If I Ever Was a Snake
If I was a snake, my eyes would be green,
I would wander the land and look real mean.
If I was a snake, I'd know how to sting,
Despite all the trouble it would bring.
If I was a snake, I'd be red and gold,
I would slither and slather and eat my mice cold.
If I was a snake, I'd rattle my tail,
But I'd be polite and never go to jail.
If I was a snake, I'd slide on my tummy,
Hamsters and mice would be real yummy.
If I was a snake, I'd live on the ground,
Sleeping and snoring 'till I was found.
I would never learn how to rake,
If I ever was a snake.

The Snake Man
Slither and Slide
Along the ground they Glide
Looking for somewhere to Hide
And this is Worldwide
So in every little Hole
It's not always a Mole
So you have to have Control
Thats why we have the 'Snake Patrol'
It's the Snake Man
In his little Minivan
He'll russel them Out
We should not Stick About
The snakes were all Caught
And then they were Brought
Far far away
To Live another day

Only Woman Bleed
Man's got his woman to take his seed
He's got the power - oh
She's got the need
She spends her life through pleasing up her man
She feeds him dinner or anything she can
She cries alone at night too often
He smokes and drinks and don't come home at all
Only women bleed
Only women bleed
Only women bleed
Man makes your hair gray
He's your life's mistake
All you're really lookin' for is an even break
He lies right at you
You know you hate this game
He slaps you once in a while and you live and love in pain
She cries alone at night too often
He smokes and drinks and don't come home at all
Only women bleed
Only women bleed
Only women bleed
Only women bleed
Only women bleed
Only women bleed
Only women bleed
Black eyes all of the time
Don't spend a dime
Clean up this grime
And you there down on your knees begging me please come
Watch me bleed
Only women bleed

you are not yet as smart as you could be
respnosible for mans fall from grace
gliding thru the desert at his own pace
your ungainly walk is a silght to behold

4
slither slither come hither
as he walks towrds an unknwon path
some times not even taking a bath
lord shivs's mala he becomes
the enemey shudders when he comes
5
slither slither come hither
in day and in night he trods a path unseen
as if for a morning walk he has been
he is the one who persuded eve to eat the fruit
he was involved in adam and eves dimise
he is the symbol of lucifier
6
slither slither come hither
gliding on the hevens gate
he is the one who gave adam the bait
he is the symobl of eveil and distrction

but if you disturb him you just might meet your end
he rests in the shades for a while
moving around only in the dead of night

slither slithe come hither
some worship him like a demigod
some feed him milk with out a secod thought
he is unpridictable when disturbed
fighting tooth and nail to save his turf

Didnt I?
(carly simon)
Didnt I give you midnight?
Didnt I give you the month of june
Didnt I make it alright
When everything was ruined
Didnt I say didnt i
Didnt you say didnt I too
Didnt we both say didnt i
till didnt we say were through
Didnt I try, didnt I cry
Didnt i?
Sorry that your mother dropped you on your head
Maybe her mother dropped her too
In the end we all get dropped
We all get black and blue
But didnt I always love you long
When time was short and the night was cold
Didnt I admit that I was wrong
When the anger was new but the fight was old
Didnt I say didnt i
till didnt we say were through
Didnt I try, didnt I cry
Didnt i, didnt i,
Didnt I do?

I Didnt Want To Need You
Baby, I never gave my heart to anyone, oh no
Used to think that love was a game
I used to make it just for fun
When we spent the night together
Didnt mean it meant that much
Now I just cant live without your touch
I didnt wanna to need you, no
I didnt wanna want you like I do
I didnt mean to fall
Didnt wanna care at all
I didnt wanna need you
Like I need you now
I cant get no sleep
coz I keep thinking of you all through the
Night, oh yeah
My eyes cant wait to see you again
My arms cant wait to hold you tight oh yeah
And when youre laying here beside me
There is nothing else I need
Never thought that this could ever be
I didnt wanna to need you, oh no
I didnt wanna want you like I do
I didnt mean to fall
Didnt wanna care at all
I didnt wanna need you
Like I need you now
Ive always been free
To leave when I wanna leave
But its not up to me anymore
I didnt wanna need you ...
I didnt wanna to need you, no
I didnt wanna want you like I do
I didnt mean to fall
Didnt wanna care at all
I didnt wanna need you
But I need you now

Its A Shame, Its A Game
(hicks / horton jennings)
Out last night in my sunday stripes
(you didnt want to know me)
At the tuesday hop if I wear drainpipes
(you say youre gonna throw me)
The way you treat mes frightening
Strike me down like lightning
You know its a shame (you didnt want to know)
Its a game (you say youre gonna throw me)
Out of town theres a story round
(youre staying with another)
At the picture show so the rumour goes
(youve been playing with my brother)
I dont know where Im standing
You give me such a bumpy landing
Its a shame (youre staying with another)
Its a game (youve been playing with my brother)
Getting a bad reaction
Chasin my girls best friend
Wonder should I walk on home
Plan a break-up or shake hands and make up again
Its a shame, its a game (its a a shame its a game)
Wah ooh
Its a shame, its a game
Wah ooh
I was out tonight looking wild in white
(you didnt want to know me)
Tried to catch a hint on how to jive
(you didnt want to show me)
I havent got a dogs chance
If I dont know how to hip-dance
Its a shame (you didnt want to know me)
Its a game (you didnt want to show me)
Wah ooh
I really felt hip wearing my stripes, baby its a shame
(its a shame, its a game)
And I really thought my drainpipes were outta sight yeah, its a shame
(its a shame, its a game)
Well, you struck me down like lightning, baby, I didnt know what to do, ha
(its a shame, its a game)
Theres so many rumors about me and about you I dont know what to do
Its a shame I dont know what to do, baby I need ya
(its a shame, its a game)
Oh, cmon and teach me how to hip jive
(its a shame, its a game)

Tears, Blood, & Smiles
My tears are for you, yes for you.
For you because, you hurt inside.
For you because, you seldom smile.
My blood is for you, yes for you.
For you because, your pain cut me.
Your pain impacts me.
This smile is for you, yes for you.
For you because, I need to bleed no more.
For you because, I need to bleed no more.
I need you to smile for me, yes for me.
For me because, I cried for you.
For me because, I bled for you.
WE need to smile.
Smile because, we've cried enough.
Smile because, we've bled enough.
Smile because, our pain is gone.

Playing Your Game
(coverdale/moody/young)
Never wrote a single word I didnt want to say
So glad I got to know you better today
I never wrote a single word I didnt want to say
I want to see you tomorrow
If thats ok, thats ok
Ive seen a lot of everything I didnt want to know
Somebodys dying all the time
Ive seen a lot of everything I didnt want to know
Want to live tomorrow to come and go, you know, come and go
Im playing your game
And feeling just the same
Oh Im just your fool around, Im just your fool around
But I dont get you down
Am I gonna see you when the lights have all gone down?
Will I hear you calling out my name?
Am I gonna see you when the lights have all gone down?
Wanna hear you say it
I played your game
This aint your game...

Snake!
Snake!
Glinting gold
Through grass
Shining scales
Flat facted eyes
Slither softly
Through the torns
Now I see you
Next you 're gone
Where did you learn to do that
Just like someone I once knew
Snake; an oracle of oath
The godless men worship the snake
The godless men take oath in name of snake
And the curse comes upon wrongdoer
The godless men take oath in the name of snake
And blessing rains upon the innocent
The godless men take oath in the name of snake
And snake bitten dead the lair
And snake spare life of the truer
Despite snake answers to godless men
No votive or thank given to snake, the god
So the stopped the men to swear
By it name, snake said men used
Thunder and fire for swearing instead of it name
As snake disowned the godless men
Hex fallen upon

Eyes on path
.
I missed the ladders, skipped the snakes
And crawled up in the snake and the ladder game.,
Caught by the giant snake, I stumbled down,
Landing on its tail’s square, to lose the game.
Travel with faith on your path,
Vision on hope when on tunnel
And mind on events that are in hand.
You will have interest till end.

Intelligence Fails
The world is a snake-ladder game.
Some get ladders but not snake bites.
Some get snake bites but not ladders.
Most get both but not evenly.
No intelligence can work it out.
