For Football
Gave our society peace and togetherness.
What a phenomenal in my age
As profitable as the earth.
Armando is my vision. Pele is my future but football is my goal.
If I would have a son it will be Messi the messiah of soccer.
God bless Soccer

And today the elohim of the football world is Messi;
Who plays for Barcelona.

Maradona as Coach Maradona
I can't see Argentina's future in this world cup. I am writing this poem being a fan of Maradona and Argentina football team.
Now you an old lion
Still a hunter
But don’t go for hunting in groups,
You are preparing others to hunt for you.
You have kept beard during the world cup
But that can’t hide the anxiety and pride of your face.
Standing beside the side line
You watch the football of Argentina
With conscious long wait
For another Argentine goal.
Tevez, Milito, Veron can’t ignore your presence,
Even Messi follows your shadow of football magic,
Can they uplift the cup
That you once held in your heavenly hands?
Mexico, Germany, Korea –
Tough opponents everywhere
Can your soccer boys beat them all
To progress in this tournament?
Key of future has the answer,
As for now,
All I can say,
Good luck, ‘Coach Maradona’!

GOAL! SCORE! HORNS BLARING!
soccer fans blowing there horns, eating their food, jumping up and down, painted faces, soccer jerseys, foam fingers, hot blistering sun, fun.
soccer balls roll and fly across the field soaring though the air like a bird with no wings, black and white moving so fast.
soccer bleachers, sweating fans, crumbs of food left in the stands, bird and bees and hornets to fly all around looking for food.
GOAL! SCORE! HORNS BLARING! SOCCER!

Playing on the Playground
Everyone plays in groups,
They run across the playground.
Playing football or soccer and,
Maybe even basketball.
Girls running around chasing boys
And here's me playing soccer or me,
playing alone. Maybe always alone.

Super Sports
Soccer is the worlds favourite sport (Well I personelly think so! ! !) . The people who adore it the most, definetly should eat toast! ! ! ! ! ! ! !
But with AFL you always scream (sometimes that makes you eat alot of cream!) :) On with the poem we go hey i feel like making some dough! Oh NO don't get me started about making dough!
Soccer is definetly different to Football You can't use you're hands thats why they don't use pans.
Football you have to be a tool. I'm not bagging it out but if you go for the saints then you're fully awesome!
That's all I have to say! Oops I forgot to say g'day!

The Ballad Of “Willie, Bar The Door.”
In the town of Limavady,
I would have you all to know,
William Cummings he was born
A true son of the Roe.
And in that lovely valley
Near to Benevenagh’s feet,
“Willie, bar the door” gave
Many a soccer treat…
For roared on by his public
Throughout the fair north west
This humble Irish sportsman
Put others to the test.
And sure ‘twas in his lifetime
A legend he became
One of the best defenders
In the skilful soccer game.
And many were his exploits-
Oh! far too many to relate!
For on and off the field of soccer
To serve others was his fate.
Alas, William now has left us
But his memory still lives on,
In the hearts of those who knew him
And who loved him as their own.
And sure whenever soccer’s played,
In public park or moor,
We of his generation
Will remember “Bar the door”.

Soccer
Have you ever been on a soccer field?
Well if you haven't it’s the m amazing thing
It’s like being in heaven but on grass
When the grass is just cut and the potato bugs are jumping in the air it gives you energy to have fun
And if you have been on a field then you know how the freshly cut grass
stings your nose and enlightens your heart to give you extra strength to
play soccer harder than you ever have in your life. That is what it’s like being on a soccer field!

Interview with Manuel Negrete
What is the most beautiful goal?
A goal with friends; a goal that is itself a goal;
A goal that is a beginning, and a goal that ends.
What is the most perfect fulcrum?
The human body where it casts a shadow.
When will the earth shift on its axis?
When the moon becomes a meteorite
And imagination lifts the heart.
Did the Azteca fly up from its foundation?
All of Mexico emerged from the ground.
Is Quetzalcoatl a soccer god?
He plays with the morning star.
What do you do with your time?
I live in the blinding moment.

Soccer
I have always liked soccer
such a rough game
Such skills are required
And popluar
You must be strong
and fearless
long kicks to bring you closer
to achieving your goal
of making goals to win the game
heading and saving the ball
is important too
its all about a game called soccer

The Beautiful Game (soccer)
I love you more than my old soccer cleats,
The ones I’ll never give up.
I love you more than the perfect field,
The one I use to warm up.
I love you more than my soccer ball,
The one that’s perfect for amazing passes.
I love you more than me running along those different types of grasses.
I love you more than the cheering crowds,
The stands made out of plaster.
I love you more than that perfect kick,
That I have yet to master.
I love you more than my soccer cleats the ones that hold all reason.
I love you more than my coach, my soccer team and my season.
I love you more than winning that world cup,
That we have yet to reclaim.
I can’t believe I love you more than the beautiful game.
Meaning of Soccer
Soccer is a sport of heart, joy, skills, and Honor. Many people play it for money and don’t really
Care about the sport. A true professional soccer player plays for what’s in the front, NOT the
Back. If the team that’s in the front goes big and then you’ll go big with them. Play this beautiful
Sport for fun and enjoy. Many youngsters look up to big names stars like Cristiano Ronaldo,
Kaka, David Beckham, Pele, and many names. Guess what my friends they practiced so they
Could get where they are now, INTERNATIONAL SUPERSTRS! You want to get there just
Practice hard and in games try harder then what you practiced.
