I get sad
too sad, when I dont get external support, encouragement and praise
it sucks.

or lack thereof,

what is wrong with me, and why cant I be

I watch her grow and play
every day
I watch her get into mischief
I watch her discover new ways of life
and discover new things in life
I hear her guard the house with all her little might
(Witch is not much)
but she tries so hard
I’m there for her when she’s scared
for she’s there for me

The place is only eighteen square miles.
And is the home of over four thousand gang members.
Some segments of it,
Look as if negligence is tolerated.
And decadence celebrated.

Clearly with ignorance to salivate.
As disrespect for others is shown...
And lack of discipline and illiteracy,

I used to be a renegade, I used to fool around
But I couldnt take the punishment, and had to settle down
Now Im playing it real straight, and yes I cut my hair
You might think Im crazy, but I dont even care
Because I can tell whats going on

I like my bands in business suits, I watch them on tv
Im working out most everyday and watching what I eat
They tell me that its good for me, but I dont even car
