God Reaches Out
GOD REACHES OUT
I know you're feeling very down
And I wish you weren't sad.
There are so many things around
That make us feel so bad.
But when you awake in the morning
To the chirping of a bird,
Just remember that may be God,
Whose singing you have heard.
And when you walk into a store
And a beggar there you see,
Just remember, that sad face,
The face of God, may be.
And when a child smiles up at you
With innocence in their eye,
Just remember that each day
God gives innocence to you and I.
So when you're feeling down and sad
And your heart seems to break,
Just remember that God reaches out
And says, 'My Hand, you now must take.'
Love you my friend.

My Stairway
MY STAIRWAY
There is a stairway
In my mind
Spiraling upward-
Ever Upward.
Upon my journey-
I sometimes tire
And must
Stop to rest.
At times,
I fall back a step
Or two,
But always,
I look upward
As I travel
On my journey.
Upward, I travel,
On that spiraling
Staircase-
Toward a reward.
The reward
Our Heavenly Father
Has promised
So long ago.
Just the twinkling
Of an eye.
A whole lifetime
for you and me.....
Only an instant
In Eternity............

The Lonely Willow Tree
THAT LONELY WILLOW TREE
God made this Earth,
The Sun... The Air.
He placed it all
Into Man's care.
On it He placed
Flowers and trees
In beautiful colors,
Man's eyes to please.
But when He thought
His work was done,
He added this....
A tree.....Just one.
He planted here
A Willow Tree,
Where Man could pray
On bended knee.
But now when Man
Neglects to come,
He named this tree
The weeping one.
Near a stream
Where no one will be
There stands a lonely
Weeping Willow Tree.
And when you see
It's branches weep,
You know that from
God's eyes....
....................Tears do Seep.

Joy Of Music
THE JOY OF MUSIC
The violin sang so softly
In the hands of this old man
As he sat there on the wooden stool
Bow held gently in his hand.
His wife played grand piano
Sweet music they did make
As from the hard work of the fields
This respite, they would take.
Gentle music of God's praises
They played for all to hear.
The sweetest music in the land
Was falling on God's ear.
They passed along this joyous sound
To children they did bare
The most relaxing trait of all
The gift of music rare.
Now throughout the generations
Which do continue to abound
We hear the perfect notes and songs,
The joy of music...does resound.

Love You My Friend
-- * LOVE YOU MY FRIEND * --
I played out in the rain today
I had a lot of fun.
I splashed in all the puddles
Wherever I did run.
I turned my face up to the sky
To catch a dropp or two
And all the time I played in it,
I remembered thoughts of you.
Remembering all the fun we had
In Younger days of play
And here is a reminder.....
I still love you, everyday.......

Mama's Legacy
MAMA'S LEGACY
When I was just a little girl
I lay in Mama's bed
To listen to the fairy tales
From the little books she read.
Of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs
Cinderella and her Prince
Of Rumplestiltskin-Puss 'N Boots
And Aladdin and his tents.
I couldn't get enough of them
I'd ask her every night
But sleep would always conquer me
No matter how I'd fight.
I'd recite the words along with her
I knew them all by heart
She'd read to me from anything
Some knowledge to impart.
She taught me about the world around
From books she read aloud
She made my life worth living
And made me live it proud.
When I had children of my own
I read from those same books
To teach my children that in this life
You need brains, not just good looks.

depression
-DEPRESSION-
I Am, crawling in the basement
Of a house so-called depression,
Cannot lift myself from under
This Rock of non-expression.
Just lingering in the darkness,
Not a candle in the way
And now I lie here motionless
Into another day.
No feelings in my body,
No thoughts to fill my mind;
For if I cannot awake from this
My fate is now resigned.
There lurking in the darkness
Is one who summons me.
The man who holds the sickle
Does now call out in glee.

graduation Day
-GRADUATION DAY--
The mist hung slight
Above the ground.
Students all were
Scurrying 'round.
With testing done
The college plight,
Such merriment
It t'was a sight.
As mortar boards
Flung into the air
Their joy and sadness
Each to share.
Forward as their
Lives would go,
And where they lead
No one does know.

First Encounters
THE FIRST ENCOUNTER
That first encounter
Warmth wrapped around my virgin body
Dampness enveloping me
Surrounding me as I come up for air
Sensually seeping inside me as I sink
Once more into this moist
oblivion
Undressing me with gentle caresses
Which empower me to once again push
Up to the surface
And with long strides pull
Myself to the side of the
winterpool
Lifting my moist body into
The cold winter air
Wrapping myself in a terry robe of warmth
And scurrying across the cold concrete
To the crackling warmth of the
Fireplace.......
Inside.....

Do You Remember Any of It? I Do
i remember when i met you
i remember when i fell in love with you
i remember when you said 'i love you'
i remember when i said it back
i remember what we had planed
i remember how perfect we were
i remember the late phone calls
i remember the songs you sang me
i remember when everything turned up side down
i remember the endless nights of tears
i remember wishing things were back to the way they were
i remember how you hurt me
i remember feeling like i was nothing to you
i remember waiting to hear from you again
i remember your last words to me
i remember they were ' i dont know if i love you anymore'
i remember feeling like i just died
i remember thinking you died
i remember the pain
do you remember any of it? i do

This Guest--a Hero
THIS GUEST....A HERO
I've stood beside a hero
For nigh almost a year
His Faith is ever growing
And to me, he shows No Fear.
He's sure that life is ending
But He's living it his best.
He laughs and jokes to cheer others
For by the Father, He is blessed.
His poetry is inspiring
For in the Father he believes,
Spreading there the Father's word
Great blessings he receives.
Each day he shares a message
Each day he shares a joke.
He'll not complain, he's dying,
He'll just act like other folk.
To me He is so special
For through his eyes I can see
That special place in Heaven
That awaits the likes of me.
And now he pulls away from us
To spare that grief that we do share
But, I know, When I get to Heaven
I will, most surely, see him there.
Blessings my friend.
May God do for you
What you have done for others!
Love You!

Caroline, No
Where did your long hair go
Where is the girl I used to know
How could you lose that happy glow
Oh, caroline no
Who took that look away
I remember how you used to say
Youd never change, but thats not true
Oh, caroline you
Break my heart
I want to go and cry
Its so sad to watch a sweet thing die
Oh, caroline why
Could I ever find in you again
Things that made me love you so much then
Could we ever bring em back once they have gone
Oh, caroline no

Remember Me Please
If one day you ever care to see me
remember me remember me
please…
remember my eyes
when you see some one suffering from love and all they do is cry
remember my lips, when you take the sweetest sip
remember my words my love every day
like in the mornings when you hear the doves sing so gay
remember my smile
exactly like a 8 year old child smiles
remember my body
when you hug your pillow to whisper you love me
remember me when I use to travel every inch of your body
remember me when I fell in your heart and you found me
remember that your lips where all I ever wanted to drink
remember that your eyes where all I ever wanted to see
next to you the only place I wanted to be
remember me please....
when I begged you so you wouldn’t leave
remember when I was inside of your heart
and nothing in this world could break us apart
remember
remember me
please…

Merry Christmas To You
-* MERRY CHRISTMAS TO YOU * --
The twinkling lights, of Christmas scenes,
Strewn across the countryside;
As the family takes it's ever famous,
Night before Christmas ride.
You'll see, baby Jesus in the manger,
With Mary and Joseph standing near.
Santa's sleigh is by the chimney
And, there in front, his eight reindeer.
There's a snowman and a snoopy
With children playing there with glee.
And there are presents sprightly piled
Neath the snowy Christmas Tree.
Luminaries dancing along the walks
Lighting pathways up the hill
While Carolers sing for everyone
Sprinklings of snowflakes can't break their will.
Then slowly we'll drive back to our home in A land that is so free
Snuggling in our bed to dream of a Babe upon the hay
Then we'll wake up in the morning, to presents neath the tree;
And please remember- our Blessed Lord's sweet CHRIST-mas Day.
Have a Merry Christmas My friends.

I can't remember
I can’t remember the day
I can’t remember the night
I just see in your eyes
I just remember the feeling
What you feel you can’t forget
I can’t remember the light
I can’t remember the dark
I can’t remember the heart
I just live the today
Because it can’t be erased
Don’t let me here alone
Help me to remember what I forgot
I’m waiting for someone
Because alone, I cannot
If the rain come here
Help me to remember the tears
If the sun doesn’t shine
Don’t help me to remember the fears
If in the night there are stars
Remember me about the hope
If the sunset would be long
Help me to my eyes I get close
Because I would remember our love.

Do You Remember When
[intro]
Think about it
Remember when
When we first fell in love
I just want that feeling back again
You know, what it used to be
You and me, listen
I believe we can be whatever we want to be
And I know well be alright
I can see what you need, and what you need is me
Like you did on our first night
You make everything lovely
You make everything lovely
You make everything lovely
Yes indeed, thats why Im hurting
Can we fall in love again
Like we did back then
Do you remember when
(do you remember when)
Do it like you did it back then
And then well do it again
Do you remember when
Reminiscing and more on what we had before
Makes me feel so warm inside
Wanting you constantly and feeling so sorry
That we had to say goodbye
Youre my everything, baby
Youre my everything, baby
Youre my everything, baby
Cant you see, thats why Im hurting
Can we fall in love again
Like we did back then
Do you remember when
(do you remember when)
Do it like you did it back then
And then well do it again
Do you remember when
(dont you remember, baby)
Maybe we arent all that we used to be
Maybe we could start from the beginning
Youre giving me a love that just cannot leave
So tell me that you still love me
Can we fall in love again
Like we did back then
Do you remember when
(do you remember when)
Do it like you did it back then
And then well do it again
Do you remember when
Do you remember
Do you remember
Do you remember
Do you remember when
[repeat x2]
[while:]
When we used to touch
When we used to laugh
When we used to do the things we used to do
Do you remember, come on
Do you remember , come on

I Remember You
I remember you
I remember me
I remember
I remember how things used to be
I remember every word that you said
I remember, how could I forget
I remember, I remember you
(I remember, I remember)
I remember you
I remember your old address
And I remember
How could I forget
I remember thinking how my luck changed
I remember being so amazed
I remember, I remember you
(I remember, I remember)
I remember, I remember you
(I remember, I remember)
I remember you
I remember me
I remember
The way things used to be
I remember how it was that we met
I remember, I will never forget
I remember, I remember you
(I remember, I remember)
I remember, I remember you
(I remember, I remember)
I remember, I remember you
(I remember, I remember)
I remember, I remember you
(I remember, I remember)
I remember, I remember you

“Remember”
Remember where you came from.
Remember where you have been.
Remember whom you have encountered.
Remember whom you have known,
Remember joyous moments.
Remember sorrow too.
Remember all the lessons.
Remember the lessons you forgot.
Remember your Father.
Remember your Mentor.
Remember Mother Earth.
Remember the universe.
Remember to remember.
Remember gratitude.
Remember to be humble.
Remember your heart.
Remember always to love.

Remember, I AM
When all their backs have been turned
When all your bridges have burned
When you forget to teach and learn
When all your tears fall down your face
When all your smiles go to waste
When your heart does no longer race
Remember, I AM
When you can't remember where you're from
When you've forgotten about true love
When you don't know which way is up
When you can't seem to understand
When you find you can't trust a man
When your foundation is made of sand
Remember, I AM
Remember I AM and I always will BE
Remember there is none like Me
Believe in what you cannot see?
Believe. Believe. Believe in Me.
Remember I AM when you don't know who you are
Remember I AM when someone breaks your heart
Remember I AM when you're torn all apart
Remember, I AM when you don't know where to start
When all your dreams turn to nothing
When your mouth forgets to sing
And when your phone no longer rings
When it seems no one does care
When you find no one is there
When you don't feel all that rare
Remember, I AM

Remember When
Roy orbison
You think shes an angel
When shes close to you
But you better watch her, buddy
Shell break your heart in two
Yeah, youll wake up one day, and then
Youll look back and say my friend
Yeah, i-i-i-i-i remember when
I remember those stars in my eyes
I remember she had me hypnotized
I thought our love would never end
But oh, what lies, and I remember when
I thought she was mine
I thought she was fine
I knew she was cool
But she played me for a fool
So dont be swayed by that pretty face
Very soon youre gonna be replaced
Yeah, i-i-i-i-i remember when
I remember when her lips were warm
I remember when she was in my arms
I remember her devils charm
The living end - oh, I remember when
So go on, believe
That she wont leave
Yeah, be smart and let her
Let her break your heart
Well mark my words, mark my words
You can believe everything youve heard
Cos i-i-i-i-i remember when
Yeah i-i-i-i-i remember when
Yeah i-i-i-i-i remember when
