My hero is no hero at all.

A Hero Is Born.

A hero is born out of the gutter he comes. The rich plot his death and kingdoms want him gone. A hero is born; out of oppression he came the spark of a change is what he brings. A hero is born; into hate is where he lives, yet he smiles and says I am the way. A hero is born and now the wealthy will cry, for he is a lord in disguise. A hero was born to be a champion of the poor but first he must die so he can be reborn. A hero has come and soon you will cry no more for this hero is the truth and freedom he brings. no matter who or where, you can be free. for the hero I speak of is the one who made me. at all truth I cry and strive in pain but the hero has many names. I found this hero today.
They looked right through me,
As though I were invisible.

What a smile I had on my face.

I Don't Want To Be A Hero

I don't want to be a hero renowned for my bravery
All I want is heaps of money and of my worries I'd be free
To pay my bills I have to struggle I live close to poverty
I don't want to be a hero what use would that be to me? .

I don't want to die in battle and be honoured posthumously
And be seen as an example and left for posterity
And the crazy army general say there's none so brave as he

I see you start
to be addressed so boldly.

And yet-
do you wince at the title?
Perhaps it should be
potential hero
or heroine for some...

But no, you prosecute
the term proper.
Are you not strong enough, then,
you who eats three meals a day
and sleeps beneath a solid roof?

And do not plead ignorance

Hero or villain...

We only need to do,
Do our jobs properly.
None of us can say,
Who would be hero?
Or who would be villain?
This is a wonder of history,
Or a mystery of nature.
He who wins the struggle,

On the other hand,
The defeated are the villain.
