In Emptiness
When no one is here to share my joy
And no one to share my sorrow
A sudden emptiness takes the reign
The joy vanishes, the sorrow dissolves
The thoughts drain out of my mind
Then the waves descend
I can only feel
Contained and comforted
Inside a sphere of a celestial

Happiness May Come Later....
there is always
a sorrow inside us
do not be shy
say a little
we, men, do not want
to tell about this sorrow
women know that
but just like us they are not saying anything
it is this respect for sorrow
that makes it dignified
well kept,
well minded, but never spoken
when you share it with someone else
what good will it give her?
she has also her own sorrow
inside her
no matter how well dressed
no one wants to take it
it is the dignity of sorrow
to be silent and just be itself
it will always be here
waiting for her sister.

Beautiful Life, Beautiful!
Beautiful is life, beautiful,
So beautiful it will be,
With beloved share smile and laugh
When the one share his own,
Seeing and feeling not alone,
Not only sharing sorrow and happiness,
Everything they feel and think,
But also sharing everything they eat and drink!
Sharing the same cloth,
Sharing all weight and burden,
Sharing the same umbrella,
In hot Sun and rain!
Sharing the weight of bag and luggage,
Smiling together like kids of tender age!
Beautiful is life, beautiful,
When both stay together,
Lay together on Same cot,
Drink from same pot,
same room if they share,
Same eyes to look at things,
Same ears to listen to music,
Same taste in all and Everything,
Beautiful life, beautiful,
How beautiful mind is,
When heart sees
sweet heart,
we feel our beloved share
Everything with,
pain and sorrow,
But not the pain of heart,
as we are so feeble that,
we can't share his grief and sorrow
One day we will be with him and share his burden with ever lasting smile!
Beautiful life, beautiful will be,
Beautiful days will be
when I grow up to share his pain!

Waiting For Sorrow`s Reply
Time invited sorrow........
Oh! no one in the world welcomes you
You dissolve them slowly and muddle them
make them anxious and put them noxious!
You shake the souls and the shadows
freightened them!
dubious thoughts crop up in mind
behind the scene they feel painful sorrow
which they did not invite in them!
Oh! all the feelings dissolve in you
the minutes that count
mount the sorrow where is the joy
the dark in you swallows the light
Oh! time have you invited sorrow in me
dissolves me crumbles me a heap
fear engulf in me and
waiting for sorrow`s reply
when did you go
by the passage of time give me joy and
shine let the rays of hope sprout in me! !
Let the time invite joy and shine......

The Beauti Of Sorrow
Beauti of sorrow
vast as the sea
eve of the morrow
inner expanse of me
conceptually multiplied
virtually personified
politically religified
perceptually cubified
Beatui of sorrow
vast as the sea
eve of the morrow
inner expanse of me
life is a beauty
living our prize
to share them our duty*
effects all our lives*
Beatui of sorrow
vast as the sea
eve of the morrow
inner expanse of me
running reel of thoughts
projection of the mind
independent performing plots
and a function to define
Beatui of sorrow
vast as the sea
eve of the morrow
inner expanse of me
many a different beauties
shine in a single sorrow
many a different evenings
raise a plethora of tomorrows
Beatui of sorrow
vast as the sea
eve of the morrow
inner expanse of me
contemplation of all thats left
the final mystery announced
a souls a speck of a black hole's death
so evil, and good renounce
Beatui of sorrow
vast as the sea
eve of the morrow
inner expanse of me
sorrow isn't knowing now
knowing hurts so much
hurt is hope that holds you down
ego is a common crutch
Beatui of sorrow
vast as the sea
eve of the morrow
inner expanse of me

Sorrow Under Mist
Mist -
Giving wispy vapour to the breath,
Cool calm to autumn afternoons,
A hovering air of mysticism
Over brooding lakes -
Was different here,
Affording company, closeness -
A caring arm around her shoulders.
In the eyes, a once-clear oceanic blue
Wavered under water -
Tears telling torrid truths
She couldn't face -
Like the glowering image in the mirror
You don't see in your mind's eye
Of compensation; delusion.
We see her sitting on the concrete steps
That led down to the dew-laden garden.
She's peering up, sensing her diffuse companion,
Refreshing in its chill; giving crispness
To the stealth of dulling evening.
But the bite of air couldn't lift the sorrow
Of pale youth in love,
Shouldered by a not-in-love and scoffing eye.
Rejection hurt;
Hurts -
Wrenches deep -
Emotion that we can't deny!

Hollow Wishes
I am without sleep...
Most times.
Not from an unrest,
I can not explain.
But from a creative process...
Absorbing my mind,
Where these thoughts are contained.
If I am not there to please your needs...
Know that my desires are there.
There is this 'thing' that takes hold of me.
And I become hypnotized,
Like a victim undeclared.
Know that I want to share with you,
I do.
But I am committed to gifts,
I can not ignore.
And the seriousness of this affliction...
I was born with and do adore.
Even though I am without sleep...
Most times.
At all times,
I am not without gratitude.
So forgive me if it seems,
You are not included...
In those dreams I must make real.
Please do not feel neglected.
I must reveal the me reflected.
And if I don't produce...
My life would be reduced,
To hollow wishes.
And those I can not validate...
Creatively enough to share,
As evidence of my presence.

To Share Our Love
Pre>makes me feel good,
Now I can see
It takes more than one to give
The life we need.
(parts a and b run concurrently)

| I never thought of this before of this before, now I know |
| what it means to me |

Predictable
Go!
I can in every way, mistake the pain i feel inside.
It comes at me, evil thoughts is creeping through my mind.
Who are you to say that i can't speak what's on my mind.
It runs away, it's so predictable.
I can in every way, feel the stress all tingled up inside.
Too blind to see, emptiness and sorrow of their lives.
You run away, to the cover of their pointless ties.
You ask me, it's so predictable.
Why? why? why!
I'm gonna try
I'm gonna die
I'm gonna try...
Another day. silence overwhelms my mind.
Who's to say if i have the time or why
Should i pray for all the hate to go away?
Another day. i can never break free.
You wait for me
I caught up to you.
Another day
I'll live forever
Why? why? why!
I'm gonna try
I'm gonna die
I'm gonna try...
I'm gonna try. why?
I'm gonna try. why?
I'm gonna try. why?
I'm gonna try. why?
I'm gonna try
I'm gonna die
I'm gonna try...

Your Sorrow And My Sorrow
your sorrow and my sorrow
are not really ours to keep.
They belong to the earth,
to the heart of the earth
inside its beautiful bosom.
let us leave them just right
there, secure and honed.
we are leaving now to
another sphere, the one
that we see in our dreams
the more colored ones
feel the excitement, keep
yourself poised to something
more lasting more divine.

Mosiah 18: 8
I do not share his feelings -
not that I don't care, definitely not.
It's just that he's crying for something
I'm happy about.
How in the world could I feel sorrow
for something I rejoice of...
How can I conceal the smiles
in the midst of his pain-
and mourn, yet deep inside I just but feign?
Surely, I feel sorry for him
but I don't share his feelings.
I want to give him comfort
but how, I know not.
I'm afraid that in this moment of his life,
my face would fail me...I hope not.
Tell me, is it really that easy
to mourn with those that mourn?

I Care
I care.
But with no one will I share,
A welcoming of their despair.
I have been there.
And with routine...
Struggled with troubles,
To get nowhere.
Until I chose to leave behind,
All those factors...
That comforted and satisfied,
My then limited mind!
I care.
But with no one will I share,
A welcoming of their despair.
Too much of life goes unexperienced.
And experiencing life...
Seems to bring a freshness,
To an atmosphere filled with stagnant air.
Philosophies and past ideals,
Spoken about but never seized...
Leaves those choking on remedies,
Of 'what could be' and possibilities.
But few are willing to venture...
Beyond their own censored cemented senses.
And in a country settled by Europeans,
A conflict remains...
As to whose mindset,
Has influenced the strain...
Of an etiquette that maintains,
And sustains a continued drain!
With such influence.
I care.
But with no one will I share,
A welcoming of their despair.
It is what it is...
And that's it.

The sweet sound of sorrow
I have had my share do not despair
the sweet sound of sorrow
Sorrow so deep I could not sleep
Thinking this must all end tomorrow
If your looking for another that understands your sorrow
Drop me A line and I will fallow
And I'll show you some time
how when I can not sleep I weep
The sweet sound of sorrow

Not Just When
Lord I want You
In my life
Not just when I need You
Lord I want You
In my life
Not just when I am confused
Not just when I am crying
Not just when I feel like
I am dying
Not just when I feel I am all alone
Not just when my life is going wrong
Lord I want You in my life
For always
When things are going right
To share my happiness
To share my children
To share my family
To share my friends
To share my victories
To share my love
To share my money
So when I feel the need
To call on you every now and then
You will know that it's coming
From a friend! ! ! ! ! !

Contemplation of Sorrow
I am sorry for the readers
and the writers with much to say
On sorrow,
For it seems sorrow
Weighs much more heavily on the soul
Than any form of joy I've known
It is sorrow that paces
And sorrow that writhes,
Drawing attention to itself,
Magnetizing thoughts,
A gravitational pull
Equivocal to that of the moon
On the tide
Once you notice that pitiful little lump
Of sorrow
You cant help but to revolve around it,
Contemplate it
Like a little black hole
In a rented recess of the mind
It draws upon mental
and emotional energies
Until you drive yourself crazy
I am sorry for the readers
and the writers with much to say
On sorrow,
For it weighs so heavily on the soul

Sorrow Celebrated
Heaviness of the moment braces itself
The feel of loss utterly serene desolate
Lack lustre thoughts deeply breathed
In soulful memory of dear departed
It is sorrow celebrated in deed, in feel
Cannot be seen again, nor heard out
Grim sadness is loss, a personal one
My loss is mine and mine alone
Unseen or seen can judge
Is sorrow celebrated in thought, in heart?
A face so bright, involved to end
A heart too kind too bent to mend
So warm the feel it made to reel
Unsaid some words my ego squeals
My sorrow celebrated with unseen tears
So many thoughts so many things
In form and mind does memory bring
A struggle through that had no end
Pain in soul now streaks defend
Why does sorrow celebrate so grandly?

Sorrow Makes One A Hero Tomorrow
Without sorrow life is zero
We must accept fate's arrow
If our efforts are thorough
Our sorrow, God will borrow
Sorrows nicely shape our mind
Sorrows stop our being blind
Via sorrows, remedies we find
Sorrows are indirectly kind
In the absence of sorrow
Our mind does not grow
We think not like a hero
Our attitude is made narrow
Sorrows must be overcome
For which efforts we welcome
At last strong we become
This is sorrows' outcome
Our will-power, sorrows increase
To our heart, sorrows supply grease
Our talents, only sorrows release
In a gist, sorrows supply peace
Every sorrow at last dies
Not because of our cries
But because our soul tries
Life and success, sorrow ties
Sorrow less person is none
Sorrow is sure, if life has begun
'Sorrow trains brains' is a slogan
Sorrow is a tamable dragon
In sorrow, all must dip
By coming under its grip
All are lashed by sorrow's whip
To every life, sorrow makes a trip
Now sorrow will somehow vanish
But you cannot fully relinquish
Further sorrows, time will furnish
From life, sorrow, none can banish
Life and sorrow are closely associated
By life, sorrow is very much fascinated
By sorrow, peace is initially confiscated
Sorrow grows when life is sophisticated.

My Place
(mel larson/jerry marcellino/hal davis)
This is my place
And I wanna share it with you
I got myself a place to dream
I touch the wind
Caress the sea
And I want you there
To hold me
To love me there is to know me
Where the silver bird of tomorrow
Will fly away with the sorrow
And time wont pass for you and i
Well be standing still
As the world goes by
This is my place
And I wanna share it with you
Ive got the sky to shelter me
And like the tide Im moving free
Ive waited here for you only
We will walk along
Never lonely
This is my retreat, were together
And my place is now even better
My lifes reflected on the sand
And it shows my love
When I touch your hand
This is my place
And I wanna share it with you
I wanna share, I wanna share it with you
This is my place
And you know wherever your place is
Loving only makes it better
And I want you there to hold me
To love me there is to know me
Where the silver bird of tomorrow
Will fly away with the sorrow
And time wont pass for you and i
Well be standing still
As the world goes round
This is my place
This is my place
This is my place

Like My Own
There's no sorrow like the sorrow of a martyr'd soul,
There's no sorrow like the sorrow of one who is alone.
There's no sorrow like the sorrow of loving one who's gone,
There's never been a sorrow so much deeper than my own.
Tried and Tested
My pencil holds a multitude
of varied possiblities.
Which I accept with gratitude
I grasp the opportunities
To write my thoughts in black and white
on any subject that I choose.
Expressing sorrow or delight
enabling me to share my views
With other poets on the net.
Who also share their thoughts with me
although in fact we have not met.
The common bond is poetry.
I am old fashioned proud to use
The simplest of technology.
A pencil is the tool I choose
it helps my thoughts flow easily.
I don’t compose on my P.C.
Though I suppose I should learn to.
I’d rather scribble happily
in pencil as I usually do.
