Ode to her skin
i want to walk out into the night
and cross the two streets
between us
I'll sneak into your room
and turn on every electric light.
light will be everywhere, filling the corners -
from the ceiling, from your desk, up from the floor
beside your bed, out of the fishbowl,
light light light light dribbling down the walls and
puddling into the folds of your warm blanket.
then,
when i can look at you from every bright angle,
I'll find you a new name,
something that fits close to the skin;
smooth, sleek, low cut
something, anything but
'beautiful' -

Light From The Creator
// light from the creator //
Let there be light
In the inner soul
In the eyes, into the blood
Light, light, Light, light, Light, light
Light every where in the body,
Light, light in the vein,
In the brain, in the present
To enlighten the darkness
In the deep darken hearts,
Light comes Light comes
To cross the light years.
Light comes to align with
The whole Universe.

Light.
Light me a light any kind of light,
Just shine its beam into my darkest night,
For like a child I stay up in fright,
So light me a light any light tonight.
Candlelight, moonlight any light is just right,
For in that light I might find my might!
Don’t sing me a song, don’t hold me tight,
Just light me a light, any light tonight.
Light me a light to assist my sight,
Just my naked eye darkness cannot fight,
So before darkness gets a chance to bite,
Light me a light any kind of light.
Flickering, glaring or outright bright,
I don’t care what kind just light me a light,
All I need is darkness away tonight,
So light me a light any kind of light.

Light
Brings hopes in the life, light
Travels with a greater might, light
Gives vision to many eyes, light
A colorful horizon on eastside, light
Seems coming form the heights, light
Over comes evils of the night, light
To the darkness it always strikes, light
Faster than any flight, light
For many beings it is a diet, light
Thunder seems snatching sight, light
Rainbow is at wide, light
Spreads everywhere at sunrise, light
Over sky all white, light
Gives impact always bright, light
Shows path, put on right, light
If one thinks it is a life, light

Light?
Have you ever wounderd from where light came
If the wondering of light is just a game
If light is playing a trick on our eyes
If light is just a bunch of lies
If light has a tempreture cold as ice
If light is actually hot as rice
If light can run around the room
If light will lead us to our doom
If light can catch a traveling ball
If light can hear our pleading call
If light needs us to see ing the dark
If light can produce a menacing bark
If light can flow as fast as sound
If light is only on earth bound
If light can take a human form
If light can get caught up ina storm
I often wonder what light can do
but its secrets are not for me and you

Blue Light
Oh well, here we are again
Lookin 4 something 2 get us in the mood
I tell each and every one of my friends
That the love we make is really pretty rude
But they dont believe me cuz its written all over my face
Like evian and the deep blue sea
U and me got different taste
U like it in the dark but I like a
Blue light
Can u turn on a blue light
Then cuddle up 2 me so tight
Just u and me all night
Alright, blue light
Can u turn on a blue light
Then everything will be alright
Oh, blue light
U say u wish I was shy
I always take a simple thing and push it way 2 far
But baby, thats the problem with u and i
U say not in public but I say in the car
Say, we need to get wild again like it was when we first met
Close your eyes and count 2 ten and when u open em -
Ill be standing naked with nothing but a smile on
Blue light
Can u turn on a blue light
Then cuddle up 2 me so tight
Just u and me all night
Alright, blue light
Can u turn on a blue light
Then everything will be alright
Oh, blue light
Ill be 117
Ull be still sayin baby not 2 nite
Its easy 2 see us on the cover of a magazine
double heart attack, couple both die in a fight
Oh baby! I dont wanna cross that road cuz I love u 2 much
Id do anything just 2 heat up your cold touch
Anything I would do, but up until u tell me 2
Blue light
Can u turn on a blue light
Then cuddle up 2 me so tight
Just u and me all night
Alright, blue light
Can u turn on a blue light
Then everything will be alright
Oh, blue light
Blue light
Can u turn on a blue light (cuddle up 2 me)
So tight
Cuddle up next 2 me baby
U and me all night, alright blue light
Light (u turn on a) blue light
And every thing will be alright
Oooh blue light
Blue light

The Light
(kieran kane/emmylou harris)
I see the light
I see the light at the end of the tunnel
I see the light and its burnin bright
I see the light its the light at the end that I run to
And the light, darlin is you
In the lonely heart of darkness
I have stumbled and I have strayed
Always searchin but never finding
A ray of sunlight to guide my way
I see the light
I see the light at the end of the tunnel
I see the light and its burnin bright
I see the light its the light at the end that I run to
And the light, darlin is you
I have travelled down this highway
Of hope abandoned and broken dreams
An unbeliever my faith was shaken
By all the sorrow I had seen
I see the light
I see the light at the end of the tunnel
I see the light and its burnin bright
I see the light its the light at the end that I run to
And the light, darlin is you
And the light, darlin is you

Light Is
Light is the breaking of dawn
Light is the load when you are just born
Light is a place without any fear
Light is when your lover is near
Light is a heart that's open and free
Light is a place where truth you can see
Light is a feeling that's good
Light is when everything's clear, understood
Light is the absence of dark
Light is a summer picnic in a beautiful park
Light is just simply walking on air
Light is what makes the shine in her hair
Light is what warms and what feeds
Light is not having any more needs
Light is a magical feeling inside
Light is the side of the street to reside
Light is always and always will be
Light is what joins us, him, you and me
Light Is.

“light”
Light-Light ever bright
Flood my every pore
Banish the black of night
From my very core
Light-Light ever bright
Sent from high above
Still my inner fight
Fill me with your love
Light-Light ever bright
You bring me cheer 'n joy
My heart fills with delight
I’m such a happy boy
Light-Light ever bright
Your gift to me is second sight

Dont Turn The Light Out
On my way home I met an
Old friend of mine
We walked and we talked an shared
A bottle of wine
We started to dance and my
Intentions were good
How could I know Id be misunderstood
I promised to call before the weekend
Was thru
Wed all get together sho she could
Meet you
I was just being friendly, I met her
By chance
You gotta believe me - its not a romance
Dont turn the light out, Im starting to see
Dont turn the light out, youre getting to me
Dont turn the light out, were burning so bright
Dont turn the light out.....dont turn the light out
You gotta see it from my point
Of view
The same situation could
Happen to you
I said it was over before she left
Town
I cant believe that youre putting me down
Dont turn the light out, Im starting to see
Dont turn the light out, youre getting to me
Dont turn the light out, were burning so bright
Dont turn the light out.....dont turn the light out
It would be easy if youd lighten up
Do it to please me, enough is enough
All that weve been thru, how can you doubt
The ups an the downs are what lovings about
So dont turn the light out, Im starting to see
Dont turn the light out, youre getting to me
Dont turn the light out, were burning so bright
Dont turn the light out.....dont turn the light out

Walk Towards Light
We all see the light
But not all understand mean to be bright
Blind say never know what is light look like
But not mean blind doesnt know what is bright
Light make something bright, bright never make a light
When the blind say, i'm bright..yes he/she is right
Coz bright is something we feel inside
And it's a great as we see the light...
So ask your heartbeat if they have both? ? smile is the answer! _Unwritten Soul
We all can see the light
The sun is the main source
Of our world's light
We can see its light at the day
But never can we see at night
The heart is the main source of our life's light
We can see its light day and night
Because it's bright not a light
Heart's bright can also be seen
When eyes bright
When faces smile
When lovers combined
When my friend take my hand
Walk with me towards the light

Turn Out The Light
Lover, lover, why is there light
In the itchy gitchy evening and its dark outside
And whats the difference between wrong and right
Wrong and right
Isnt it funny how pain goes away
And then comes back another day
The air feels very good today
Good today
Lover, lover, why is there light
Did you forget to turn off that light
Well thats all right but its way too bright
Way too bright
See the eagle above the hill
The lake reflects and is so still
The tension has gone from my will
From my will
Moon on the mountain shining bright
First there is dark and then there is light
And sometimes the light is way too bright
Its way to bright
Why dont you turn out the light
Oh, turn out the light
Why dont you turn out the light
Turn out the light
Turn out the light
Turn out the light

Summer Light...
Summer Light -Thru the Trees
Summer Light - Spotted Me
Summer Light - Palest Gold
Summer Light - Bright and Bold
I Saw Summer Light Descend
Summer Light, Made Shadows Bend
Summer Light, On An Emerald Pond
I Reached Out… It Touched My Palm
Summer Light, It Fell Like Powder
Or a Floating Incandescent Feather
Came Down, Like A Sheer, White Swan
Summer Light – Lifted Wing-Like Arms
So Sunrays Slanted – Shone-Misty
Summer Light-Beams, Embraced Me
Warm, Wonderful Summer Light
Touch Me Tender, Solar- Might
Summer Light, When I Was Lost
Summer Light, Found Me Before Frost

Faster Than Light
(taylor, taylor, taylor, rhodes, lebon)
Oh-oh-oh
Oh-oh-oh-oh-oh
Why I see your face
Moving in the aerospace
White light shining, were all alone
Scare of flying, cos here we come
White light, homing in
The speed of light, moving in
Faster than light (the light)
Faster than light (the light)
Faster than light..
Faster than light (the light)
Faster than light (the light)
Faster than light..
Oh-oh-oh-oh-oh
You see ways by the door
Pulling over years before
White light shining bright, youre all alone
Scare of flying, cos here we come
(chorus)
Light light light light light
Light light light light light
Light light light light light

Hot And Light
We liked it
we said
hot and light;
each soothing one other;
scheduling
in the dark of night;
hot was hot
still is hot
and light so light;
our laughter rose
ceiling height;
smiles
sing heart songs.
Your applied the heat
and opened
my succulencies
and flames
licked
above our souls
warm enough for lava heat
rich enough for love.
If I take your light
and sample it
will it illuminate
those creasings
where commitment lives?
Or is this un-light?
and will cool our hot night?
Hot and light
sooner or later
needs
a second act.
Don't you think?

Illuminate
My dearly beloved shadow of light;
My light when the day is dead
Receive and keep me in your brazier,
Receive me your resident lost.
The gorgeous light that illuminate earth evermore,
Like a wide open, sleepless eye forever
The light whose breath is fire;
Oh, master over the ever darkening night,
Sometimes, I reach to touch you;
Will I burn, or be bright as day?
With your light other lights illuminate
And returns to their first position
Like triangular stars before the fall
Like the light that extinguishes thenight;
Smooth as a king's way,
Riding in your chariot ever shinning;
With your light I am blest.
Who shall behold you my ideal light?
The stream from which bright waters flow
Those abiding in your light most holy
My guerdon is a noble fame; for
To turn away from you is the beginning of death.

Without Light
Without Light
Without Light, what would drive away the darkness?
Without Light, would there still be life?
Without Light, would there still be love?
Without Light, would trees still grow?
Without Light, would flowers still bloom?
Without Light, would there still be a sunrise?
Without Light, would there still be a sunset?
Without Light, would we still see the stars?
Without Light, would we still see the moon?
Without Light, would we still have hope?

Bright light
Bright light o so bright
Brings down a ray of sun light
This light that is so bright
Why does it shine on me?
Why would it shine on some one unworthy of it
I can't take this light this very bright light
It shines on someone unworthy
It looks like its my turn
To take whats mine to prove to this light
I am worthy
I can take it
It ain't so bright
But yet i still sit here
Alone
In this light
And all i want to do is
Shut the door
