Hello Daddy
Hello Daddy,
Remember me?
The little girl you used to fondly present,
Now the young women you so often resent.
Trapped in the deep darkness of depresion,
You just shunned me into unappreciation.
Drunken arguments tore us apart,
Now you want to rid your life- of what you used to love with all of your heart.
Hello Daddy,
Do you even know me?
The daughter you never seem to have,
The girl in her bedroom,
Wishing,
Waiting,
Dreaming,
Wakeing up screaming,
Wanting so much just to feel wanted,
But nothing is ever good enough for some people.
Good bye Daddy,
Forget me,
I was never here,
You never held me dear.
You cant even say my name without the disgust in your mouth.
If you can remember my name,
Simply think of me as....
Not as the daughter you once had,
But the daughter you could have had.

Anyones Daughter
I stood under your bedroom window
Throwing up a brick
No one came I threw one more
That really did the trick
Your daddy came and banged my head
He said what kind of man
Is this thats hanging round my girl
And threw me in the car
Youre a farmers daughter
Youre a farmers daughter
Why do I always get
The kinda girl I didnt oughta get
I wont get no more eggs and water
Now Ive laid the farmers daughter
Imagine I was a full-grown man
And I could talk just right
Could I come and see you here
And do this every night
Wham! the door comes crashing down
Your daddys face all pale
Says come with me you hairy bum
Ill put you in my jail
Youre a judges daughter
Youre a judges daughter
Why do I always get
The kinda girl I didnt oughta v et
Now Im getting jail and torture
cause I made the judges daughter
It seems theyre screaming law and order
When I go with anyones daughter
Woman I should like some peace
And daddy hold your tongue
I think youre gonna die of fright
When I tell you what Ive done
I can hear your tales and lies
You say Im dumb and scraggy
But man this dumb and scraggy is
Your daughters babys daddy
Shes a lucky daughter
Such a lucky daughter
Why did I always get
The kinda girl I didnt wanna get
Now Ive got what I always fought for
cause Ive married a rich mans daughter

I’ll Always Be Daddy’s Little Girl
I’ll always be daddy’s little girl
I’ll always be daddy’s little girl even when I have boyfriend
I’ll always be daddy’s little girl even when I go on a trip away
I’ll always be daddy’s little girl even when I move away
I’ll always be daddy’s little girl even when I’m married
I’ll always be daddy’s little girl even when I have a family of my own
I’ll always be daddy’s little girl even when I'm being a stupid spoiled brat
I’ll always be daddy’s little girl even when I say thing that I really don't mean
I’ll always be daddy’s little girl even when I say thing that you don't like
I’ll always be daddy’s little girl even when I say bad words that you don't like
I’ll always be daddy’s little girl Because you and my mother made me and with out you guys I would be nothing not a twinkle in any body's eyes
I’ll always be daddy’s little girl for ever and ever.
I'll always be yours

Pray for your daddy girl
Pray for your daddy girl
Your daddy just sick
Pray for your daddy girl
Before he go and get another hit
Pray for your daddy girl
So it can all be over with
Pray for girl
Mama wait, answer this
Why when I keep on praying he keep on doing the same ole bull shit
What is a five minute high better than what we give
You keep telling me to
Pray for your daddy girl
But when I do
My prays never come true
Pray for your daddy girl
All good things will come to you
I love him and thats a fact, but does he loves me more than he love crack
Pray for your daddy girl

My Daddy
My daddy was never there for me.
My daddy always drank.
My daddy told me I was worthless and unworthy of his time.
My daddy was the one who made me, but also broke me.
My daddy never came to my birthday parties.
My daddy came to my 5Th grade graduation drunk as can be.
My daddy would walk into my room every night with a belt in his hand.
My daddy was the one who shattered all my dreams.
My daddy wouldn't let me sleep until he hit me.
My daddy would tell me I'm nothing but a piece of crap.
My daddy was the one who tore my life into pieces.
My daddy is not my daddy any more...
He can be your daddy if you'll take him.
That man I called my daddy, he never was truly a daddy.
But he was still my daddy.

Her Daddy was a good man
Her Daddy was a good man
until he did what he did
if anyone can do it Daddy can
see, she was just a kid.
Daddy was a good man
her Daddy was a good man
why couldn't anyone understand?
He would turn on her bedroom light
when he came in late at night
staggering into her room
silence was her only tune.
Daddy was a good man
her Daddy was a good man
why couldn't anyone understand?
To her he always confessed his love
a few simple words from his mouth
that was enough, Daddy was good
there was no doubt.

Father Daughter Moments
My daughter said something the other day
We were sitting on the front steps, talking
Someone wanted to enter the building, she stood up and said 'we're just having a father daughter moment'
My daughter is still young, only 27
And hearing her say that, my heart swelled with pride
She still wants to have moments with her father
My adult daughter still needed me
So much is said about the mother-daughter bond
But there's an even stronger bond between a father and a daughter
No matter how old she is, she's still daddy's little girl
And he always wants to be there for her
Father daughter moments last a lifetime
From playground accidents to a broken heart
You do your best to help her pain go away
Because when she's in pain, you are too

I Remember
Writer Dolly Parton
Copyright 1973
I remember I remember I remember mama and daddy most of all
I remember meadows and fields of golden wheat
I remember songbirds and sugar cane so sweet
I remember lots of things that often I recall
But I remember mama and daddy most of all
I remember gingerbread my mama used to bake
And I remember home made toys that daddy used to make
Yes I remember many things that often I recall
But I remember mama and daddy most of all
I remember mama and daddy most of all
And our little country home they filled with love
I remember mama and daddy most of all
And all the things they did to make life happier for us
Yes I remember lots of things that often I recall
But I remember mama and daddy most of all
I remember candy that daddy used to bring I remember songs my mama used to sing
Oh I remember many things that often I recall
But I remember mama and daddy most of all
I remember mama and daddy most of all
And how they taught us children right from wrong
I remember mama and daddy most of all
How they used to hope and pray they'd live to see us grown
Oh I remember many things that often I recall
But I remember mama and daddy most of all
I remember I remember I remember mama and daddy most of all most of all

Wish I Was Little Again
when I was a little girl
I was daddy's little angel
he thought I was sent from heaven
he used to pray with me every night
but now
I'm the devil daughter he never wanted
I was meant for hell instead of earth
he acts as if he never wants me around
I'm use to feeling this
try to make em proud
never works, I give up
I wish I was daddy's little angel again
blowing kissing back and forth
laughing when he would take my nose
I want that all back
but now,
I still love him
and somewhere down inside
he loves me too. I hope at least
But now, I will live my life,
wondering why he changed his mind
from his angel daughter
to his devil daughter
in less then a few years

I Rememer, .
I Remember, ..
I Remember, seeing cops take you away.
I Remember, it was just the 3 of us.
I Remember, going to see you.
I Remember, talking to you ALL the time.
I Remember, telling you ' I love you.'
I Remember saying, ' Daddy, i miss you.'
I Remember, when you packed your bags.
I Remember you, holding your new born child.
I Remember, when you left me.
I Remember when, i told you i hated you.
I Remember, when i met HIM.
I Remember, when HE called me HIS daughter.
I Remember, HE took your place.
I Remember when, I told HIM ' Dad, i love you.'
I Remember now, im not YOUR daughter, ..
IM HIS.

Listen Up Daddy
Listen up daddy I got something to say
I'm tired of pretending that everything is okay
Daddy you look over me like I'm not alive
And to get your attention daddy I have to strive
When I was little you were never there
And some times I don't even know why do I care
I use to paint pictures in my mind of the perfect dad
It consisted of all those things that I wished you would have had
A day wouldn't go by without me thinking of you
Sometimes I would say what would my dad do
And then it hit me I really don't know
Its not like you been apart of my life before
But I know someone who do know about you
The other daughter to you come home too
The daughter that you say hello and see you later at
The daughter that somehow got your hurt fully attached
I'm not mad because in life you have to deall with stuff like this
And if you don't this a big apart of your life that you shouldn't miss
So even though dad you another state away
I just wish that you could tell me happy birthday! ! ! ! ! !

Hello My Daughter Song
Hello my daughter
You have grown so fast
And you will always be daddy's girl
Yes I know still living at home for now
Until you finish you university
And have a job
But then you will have your own place
Hello mydaughter
You have my eyes
And you look more like your mother than me
Believe me there is nothing wrong with it
Hello my daughter
And always remember that I love you very much

Daddy please don't cry
I know we don't always
See eye to eye
O! Daddy please don't cry
You gotta to know
Your baby gotta grow
Throw away for once your ego
One of these heads gotta bow
Or we will continue to row and row
O! Daddy please don't cry
This is not the way
I want to say goodbye
Wipe those tears
Your daughter cares
Her love is always there and near
Daddy, I am always with you my dear
O! Daddy please don't cry
I tell you no lie
You are one hell of a father
I will never forget
You are one hell of a father
I will never regret
This is not the time for morning blues
I love you Daddy
I love you Daddy
I know Daddy loves me too

Im The Girl
Ive got a memory
A thousand years old
And I know secrets
Ive never been told
And Ive got jewels
I havent found
And theyll return me
To the ground
Im the girl, Im the girl, Im the girl
You know me
Im the girl, Im the girl, Im the girl
You know me
And Im a siren
Ill wreck you on my shores
And Im godiva
Ill call you back for more
And Im medusa
And Im your favourite doll
And Im a georgia okeefe
Hanging on your wall
Im the girl, Im the girl, Im the girl
You know me
Im the girl, Im the girl, Im the girl
You know me
Im joan of arc
Im the girl next door
Im the mother and the daughter
Of the mother and the daughter before
And I remember being born just sound and light
And sound and light and light
And I remember the first time, skin on skin in the arms
In the arms of the night
Well how many times have we looked up into the starry skies
And how many times have we felt the passion rise
Every ruby-lipped girl baby, old lady, squaw junkie, girl after girl after girl
Every muse, whore, good witch, princess, back arching, year after year after year
Im the girl, Im the girl, Im the girl
You know me
Im the girl, Im the girl, Im the girl
You know me
Im joan of arc
Im the girl next door
Im the mother and the daughter
Of the mother and the daughter
The mother and the daughter
Of the mother and the daughter
The mother and the daughter
Of the mother and the daughter
Before.

Soldier's Daughter
It's the way he looks at you
That says to me
This isn't over
From the outside looking in
You see there's nothing sacred here
Nothing sacred
You can bend
But you can't break
For the reasons out of our control
You try to make it roll
Like a dice away
But you say that you're all empowered here
This is obviously not clear enough
To me
You can bend
But you can't break
Hey little girl keep dancing
Hey little girl keep dancing alone
'Cause there's not enough time in your day
To keep you here
The soldier's daughter
Did your daddy
Did your daddy hurt you
Did he make you feel bad
Did he poison your views
With the water he was raised on
Oh your father's son says hang on
Hang on
Hey little girl
Keep dancing
Hey little girl
Keep dancing alone
'Cause there's not enough time in your life
To stay here
So over the hills he'd climb
Just to see her there in time
Just to watch the sun shine through her dress
The sweet soldier's daughter
The sweet soldier's daughter

Who I Am! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !
I am My Father's Daughter
I am Torn Between Being Your Perfect Daughter or Letting You Go Forever
I am Finally Seeing Why I made All My Countless Mistakes They Were All Because Of You
I Am Turning Into The Person Who I never wanted To Be But Its In My Blood& Can't Change Who We really are
I Am Touching My Cold Heartless Heart That You Finally Broke & Destroyed That Not Even I can Fix
I Am Hoping & Praying My Future Never Ever Turns Into My Past Again
I Am Trying To See The Good Bout You & Yet None Come To My Mind
I Am Seeing The Monster I've Become, Yet I Won't Cry nor Scream
I Am Understanding Why I Won't or Can't Get Rid Of all This Bad Horrible Blood
I Am A Daddy's Girl till The End OF Time Whether I Accept IT Or Not
I Am Always & Forever Gonna Be My Father's Daughter Like Father Like Daughter.......................

Daddy Died Mommy Cried The Little Girl Laughed
Daddy is dead
Mommy shakes her head
They say Mommy poisoned him
And all the little girl can do is laugh
The little girl wanted to shout joyfully
It was all the little girl's fault
The little girl poisoned Daddy
Finally the little girl's revenge
Mommy and Daddy used to beat the little girl all the time
Mommy would watch and laugh while the little girl screamed
Because Daddy was raping the little girl
hey people a girl i knew wrote this poem
creepy huh?

Daddy Can I Turn This?
There is a button and there's a switch
There is a needle and there's a dial
There is a lever I want to lift
And still you treat me like I'm a child
Daddy can I turn this?
Daddy can I turn this?
Will it be very dangerous?
Or will it taste nice?
You wash your hands with perfume and spice
I'll tell you when I want your advice
Daddy can I turn this?
Daddy can I turn this?
Is anybody acting your age?
You got a girl you keep in a cage
You give her present after a while
A birthday cake containing a file
Daddy can I turn this?
Daddy can I turn this?
The flashing lights go running 'round and 'round
It spits out money
It tastes like honey
So drink it down
It leaves the slightest chemical taste
It could be most unfortunate
Earrings that jangle before they're seen
She slaps your face like a tambourine
Daddy can I turn this?
Daddy can I turn this?
Daddy can I turn this?
Daddy, daddy, daddy, daddy
