I Will Take The Money

In assets quite poor with little cash to my name
I will take the money you can have the fame
Your fame it will not buy you a loaf of bread
No you have the fame I'll have money instead
Your money speaks more of you as it does seem
Than fame or it's sibling known as high esteem
With money as such they cannot hope to compare
This simple truth with you I only do share
Few things money cannot buy that much we do know
And on bushes and trees money it does not grow
In life it is quite important it does seem that way
And it does speak every language as some are known to say
Perhaps I may sound greedy for that me do not blame
When I say I will take the money you can have the fame.

Money & Fame

Music :matthias jabs
Lyrics:matthias jabs, herman rarebell
You know nothing about loving
You lost somewhere down the line
You know nothing about giving
You should draw the line
You keep looking out for something
Something youre never gonna find
When will, will you show your feelings
You will lose your mind
Whos to blame my love
You play a dangerous game
Whos to blame my love
All you want is money and fame
You play, play with emotions
You need, need a stepping stone
Youre out, out for sensations
Dont you, dont you feel alone
Whos to blame my love
You play a dangerous game
Whos to blame my love
All you want is money and fame
Whos to blame my love
You play a dangerous game
Whos to blame my love
All you want is money and fame

That Money Speaks Every Language

That money speaks every language has often been said before
And what also applies to money is much always wants more
And that moneyed people rule the World is something we all know
The more money they accumulate the more their power does grow.

Compared to those in poverty the millionaires seem few
And in saying that money speaks every language is not saying anything new
For every millionaire there is thousands in poverty
It is money and the lack of it that causes inequality.

That with money speaks every language most surely would agree
That's how it was and that's how it is and that's how 'twill always be
The poor sad pauper of the street to greatness none inspire
It is those who have heaps of money that others do admire.

Their dreams of success and wealth and fame so many do pursue
And that money speaks every language so happens to be true
For the poor of the poor suburb success seems far away
And the gap between the haves and the have nots is widening by the day.

On Money

The praises of moneyed people many like to sing
And though money is quite important it cannot buy everything
Those with very poor health money cannot enjoy
That is something I learned as a very young boy
The great lure of money so many pursue
And that money speaks every language happens to be true
But the Reaper with his scythe any life does not spare
The Reaper of lives does claim the life of the billionaire
And though money can buy one friends as well as esteem
Money cannot buy one happiness or so it does seem
Though lack of money too can make one unhappy and as everyone know
That money on bushes and trees does not grow
And though money of course can buy one a good time
Lack of it can lead one to jail the price of serious crime.

Fame

As recorded by david bowie
Fame, makes a man take things over.
Fame, let's him lose, hard to swallow.
Fame, puts you there where things are hollow.
Fame.
Fame,
It's not your brain, it's just a flame,
That burns your change to keep you insane.
Fame.
Fame, what you like is in the limo.
Fame, what you get is no tomorrow.
Fame, what you need you have to borrow.
Fame.
Fame,
Now it's mine, it's just his line
To bind your time it drives you to crime.
Fame.
Is it any wonder
I reject you first?
Fame, fame, fame, fame.
Is it any wonder
You are too cool to fool?
Fame.
Fame,
Bully for you,
Chilly for me,
Got to get a raincheck on pain.
Fame.
Fame, fame, fame, fame, fame, fame, fame, fame, fame, fame,
Fame, fame, fame, fame, fame, fame, fame, fame, fame, fame,
Fame, fame, fame, - fame.
What's your name?

Money and Love

She was reading a book on a bench.
He recognized her. Years ago
He had a crush on her in high school.

So what is now your luminous goal in life? ”
She asked.

“Money and fame”, he said.

“Your answer is more disappointing
Than surprising”, she said.

“Why? You don’t want money and fame? ”

“No, I don’t want money and fame.”

“You’re a hypocrite.”

“This sneer was predictable, but I really
Don’t want money and fame.”

“Why? You don’t need money to buy
Food, clothes and other necessities? ”

“Of course I need. However, I am talking
About priorities. I don’t live to make
Money; I make money to live”, she said.

“I see. But how can you be happy
If you are not rich? ” he asked.

“I don’t believe that happiness really
Can emanate from wealth.
My neighbor won millions in the casinos
Of Las Vegas but he is still depressed.
And a lot of unhappy rich and famous
People walk the streets out there.”

“So what is it that you really desire in life? ”

“Peace, well-being and contentment.”

“That’s all? ”

She gave him a gentle and exploring look.

“No”, she said. “That’s not all.
I desire to have an inner fortune that
Eclipses all the external thrills of the world.
I want to love and to be loved.”

Money money

Is going to buy me some new clothes
Money money
I am going to use it to do my laundry
Momey money
Is going to buy me some groceries
Money money

Money Does Speak All Languages

Money does speak all languages or so 'twould seem that way
A lot of once wealthy people in eternal rest now lay
They left their millions behind them that's life as some might say
The reaper makes all equal and respect to none he does pay
You may be a multi millionaire the wealthiest of your tribe
But you cannot buy time off of the reaper the one you cannot bribe
Not one who respects rank or title as well as wealth and fame
The pauper and the billionaire he does treat as the same,
Money speaks every language for many it opens doors
And one never finds large sums of it when vacuuming the floors
Those who have plenty money are never short of a friend
And those who will tell you differently are those who like to pretend
That money is not that important and though money cannot buy life
For an old bloke in his eighties money can buy a younger wife.

A Passion For Money!

Dollar, Euro, Pound, Yen, Dinar or Rupee currencies,
Money passion drives one deep even into the abyss!
Money passion never stops even the sea shrinks to nil
And ends not even camel goes through the eye of needle!

No one can fight in the court to win justice without money;
No one can run politics and win in election without money;
No one can get educated to live quality life without money;
No one can live life as wished in the world without money!

What is God – love or truth or justice or power or money?
Many opt for money as with money only everything is done!
Without money there is nothing in this material world;
Without spiritual grace there is no place in the other world!

As in God everything is contained in money in this world
Why there is so much passion for money let the futures tell!
But just way is first one should earn name by one’s work skill
And by perfection achieve position, power, fame and money!

Due To Money

Due to money good friendships have come to an end
For money can make an enemy out of a friend
And due to money many are serving prison time
For money or lack of it leads many to serious crime
Due to money the Fifth Commandment has often been broken it does seem sad to say
That some with their lives due to money do pay
Those who say money is not important to reality not true
If you owe someone a lot of money for Court you are due
Whoever say money is not important believe their own lie
People have been bashed over money and left there to die
And people due to money feel happy to deceive
And that it does speak every language you ought to believe
Yes money out of a friend can make a foe
I am telling you something you already know.

Why Tell Me About It

Why tell me about it when I already know
That money on bushes and trees does not grow
But having said that does it seem fair to say
That some come by their millions in the dishonest way
Money speaks every language as we are often told
And to the miser the only true god is his gold
And though I struggle financially for to get by
I too do like money that I won't deny
The gap between the haves and the have nots is growing ever wide
And millions are losing out on the social divide
And money and power are siblings 'twould seem
In that they both can do wonders for one's self esteem
Why tell me about it since I know all too well
That life without money can be Earthly Hell.

Money Money Money

Money Money Money
You're just a a thing in itself
But why is it your controlling me
Bit by bit you consume my sanity...
Your not a king but it seems like
Your everywhere...

Money Money Money
You turn myself full of greed......
I know that your a need
But then I'm not contended..
I have more of you
but seems like its not enough.....

Money Money Money
You were just created by man
But then man spare life just for you...
Crime and addiction emerged because of you...
Rich man had enough of you...
But then there the one who had the urge to kill
Just a thing... a money?
How it seems...

Money Money Money
Are you the one who rule our lives
Without you we intend to die?
What made you so important...?
Worship you not even God
Replacing love as our life..
But money as a thing
That can ruin our life!

Tis In The Power Of Money

'Tis in the power of money real fame is to be found
And money is always involved where corruption abound
And corruption and human greed to each other live nearby
And why some people are corrupt this could be the answer why
Some will tell you that money is their nearest and dearest friend
And it is because of money that many friendships are known to end
And many with lots of money seem to have a crave for more
This year they have made two million in profit next year they aim for four
The lust for paper currency to everyone does not apply
But that money speaks every language is something that none can deny
Those with it are looked up to and those without it on are looked down
And who would wish for to be known as the pauper of the town
'Tis the lust for money that leads to corruption through greed
And those with plenty of it looked up to as those who in life succeed.

What Most See As Most Important

What most see as most important not all that it does seem
They swear by fame and money as being good for their self esteem
Material things serve the ego the ego in us all
And the ego is a thing of pride and pride comes before a fall
If money made people happy there would not be an unhappy millionaire
Though many wealthy people do seem burdened by care
'Tis true that greed breeds more greed and much always wants more
And one might say these are things that we've often heard before
Most of the very wealthy people are not laughing all day long
Whilst in the bathroom showering they do not burst into song
So many wealthy people even find it hard to smile
And some of them even wonder is living life worthwhile?
They swear by fame and money as being good for their self esteem
But what most see as most important not all that it does seem.
