Lonely is a sad word
Lonely is hard to be. But you choose to be lonely. But sometimes you don't choose to be lonely that's just the life you choose to live. written 2/24/09 Posted 3/19/09

So Lonely
Well someone told me yesterday
That when you throw your love away
You act as if you just dont care
You look as if youre going somewhere
But I just cant convince myself
I couldnt live with no one else
And I can only play that part
And sit and nurse my broken heart
So lonely, so lonely, so lonely, so lonely
So lonely, so lonely, so lonely
So lonely, so lonely, so lonely
So lonely, so lonely
Know no ones knocked upon my door
For a thousand years or more
All made up and no where to go
Welcome to this one man show
Just take a seat theyre always free
No surprise no mystery
In this theatre that I call my soul
I always play the starring role
So lonely, so lonely, so lonely, so lonely
So lonely, so lonely, so lonely
So lonely, so lonely, so lonely
So lonely, so lonely
So lonely, so lonely, so lonely, so lonely
So lonely, so lonely, so lonely
I feel so lonely...

YYYYYYYY I Am Lonelyyyyyyyy
Lonely I, lonely love you,
Lonely I, surrounded by nothing,
Lonely I, pieced and waiting,
Lonely I, cursed without you.
Lonely I, sit and think,
Lonely I, was before I met you,
Lonely I, hopeless still love you,
Lonely I, pain and nothing.
Lonely I, in the darkness,
Lonely I, with my tears,
Lonely I, sorrow and hate,
Lonely I, is this my fate?
Lonely I, Thinks that I should wait,
Lonely I, Am I so Late?
Lonely I, Lonely Love you,
Lonely I, Always Dreming of You........

Lonely am I
Lonely are the nights
Lonely are the days
Lonely am I, in so many ways
Lonely are the seasons
Lonely are the years
So lonely am I, that it brings tears.
Lonely is this place
Lonely is my life
Lonely am I, that I reach for a knife
Lonely is this court room
Lonely is my sentence
So lonely am I that I ask for repentance.
Lonely i am..
Lonely are the nights
Lonely are the days
Lonely am I, in so many ways
Lonely are the seasons
Lonely are the years
So lonely am I, that it brings tears.
Lonely is this place
Lonely is my life
Lonely am I, that I reach for a knife
Lonely is this court room
Lonely is my sentence
So lonely am I that I ask for repentance.

Sonnet: Choose The Things in Your Life
0 choose your friend who must be good as you;
And choose your spouse better than you; make sure;
And choose the one best as your Teacher too;
And choose ambitions that suit your nature.
0 choose the profession thats truly best;
And choose the hobbies that ne'er interfere;
And choose your Time to begin work, take rest;
And choose your enemies, you surely fear.
0 choose your food that gives extended health;
And choose your garments -comfortable wear;
And choose the honest way to added wealth;
And choose the burden right, body can bear.
0 choose the people who deserve help most;
And choose good principles, yet never boast.

Life is lonely without Helene
Life is very lonely without you. There is not a day that I don't think of you. If I didn't have a sisster already. I would choose you to be my sister. Because you understood me more then my sister did. written 6/11/08 Posted 2/20/10 In the memory of my forever friend Helene Susan Nemirow

Its Lonely
Written by orbison/melson
Every sleepy dawn wakes to find you gone, and its lonely.
All my sunny days, laugh and run away, its lonely.
(oh so lonely)
The sun dont really shine, its lonely.
Always to remind me that its only another day,
To feel this way.its lonely.lonely.
I am lonely all the time, youre not mine.
Without you I find,its lonely.
Each new starry sky, smiles and says goodbye, its lonely.
Dreams we used to share tell me you dont care, its lonely.
The moon has lost its glow, its lonely.
It is there to show me that its only another night,
I cant hold you tight, its lonely.lonely.
I know why I cry, for all the world to see.
Youre not here with me. its lonely, lonely, lonely.

Choose To Fly
Choose to fly!
Choose to soar...
Above the clouds,
And touch the sky.
Choose to spread your wings.
And with praises choose to sing...
To end limitations.
And what to you those limits bring.
Choose to fly.
Energize with the Sun.
Have fun.
Begin what is wished.
Do not undo that which has begun.
Choose to fly.
Look up.
Around and down!
Can accustomed conflict mixed with confusion...
Be heard from anyone?
Can it be found?
As you lift your disconnectedness,
Higher off the ground?
Can you feel a peace?
As you release...
From tensions that decrease.
Choose to fly.
Let go of that madness...
Grabbing to entrap.
To have you slapped with unhappiness.
Choose to fly.
Declare your fresh air...
Is absent of dispair.
And all boundaries have cleared for your arrival.
Choose to fly!
Choose to soar...
Above the clouds,
And touch the sky.
Let go...
And take hold of the atmosphere there.
Choose to fly.
Choose to soar.
Choose to live the life you adore,
Even more!
Choose to fly.
And break free to live your dreams.

Choose
I choose focus
I choose freedom
to be happy, to have fun
to have a wonderful life
to be young, light and bright
I choose health, wealth
lands, treasures
I choose to trust, love
commitment, faith,
I choose to enjoy life
I choose the lord
I choose...

Heaven On A Sunday
Peaceful, like heaven on a sunday.
Wishful, not thinking what to do
Weve been calling it love
But its a dream were going through
And if I only had one love
Yours would be the one Id choose.
If I only had one love
Yours would be the one Id choose.
Restful, like devon on a monday
Cooling my fingers in the bay
Weve been learning a song
But its a long and lonely blues
If I only had one love,
Yours would be the one Id choose
If I only had one love
Yours would be the one Id choose
Its peaceful, like heaven on a sunday
Wishful, not thinking what to do
Weve been calling it love
But its a dream were going through
And if I only had one love
Yours would be the one Id choose
If I only had one love
Yours would be the one I choose
If I only had one love
Yours would be the one I choose
If I only had one love
Yours would be the one I choose
If I only had one love
Youd be the one I choose
If I only had one love
Yours would be the one I choose
If I only had one love
Youd be the one I choose
If I only had one love

The Drifter [A different start to the poem “If only”]
As free as a leaf blowing in sync with the wind
Slowly moving where ever it wants
No certain knowledge of where it was headed
No certain path
No certain destiny
No certain future
Its life as a dream
And with it no rules
Its life as a lonely one
But the one it will choose
And as it danced its graceful dance
Sighing its lonely sigh
It Places its head up to the lonely sky
Saying:
“If only if only a wood pecker sigh
The bark on the tree
Would be as soft as the sky
And as the wolf sits there
Lonely and hungry
It cries to the mooo-o-oon
If only if only”
Lonely We
Lonely you, lonely I,
Lonely together; here we lie.
Lonely me, lonely you,
Lonely in love, O! what to do?
Lonely us, lonely we,
Lonely alike, just you and me:
Lonely allies;
Life mundane makes
Lonely souls to cry in pain.
At least this mirror helps my plea -
Some lonely cheer in what I see -
To share my pain to some degree:
Another lonely I with me.

Lonely.
Lonely on the land I walk
Lonely are the nights
Lonely are the days
Lonely and empty.
A lonely star in the night sky
Alone in the walks of life
A lonely day
A lonely tear falls down.
I am lonely and I am scared
Only one star graces the blue sky
As lonely as me.
Hold my hand.
I feel lonely, very lonely.

Heartbreak Hotel (feat. Kim Carnes)
(Duet with Kim Carnes) Written by: Mae Boren Axton, Tommy Durden, Elvis Presley
Now, since my baby left me
I've found a new place to dwell
Down at the end of lonely street
At Heartbreak Hotel
I get so lonely, baby, I get so lonely
I get so lonely, I could die
Although it's always crowded
You still can find some room
For broken hearted lovers
To cry away their gloom
I get so lonely, baby, I get so lonely
I get so lonely, I could die
The bell hop's tears keep flowing
The desk clerk's dressed in black
They've been so long lonely street
They will never go back
I get so lonely, baby, I get so lonely
I get so lonely, I could die
So if your baby leaves you and you have a tale to tell
Just take a walk down lonely street to Heartbreak Hotel
I get so lonely, baby, I get so lonely
I get so lonely, I could die
