Make that fall
For a bird to discover its wings
And its “natural” ability of flying
It first has to make a fall
From the highest possible point in space
Only after several such daring attempts
Is the art of flight acquired
And the sky-confidence obtained
The danger is real
But, so are the rewards
If you cannot make that fall
You will never know you can
You will crawl when in fact you can fly
There is an Invisible Hand
Its strength is the strength of the whiling wind
Its length is the length of all the rivers of the planet
There is an Invisible Hand
That will never let you hit the ground too hard
When you finally decide to make that fall

For the Airmen
THOU who guidest the swallow and wren,
Keep the paths of the flying men!
Over the mountains, over the seas
Thou hast given the bird-folk compasses.
Thou guidest them, yea, Thou leadest them home
By the trackless ways and the venturesome.
Look Thou then on these bird-men, far
More than the sparrows and swallows are.
When they fly in the wintry weather
Be their compass and chart together.
Keep them riding the wind. Uphold
Their passion of flight lest it grow cold.
Thy right hand be under the wing,
Thy left hand for their steadying.
The Wings of the birds of Heaven be nigh
Lest their wings fail them and they die.
Make Thou their flying as deft and fleet
As the flight of the linnet or the blue-tit.
Thy hand over them, shall they fear
The spears of lightning or any spear?
Thy hand under them, what shall appal?
Not the fierce foe nor the sudden fall.
Show them Thy moon at night: Thy stars
Bid stand as sentinels in their wars.
Yea, make their lone tracks pleasant as
A soft meandering path in grass.
Thou that launchest the wren, the swallow
Guard our flying loves when they follow.

We Can Make It
I would do anything, anything a man can do
Youre my strength and weakness
I give it all for you
I would climb any mountain
How can I make you see?
Though the stars may fall, it will always be you and me
The light in your eyes is all the hope I need
Theres so much you can give
Your smile is my reason to live
Just take my hand, well make a stand
I know that we can make it
(hey) its you and me. the world will see
I know that we can make it, you and me
I see you, full of sadness
Wondering bout this world weve made
Theres a space between us all
Love has seen some better days
Oh we can make it
Oh we can make it
The love in your eyes is all I need to know
Im never letting go
Im here for you heart and soul
Just take my hand, well make a stand
I know that we can make it
(hey) its you and me, the world will see
I know that we can make it
I know that we can make it (hey, yeah)
Just take my hand, well make a stand
I know that we can make it
(hey) its you and me. the world will see
I know that we can make it
I know that we can make it
You and me

Fall Together
Looking through the looking glass, looking back at me
Ive got x-ray rear view vision but I dont like what I see
Now, I should not bitch and moan but theres not much I can do
When youre hangin by a thread and Im hangin on to you
Baby, we can fall apart or we can fall together
Its a long way down
We can make a new start, never say never
We can fall apart or we can fall together
Fall together
Fall together
Fall together
Now I know you feel compelled when youre way down in the dumps
Every road can take some turns, every road has got its bumps
Now you got to know yourself, you got to play it smart
cause you suffer for your sanity if you suffer for your art
Baby, we can fall apart or we can fall together
Its a long way down
We can make a new start, never say never
We can fall apart or we can fall together
Fall together
Fall together
Fall together
Now, honey, I got this feelin somethin funny, I dont what it is
My knees are shakin, my heart is racin and the grounds about to give
Baby, we can fall apart or we can fall together
Its a long way down
We can make a new start, never say never
We can fall apart or we can fall together
Baby, we can fall apart or we can fall together
Its a long way down
We can make a new start, never say never
We can fall apart or we can fall together
(fall together, fall together) fall together
(fall together, fall together) fall together
(fall together, fall together) fall together
(fall together, fall together) fall together
(fall together, fall together) fall together
(fall together) fall together fall together

For You are my Strength
A little prayer i whisper today,
To bless me with strength to follow your way...
Help me be strong and not fall for the wrong,
coz i am uncertain about life's journey that's long
give me the strength to wait at a length,
and a mind to be patient and not fall prey to what tempter's lend....
Help me to love and learn not to hate,
To be affecionate and caring to those you create...
For let me recall, that you are my all,
My strength will lie forevr in the joy of my Lord...

Endless Flight
Writers: andrew gold
Keep me steady
Dont rock me all around
Lord, I dont wanna fall down
Understand me
I wish this jet was off the ground
Look around you
And tell me what you see
Are you afraid or is it me?
I hope we make it
I hope we dont fall in the sea
And its gonna be an endless flight
Until we reach the ground tonight
Yes its gonna be an endless flight I know
Like a flyinbird in the night
The wind is strong but I hope Im right
An this will be the end of this endless flight
Make me happy
Just let me see the light
I hope the runway time is near
The look the captain gave
Wasnt comfort and saw fear
Oh, what a fear
And its gonna be an endless flight
Until we reach the ground tonight
Yes its gonna be an endless flight I know
Like a flyin bird in the night
The wind is strong but I hope Im right
An this will be the end of this endless flight
And its gonna be an endless flight
Until we reach the ground tonight
Yes its gonna be an endless flight I know
Like a flyin bird in the night
The wind is strong but I hope Im right
An this will be the end of this endless flight
And its gonna be an endless flight
Until we reach the ground tonight
Yes its gonna be an endless flight I know
Like a flyin bird in the night
The wind is strong but I hope Im right
An this will be the end of this endless flight

Listen to The Song of Invisible Bird!
Listen to The Song of that invisible bird,
The Song of great singer several souls heard,
Sings sitting on tree of life, hidden under every leaf,
Its song go unheard by those pretend deaf,
Ever tuned to that great music,
Everytime it sings same song,
But with different lyrics and different words,
Autumn may come followed by spring,
Leaves may fall to make way to new,
Each leaf has that song, the bird flies under cover of green leaf,
When old yellow one fall,
Green leaves should learn from the fall of the old!
One can wait flowers to bloom,
Or can reap all fruits mature,
or remove immature buds or raw fruits,
The tree of life spread to several worlds,
One parallel to other,
Makes one world happy by another,
some may cross and intersect,
only to give or take life!
Come an sit near a flower,
Look at frog waiting for insects to come,
The invisible bird sings its song,
May it be heart of the flower,
It is flower for you,
source of nectar to insects,
place where frog gets its food!
It is cage for that bird ready to fly,
enters as nectar into insect,
and it enters frog as insects,
and moves along food chain,
It may be invisible to these eyes,
Yet it has its flight can be seen,
Look at your heart, the same bird sing,
Who knows when and where is its next flight?

You Make It Easy
Gosh almighty baby
Yes, indeed
You supply the satisfy and Ill supply the need
I cant help the way I feel though I know just where it leads
You make it easy ( yes, you do)
For a man to fall, for a man to fall
Heaven knows I love my woman
Just bound to fuss and fight
Now I wind up on the barroom stool
Buying drinks and keeping tight
But you know Ive never done
Whats come in my mind tonight
You make it easy just sitting there looking good
For a man to fall, for a man to fall
Now me and my wife
Weve got the rest of our life
To make this thing right
But you and me will only see tonight
So baby, wont you turn me down and point me out the door
Ill head home and sleep it off just like every time before
You keep on lookin good my way
I wont hold out anymore
You make it easy, you sure do make it easy, baby
For a man to fall, for a man to fall
You dont have to make it so easy, baby , no,no,no
For a man to fall
For a man to fall
For another wise good man to fall
You dont have to make it so easy, baby
For another wise good man to fall
You dont have to make it so easy, baby

Black Woman
The day I met you I saw strength
and I knew from that point on
that you were pure woman to me
possessing a spirit that was strong
I want smiles to replace the sorrow
that you have encountered in the past
and since it was strength that attracted me to you
it will take strength to make it last
My negative side will attempt to change you
but please fight that with your all
it will be your strength that keep us both standing
while others around us fall

Make Me
Tell me why after all this time is the light hiding in your eyes
Do I see promises never made or is it just a sweet surprise
(chorus)
Make me high ~ make me low
Make it stop or come on let the damn thing go
I am hanging on your heart
Make me love or fall apart
Come on make me
Talk to me tell me now tell me true
Tell me what you wanna do
Are we gonna go on one by one or do we go two by two
(chorus)
I need a place to lay my head
And take your wine onto my tongue
Pick me up and shake me shake me down
I need your heart to hear my song
Hold me now ~ see by me
Or let me go ~ open up your hand and set me free
Like a dandelion ~ like a hitcher on the wind
Set me free again set me free again
Set me free free free again
(chorus)
Make me fly ~ make me fall
Make me everything or make me nothing at all
I am hanging on your heart
Make me love or fall apart
Come on make me

The Invisible
The rain makes me invisible
It invisible
The wind blows and thunder roars
Everything is more noticeable today
Except for me, invisible in the rain
Why did you make my heart cry
How did you make a strong man a weak one
I guess these feelings I can’t fight
Although made invisible by the rain
It has been an hour or two since you left
And yet I miss you immensely
It’s due to the thoughts running through
When will I see you again
Or even if that’s a possibility
Now as you’re looking down, I know I am not invisible.
And neither are these tears, I thought were hidden in the rain.

The Company Man
(magne furuholmen / paul waaktaar)
Andy was the company man
Responsible for signing the band
Songs came out of our mouths
And into his hands
Oh yeah
Legal help, yes we had plenty
Bank-accounts are easy to empty
Everybodys trying to help
Everyone is so friendly
Oh yeah
And we all come down
Dont make a sound as we hit the ground
Yes we all fall down
Dont make a sound as we hit the ground
Give us something easy to sing to
Give us something simple to cling to
Something we can all understand
Said the company man
Oh yeah
We sing
And we all fall down
Dont make a sound as we hit the ground
Yes we all fall down
Dont make a sound as we hit the ground
Yes we all fall down
Dont make a sound as we hit the ground
May we all fall down
Dont make a sound as we hit the ground

The Invisible Man
Im the invisible man,
Im the invisible man,
Incredible how you can,
See right through me,
When you hear a sound,
That you just cant place
Feel somethin move
That you just cant trace,
When something sits
On the end of your bed
Dont turn around
When you hear me tread.
Im the invisible man,
Im the invisible man
Incredible how you can
See right through me
Im the invisible man
Im the invisible man
Its criminal how I can
See right through you.
Now Im in your room
And Im in your bed
And Im in your life
And Im in your head
Like the cia
Or the fbi
Youll never get close
Never take me alive
Im the invisible man
Im the invisible man
Incredible how you can
See right through me
Im the invisible man
Im the invisible man
Its criminal how I can
See right through you,
Hah, hah, hah, hello,
Hah, hah, hah, hello,
Hah, hah, hah, hello-hello-hello-hello,
Never had a real good friend - not a boy or a girl
No-one knows what Ive been through - let my flag unfurl
So make my mark from the edge of the world,
From the edge of the world,
From the edge of the world,
Now Im on your track
And Im in your mind,
And Im on your back
But dont look behind
Im your meanest thought
Im your darkest fear
Put Ill never get caught
You cant shake me, shake me dear,
Im the invisible man,
Im the invisible man
Incredible how you can
See right through me
Im the invisible man
Im the invisible man
Its criminal how I can
See right through you
Look at me, look at me

No Strength To Stand For Something
If one has no strength to stand,
For something.
That same someone will fall,
For anything at all.
Like someone who sits on a fence...
Convinced this position taken,
Makes some sense...
Without a cemented decision given.
And those who do make concrete stands,
Are often the ones others reprimand...
For being decisive,
Without shifting their intentions...
As if wind blown drifting sand.
If one has no strength to stand,
For something.
That same someone will fall,
For anything at all.
Creating conflict as permitted,
And positive movements to stall!

Deny
Today I woke up and you were gone
The whole day wondering what I did wrong
It's like I'm falling from a mountaintop
My heart keeps pounding and it won't stop
Can you see this hell I'm living
I'm not giving up
Will you crawl to me
Will you fall with me
I'll never crawl to you
I've done it all for you
Well don't deny
The hand that feeds you needs you
Oh god I'd die to try to
Finally please you
There goes a piece of me
Will I cease to be
I've never lied to you
Fought bled and died for you
Well don't deny
The hand that takes you breaks you
Oh god I'd die to try to
Finally please you
There she goes and I'm on the ground

Everything To Everyone
you put yourself in stupid places
yes I think you know it's true
situations where it's easy to look down on you
I think you like the be the victim
i think you like to be in pain
i think you make yourself the victim
almost every single day
you do what you do
you say what you say
you try to be everything to everyone
you know all the right people
you play all the right games
you always try to be
everything to everyone
yeah you do it again
you always do it again
you say they taught you how to read and write
they taught you how to count
i say they taught you how to buy and sell
your own body by the pound
i think you like to be their simple toy
i think you love to play the clown
i think you are blind to the fact
that the hand you hold
is the hand that holds you down
chorus
spin around and fall down
do it again
you stumble and you fall
yeah why won't you ever learn
spin around and fall down
do it again
you stumble and you fall
i wonder if you will ever learn
why won't you ever learn
come on now
do that stupid dance for me
you do what they tell you to do
you say what they say
you try to be
everything to everyone
spin around and fall down
do it again
you stumble and you fall
yeah you do it again
spin around and fall down
do it again
you stumble and you fall...

Glorious Flight
The wind it whistles wild and bold,
Blossoms tumble with its force.
And daffodils bend their heads of gold,
As off it travels on its course.
With power it holds all in its sway,
The trees they stand so strong and tall,
But even their branches have to obey,
This turbulent unrelenting squall.
You sense it in a petal's fall,
And in the compression of the grass.
Yet you don't see the wind at all,
Invisible. Though you feel it pass.
It can be gentle for a spell,
With soft carresses, soothing, cool.
But once enraged, it's hard to quell,
And has its own established rule.
Depending on its strength and might,
All things are submissive to its will.
The wind in all its glorious flight,
Is something, we can never still.

I'll Never Fall In Love Again (alternate Take 5)
I've been in love so many times
I thought I knew the score
Now you've treated me so wrong
I can't take any more
And it looks like Im never gonna fall in love again
Fall in love, Im never gonna fall in love
I mean it, I mean it, fall in love again
I gave my heart so easily, cast aside my pride
When I saw you in his arms baby
I broke up and cried
And it looks like Im never gonna fall in love again
That's what I'm sayin' Fall in love, No, Im never gonna fall in love
Please don't make me fall in love again
That's why I, no, Im never gonna fall in love
Please don't make me, don't make me, fall in love again

Failing Mask
I wear a clay mask
A mask of strength and happiness
That its true task
Is to cover my true sadness
A loss so deep and discerning
It makes my body yearning
For something to fill this void
That seems to always loid
Around my broken heart of despair
Yet so many people seem to care
Its pain is still so very deep
Of a loss I wish to not ever seek
So I wear this mask of happiness and strength
For I know its job will soon fall to length
For all the sadness and pain I have endured
This mask is going to fall
As a building to tall
So I know
It will shatter and fall
So I pray for you all
That you will not fall
To such a loss of mine
So terrible in mind

You Cant Make A Heart Love Somebody
At a table for two
With candlelight and wine
That diamond burnin holes in his pockets
Thinkin nows the perfect time
When he popped the question he could see
The teardrops fill her eyes
She said I knew this was comin, and Im sorry
But I hope you realize
Chorus: you cant make a heart love somebody,
You can tell it what to do
But it wont listen at all
You cant make a heart love somebody
You can lead a heart to love
But you cant make it fall.
Then she reached for his hand
And said I want you to know
Ive done everything that I know of
To make the feelin grow
Ive begged and Ive pleaded with my heart
But theres no gettin through
My hearts the only part of me
Thats not in love with you
You cant make a heart love somebody,
You can tell it what to do
But it wont listen at all
You cant make a heart love somebody
You can lead a heart to love
But you cant make it fall.
You cant make a heart love somebody,
You can tell it what to do
But it wont listen at all
You cant make a heart love somebody
You can lead a heart to love
But you cant make it fall.
You can lead a heart to love
But you cant make it fall.

Make A Move
“Make A Move”
By Mona Mia
Cry me rivers
Trickled down my spine
Shed salty seas
Unearth spies
Make me believe
Take my hand
Turn around my body
Cause me to understand
Make it all 3D
Clear as the sky
Dilute the poison
Catch me, do try
Make a difference
Or, a poor excuse
Paint a picture
Play me like a flute
Spring on the football field
Make the yards
Do that silly dance
It’s not so hard
Paint me pretty
Or not at all
Treat me right
Or let me fall
As the stars twinkle
Day turns to night
Make a move
Make it right
