Pepsi
Late one eve
whilst conversation runs loose
of a weave, thanks to family food and booze.
over left-over food, and near to napping
I sat slurrily chatting,
to my cousin, Pepsi.
then due to boozy bevvies
i decide to ask
'under what such circumstance,
would encourage parents to call a child pepsi? '
'go figure' she snarls half pissed herself,
'its not the corporate money making filthy drink that
bothers me, its the fact that its the cheaper alternative! '

Pepsi and Coca cola make people ready
soda's and water, blended with ingredients makes
the whole family happy, awesome some people
may say, satisfying result made our thirst refresh,
just as what many have taste; yawm1 ahrrh! whew!
ohm! feel so good and sweet for any holiday
Pepsi, what a luck day, Coca cola it’s always a
christmas for a whole way, wow! people shouted for
joy, dances for a night, singing and backing just to
stay for a night for a long, long company of friends
and families
drink as you laugh with Pepsi, makes you healthy
and a jump for joy with Coca cola leads you to stay
for a great job will done, the water of soda's made the
world go round, walking with feet, seeing with eyes
and listening with the ear, help cease pain in harmony,
like wounds rounded with thorn, the ingredients please
every dry throat to sip the sweeten soda's in the thirst
return
see soda as your on, use Pepsi as you drink and Coca
cola to round the healthy habit you earn, all are the
elements to stay alive, do what you can do for today,
act as you believe will bring other to learn, the highway
of what await us in the place what we call the future
be a Pepsi and Coca cola to other, let your taste be
tasted to zoom the future, its coming be generous
in sharing what you have in life...you’re a gift to other
life....thank and God bless you brother

Salad is Incompatible with Life
Yes, my waist is fifty inches -
Big for me because I'm short.
And yes, I like my cheddar cheese
When partnered with a vintage port.
Okay, okay, that double cream
Is always served with pud,
And cake and biscuits with my tea
Are just no bloody good
For my poor hardened arteries,
But see my point of view,
Please dear wifey if you please,
A Salad makes me spew!
I'd rather eat a bowl of air
Than crunch away on greens;
Drink water from the toilet bowl
Or nibble on my jeans!
But salad! Are you there?
You know it makes me snappy -
So let me fill my face with grub,
Stay fat, and die young happy!

Overweight with Food
Are you just a tub of lard and
Vastly overweight?
Do you think that when you die you'll
Need a piano crate
To act as coffin for your frame? -
Chosen as you die in shame, with
Only you to take the blame
For years of eating much the same:
A daily calorific fest
Gourmands of your ilk digest!
Is your heart in final fling and
Nearly set to burst?
Are your arteries bunged and clogged and
Feeling now the worst
For wear? - your aneurysm fit to blow
While blood as thick as rising dough
Cries 'Halt! ' to any hope of flow:
A dreadful state to put on show
In front of any nurse!
Best you hail a hearse.

Play Froggy Mountain Dew Or The Kermit Generation
Miss Piggy and Kermit the Frog was on America’s Got Talent last night.
Personally, I enjoyed them a lot more than David Hasselhoff.
Kermit and his relatives are making a big splash on TV,
- and everywhere in sight.
First there was frog in frozen string beans purchased at a Wal-Mart,
Now there was ‘frog’ in a Diet Pepsi can purchased at Sam’s Club,
An affiliate of Wal-Mart from the start,
Where the 36 pack was sold.
The 'disgusting' blob,
-that Fred DeNegri's wife says she poured out of his Diet Pepsi can,
-was probably a gutted frog or toad.
DeNegri was grilling in his backyard tiki,
In Ormond Beach, Florida,
when he popped open a can of Diet Pepsi,
-took a big gulp and started gagging, his wife, Amy, said.
Little did they know some sort of an amphibian was dead?
He emptied out the can down a sink but something heavy remained inside.
Frog legs anyone?
Because the creature had surely died.
They brought the can to the garbage—they couldn’t wait.
His wife took over and shook the can over a paper plate,
-until something resembling 'pink linguini' slid out,
- followed by 'dark stuff, ' Amy DeNegri said.
What happened to Fred?
‘Dark matter’? Was this a physics experiment gone amuck that came about?
As far as Pepsi is concerned; they are keeping mum.
The DeNegri’s are seeking legal advice, which would seem fit.
As far as Pepsi goes, an out of court settlement; --they should hop to it.

Syrup Sponge
Pour a pint of cream
Upon my spongy bulge!
Scoop me with a
Hefty spoon;
Taste my essence -
Do you swoon?
Feed your self-esteem; indulge
In me until you burst -
Death by syrup sponge - you're cursed!
And as the count in inches gain
Upon your weary waist, the strain
Will tell, but you'll not care -
Steeped in sponge, you're unaware!

Y... Food for the soul
Food for the body
I know of men, who do not have enough,
Lacking food and drink, their life is rough
Day in, day out they struggle for food
There is no time for any other good
Food for the ego
I know of men who have enough food and drink
So they have time for something else to think
Their egos are hungry for money, power and fame
Getting more, being restless, an endless game
Food for the soul
I know of men who are contented with how they live
They focus on soul and never cease to give
To give love and support, perform acts randomly kind
They are the ones who have at any time peace of mind

A Very Strange Medley (V.S.M.)
there's barkin' at the kitchen
yellin' in the hall
ringin' at the door bell
poundin' on the wall
kids out a sight

no time to cook on this hectic day

finger lickin' good
have a barrel of fun
goodbye ho-hum
say hello to your family
come on everyone

have a barrel of fun

Who Will Cry?
Who will cry for the little child who goes for days without food?
Who will cry for the little child who parents beat them?
Who will cry for the little child who is mistreated for being different?
Who will cry for the little child who goes unloved?
Who will cry for the little child whose stomach is swelled up?
Who will cry for the little child who doesn't have clothes to wear?
Who will cry for the little child who is shunned for not being popular?
Who will cry for the little child who is molested every night?
Who will cry for the little child who's parents are not around?
Who will cry for the little child who has to take care of his self?
Who will cry?
Will you cry?
Cause I have.

A Food For Everything!
Meals are the food for the body;
Knowledge is the food for the mind;
Meditation is the food for the spirit;
Music is the food for the love of heart;
Dreams are the food for the consciousness;
Prayer is the food for the Almighty;
Love is the food for the living heart;
Thoughts are the food for the brain;
Colourful ink is the food for the pen;
Ideas are the food for the stories;
Truth is the food for the will;
Sun’s energy is the food for the plants;
Plants are the food for the living beings;
But one man’s food is another man’s poison!

The Swift Wings Of Time
haven't you learned
your lesson? you call a friend
he is busy attending to a new born child
you call a cousin
he is getting married and busy preparing for
his wedding
the last one you call
had already gone to the U.S.
on a care giving job
a niece has just flown to
Canada
bringing with her
a family of her own
now
you accept it as a fact again
you are on your own trail again
left out by the swift wings of
time
wondering if
you have something to hold on
and
survive...

God is not
Only food...
Rich home
Dog is eat
Nice food...
That food is god...?

A god...
Good food is

Every good food

Silentely eat food
With out hot
And cool drinks...
Food is not only

Sonnet-On Our Diet
Tis not the quantity but eating speed;
'Tis not the quality but balanced food;
'Tis not the satiety but primal need;
‘Tis not the food that matters but our mood.
Sheer gluttony is sin at any age;
One's labours should decide the quantity;
How much of words can hold a single page?
Let food be by affordability.
The grape is same that gives the juice or wine;
The food is same that prince or pauper eats;
The taste depends on proper sugar, brine;
The mind matters much more than all sweetmeats.
Our food-habits decide our health and feat;
We eat to live; Don't live to eat and eat.

Sestina #2
why
I don't care for the money
I don't care for nothing
because every feeling you had was no more that words
but they have been my food
and never filled me, you had nothing to quench my thirst
thirst
I'm tires of the repetion tell me why.
my body is dying I need food
I'm sorry I made a mistake, but I want no money
just countless words
that speakes to nothing
Nothing
my three days are up, I beg thee quench my thirst
I'm so pleased to say those words
my rhetorical question is: why?
I rather to live in the 30's than to have money
I rather live without food
fourth time I said food
Dear, it's nothing.
You shown me that before, I HATE IT, the money.
emotions are dry. and I thirst
...you moke me, why?
they are more than words
they are Words
an entity that my mind's eye use as food
something is new, again why?
i'm teary eyed. It's nothing
situation change, but I'll never dout my thirst.
You are wrong, my mind does not want money
money
it makes lame all your words
your eye is dim, you thirst.
the lines I writes can be your food
but you want nothing
I don't care. don't ask, why
I'm tired of the symobles for money, because they have no belly for food
esoteric words, impressing nothing.
And i still still thrist...why?

Give This Child What She Needs
Give this child what she needs
Love
Give this child what she needs
Shelter
Give this child what she needs
Prayers
Give this child what she needs
Some food and water
Give this child what she needs
Good parents
Give this child what she needs
Good manors
Give this child what she needs
A smoke free home
Give this child what she needs
Peace and happiness
Give this child what she needs
To know God
Give this child what she needs
Your guidance
Give this child what she needs
Clothes
Give this child what she needs
Your support
Give this child what she needs
Some family time
Give this child what she needs
A nice bath every day
Give this child what she needs
Some discipline
Give this child what she needs
A warm bed to sleep on
