I Felt It
THE fevor hitz, as the
moon turns full, i cover
my eyes as i start to
fly, into the clouds, in
to a rainbow, , , ,
THE fevor hitz, like a
one two ponch, the crowd
startz to laugh, as you
throw in the white towel.
ITz a trick,
ITz a trick,
the spider yells! , to late
says the king, were both
going down.
I cover my eyes as i start
to fly, into a clouds, into
a rainbow.

A Little Sunshine
Some days you wake up
and gloomy clouds cover the sky.
It doesn’t mean you are
going to have a bad day for a start.
The sun might shine
in someone else’s eyes
and brighten up your own.
So never, frown
when you see the clouds.
Don’t feel full of gloom.
They might be there
for someone else.
Just smile a little bit
and bring a little sunshine
into someone else’s world.

In Love The Use Of Words Become Unnecessary
the eyes speak
you are my full moon
i am your
stalking star
i get too near
you stay still
the black clouds
cover us
and our lights are gone
on those hours of
darkness
we are one
fading light
when the clouds are gone
blown as they are
by the winds that own them
we are again in our
places
you are my full moon
so still
i am the little star
that glitter

Beyond The Rainbow
On the dark side of the canyon
the rain is falling down
the beam of light gliding from it
shines beyond the rainbow
the beautiful colors arch over the mountain
that gives the valley a peaceful glow
I know I could be happy beyond the rainbow
Ugly clouds form and start to thunder
lightning lights up the desert plain
you can see beyond the rainbow
as it mirrors in your window pane
I can see inside the raindrops
I can feel it's gentle glow
I know there must be someone who loves me
just beyond the rainbow
what causes a heart to love
where is there enough magic to let someone know
I believe thats where God put Heaven
Just beyond the rainbow

Rainbow On A Morning
Thanks Dark - for the nightmares!
Rain bleeding all over me,
Like swarms of needling gnats
God what a night!
I parted the curtains of my ragged tent-
My little hellhole
A single crepuscular ray
Sneaked through a small rent in the filth
Of crawling clouds
I stared cynically
But yep! I admit, the rain was dying down-
My canvas yammered less
Was Nature having a tea break?
Another ray, fewer drops, lifting hope:
A winning sun!
A bird told the story on her flight;
Even she was looking over at the prism-
The over-arching schism through the gloom
Uplifted, upstanding, I even smiled;
When Nature turns and shows Her brighter side-
The one with rainbows on a morning
Dusted with a fine sprinkle of rain-
Then She has reminded us:
Catch Her at Her best

Rainbows
I once travelled to the West of Scotland, to the town of Ayr,
And the most magnificent rainbow, I remember seeing there.
The rain was still pouring down, but the sun was shining bright;
These two factors mixed together, created a most magical sight.
The sight of such beauty, made me catch my breath,
But, I knew that, soon, the rainbow would die a death.
All too soon, after the rainbow had, into the sky, evolved,
Than it disappeared, back into the clouds, and dissolved.
The arc of vibrant colours, which I’d seen there before,
Faded away, leaving the sky, dull and grey, once more.
A multicoloured rainbow, I really do love to see;
It is one of those ‘wow! ’ moments in life, for me.
From the rainbow, I found it hard to steal my eyes away;
It helped to brighten up, what was really a miserable day.
It’s still a mystery where rainbows start and end:
I still don’t know the answer: do you, my friend?
Any rainbow which, by me, is sighted,
Makes my soul awake and feel excited.
Upon my face, there appears a bright smile,
As I watch the arc stretch away, over the miles.
I wish a rainbow was tangible: something I could hold.
Rainbows are always fresh and new: they never get old.
I’m always amazed how each individual colour is so clear.
A rainbow is a rare sight, which never ceases to bring cheer.

Rainbow's End
Rainbow' s End
I thought that I might be
A cut above the rest
But now it seems, you're telling me, I'm only second best
you want that rainbow girl
Who never seems to show
But when you find her in your arms Her colours lose their glow
Will you take another turn
On the roundabout again
WitH heart as cold as ice
And your eyes so full of pain
The rainbow's end is just a place to start
The place to mend your broken heart.

Somewhere Over The Rainbow
Somewhere over the rainbow
(h. arlen/e.y. harburgh)
Somewhere over the rainbow way up high
Theres a land that Ive heard of once in a lullaby
Somewhere over the rainbow skies are blue
And the dreams that you dare to dream really do come true
Someday I wish upon a star
And wake up where the clouds are far behind me
Where troubles melt like lemon drops
Away above the chimney tops
Thats where you find me
Somewhere over the rainbow blue birds fly
Birds fly over the rainbow
Why then, oh why cant i
(instrumental)
Somewhere over the rainbow blue birds fly
Birds fly over the rainbow
Why then, oh why cant i
If happy little blue birds fly
Beyond the rainbow
Why, oh why, cant i

My Rainbow Baby
MY RAINBOW BABY
MY RAINBOW BABY
I will know when you forgive, it will be plain to see,
it will show in your smile and the way you talk to me,
baby please don't be so hard, you know you are the one,
that you are are my moon and stars and my shining sun,
yes, you are my rainbow after a pouring rain,
the kind that goes from ground to ground, when the sun comes out again,
and when I catch that rainbow, to keep, to have, to hold,
I know that I will find you there, you are my pot of gold,
so baby take away those dark clouds, that float across your mind,
and think about the sunshine, that we both are sure to find.,
when your sun comes out again, and drives those clouds away,
I promise you forevermore, to give you sunshine everyday,
when the rain clouds come again, just to give the ground a drink,
there wont be any pain, we'll be happy, don't you think,
so look outside your window, and tell me what you see,
is it a bright rainbow? , there for both you and me?

Over The Rainbow
Words & Music by E.Y. Harburg and Harold Arlen
Somewhere over the rainbow
Way up high
Theres a land that I heard of
Once in a lullaby
Somewhere over that rainbow
All skies are blue, oh
And where dreams
That you dare to dream
Really do come true
Someday Ill wish upon a star
And wake up where the clouds are far behind me
And troubles mount like lemon drops
Way above the chimney tops
Thats where youll find me
Somewhere over the rainbow
Bluebirds fly, oh
If birds can fly over the rainbow
Why, then why cant I?
Someday Ill wake and rub my eyes
And in that land beyond the skies
Youll find me
Ill be a laughing daffodil
And leave the silly cares that
Fill my mind behind me
Somewhere over that rainbow
Bluebirds fly
If birds can fly over the rainbow
Why, then why cant I?
If happy little bluebirds fly
Beyond the rainbow
Why, oh why cant I?

(E. Y Harnburg)
Hooh
Somewhere over the rainbow
Way up high
There's a land that I heard of
Once in a lullaby
Somewhere over the rainbow
Skies are blue
And the dreams that you dare to dream
Yes they do, really do come true
Someday I'll wish upon a star
And wake up where
The clouds are far behind me
Where troubles melt like lemon drops
Away above the chimney top
That's where you'll find me
Somewhere over the rainbow
Bluebirds fly, hoah
Birds fly over the rainbow
Why, oh why, can't I
If happy little bluebirds fly
Above the rainbow
Why, oh why, can't I

Clouds And Moods
Puffs of clouds covered the sky
Like my thoughts of you and I.
At times I could see and think clearly
But my mind would get weary.
Those puffs of clouds would take control
And my heart it would hold.
It’s amazing how it could be
That the clouds are like you and me.
When the clouds get dark and grey
We become defensive in every way
And the fights come into play.
And when clouds are a misty white
I want to make love to you day and night.
And when the clouds look like ripples in the sand
I want to squeeze you and hold your hand.
And when the clouds completely cover the sky
I thank god you’re by my side.

Hello, Rainbow!
Rainbow, Rainbow
that was her nickname.
A name she had obtained,
for all the colors she'd appreciate.
Rainbow, Rainbow
that was her calling
to come out in style to show the worlds vibrant.
Rainbow, Rainbow
they laughed at her colors
said she was different
not normal like others.
Rainbow, Rainbow
they took her as a joke.
Just a mere girl looking for attention you know?
Rainbow, Rainbow
lover of rain
not a care in the world of what other people say.
Rainbow, Rainbow
she started too change
The world saw her brightly
now shes all black and grey.
Rainbow, Rainbow
why goes this way.
We've all secretly loved you.
So why not stay the same!
Rainbow, Rainbow
you bring us joy
You shed light too our day.
So go back to your ways
Rainbow, Rainbow
we appreciate your love!
We see differently now
so stay who you are.
Rainbow, Rainbow!
That's who I am.
A girl of 14
who is oddly at best.
Rainbow, Rainbow!
Everyone calls me that.
I'm just a use for you all
, but i don't mind that.
Rainbow, Rainbow
A mirror image I am.
A reflection of colors
that most people don't understand.
Rainbow, Rainbow
you called my name?
Why hello I'm here.
To shed light to your day

Rainbow Eyes
Shes been gone since yesterday
Oh I didnt care
Never cared for yesterdays
Fancies in the air
No sighs or mysteries
She lay golden in the sun
No broken harmonies
But Ive lost my way
She had rainbow eyes
Rainbow eyes
Rainbow eyes
Love should be a simple blend
A whispering on the shore
No clever words you cant defend
They lead to never more
No sighs or mysteries
She lay golden in the sun
No broken harmonies
But Ive lost my way
She had rainbow eyes
Rainbow eyes
Rainbow eyes
Summer nights are colder now
Theyve taken down the fair
And all the lights have died somehow
Or were they ever there
No sighs or mysteries
She lay golden in the sun
No broken harmonies
But Ive lost my way
She had rainbow eyes
Uuuuh, uuh

Was That Rainbow Placed There By You?
Drivin’ down the road,
Feelin’ heartache and cold,
Sayin’ good-bye was so hard to do;
I looked up to the sky
And out of my eyes,
I saw a rainbow,
Was it placed there by you?
Was that rainbow placed there by you?
Did you tell the sky
That I’m feelin' blue?
Was that rainbow placed there by you?
I was almost home,
Feelin’ oh so alone,
Barely believin’ were through;
Again in the sky,
Right before my eyes,
Another rainbow
Was it placed there by you?
Was that rainbow placed there by you?
Did you tell the sky
That I’m feelin' blue?
Was that rainbow placed there by you?

My Dream of Iris
I dreamt I cast an overarching path
Of coloured scales
Thriving on the solar rays that play upon
The waning of the storm –
I’d thrown a filmy avenue to reconnect
Empyrean with humankind!
Elated, I flitted through refracted hues –
Those from watery spheres that
Fan the iridescent prism.
And more: shimmering sprites in dance atop the spray
Conveyed adieus to gods
Departing for their hallowed visitation…
I woke and pined anon,
Begging Iris: ‘Be so kind and
Take us on your wing to new endeavours –
Show that nothing in the ether tempers you!
And every time you render us a rainbow,
See it fires a lust for zest anew! ’
