Fate- destined

You are lucky you are chosen
The goodness of life
is in your sight and vision
Dignity always and forever-
That cannot be just a dream,
In the ways of righteousness
And pass the test of time
With the heavenly grace
The fountain of life- sing praises,
Achievement is one of a kind
You will be- mirror of change
To fill life with its flesh- the bliss
And fate will be the only reflection
While faith- yours is the light
For in God you are his beloved child
Fate- that is the journey for you
To love and to live
To love and to let live

Hope

Life on earth is hard,
It is something we earned,
Every day a body is burned,
What a terrible fate,

Then I saw you,
Your smiling face,
You filled my life with grace,
What a beautiful fate,

So I took a deep breath,
Found the courage to keep going,
This might be my fate,

In your eyes,
In your eyes I saw hope,
In your eyes I saw life,
In your eyes I saw love,
In your eyes I saw the love of life,

I chose to live,
I chose to live for you,
In everything I do,
To always be with you,

Together we will live,
To others we will give,
Hope we will deliver,
With love, no one will suffer,

In your eyes,
In your eyes I see hope,
In your eyes I see life,
For you I'd give it all up,
For you I'd give up life,

Life on earth is hard but not with you,
Your eyes shine with the light of love,
With you I feel the blessings from above,
Your eyes see the depths of my soul,
Shining your light into my life,
I hope your love is my fate,

In your eyes I see love and light,
With you my hope is for life!

Lifes A Journey

I say life’s a journey, because life’s something we have once and everything we do and say is something we can’t go back and change. So I look at life as a journey. That I have to live full out, with no regrets. I don’t have time to live in the past or think about all the bad things. Almost all human being takes life for granted, and I don’t want to be one of those people. So I promised my self to never ever live with regrets, so I try to do whatever my heart tells me. And I try to stand up for all my believes, and I can’t do that if I live in the past or with regrets. It’s a waist of time,
Because life’s a journey.

I usually say if you got a dream go for it, because giving up on a dream is like giving up on life and giving up on life is like sitting and asking god to die. I know it’s hard to go for your dream when people tell you, that you won’t make it. So I just tell my self, whenever I fall I get back up, because I won’t give up without a fight.
Because life’s a journey.

What you’ve got if you don’t have faith, I know it’s hard to hold on to, when we live in a world like this. But I always hold on to my faith and my hopes.
My believes is what often keeps me going,
Because life’s a journey.

Life is hard, we all know it isn’t fair but I say stop worrying about what you/we don’t have and appreciate what you/we have. Because whenever you/we have a bad day someone else has a worse day and in worse case someone might be dying,
Because life’s a journey.

This world need some love, I know it’s easier to hate than love but at least could we try to respect each other. We would get so much more out of this journey then, I really believe that. Maybe sometimes we should just start to think about our self’s than everybody else. Because if we keep hate on each other, we will soon see world war 3, and I don’t think any one wants that to happen. I wish we could all respect each other, black and white, blue and yellow, bigger and smaller. Because at the end of the day we all human being on a journey that can end any time. It’s sad but it’s true,
Because life’s a journey.

Life’s a journey till the day it ends and when it ends there is no looking back or taking back. We had our changes only doomsday will show us if we wasted our time on our journey or if we enjoyed the journey and appreciated what we had. When we are at the end of our journey that’s when we have to face death. Many people forget we have to die because they might be afraid, but I’m not because it’s a part of life.
Life’s a journey till it ends.

Reflection

Reflection
By: Adam M. Snow

The reflection in this cracked mirror shows only two;
my essence, my soul; it's also true.
My soul is tainted, my essence is numb;
my dreams grew dark, this is what I've become.

My reflection is cracked; I'm out of place;
my heart grows cold, I need your grace.
I'm falling apart; I've lost my way;
what else do you want me to say?

The rippling water's a mist how can that be?
Do I exist to be with thee?
I am cracked and so is my reflection;
these wounds, they show my affection.

Though I am but one in a reflection of two;
trying to find my place anew.
So let my reflection show who I am;
someone who was to be damned.

Let me be but one;
so that I may be done.
My reflections strain drops of blood;
just leave me here in the mud.

My eyes are stained, my touch is cold;
all I need is someone to hold.
My mouth is silent, my love breaks;
my body's bound, my soul aches.

I am but one in the mirror's looking glass;
looking upon my modern pass.
When will my reflection show;
the truth I do not dare to know?

My reflection is cracked; I'm out of place;
my heart grows cold, I need your grace.
I'm falling apart; I've lost my way;
I'm waiting here for the day.

My skin grew pale, did I died?
I'm here in this corner trying to hide.
My sight has gone; it's the break of dawn;
I'm going back to where it spawned.

The mirror's shattered, not my reflection;
from what I've done this is my infection.
I've been risen yet I fall;
I can't give up on all.

My reflection's viewing pains;
showing me bound by these chains.
I'm forced to face myself in this state;
the mirror shows, this is my fate.

My reflection is broken yet it's whole;
I'm out in the world searching for my life's role.
I'm reaching out through the dark;
searching for the owner of this black mark.

Nevermore does my reflection show;
I'm lost with no where to go.
The mirror's lust has felled;
this is where I dwelled.

My tears fall upon reflection;
this is my resurrection.
The cracked mirror now shows one;
could it be that it's now done?

My reflection's anew;
it's also true.
I'm not the same:
I ignite my flame.

The mirror's now whole with no crack in sight;
I'm no longer in the dark, but the light.
I only love; I do not hate;
I know now that this is my fate.

I faced myself in the mirror;
now that I can see, it's all so clearer.
My ways I've change from what I've became;
I'm the only one to blame.

My reflection is cracked no more;
my pain is gone just like before.
My future is nearer;
all ‘cause I looked in the mirror.

On the Shores of Hope and Faith

By the Sea of Light and Love,
On the shores of hope and faith,
Stars are smiling from above,
as I’m dreaming of the Pearled Gate.

This sweet dream makes me tremble,
Thinking at my Home with You,
I can see the Holy Temple,
and the crystal sea-glass too.

Walking on the streets of gold,
I search for words to sing Your praises,
This new life here slowly unfolds
so many beauties, heavenly graces.

I am Your child I’m set apart,
Covered in Your love and grace,
I’m carved forever in Your heart,
And soon I’ll see You face-to-face!

To My Dear Wife, Mercy, On Our 21st Marriage Anniversary

Twenty one years of married life
Have rolled off rather peacefully,
Although marred by some kind of strife,
In the twenty first century!

Life did not go on like our dreams;
But it was worthwhile and lovely;
It couldn’t give smiles or laughter beams,
But stood the test of time surely!

It could have been better than this,
Had we planned it accordingly?
It gave us woes more than the bliss;
Let’s hope the future is merry!

We had our times of happiness;
We had our days of anxiety;
God gave us light amidst darkness;
We toiled our way up righteously!

Let’s count our blessings, grace of God;
Let’s move ahead with hope and love;
Life’s numbers are even and odd;
’Tis time we thought of God above!

The days we passed were fairly good;
We may have failed in some ways still;
We dressed well, ate such dainty food;
We rarely fell seriously ill!

Life cannot happen as we want;
Some changes, we can always make;
Praises to God, let’s sing and chant;
We ate but have still our life’s cake!

Yet, God was kind often to us;
Our children are our wealth real;
From now on, there is no more fuss;
The Giver will our heart-wounds heal!

So, cheer up lady, my dear wife!
Not once did we have chance to cry;
More joy will rain in future life;
Together, we will live and die!

One Way

I lay my life down at your feet
You're the only one i need
I turn to you and you are always there
In troubled times its you i seek
I put you first thats all i need
I humble all i am, All to you
One way
Jesus
You're the only one that i could live for
One Way
Jesus
You're the only one that i could live for
You are always, always there
Every how and everywhere
Your grace abounds so deeply within me
You wil never ever change
Yesterday today the same
Forever till forever meets no end
One way
Jesus
You're the only one that i could live for
One Way
Jesus
You're the only one that i could live for
You are the way the truth and the light
We live by faith and not by sight ... for you
We're living all for you

Preoccupied

Oh, that we may be preoccupied, with the One who came and died,
To change our very present ways, for Christ’s Glory and His Praise.
Not only did He save us from sin, but, He equips us to live for Him,
In ways that we could not before, we knew Jesus Christ as our Lord,

Being Lord, is that key dear friend, as we make Christ our very end,
In everything, between now and then, as we live our life before men.
Loving Christ, with all our heart, as we finish in joy the race we start,
Living each day with thoughts of Him, by The Spirit who lives within.

We now live our life above the past, as old ways behind us are cast,
With Christ on our heart and mind, we can live beyond the old grind.
Guided by Grace from above, He fills our heart with peace and love,
We can live our new life abundantly, while we move towards Eternity.

Before, never thought of at all, Christ, in my life was less than small,
Preoccupied by things of earth, which had no lasting value or worth,
With an emptiness plaguing my heart, where Christ had not one part,
Along with darkness deep within, which was driven by a world of sin.

The empty darkness came to an end, when I meet The Savior, friend,
He filled my darkened emptiness, with the light of His righteousness.
Despite my dark and sinful past, His Light within me will forever last,
As I will remain forever occupied, eternally right by The Savior’s side.

Yes, That Reflection Is Me

When you look in the mirror do you like your reflection,
Or does it bring back a bad recollection,
Why are you suffering after all these years,
Those thoughts of abuse still brings you to tears.

Whenever you think of it you feel you must cry,
You feel you're responsible you wish you could die,
You were but a victim you're dignity taken,
By a beast whose morals they had long forsaken.

This is an issue society has fudged,
The innocent victims are made feel they are judged,
Though you are the person who is truly affected,
The abuser is the one who is then protected.

You were the victim of a heinous crime,
Yet you are the one still doing the time,
The criminal moves on you're left standing still,
But this need not be if you show you've the will.

It's now time to live life you are not an outcast,
No blame lies with you so you must bury that past,
You did nothing wrong that you must know,
If you start to believe then your spirit will grow.

Your life will be yours without being a chore,
You will love who you are forever more,
I would never suggest that you'll ever forget,
But you did nothing wrong you should have no regret.

When that scumbag has gone I think you will find,
You will start to enjoy life you will clear your mind,
That's when you'll really start to believe,
There is nothing in life which you cannot acheive.

So pick yourself up from the depths of despair,
It's a known fact that life isn't fair,
When you feel like crying take appropriate action,
By defeating your demons you will gain satisfaction.

You're no longer the victim you have earned the right,
To be who you are now the end is in sight,
Though there were times your life was rotten,
Those terrible times should now be forgotten.

You must start now it is never to late,
It's now time to take charge of your own fate,
With help you can dig yourself out of that hole,
For the rest of your life you will be in control.

Then when your life is back on track,
you can look in that mirror and say, '' I Am Back ''
When you build up the courage to set your mind free,
You'll take pride in saying,

'' Yes, That Reflection Is Me ''

The Course of Life, Time, And Events and The Process of Change

Time or fate may separate friends, lovers,
But friendship or love that's true will ever
Thenceforth continue to live forever,
True love conquers the odd with its power.
As time passes by, things change with the time,
Every moment, hour, day, month, and year,
All things have their turn to change with the time,
Life, time, and events change with the years.
Everyone, everything, have a time and day,
A time to change, end, begin a new day,
Change is life, the course of life everyday,
All things change, and we change with them all days.
Only the Eternal one is constant,
All things in the universe, inconstant,
But despite it all, love is important,
The world may change, but true love is constant.

Deadly Awakening

Frighting night woke from a dead sleep
heavy chest pains, struggle to move
wondering what is going on, I was fine earlier
no warnings, no pain before the sleep
what woke me up?
I will never know, god or a angel above
told me, I was lucky to make it to the hospital
could of been massive, might of passed
struggled with life, stressed with problems
Things need to change, life is to short
sitting in the ER wondering why me?
I been here before,5 years earlier
but a different way, jumped started 3 times
live to tell, my, I want to live
wonder if it's for a reason, a test I need to know
love to many to leave, not ready to go
missions and dreams to full fill
laying near death makes you think and cry
man or not, this is scary
will I make it the next time, maybe not
I will try to change, slow down, enjoy life
get rid of the stress and the rest
I don't need to die, I have to much will
I made it home this time, told me I was lucky
the symptoms were different, some how I knew
danger I was in, cried in the car and I don't cry
wondering if this was my time, I do not go
fight for life, live my dreams, love thy family
forget the pain, the past, work for the future
relax and breathe, life is precious
may I live for now, I have so much to give
poems to write, stories to tell
Thanks for life, love and dreams
My life is to give to you and enjoy

In Many Ways

Of elite athletes, celebrities and the rich and famous the praises you will hear so many sing
But they are mortals they don't live forever for human life is a temporary thing
All I ask of life is to be happy just for the remainder of my life span
It would be nice to grow old free of sadness and die painless in my sleep a happy man
In many ways I do feel very lucky when my lot in life with others I compare
So many people poor, hungry and Homeless and Stateless in the bigger World out there
What they would give to be lucky as I am at least I have a roof above my head
So many poor and hungry and sad people who sad to say feel envious of the dead
So many poor people in refugee camps they are the people of no fixed abode
The victims of Warlords and droughts and famines their life journey has been a hard old road
'Tis sad to think of the sadness all around us the Homeless children of poverty street
Who search in rubbish bins in the dark alleys for food that others have refused to eat
In many ways I do feel very lucky so many people far worse off than me
In the bigger World out there much want and sadness and many people live in poverty.

Reflection (rewrite and edit)

Reflection
By: Adam M. Snow

Alone am I this night of flutter,
confusion reigns, so I utter.
The air is that of a clouded dream;
so dark like that of an ordeal gleam.

I wonder where this fancy bestowed me;
in this room, damp as can be.
My vision is blurred from this smoky scene.
I see only a table, that of shallow green.

Heedfully I approach the table with ease,
Seeing afar it covered in bluish frieze.
My vision once blurred now is clearer;
that vanity table shown an olden mirror.

From the vanity table, that mirror I now held
I glanced upon myself, now greatly compelled.
A face has shown, was I yet not I,
it curses myself to die.

The image that was shown shadowed a vision:
Ye or I inter sweet derision,
o'er thy pass of insanity wake
as much of pain as I could take.

The mirror is now cracked as I am no more.
My heart beats cold as my days be hoar.
I've fallen apart and lost my way;
I am now one, alone in this blackened day.

My life's water has been turned into mist,
I, the writer who can't exist.
I am cracked in my own reflection
these wounds are the signs of my affliction.

I am one in this reflection shown two;
seeking to make my life anew.
I asked my reflection to be shown;
my truth, my past is left unknown.

I ask of thee, 'Let it be done.'
I am the writer, the lonely one
My reflections, it strains drops of blood;
now engulfing in life's lowly flood.

My eyes are stained as I lay cold,
I am weak-bound growing old.
My voice is muted as my heart now breaks;
my body's bounded but my soul still aches.

Agony whelms my ever being,
leaving I without a sight for seeing.
Burned into my mind, a vision of pain
as the mirror image, curse me insane.

To be upon a mirror image,
upon a worldly scrimmage.
My reflection does not show
this truth I do not dare to know.

My reflection is now cracked as I am no more.
My heart beats cold leaving my wounds sore.
I've fallen apart and lost my way;
I am now one, alone in this blackened day.

I long for amity among benevolence
a sought after among your prevalence.
I am now we, and we look back;
my ember morn has now grown so black.

The mirror is shattered, my image is not;
my demon has shown its devilish plot.
I've been raised yet again to have fallen-
My life, my heart be stolen.

My reflection in vision pains
showing I bound by my worldly chains.
I am force to face myself in such state,
the mirror shows, it-is-my-fate.

My image is broken yet is whole,
I seek only for my life's role.
I'm reaching through out the dark,
my only light an ember spark.

Nevermore will my reflection show;
I'm lost with no place left to go.
The mirror's lust has failed;
is this not where I dwelled?

My tears are falling upon my reflection
this holds for me no resurrection.
This cracked mirror now shows only one;
the life in this mirror is nearly done.

My reflection, it is not new;
like the mirror it's turning blue.
I, myself has gone insane,
I shall not lack in vain.

I am not myself shall I be smite;
this is the shine of evil's light.
I only love yet still I choose hate;
I know now, it is my fate.

I feared myself, of who I am,
curse me now let thee be damn.
Bow ye not of I with shame,
I'm the one whom to blame.

I cannot live like the past,
nor the future of all in vast.

Forever Faithful

In spite of all my unfaithfulness, my Lord God is faithful unto me.
For my life God does surely bless, in many ways that others see.
And although I often fail the test, I remain secure for all Eternity.
I have above an eternal address, where with God I’ll forever be.

It all comes down to God’s Grace; every single day I live my life.
For me there was not a trace, or even a thought of Jesus Christ,
In my heart God had no place, as my will and desire did suffice.
But through God’s saving Grace, He became for me a sacrifice.

From a former life of unbelief, I now live to honor Christ as Lord,
Who for me experienced grief, upon that cross, that He endured.
It is more than just a small relief, to know that I was not ignored,
For soon upon hearts of unbelief, His Judgment shall be poured.

My friend the things I know to do, sometimes a simply set aside,
At times doing what I know not to, as I fight a battle deep inside,
Thus I’m to my own self untrue, when in Christ I don’t fully abide.
I need to live this life anew, following the model of Him who died.

Faithful to me He will always be, as He guides me with His Love,
Knowing He has prepared for me, a new home forever up above,
Where with Him I’ll live eternally, enveloped by His endless Love,
There to truly live forever faithfully, in a perfect paradise up above.

What Is Pain

What is pain but rejoice leading towards death, we live our lives, some good, some bad, troubled times, and untroubled past, we live and love, we love and live, but for some of us, we may live to love, but we dont love to live, some of us, misjudged by fate, unrightly charged, unrightful hate, some of us, we flow with time, some of us, we get bound by it, some of us we live life to its fullest, the rest of us, live life to its darkest... few of us survive, thrust into darkness we live, never to see light again, not because we hate the light, but because the light hates us, with few of us remaining, were forced to live on.... but some of us that remain, wish to die on, we live in this place, shadowed from light, in our dark shells we are safe, but sometimes someone dares to pierce us with their light, for moments we rejoice in the love of the warmth, but moments later the truth is revieled, always given a taste of the light, but never able to swallow, never able to keep it inside, we weep with the darkness, cast out by the light, we hate the light... for it pierces our night....

My Fate Has Been Sealed....

My Fate Has Been Sealed....

your love placed inside my heart...

came to me without prior notice...

owned it and got into it to burn this heart...

how pity this heart...

this heart which i hold..

pity you are, my heart from this love...

from those fires which burned you...

and changed your life, up to down...

is that your fate...?

this fate, which wrote on you...?

to be always in love..

in love with whom who don`t know how to take care of you...

who owns this rights...

to make you always in pains...

who can change this...

and who can put the end to this fate..

pity you are, my pity heart...

i know that i shall meet my fate oneday...

but i need a fate which my heart deserve...

i need a happiness...

the happiness which i seek and dream always about...

i will accept my fate for what it was...

but if this fate completed my life with you...

Set Apart

I’ve a wicked mind and evil heart, and yet Lord, you set me apart,
I am set apart, to live for you, with your Grace to see me through,
My God, as you transform my life, to live for you in Jesus Christ,
A life I cannot live on my own, but, in the power from your throne.

All by your Grace to be conformed, unto the example of my Lord,
Who lived a life for all to see, as an example of what we could be,
When The Holy Spirit I received, upon that day in which I believed,
My eyes opened up to my pride, and why indeed, my Savior died.

Within me dwells nothing good, through God’s Spirit I understood,
Any righteousness that I may have, to God, is only religious salve,
Belief that we are basically good, is from man religious falsehood,
My righteousness as seen by Him, is but filthy rags, tainted by sin.

To the life of a sinful one, you imputed righteousness of your Son,
His Righteousness given to me, through God’s sacrifice at Calvary,
Where the Only Sinless Man, became for all, God’s spotless Lamb,
Crucified for the world at large; with obedient love, His only charge.

So God, I thank you for your love, in saving me with Christ’s blood,
And through His Blood on Calvary, granting me New Life, Eternally,
Loving me right from the cross, regardless of all my sin and dross,
To cover all of my sin and stain, so with Christ, I shall forever reign.

Heaven

[Jed]
Droplets of light
Piercing through this ever-lasting darkness
Searching for life
So we don't have to feel so alien
What is the price?
To send my soul back into the light
Would it feel right?
To crawl out from the blackness of the night
(Chorus:)
Come with me
I don't wanna be where you ain't gonna be
Fly with me
We can search the distant galaxies
Dream with me
Connect to our sub-conscious unity
Trust in me
Cos heaven's gonna be wherever we will be
Hold on tight
I don't want us to have separate destinies
I would fight
Against any force trying to tear us apart
Fate entwined
Is the only kind of fate I've ever dreamed
Love's divine
The bliss we have will push through any boundaries of time
(Chorus)
Be my light
Shine it upon me like a warm sun
Raise my heights
In spiritual bliss where we were meant to be
Take a dive
Swim in to the depths of eternity
You & I
In your arms is where I want to live and die
(Chorus)

A New Look At Sacrifice

We're moved by the Mercy of God, as we live life on this sod,
To be for God a Living Sacrifice, as Disciples of Jesus Christ;
We’re urged by Paul, into action, to be a light in a world of sin,
In light of God’s incredible Mercy, to live our life pure and holy.

We must commit to a change; transformed to praise His Name,
With God’s loving Mercy in view, we’re moved to live life anew,
Radical change to demonstrate, the power of Grace in our faith,
With change required in our heart, for real changes to truly start.

In light of God’s amazing Grace, we’re moved to an active faith,
Chosen by God’s sovereign Hand, in ways we can’t understand,
To stand against the world’s views, to offer instead Good News,
That can change our world at hand, as for God, we take a stand.

With a transformed heart and mind, a past is all we leave behind,
While we move for God ahead, a voice for Christ and Spirit lead.
Not here to spiritually pause, while ahead there’s a greater cause,
With The Good News to herald, as for God we change our world.

Becoming for God a strong voice, with other brethren we rejoice,
For Christ has made us fully clean, even from those sins unseen,
Mindful of what we used to be, now used by the God of Eternity,
As our own will and self is denied, Grace is spread, far and wide.
