Quite Simple
a billion cells
more or less
make me
what I am in excess
egress and the want
to guess,
beneath my skin
rippling rivers,
juices of life flow on
different layers
levels staked up,
against each other
turgid and pulsing
synchronized to beat
in unison,
electrical charges of sensations,
charging back and forth
caressing watts propel,
prickly ohms resist, vibrating
in sympathy, a working harmony,
the conductor,
of this symphony
waves his baton,
the magic wand,
unfurls
the musical score,
motifs of thought,
from sensations wrought,
emotions and notions
ring bells,
chimes incite the cells
to act and action
move and motion
into be and being
denying
not to be

New Sensations
I dont like guilt be it stoned or stupid
Drunk and disorderly I aint no cupid
Two years ago today I was arrested on christmas eve
I dont want pain, I want to walk not be carried
I dont want to give it up, I want to stay married
I aint no dog tied to a parked car
Ooohhh, new sensations
Ooohhh, new sensations
Talkin bout some new sensations
Talkin bout some new sensations
I want the principles of a timeless muse
I want to eradicate my negative views
And get rid of those people who are always on a down
Its easy enough to tell what is wrong
But thats not what I want to hear all night long
Some people are like human toulinols
Ooohhh, new sensations
Ooohhh, ooohhh, new sensations
Talkin bout some new sensations
Talkin a new sensations
I took my gpz out for a ride
The engine felt good between my thighs
The air felt cool, its was forty degrees outside
I rode to pennsylvania near the delaware gap
Sometimes I got lost and had to check the map
I stopped at a roadside diner for a burger and a coke
There were some country folk and some hunters inside
Somebody got themselves married and somebody died
I went to the juke box and played a hillbilly song
They was arguing about football as I waved and went outside
And I headed for the mountains feeling warm inside
I love that gpz so much, you know that I could kiss her
Ooohhh, new sensations
Ooohhh, ooohhh, new sensations
Talkin bout your new sensations
Talkin new sensations
Ooohhh, new sensations
Ooohhh, new sensations
Ooohhh, new sensations
Ooohhh, new sensations
Ooohhh, new sensations

Ring Out, Solstice Bells
Now is the solstice of the year,
Winter is the glad song that you hear.
Seven maids move in seven time.
Have the lads up ready in a line.
Ring out these bells.
Ring out, ring solstice bells.
Ring solstice bells.
Join together beneath the mistletoe.
By the holy oak whereon it grows.
Seven druids dance in seven time.
Sing the song the bells call, loudly chiming.
Ring out these bells.
Ring out, ring solstice bells.
Ring solstice bells.
Praise be to the distant sister sun,
Joyful as the silver planets run.
Seven maids move in seven time.
Sing the song the bells call, loudly chiming.
Ring out those bells.
Ring out, ring solstice bells.
Ring solstice bells.
Ring on, ring out.
Ring on, ring out.

Telomenes
Cells generate, repair and degenerate.
Cells divide and produce new cells and die.
Teomenes present in the chromosomes
Are spent at every new cell division
And when telomenes are totally spent,
The cells die. Thus comes aging and death.

Man, like other organisms, is so perfectly coordinated that he may easily forget, whether awake or asleep, that he is a colony of cells in action, and that it is the cells which achieve, through him, what he has the illusion of accomplishing himself.

0153 Eine Kleine Morgenmusik
Dawn entered on time. The warning flash
of lightning like a conductor’s upraised baton
demanding thunder’s drumroll
echoing round the mountains. Salzburg
was never so musical. In his garden
a pulsatilla flinched with joy. Beneath
his fast pen, music wrote itself. In this house,
the waterpipes made music with the cistern,
doors made harmony with window catches; wet shoes
with wooden chairs scraped back. Mathematics
scrawled on walls sang number.
Piano lessons were from youth to age,
no need of cane for errant fingers. Yet
too many masters still to come; for him
never a false chord save in life.

Ring Them Bells
Ring them bells yea heathen from the city that dreams
Ring them bells from the sanctuaries cross the valleys and streams
For they're deep and they're wide
And the world's on it's side
And time is running backwards and so is the bride
Ring them bells
Ring them bells
Ring them bells
Ring them bells!
Ring them bells Saint Peter where the four winds blow
Ring them bells with an iron hand so the people will know
That the rush hour is now on the wheel and the plow and the sun is going down upon the sacred cow
Ring them bells
Ring them bells
Ring them bells
Ring them bells
Ring them bells Saint Martha for the poor man's son
Ring them bells so the world will know that God is one
For the shepherd is asleep where the willows weep
And the mountains are filled with little lost sheep
Ring them bells for the blind and the deaf
Ring them bells for all of us who are left
Ring them bells for the chosen few who would judge the many when the game is through
Ring them bells for the time that flies

Streams Of Living Water Will Flow
water of life
water of love
life bubble
life on grass blade
what is death by thirst Lord?
if anyone thirsts
let him come
to me and drink John 7: 37.
without water
there would be
no life possible...
out of his inmost
part streams of living
water will flow John 7: 38.
water is liquid life
water is a large
percentage of cells
cells comprise life
cells make up
all living organisms
man cannot live by bread alone?
“It is written,
“Man must not live,
not on bread alone,
but on every utterance
coming forth through
Jehovah’s mouth.” ” Matthew 4.4.
Fact! Many
have heard that humans
can live longer
without food
than they can live
without water.
It's true!
without
water all life
would die
water
vehicle being
entity
an important
part of cells
water of life
water
river of life
in plants
water
used by
plants
to carry
to distribute
nutrients
nutrients
plants need
to survive
blood
animals need
to distribute
nutrients
oxygen to
body cells
to transport
waste products away
from cells
blood cells
blood plasma
plasma
55% of blood
fluid is water
91% by volume
water water of life
a man took a spear
pierced his side
blood water came out Matthew 27: 48.
one soldier jabbed his side
with a spear, immediately
blood and water came out John 19: 34.
at that moment born like a baby
in blood and water
holy spirit was born into the world
“And the spirit and the bride
keep on saying: “Come! ”
And let anyone hearing say:
“Come! ” And let anyone
thirsting come; let anyone
that wishes take life’s water free.” Revelation 22: 17.

Dont Break This Rhythm
Dont break this rhythm, dont break this motion
All this momentum keeps stealing through
Across the cornfields, through all the marshland
Theres nothing gonna stop this thing
Clear the trees, burn the brushwood
Bring the diggers in, Im gonna move this earth
Lay the big stones, put down the sleepers
Haul the steel in, I will beat this land
Dont care how but, Im coming through here
Whatever it takes, oh
Dont break this rhythm, dont break this motion
We work together in sympathy
Dont break this rhythm, dont break this motion
We work together in sympathy
Dont break this rhythm, dont break this motion
We work together in sympathy
Dont break this rhythm, dont break this motion
We work together in sympathy
Right through these fences, cut through the stone walls
Dig out the tunnels from a solid stone
There she is, but so surrounded
All those fancy men with soft white hands
Come all this distance, that should be me there
Whatever it takes (whatever it takes), oh
Dont break this rhythm, dont break this motion
We work together in sympathy
Dont break this rhythm, dont break this motion
We work together in sympathy
Dont break this rhythm, dont break this motion
We work together in sympathy
Dont break this rhythm, dont break this motion
We work together in sympathy

What Had Been Touched
When it's time for me to sleep...
With a time for me to sleep.
I'm not that one to push it back.
With a taking of a nap.
Some days I might try to delay it,
With a laying down to do....
And flat on my back.
When it's time for me to sleep...
With a time for me to sleep.
I'm not that one to push it back.
With a taking of a nap.
Some days I might try to delay it,
With a laying down to do...
And flat on my back.
But getting sleep is hard to do.
Like a breakup is too.
And that is realized when someone wanted,
Isn't in bed...
To think about what had been touched,
And...
When it was 'there'.
Ready to share.
When it's time for me to sleep...
With a time for me to sleep.
I'm not that one to push it back.
With a taking of a nap.
Some days I might try to delay it,
With a laying down to do....
And flat on my back.
But getting sleep is hard to do.
Like a breakup is too.
To think about what had been touched,
And when it was 'there'.
With a laying down to do....
And flat on my back.
To think about what had been touched,
And when it was 'there'.
Prepared to share.
With a laying down to do....
And flat on my back.
To think about what had been touched,
And when it was 'there'.
Fighting off frustration.
Some days I might try,
To delay it.
With a laying down to do...
And flat on my back.
To think about what had been touched,
And when it was 'there'.
To think about what had been touched,
And when was it 'there'?
To think about what had been touched,
And when was it 'there'?
To think about what had been touched,
With a wanting to have excessive sensations...
Come back to life.
Come back to life.
With a wanting to have those excessive sensations...
Come back to life.
What had been touched.
Come back to life.
With a wanting to have those excessive sensations...
Come back to life.
What had been touched.
Come back to life.
With a wanting to have those excessive sensations...
Come back to life.
What had been touched.
Come back to life.
What had been touched.
With a wanting to have those excessive sensations...
Come back to life.
Come back to life.
Come back to life.
Come back to life.
With a wanting to have those excessive sensations.

Pulsing Pulsing
Pulsing pulsing,
Theres a beat in his arm still.
Pulsing pulsing,
Like the throb of an anthill.
Pulsing pulsing,
No death in the rain.
Ive been washing my hands,
In the stuff I wash my brains.
Im pulsing.
Youre pulsing.
Whos pulsing? .
Whats pulsing? .
Pulsing pulsing,
Theres a lump in his throat still.
Pulsing pulsing,
At the site of a crash throw.
Pulsing pulsing,
No push in the vein.
Ive been washing my hands,
In the stuff I wash my brains.

Art need no longer be an account of past sensations. It can become the direct organization of more highly evolved sensations. It is a question of producing ourselves, not things that enslave us.

Watching From Their Windows
A wealth of sensations,
Are presented for many to choose.
And from which to pick.
These sensations exist,
At one's fingertips!
But somehow the action,
Is not allowed to be permitted.
The availability of variety,
Does not explain why some prefer to sit...
In the daily complaining,
How their lives are spent...
Watching from their windows,
As the wind outside whips and shifts...
A boring accumulation of snow drifts.
And 'this' they find in the Wintertime,
To lock their minds upon...
As if guarding.
To ensure someone comes along,
To shovel or plow...
Their fixations away.

When we talk about stem cells, we are actually talking about a complicated series of things, including adult stem cells which are largely cells devoted to replacing individual tissues like blood elements or liver or even the brain.

Well, there are two kinds of stem cells: adult stem cells, which you can get from any part of a grown body, and embryonic stem cells. These are the inner- core of days-old embryos that can develop into any kind of cell.

London Bells
Two sticks and an apple,
Ring the bells at Whitechapel.
Old Father Bald Pate,
Ring the bells Aldgate.
Maids in white aprons,
Ring the bells at St. Catherine`s.
Oranges and Lemons,
Ring the bells at St. Clement`s.
When will you pay me?
Ring the bells at the Old Bailey.
When I am rich,
Ring the bells at Fleetditch.
When will that be?
Ring the bells of Stepney.
When I am old,
Ring the great bell at Paul`s.
Anticipation
Thoughts emerge from the awakened mind that merge with
sensations of the body our tracks and trains. The longer
the wait only stokes the waves of fire-bent and rippled
are our desires.Emotions sky, dip and turn in one gathered
motion an ocean of opportunity and as explorers dive.
Nicely framed pictures of how we view the outcome-fantasy
to reality, which will be outdone? The pressures of what
happens next invades our sleep.Make the rush of the day
blush with frosted daydreaming.Anxieties revealed as the
hours pass, seeing not just with our eyes-memories of loss
on the winds of the past. This is the present. What will be
the future? This is anticipation.

Only Then....
always from within
shall we make a beginning
we are like
the vacuoles of the cells
on an inner struggle
to fill in the gaps of
our anonymous existence
always from within
shall be start to grow
the heart
the intestinal spasms
the push outwards
to find the sun and take
in back
the air inside our lungs
we are always from the
stem
cells protruding
to have roots and become
the tree and
have leaves and have fruits
only then
can we say we belong to the world
only then can we say
we are us.
