Effects Of Discrimination

I lived a life of social pain,
Many heartaches and strain,
No one ever seemed to care
Of the torment I had to bare.

I lived with a bundle of emotional trouble,
My hopes and dreams seemed to crumble.
I encountered vocal and biased receptions,
Perservered, but never gained acceptance.

Every day I tried my very best,
But I am not treated like the rest.
I shed many tears in the dark,
Skeptical of being a member of the ark.

Bias people look down at me as less,
But I think I am as good as the rest.
I was always told to knit my brow,
It seems I could never learn how.

It is if I was born disfigured and scarred,
A restless soul stained and marred.
A body adorned with dastardly marks,
My life dominated by discriminating remarks.

Yet, I firmly believe in faith and hope
And pray each day for the strength to cope
To eliminate the stain of bias and discrimination,
Urging all people to accept tolerance with no hesitation.

A place called hell

Some one reminded me of a place called hell
Lonely place where every one is doing well
All let loose strange stories around
No basis whatsoever or any images are found

No one may argue in favor of a hell
Generally all may not favor it at all
In their opinion they all did well to be in heaven
Though they have no faint idea even

They have done nothing to find place in this place
They did all whatever they could do to malign the race
At final time they decided to donate some tip of wealth
They knew it well at end of the game with deterioration in health

Some one may go even further to advocate
In the memory of parents some good steps they will indicate
Raising of temple or some orphanage in their name
At least this will save them for some shame

They have all praise for departed soul
The soul had lived noble life with no mistakes or foul
The God only knew how noble and honest he was?
The end was imminent but this was only pause

The heaven has many exits and inlets
Only innocent and nobles are let
Rest all sent to very nice place called hell
There they will spend their life very well

So if some one is referring heaven we should take it for hell
All horrified stories are known to all but now no need to tell
Human ears are not used to hear unpleasant remarks
Though they praise dear ones with full marks

How the hell can be different from atmosphere?
Why the people get afraid with so much fear?
When it is known that only nice people with have entry?
Rest all will be waiting in sun without shed of the tree

Well it is generally accepted that there is another world
Where there is no foe or friend or hot and cold
Everything is same and no difficulty at all
Still untruth may block it like wall

I fearlessly taught and advocated about good or bad
There is nothing to be felt as pain, agony or remain sad
The end may be peaceful and all set to depart
There may be found two gates painted with art

It will remind us of our past
The life might have been over very fast
It was now turn to pack up and say good bye
Even though we had lived happily with very good try

What Do You Do I Ask

(5/4/12)

What do you do when you feel all hope is gone
And hanging by a thread you linger on.
What do you do when you take three steps forward
And eight steps back, and in life you're always under attack.

What do you do when you have door after door
Slam in your face, and to hide - there is no place.
What do you do when your loved ones have lost faith in you
And you don't know what to do.

What do you do when you pray every day
And the answers don't come your way.

Is this really the time to give up hope
When all your life you learned to cope.
Your dreams don't come when you want
And may never come at all
And to the ground they may fall.

Your dreams may not be what GOD has intended
But in your life, your dreams may be ended.
There may be another path that he wants you to travel
And his answers will all unravel.

Your life is not lived just for yourself
You must touch everyone else.
We are surrounded by millions of people
And each life touching another
And giving hope to so many others.

We can not see what he has in store
But we live with faith as we open the new door.
The door may be something that we don't expect
And it will make our lives better yet.
So open the door and let that radiating light shine through
For this is the light and path that belongs to you.

Born To Die

Just a baby
On a doorstep
Its how they found me
Cold and hungry
Raised on hatred
Fed by strangers
As a young girl
I often wondered
Am I born to die
Never having lived
Am I born to die
Without love
In my life
People push me
Knock me down
My foster parents
Kicked me around
They brought me up on
Loneliness
I never had me
A single friend
Am I born to die
Never having lived
Am I born to die
Without love
In my life
Must be someone
In this world
Who can save me
From myself
Or am I born to die
Never having lived
Am I born to die
Without love
In my life
Am I born to die
Never having lived
Am I born to die
Without love
In my life

Restless Nights

Wished we ran and lived as one
In another world my little one
Where strange trees and dark rivers run
I told a dream to you
Now outside the streets of pain
And the childhood games we play
Have faded away
But my baby, she has restless nights
She has restless nights
My baby, she has restless nights
On late night movie screens
Young lovers look so sure
Lost in wide awake dreams
That they cant afford
Once I held you in my arms
On a bed of stone
Now we have grown (but darling)
Well my baby she has restless nights
She has restless nights
My baby she has restless nights
Wished we ran and lived as one
A different world my little one
Where strange trees and dark rivers run
I told a dream to you
Now outside the streets of pain
But here inside my heart
It all falls apart
But my baby, she has restless nights
She has restless nights
My baby, she has restless nights
But my baby, she has restless nights
She has restless nights
My baby, she has restless nights\

In The Name Of People

In the name of kind people who aren't hopeless
The people who are looking for bless

In the name of people who have a great self steam and a great view of life
The people who help other people to be alive

The people who respect each other
People who learn to not bother

In the name of people who had pure tears
People who lived a life full of fears

In the name of people …people who will stay
People who are strong in their speeches, they don't say may! ! ! !

In the name of people who believe what is disgusting is LIE!
People who haven't seen my tears tonight…I'm going to say good bye.

In the name of people, the people of a forgotten place
People who stayed strong, even with their blooded face

In the name of people, the people who are dear
People that will cry, will laugh, but they don't betray, with their pure tear

Depression To Faith

I see now that I can no longer cope
I finally reached the end of my rope.
All my life I’ve been the provider
Now I feel like I’m the outsider.
Looking in To the way life used to be
When I was happy and care free.

Now I am under so much stress
I think it’s time- that I rest.
I’ve always been the one to talk
About love, hope, and faith
Now I can no longer relate.

What makes us get to a point so low
That you have no where s to go.

When the apostles were crossing the lake
And the winds and rains came and they were sinking
They awoke JESUS saying
Master, master, - we are sinking.

Then JESUS calmed the waters and
the winds, and the rains
They just stood in wonder and felt so ashamed.
As he asked: where is your faith?

Now I stand here - ashamed of all my fears
For he is by my side to wipe away my tears.
My faith has always been my foundation
My heart, my soul, my inspiration.
Now I am growing weak
And the lords strength I do seek.

Without faith - all hope is gone
But the strength of your love lingers on.
So here I apply all that you’ve given
Because you make life worth living.

Little Miracles

Two thousand years ago a man was born
Raised, and praised.
Little did anyone see- that he would
Change mans history.
Many miracles were created while he lived
To this world he had so much to give.

Miracles still happen to this day
And to him we do pray.
Little miracles here and there
That with the world we do share.

A person who walked away from a car on fire
Only thing left was a burning tire.
An abandoned newborn found on a frozen street
How he survived without any heat.
A single engine plane crashed into the ground
Two hundred feet away the pilot is found.

9/11 was a disastrous day
But we had people who had walked away.
People buried in a caved in mine
All were found and are doing fine.

These are the miracles of which I speak
They may not have been of astounding feats.
Unlike the parting of the waters
Where the Jews walked through in an uncivil disorder.
All of them were shedding some tears
But GOD wiped away all their fears.

In every country in the world
There are miracles happening every day.
Is it GODS hand? Who is to say!
But with FAITH, LOVE, and HOPE
People accept it and learn to cope.

Their Closest Relatives

People hypnotized and transfixed,
Have grown more accustomed
To their movie productions.
And those creative emotional TV shows.

So accustomed to myths,
People are.
And the praying to what is believed,
To what has been embedded
In their minds,
Exists.

People do not wish to be told,
About the thought process of Nature.
And how that goes.
Or about Earth and Mother Nature.
The relationship between them.
How that works and what they know.

People wish and desire to accept,
They are more powerful
Than that which 'allowed' them life,
And gave to them breath.
People reject with a dismissing of this,
That which gifted them and permitted their lives.

People have grown more accustomed,
To their movie productions.
And those creative emotional TV shows.
Yet,
Give zero respect to their closest relatives.
The Sun, The Moon
And how together,
They affect their lives lived here on Earth.

People have chosen to become accustomed,
To ignoring as if they do not hear or listen.
Or are aware of them with comprehension.

People choose not to accept this as is.
People choose to believe from that which exist,
They are not born from it.
People choose for themselves to believe,
For them
There is no connection to perceive.
Even though what is they can not conceive,
Flows through their veins and bleeds!

Fair Exchange

Your credit is good if you're a member
Just a token to help the people remember
All we've done for you
Nobody buys and nobody sells
And nobody speaks 'til the chairman tells you
We're gonna be your religion, throw those others away
(Chorus)
Fair exchange for your freedom
Fair exchange for your life
Hail the new perfect order
Ending trouble and strife
No one can refuse our offer, it's a fair exchange
You're on file, our computer
Knows what's best for you
We will provide the solution, for the rest of you
Safety and peace, the terror will cease
Forget everything the fanatics tell you
Now you can worship the leader
All he wants is your soul
(Chorus)
We're under control, never worry
Always watching you
Now you're a part of the program
We'll be using you
What do you want? We know what you need
Get out of line, we eliminate you
All for the good of the people
Better one man should die
(Chorus

slUmdOg's cHase for liFe

Born with nothing, marked by poverty
Lived like a dog, treated impatiently and unhuman,
Discrimination received, mocks from the upper kind
Until when and where will they run?

Run, your kind, run!
Fill your stomach, battle hard for survival,
You, who's surrounded by other's greed
Whom you will seek for help?

Trusted no one but yourself
You chose to chase life on what you know is best,
The aftermath of what you chose will give you rest!

When a Child Has Been Told

When a child has been told
Never shed a tear

The small child can only
Every bow their head in fear
And hope and pray they
Don't come back to silence them
They often live in fear

They learn not to cry

When a child has been told
Keep a secret

For if they do they will be punished
For telling lies
They bow their head in fear
Hoping they will not
Come back and take their life

They learn not to speak

When a child has been told
Close your eyes

All they can do is tremble
As the touch of evil hands
Slowly destroys their soul
Never to burn again

They learn not to care

When a child has been told
No one really care's

They sit alone and ponder
Will anyone believe?
If I just spoke
If I just shed a tear
Will anyone really care?

They learn not to feel

All I ask of you now
Is let them speak
Let them cry

Because it means they are alive

Dreams of being with or without you

I want to find you cause you found me alone, Isolated from the world of love. Disconnected from an entire network of hope to love I long to hold love.
But you see I’m scared to get close to your warmth, so bear with my faults as I crawl to near your soul, cry showers of pain as I regret the choice that will unfold when I finally lose hope.
I carry on but can’t cope I sit around and mope thinking of experimenting with coke- blaze dope to cope, get crazy as I continue to lose hope… Damn I lost hope. Stashed her in a place of lost control I can’t onthou…
Still slowly in the mist of my silent sleep, almost like I was mocking death as I peacefully rest with no stress, you resurfaced, identity changed, a love I can finally embrace a love I can’t escape…
Was hope all along within my soul? Did I not hear the truth you spoke? Was I so blind as to not realize, you by my side?
But ever blessed… There are no more dreams of coke just dreams of hope, I can cope.
Cause’ finally after a lifetime of pain, I take no more strain, my sins have been washed away by the rain, I take no more strain, I’m no longer in pain, I can love again.
You showed me the way, I’m here to stay. I’ll be free flowing in this freeway of minimal pain, watching dark clouds gather peaceful rain, as I inhale hope from deep within the roots of the AFRICAN SOIL; I will no longer boil from hatred, as I will be a man of patience…

Put Courage Into Your Heart

Put courage into your heart
Drive swiftly to take a start
And fill your soul with your dreams
Of wishful thinking and hope's beam

And know that to have a fulfilled life
You need to nicely and courageously drive
The car of your dreams and hope
Filled with love and smile's cope

Just learn to get back in touch
With whatever is going around much
And search for inner strength and feel
And make with life a lovely deal

whenever life throws you a curve ball
Return it and rebuild hope's wall
And learn to have a fulfilled life
Where hopes and dreams freely survive

And empower your self and deep inside
With courage of mind and emotion's wide
And trust your feelings and your mind
Then life will always be with you kind

Just put courage into your heart
Drive swiftly to make a start
And fill your soul with your dreams
Of wishful thinking and hope's beam.

Scarred for life

Scarred for life, no one would know
Broken inside, her self esteem so low
Scarred for life, inside & out
No one hears, her silence so loud

Scarred for life, blade against her skin
Pain feels so good, just another sin
Scarred for life, covered bruises
Fight after fight, her dad never loses

Scarred for life, so torn up inside
All these lies, too many tears she cried
Scarred for life, these will never heal
Knife in her back, pain is all she feels

Scarred for life, will this feeling ever fade
No friends left, only a blade
Scarred for life, she has to stay strong
Music's all she has, this story is her song.

Reborn...

Alone in a quiet dark space I sit
My arms wrapped around my nakedness
Surveying my hopes, my dreams and all I have become
My thoughts lay broken like the shards of a shattered mirror
Surrounding me in a sea of fractured hope
Afraid my mind might splinter from the agony
Yet the pain subsides, the agony lessens
Like a jigsaw I reassemble all the pieces
The agony and pain turn to hope and joy
All of my wounds healed I pick myself up from the floor
Like a phoenix rising from the ashes
Grazed and scarred, yet far stronger than before
Mind at ease, heart healed, tortured soul at rest
I am stronger, and ready to face the challenges of life...

Spread the love... The peace will follow...

No matter how many times life knocks us down,
we are pre-programmed to get up and carry on...
It is quite simply what makes us so unique...
The challenges of life can only make us stronger...

Then You're Blessed My Friend

if you still have around

People make you feel the life is hard
to be lived without

And all the time you care about

Then you're blessed and beyond

Because the love has wrapped you around

Don't you ever fear

If you still can tear

So proud you may feel

If your heart others pain still can feel

Be grateful to the God above

Because your ways are guided with love

If your heart shivery cries

Because of all recent poverty and tries

To be the hope for the broken hearts

If inside your soul angels begin to cry

While looking to innocent children's cry

If your heart does care even for strangers heartaches

You may feel thankful my friend

Because you are still safe in humanity's path.

The Trouble With Pain

As I cut my wrists,
And clench my fists,
All I can think about is the pain,
and the fact that I cut my vain,
I am just screaming inside
Oh how I want to run and hide.
I wanted you there to help me cope
and jus give me the hope
that everything will be okay,
and how you will jus say
What was you thinking,
And you saw me sinking
Sinking into a pool of my own blood and tears
How the pain helps me with all of my fears.
Oh how I am ruining my life,
With this very sharp knife.
I hope I will make it to be your wife,
Cuz I wanna be wit you for the rest of my life.
Oh please god help me wit the pain
For i dont wanna cut my vain anymore,
For my wrist will be so sore,
Oh how I miss being formal,
I jus want everything back to normal,
Oh how I am in vain,
Cuz of all my pain I have gained.
For I want to die,
Instead of lie,
i jus wanna end it all,
and jus fall,
Fall to my death,
Of a overdose of meth.

In The Closet

Lines that came to his furrowed brow
came with age
and even now
as he wore them well
not one line could tell
the frustration and squinting
that brought it on.
For he kept it to himself
wherever he'd gone.

For how do you tell another soul
how you think
or lose control
when you take a drimk
and you're on the brink
of ruination
and destroying
the fabric of your life?
So he kept it to himself
and kept it from his wife.

For he'd led a double life
for many years,
too much anguish,
too many tears.
But he hid it well.
Not one person could tell.
The discrimination and lying
would never go away.
He lived in the closet
for he was gay.

Bible in Poetry: Titus 3

Remind the people to obey
Their rulers and authorities,
And do whatever that is good;
To slander not against the next,
To live in peace, be considerate,
And be humble unto all men!

We too at one time were foolish,
Disobedient, deceived, enslaved
By passions, pleasures of all kinds;
We lived in malice and envy;
We lived in hate and hated rest;
But when God’s love and kindness came,
He saved us not because we’re right,
But due to His mercy, so great.

He cleansed us and we had rebirth;
He poured the Holy Spirit through
Our Savior Jesus Christ enough;
The Holy Spirit renewed us;
We have hope of eternal life,
By being justified by grace.

Then stress these trustworthy sayings:
Trust in the Lord and be careful;
Devote yourselves to doing good;
These things will profit everyone.

Avoid controversies, quarrels,
Genealogies, arguments
About the law, as they’re in vain;
Warn a divisive person once;
Warn him again and thereafter,
Have nothing to do with him thence;
Such a man is warped and sinful,
You can be sure he’s self-condemned.

Final Remarks:

As soon as I send Artemas
Or Tychicus to you, do come
To me at Nicopolis then;
Do help the lawyer Zenas well,
And put Apollos on his way;
See that they have all things they need;
Teach people to devote themselves
To doing what is good alone,
So that they meet their daily needs,
And not live unproductive lives.

All those with me, send you greetings;
Greet those who love us in the faith;
Grace be with you in Jesus’ name!

My Death Is Coming Soon

My death it is coming soon
I can feel it in the air
And I know that I will not be missed
Even when I am lying there.
I have tried the best in this life
And I helped out all that I could
But when it came my time for help
I looked around, and no one stood.
I don't know who I am anymore
I know that I just don't belong
So when I leave this world I wont care
Because I believe my living was all wrong.

My death it is in my dreams
So in reality I am dying everyday
I have pleaded and begged to everyone
Even to GOD I fell to my knees to pray.
I wished that I would be missed before I was gone
I wished someone in myself, would just believe
But all I hear is that I didn't miss much in this life
But they never had to plead, what about me.
If I were someone else it would be a different story
Their life and memories wouldn't be at the end
Someone would be there for them each and everyday
And everywhere they look, they would see a friend.

My life is coming to an end
Everyday I feel the coldness that much more
Now overtime that I look, I am alone
As no one sides with me, no one has done before.
Why must one person in life be treated so bad
Why must his dreams and wishes be washed away
Is everyone else wishes more important that is
Should his dreams and wishes be all erased.
I am told to wish and dream what others expect
Even if its the dreams and wishes that others had
But then all theirs smiles have been from yesterday
And yesterday was the time that made me glad.

My life is almost at its end
I can feel the people walking on my grave
And one thing I do know, it is I will be replaced
And truly I wish everyone a happier and peaceful day.
So why must I be treated the way that I am
I truly do try my best to help people in this life
To see them smile and not to hurt anyone
What wrong could be worth that simple price.
So I wish my life was a better time
I wish and pray that all treated me like a friend
And I wish I wasn't used or took advantage of
And sadly, I wish that my life wasn't coming to its end.
