path that I choose
This is the path that I choose
Forced power besieged in me
Showing visions of what will be
Now obsessed with my fate
I must go forth and conquer
The chosen one to lead the pack
This boiling hate has risen
From the depths of my blackened heart
This madness is my destiny
Temptation befell me
Darkness is calling for me
This is the path that I choose
This is the path that I choose

A path is only a path, and there is no affront, to oneself or to others, in dropping it if that is what your heart tells you. Look at every path closely and deliberately. Try it as many times as you think necessary. Then ask yourself alone, one question. Does this path have a heart? If it does, the path is good; if it doesn't, it is of no use.

Destiny v.s Fate
Down the road of destiny
you see your future life
you see your future children
and you see your future wife
Walking down your path of fate
you lose grasp of all your dreams
you cant find your accomplishments
you lose site of everything
Which path to take, you cant decide
but now you have to choose
on one its what you gain that counts
and the other its what you lose
You must pick now, your time is up
which road will you now take?
maybe the path of destiny
or even the path of fate.
Life or death.......which matters most
you should've thought before,
before you decided to get drunk
and you drove down to the store.
You knew that it was comming
your mom said dont drink and drive
maybe you should've listened
and you might still be alive.

Renewed Life
It was mid- afternoon and the sun was hot
As my eyes searched for a cool shaded spot.
But there was none to be found
As my feet burned from the scorching ground.
It seemed like miles that I had traveled
As my thoughts became unraveled.
Thinking about how my life had been
And in this battle could I win.
I lost my job, my house, my family too
Walking these streets not knowing what to do.
But there was something that for years
I had not done or tried
As I fell to the ground and began to cry.
LORD! My life has become empty and hollow
Is this a sign - that with you I should follow?
Right there and then a cloud covered the sun
When I heard a voice say 'your life has just begun'.
Follow this path that I will give
And you will see what it is to live '
Then the sun reappeared and washed away all my fears.
In its place came relief, and with it a new belief.
Of HOPE, FAITH, AND LOVE
Given to me from above.
I followed his path and spread his word
And preached to others that had never heard.
In the homeless shelters I found my flock
And from that point on - I did not stop.
The homeless now have their faith renewed
And this was the path that I had to do.
I had lost and gave up everything
From my old life, and the path
I now follow is of paradise.

My...
Heart of…
Heart of my heart,
Heart of my dream,
Heart of my hope.
The path…
The path of good-byes,
The path of heart ache,
The path of what was never meant to be,
The path of me.
The truth…
The truth of no truth,
The truth of what it was,
The truth of the past,
The truth of fear.
My good-bye…
My heart…
My path…
My truth…
My...

What Do You Do I Ask
(5/4/12)
What do you do when you feel all hope is gone
And hanging by a thread you linger on.
What do you do when you take three steps forward
And eight steps back, and in life you're always under attack.
What do you do when you have door after door
Slam in your face, and to hide - there is no place.
What do you do when your loved ones have lost faith in you
And you don't know what to do.
What do you do when you pray every day
And the answers don't come your way.
Is this really the time to give up hope
When all your life you learned to cope.
Your dreams don't come when you want
And may never come at all
And to the ground they may fall.
Your dreams may not be what GOD has intended
But in your life, your dreams may be ended.
There may be another path that he wants you to travel
And his answers will all unravel.
Your life is not lived just for yourself
You must touch everyone else.
We are surrounded by millions of people
And each life touching another
And giving hope to so many others.
We can not see what he has in store
But we live with faith as we open the new door.
The door may be something that we don't expect
And it will make our lives better yet.
So open the door and let that radiating light shine through
For this is the light and path that belongs to you.

Last Days In My Life
(3/7/12)
There were days in my life that I recall
When there was no hope left - no hope at all.
Then my thoughts wandered to CHRIST
And I felt that I was in paradise.
SAINT PETER was there to meet me at
Those pearly gates
And I knew I was there because I never lost faith
there were angels on both sides that lined
The path to his throne.
My family and friends were there, so I wasn't alone.
The choir of angels singing all in tune
And I knew my life didn't end too soon.
The path was filled with the brightest of lights
My oh my such a beautiful sight.
And the trumpets blared with the most beautiful sound
As the angels all gathered around.
I walked up the path as if I was floating on air
Because I left behind any worries and cares.
Although I felt a slight pain in my heart
Because I had left so many behind
But I knew that they would be fine.
The transition from being a mortal man
To being a guiding light, had made
My heart jump as it took to flight.
I could now help others more than ever before
For my lord had opened those doors.
Our souls become like lightning bugs that light up the sky
That's what we become you and I.
We light up the path for all others to see
As we greet friends and family.© L.Rams

They Spark in Colors of Pearl and Silver
They Spark in Colors of Pearl and Silver
The Stars in the night sky…Shine so Brightly
They spark in colors of… Pearl and Silver
You must follow them to find your way home
But now you are on your life’s Journey to find yourself
And your dreams
You must let them guide you
You must let them light your path
They will help you understand
They will give you hope
They will shine down upon you
May the Stars be a light for you when all other lights go out…

Sunlit Path
I want the sunlit path to guide me to my destiny
Where life is raw and exciting
That rejuvenate my mind, body and soul
Where I can absorb the richness of small things
And let out my internal world of thoughts
To reconnect with peace and beauty
Where unspoken words and voices take shape
And splash light on my settled thoughts
Where wind of hope brings fresh breeze
And words have clear meanings.........
I want the sunlit path to guide me to my destiny
Where perfect pattern of life strengthen my soul
And give meanings to my lively dreams
And fresh air pours positive energy in the rush of emotions
Where I can feel the essence of joy and create peace
To release all negative thoughts
To get everlasting melodies of life
And enter into the world of love and inspiration
Where I learn to appreciate the moments of joy
And get ready to face another day...........
I want the Sunlit path to guide me to my destiny.

Footsteps
As I follow my dear Savior, He guides my path and my behavior,
By His Spirit God makes my life, a shadow of The Savior, Christ.
This, as my footsteps follow Him; Christ, who died for all my sin,
For Christ leads me to my Calvary, to live my life for men to see.
As Christ who paid all sins price, guides me as a living sacrifice.
Living in the power of His Name, with God’s Gospel to proclaim.
His footsteps get me to a place, that He fills me with His Grace,
So that I can be Christ’s light, as God’s testimony in men’s sight.
The Lord above says follow me, upon a new pathway to Eternity,
For me, new footsteps had begun, as I chose to follow The Son.
My steps took me from my night, into my Blessed Savior’s Light,
From my world of darkened sin, to a holy walk, modeled by Him.
His footsteps never waver friend, but guide us safely to the end,
Leading all believers, day by day, safely down life’s narrow way,
Veering not to the left or right, but straight ahead in God’s Light,
The Light of the Word of God, upon our path on this earthly sod.
God has put us on an eternal path, far from God’s coming Wrath,
Upon a path prepared by Him, who took that wrath for all our sin.
By Christ becoming a sacrifice, believers gain entry into Paradise,
Following the steps of Jesus Christ, we will enter into Eternal Life.
Thy Word
Thy word is a lamp unto my feet
And a light unto my path.
Thy word is a lamp unto my feet
And a light unto my path.
When I feel afraid,
And think Ive lost my way.
Still, youre there right beside me.
Nothing will I fear
As long as you are near;
Please be near me to the end.
Thy word is a lamp unto my feet
And a light unto my path.
Thy word is a lamp unto my feet
And a light unto my path.
I will not forget
Your love for me and yet,
My heart forever is wandering.
Jesus by my guide,
And hold me to your side,
And I will love you to the end.
Nothing will I fear
As long as you are near;
Please be near me to the end.
Thy word is a lamp unto my feet
And a light unto my path.
Thy word is a lamp unto my feet
And a light unto my path.
And a light unto my path.
Youre the light unto my path.
