Modify as Needed
Look closer by writing dreams, insights, ideas, thought forms -
Harbor creative solitude by going into solitude actively instead of drifting -
Notice more than thoughts but what causes these thoughts -
Observe attachment, emotion, change....without seeking -
Modify as needed....

Solitary Man
Sometimes I feel like a solitary man.
Under the night sky writing what I can.
No one else is moving or driving cars.
The world belongs to me under the stars.
While pondering in my solitude
Without a thought or plan,
Thoughts jump into the mind
Of this solitary man.
I don't know where they come from.
They are just my own surprise.
Sometimes I'd swear that they have come
Through a different set of eyes.
In prison I know that solitary
Can drive a person mad.
But in those I once sent there,
For the solitude they seem glad.
The Lord needed His solitude
For at one time forty days.
And again when in the garden,
Where for the souls of men He prayed.
So in my time of solitude
I also have time to pray.
It's when I feel the closest,
To Him in my night each day!

Solitude (Naani Poem)
Whenever time permits
gather your thoughts
into dreams
let solitude be your guide.
All you need
are quiet moments
to release your dreams
let solitude be your guide.
Let your dreams
take flight
show what is deep inside your mind
let solitude be your guide.

Solitude is never worse,
Solitude is never worse,
Solitude can never be worse,
Either way killing is not good,
Tyranny is not a wise calling in murders,
But a solitude with Ideas that change what is Human,
For man is a wild animal,
The monologue of good is even better,
This World hast a lot of problems,
We must bear to see fortune and not felonies,
That man is blessed that say's mankind is to love other's,
But detractors of solitude never cease to ease,
Solitude is never worse if it is for good of Humane,
Virtue is an insight that will regenerate a beauty of concept,
Thinking that solitude is not bad anyway,
But not solitude in making enemies,
But as a teacher,
An advisor and a good communicator.

In The Solitude Of Prayer
In the solitude of prayer
deep
Lost in moments in between weep
and sleep
In the solitude of prayer
Lonliness finds a rest
Survived another test
Brings out our best
In the solitude of prayer
With nobody there
Except those far away
Reminded of their distant care
In the solitude of prayer
You pray for their smile
For their personal trial
Silently, all the while
In the solitude of prayer
Dreams seem more near
More hope than fear
Thoughts of those past those dear
In the solitude of prayer
Pray for their souls kind
Whose memory is still in your mind
And in your heart
In the solitude of prayer
Pray for your dear friends
Whose heart's you defend
As your own heart they mend
In the solitude of prayer
As for God's wisdom
And his love
As all love comes from above
In the solitude of prayer
Find grace to forgive
And to truely give
And to live
In the solitude of prayer
Recall how to dream
Of warm embraces of affection
And of love returned in your direction
In the solitude of prayer
Pray with conviction
Pray for the impossible
Without fear or restriction

I
I
we don’t know where it is located
whether I is in the brain
only exist in the human mind
or just an emotion
place beneath the skin
ego
the I
is the letter, found in the center of pride
the reason of most humiliation
condemnation
depression
when pride overpowers humility
when unforgiveness clouds the inner spirit
but we can banish this I-seeking self
by changing our I-belief
what you believe is the cause
of your personality
becomes your thought
your habit
your character
your behavior
and your destiny
your belief determines your reaction
to every life situation
your choices
and it influences your emotion.
Belief defines who you are
loving or unlovable
skillful or not
creative or not
Intelligent or not
In control, grounded or not
So change what you believe
you are one of the pieces in life’s puzzle
change your belief
change your I ams
I am happy
I am lovable
I am overjoyed
I am energized
delighted
Creative
Change your intentions
Change your thoughts
Change your beliefs
make the best of your I

Snow On A Florida Mind
Snow covered meadows
That sing of my solitude
sting with my thoughts of you
Lying in these fields
Why would I want to move
Stop all my thoughts of you
Time to face another grey day
What should I have to prove
I just want to be with you
I know that the sun too must rise
If only to be with you
Take away this, my solitude

Thoughts And Dreams
Inside my empty room
there's only pictures in the dark,
I'm thinking in my solitude
because thoughts are what we are.
Outside in the darkness
faintly I hear a distant car,
now I'm dreaming in my solitude
because dreams are what we are.

In Solitude
A glass of red wine spent
Recalling life's events
Crowded in my skin
In Solitude
Relishing a melody of lament
Drifting through my window
Gliding in uninvited
In solitude
Last night I cried out loud
For the sake of hearing a sound
Though I did not hear me
In solitude
Gawking at my naked fear
Of living a life unseen
Yearning to belong
In solitude
I woke up in the evening
Read a book out loud
My voice wavering
In Solitude
As the heroine yearned
In an isolated crowd
To be loved
In solitude
I walked around naked
In my new home
My skin in flames
In solitude
Every molecule of air
Brushing against me
Scorched in vain
In solitude
It was raining that morn
When I came to life
My throat stinging
In solitude
I see no soul
I hear no breathing
I smell no skin
In solitude
I mourn not waking up
Next to my beloved
To warm my frozen hind
In solitude
Yet, I feel no cold
And life goes on
As I bury myself
In solitude

Solitude.
Solitude.
What trials we suffer,
sorrows thick as mists on still waters
blind us,
misty tentrils of darkening thoughts
tangle us.
Solitude weaves it's captive with illusions.
And ensnares good thoughts with brooding.
In trials of oneness,
we suffer.
2007.
Chameleons
We are all chameleons
We change our faces
As needed.
We change our thoughts
As needed.
We change our actions
As needed.
We change our values
As needed.
We change our principles
As needed.
We change our morals
As needed.
We change our love
As needed.
And our vows to God
As needed.
How sad
Poor Chameleons!

Solitude
A solitude enjoyed...
Has been a solitude earned.
One who appreciates a quietness,
Is deserving of a mind at rest.
A few who arrive...
Will confess a complete acceptance,
With a welcomeness.
Especially after dealing,
With those who find themselves still reeling,
Back and forth with feelings mixed.
From lives showing signs of an emptiness.
Devoid of a happiness they keep stalled...
Without a desire to remove this at all.
Existing with drifting wishes.
I appreciate my solitude.
Every chance I get!
It is quite different than being alone,
In an unwanted loneliness...
Others may perceive,
One condones and grieves!
This solitude,
Has been chosen to satisfy a certain mood!
And not to be confused,
With one who sits to brood in an attitude.
Those fits of mind are totally diminished...
When a solitude comes to implant and plenish!

My Thoughts
Thought in the eyes,
The ears.
Thought in mind,
The brain,
Thought in heart,
The soul.
Great thought is great
when it becomes great deeds.
With my thoughts within
Building my world within
Learning with thought;
Is great learning wisdom.
Learning without thought,
Is opportunity lost.
Thought for others
Thought for God
Thought for good
Thought for God’s blessing
Thoughts teach me,
Thoughts educate me,
Thoughts clarify me,
Thoughts enlighten me.
Thoughts make me wise
Thoughts make me patience
Thoughts make me trust others
Thoughts make me clam.
Thoughts before act
Is smart and wise
Act before thoughts
Is stupid and foolish
That’s my thoughts
They make thinking clear
They make belief deepen
They make confidence high.
In thoughts, my world
In my world, make my thoughts.
In thoughts, my words
In my words, make my speech
It’s my thoughts count
Counting my thoughts
To endless counting thoughts
Thinking the thoughts endlessly
My thoughts and thoughts again.

Solitude
How many times have you told me you love her
As many times as I've wanted to tell you the truth
How long have I stood here beside you
I live through you
You looked through me
Ooh, Solitude,
Still with me is only you
Ooh, Solitude,
I can't stay away from you
How many times have I done this to myself
How long will it take before I see
When will this hole in my heart be mended
Who now is left alone but me
Ooh, Solitude,
Forever me and forever you
Ooh, Solitude,
Only you, only true
Everyone leave me stranded
Forgotten, abandoned, left behind
I can't stay here another night
Your secret admirer
Who could it be
Ooh, Can't you see
All along it was me
How can you be so blind
As to see right through me
And Ooh, Solitude,
Still with me is only you
Ooh, Solitude,
I can't stay away from you
Ooh, Solitude,
Forever me and forever you
Ooh, Solitude,
Only you, only true

I´m as a Drifting Cloud
Like my heart is in the gutter of the street going
I´m as a drifting cloud so high and faraway
Every dream of my inside yearning is always knowing
What it is that comes and gives more to say?
Feelings never seem to stand by at any given door
It looks like they are going to somewhere
With their drifting thoughts that always are for more
And never can be at the same levels here
For the days are always passing on by to there
Each of you who know the truth of my true inside
With the wanderings that came about to give
Where the lights of city lights glimmer and glide
To flicker in the shadows of a glow that can’t live
Feelings never seem to stand by at any given door
It looks like they are going to somewhere
With their drifting thoughts that always are for more
And never can be at the same levels here
For the days are always passing on by to there
Somewhere you are in the distances of day
Like a morning coming up that cannot stay
In my thought that are so restless in their play
Like my heart is in the gutter of the street going
I´m as a drifting cloud so high and faraway

An Idea
An Idea can change the world, how many
things can be done from an idea, every piece
of object was an idea, sense the beginning of
time idea was the first thought created in the
mind, an idea is what surround’s every being.
But an idea is still only an idea and it can't be
felt, you cannot touch an idea or kiss it, or hold it,
ideas do not bleed or feel pain or love, an idea
cannot be seen or heard, its created in our thoughts,
but then again an idea can become real. An idea
can be what ever you which it to be, an idea can
be destructive, an idea can be brilliant, I've seen
people get killed in the name of ideas, ideas,
we walk around with a little
light bulb blinking in our thoughts, ideas.

Expressing God
God talks to me when I write,
letting me know through wisdom and sight.
The sight to observe and be consciously aware,
to express through writing what I can share.
Share thoughts on life and nature’s mystery,
put ideas and beliefs to pen for all to see.
The truth and laws of the universe,
three dimensional life is a blessing, not a curse.
Being a change agent by writing poems,
poems that might inspire people
while reading at home.
Maybe I will some day know,
That poetry writing is worth all
it’s weight in gold.

How poems emerge
When passion gets settled down
Gives birth of poem and of its own
It is expression from the heart
You can term it real feeing and art
What are we discussing today?
About poor test and forceful way
What poets are writing today and chase?
Few short lines for readers to guess
First of all it has nothing to do with poems
Nothing comes in head as pure and nice themes
And even if it comes then it is very vague
All threads are to be tied and traced
It will be unnatural to think of breeze in afternoon
No ideas may creep in mind and supplement soon
When I start thinking of hot after noon
Then there may appear cool evening with bright moon
I shall observe each cool nights with changing horizon
Movement of stars and diminishing their shine for moon
I may think of giving more weightage to shining object
Thus reducing the importance of stars of their brave act
Well, poems are all about this struggle
They simply not come without trouble
They will openly clash with set themes
All earlier ideas may be lost or put into flames
I may not give up that easily for simple reason
It is natural law and so change the seasons
Why should I not change the theme from time to time?
It may click and help for the race sometimes
I have made several pages of rough preparation
They have fairly come to the help in relation
I thought poetry is not all about writing on pages
It is out come of natural thoughts coming with age
Thoughts must travel with speed of light
It must bring back all ideas in sight
Then it must flow in orderly manner at one go
In same manner as calm waters of river naturally flow

(V – 2010) The Serenity of Solitude
At times lonely
When we go for a solitary walk
Down the silent valley of solitude:
As we whisper a casual word
It echoes back to us with a renewed energy!
That’s the serenity of solitude.
As we throw a casual glance
It captures for us a hitherto unseen beauty!
That’s the serenity of solitude.
As we touch a casual thought
It blooms before us as profound poetry!
That’s the serenity of solitude.
At times busy
Something entices us to take a solitary walk –
That’s the serenity of solitude!
Lines of Solitude
solitude unto solitude
in the diagonal becoming not yet of the lines of unfamiliar
in the gazing density of the labyrinthine points
the unique imagination of crossing sea and earth
the solitude tale of the journey becoming the song of his path
the passing over poetry of unsaid desert 'all too' human
to the ceremonial dreams of the plants

My Blue Pen
A pen, what is a pen?
An instrument for writing, a tool, a path to wisdom?
Or is much more than that?
What means this blue pen to my heart?
I'm writing with this pen all my thoughts, my hopes,
I'm keep it in my hand to help my ideas flow,
This blue pen is the bearer of all my joy and pain,
And when i'm writing, its blue ink holds my dreams.
I'm writing with my blue pen,
Which he gave it to me,
To never forget and to write,
Our impossible love story in the book of life.
