The Media and Islam
Today many Muslims face discrimination
Because of the Middle Eastern situation
I can't walk in the park, without hearing a racist remark
I'll rather sit peacefully alone in the dark
Rather than promote his ideas with a harsh trademark
It seems discriminating me is part of their interest
They automatically assume I'm an Al-Qaeda terrorist
And yet I'm the one being called racist
Why do I have to hear these racial slurs?
How much more of this do I have to endure?
Stop being arrogant and let's confer
Before another false media outbreak occurs
All this terrorism in Islam was introduced recently
When Islam has been around 1400 years humbly
You need to look into this more deeply
Because this has extended to a colossal degree
I know there are plenty of rabbi's out there that agree with me
You've been informed about my religion falsely
But you think it's funny
When my fellow Muslims endure the U.S.'s fury
It is the U.S. who is guilty
Because they're the one's causing all this hostility
The truth is scary
And nobody wants to do anything sadly
But it’s best to live wisely
Then take information blindly
We follow Muhammad (P.B.U.H.) : he's the last of all messengers
He told us to be kind and love each other because we're all brothers
Whether we have different ethnicity or nationality
We all derived from Adam and Eve in actuality
He taught us Arkan Al-Islam
Testimony, go Hajj, give charity, fast and pray
Shoulder to shoulder five times a day
With it we must have sincere intention and true Imaan
It's best to combine it with the pillar of Ihsaan
He came to us with a beautiful message
He was an illiterate man who possessed life changing knowledge
But the media portrays Muhammad and his followers with false information and images
Now everyone thinks and treats us like we're incivilized savages
It's all fake, none of it is true
Why can’t you see the truth, what’s wrong with you
It's a media breakthrough that simply outgrew
It leads to another issue we cannot undo
What's the point, do I even have to argue
Palestine, Iraq, Afghanistan... it seems we're all on the menu

The Islamic Religion
You heard about the Islamic religion
Now I’m going to bring you to the Islamic institution
For an introduction
And initiation
And salutation
Of the one true religion
You will witness Muslims making invocation
During prostration
And supplication
After the completion
Of ablution
Your prayers will have acceptation
Only with sincerity and intention
We are not under physical subjection
But it is merely our decision
To enjoy complete submission
along with great appreciation
The our Lord of all Creation
It is an Islamic tradition
To have Eid as our only celebration
Where Muslims meet and come together in socialization
Islam is the largest religion
The Qur’an is its divine constitution
Muslims don’t bother to petition
Because they are all on a mission
Alhamdulillah I'm in this position
Muslims face a lot of discrimination
Because people have no satisfaction
For the Islamic religion
Which has a low reputation
Because of the Bush Administration
That started the Middle East’s bloody demolition
We will have our reincarnation
On the day of resurrection
To witness Allah’s domination
Over his creation
The believers will be under his protection
Who passed his examination
The disbelievers will witness their own destruction
Because With clear proof and conclusion
They failed to practice the universal religion

Jihad
Jihad means struggle
In Islam most of the times
It refers to holy war
Jihad is the defense of Islam
If there was no Jihad
There would be no Islam
Jihad is obligatory for those
Who are driven away
From their motherland forcibly
Moreover
Jihad becomes obligatory
If the unbelievers wage War
Against the Muslims
Without any provocation
From the latter
However
Jihad is not obligatory
For the sick, women and children
Killing of innocent unbelievers
Is not supported by Islam

Women In Islam
How do women fit into islam? What is their fate?
This has been the subject of many a debate
‘for the believing men and women, is a great reward’
this is from surah al azaab, the words of our Lord
it can be seen from reading the holy Quran
that a woman has some privilege over a man
praying is exempted during menstruation
here islam gives women consideration
a woman after marriage becomes a wife
for nine long months she carries new life
during childbirth she is exempted to fast
islam is against the burying of girls in the past
they can pray at the mosque or even at home
they may marry or divorce, its their choice, their own
after marriage she can retain her old maiden name
and is rewarded for treating all her offspring the same
once they are married they should live pious lives
‘and the best men are those who are best to their wives’
islam shows equality my sisters and brothers
don’t forget paradise lies at the feet of your mothers
women in the UK had property rights from 1938
this right was given by islam,14 centuries to date
in the UK, women could vote from 1918
this was stated 1400 years ago in islam our deen
women can work and lead a happily married life
but shouldn’t neglect her role as mother and wife
a woman for her child’s upbringing, deserves her credit
islam also gives a woman the right to inherit
a woman’s status in islam, we should never neglect

My Religion
On one prelude to a brown new day
A man besides me woke up and pray
As curious as a caring mother
I questioned ''who is your maker''
He turn and showered a bundles of smile
And said ''I have been calling this words for a while''
Since he pushed you to this question
Well I shall show you my religion
first my faith is islam a peaceful teaching
we are called muslims the one that should do good thing
my maker is ALLAH, he is great
Unto him their is no equal weight
He born nor born or feels
He make he assigned and he kills
If we are wise, we should avoid our brothers bees
His mercy he grant for no fees
From abraham to muhammad he call
But the last is vital than them all
These people were meant for us to follow
But the last some say they did not know
Is it out of ignorance they deny?
Or perhaps to know him they never did try
We carved our action from the koran
A book our prophet left to guide every man
We are though to respect ever species
Even infant who don't know how to pull out feces
We believed, everyone is responsible for his motives
Not his faith which ensure, victim forgives

Don't Shoot The Messenger
An expressed view hits me in the middle of the night.
And some of them have more then just a tiny over bite.
Too ugly to wear.
Too ugly to share.
Many times truth takes this form.
Graphic images with warning signs beware.
In the darkness upon our midnight dreams what is it we see?
I am insomniac who can't sleep because of the knowledge of what is going on across world.
I must spread the truth I keep telling myself.
Do right by my fellow man.
But the question how far should one go?
Why do so many need somebody to hold there hand?
Scared of what change might mean for them.
Scared of the unpredictable future.
Scared of the escalating volatility across the globe.
Fear should never dictate ones judgement.
We have allowed it and made too many compromise because of it.
In the interest of your security but who security is that really?
I keep hearing that tune in one form or another.
Fear mongering beyond any realistic proportions.
I know what your thinking isn't that what you do?
NO! ! ! I don't want anyone to be afraid.
I want them to be informed and prepared.
We live in turbulent times and I don't see a peaceful resolution any time soon.
The corruption of our very sociology has occurred.
Where you are damned if you do and you don't.
Where speaking out could condemn you for the rest of your life.
Where not speaking out could enslave for the rest of your life.
The catch 22 of this century will revolve around our speech.
Where social media is bringing chaos to order in the control of the people.
Where news media is bringing order to the chaos in the hands of governments.
When bad light is shined and it becomes a call for one to be arrested on the grounds of treason.
When due process and all other rights upon being arrested are removed from ones own citizens.
The information war, the libertarian war.
It is a war that now is being waged in many forms.
But the worst is where governments are committing human right violations under a term called terrorism.
A vague cover all term, that is so non specific that if you are suspected of anti-government acts you could just disappear to some secret prison never to be heard from again.
Or thrown psyc ward and forever declared to be insane.
A corrupt capitalistic dictatorship where the banks, and corporation control all politician with money legally changing hands.
Rigged election where you think you have choice.
But party lines are the same.
Where greed is the motivation not the people, not the society as whole.
No consideration for what their children might have to endure.
Running up the tab on a national debt, with disregard for the possibility that it might collapse the very us currency.
I don't know what all the solution are but I want to see honest politicians.
If you actually care about your family you must do right by them if no one else.
This could destroy our whole society in years to come if someone doesn't put a stop to it.
So just step up, be a man, do what's right and decide policy for us again.
