My heart bleeds tears,
tears of pain and self-hatred
The overwhelming feeling...
the feeling engulfs me,
the tears continue
falling like rain
my soul and mind are full
and the feeling of rage and anger is overwhelming

Police Brutality
Guns blaze in rage and anger
leaving another dead
as bullets pierce a
body without armor,
leaving everyone asking the question
why, as no one understand the pain
of a mother
tears held back to show courage
as so called serve and protect
caused some damage

Words Cause Pain
Rain drops are falling on my head
rain rain rain
it's just hiding the tears on my face
rain rain rain
why can't it hide the pain?

for God sake go away and come back another day
every dropp that falls on my body hurts
what hurts more are does words that people say
sometime i just wish they just take it all away
words hurts! its causes pain! !
but people don't care
they don't care about the pain that you're feeling
having you feeling down on yourself, makes you said and cry
what they don't know is those words could make someone wants to die
next thing you know, have some one commiting suicide
this all could happen over words that people say
makes you build up this pain that you cant control
that pain that will never make you whole

The Catharsis Of My Pain And Sadness
The rain falls gradually,
Following the rhithm of the tears of my heart,
I can't bear the pain no more,

Fate:
In this life I live with a feeling, deep inside stabbing and tearing.
My heart is empty, Black and torn. these days of pain are uncomparing.
i try to ignore this guilt and sadness, i cant shake this pain and feeling.
the days grow longer, the nights grow darker this feeling i have is unwilling.
i wish it free to no longer be but my past has left me a great memory.
This memory within tears me apart, i wish to erase it from my mind and heart.

Connection
You look into each others eyes,
And a new feeling comes over you.
You want more than a kiss.
So you slowly let them get ontop of you.
They slowly carress your body with their touch and an overwhelming passion goes through you viens as the feeling is created through you bodies.
You want them more so you slowly let every part of them feel what your like inside.
Once the feeling is gone.
You think about how lucky you are too have them.
Then the feeling of loves gets stronger and the connection between you body starts to happen again.

“Depression is anger without enthusiasm.”
I don’t believe that for a second,
I think depression is loneliness,
Feeling so lonely inside
Even if the world surrounds you
And knowing you cant blame anyone but yourself
But that’s just me.
And even worse
When the people you’d think know you best,
Don’t even notice.
Depression to me is
An overwhelming feeling
of defeat
Feeling that somehow,
In a game, you verses life

Weeping
I feel so alone and feel as if the world has shut its eyes on me
A painful feeling is received when life crashes
For me life has crashed, I feel so
Darkness has arrived to make me bleed tears of blood
It is tormenting when the whole world becomes so cruel
I end up weeping, more and more
Although, my tears and pain has no value
I deserve nothing since I am good for nothing

Phobia of Me
bouncing around inside my head
trying to escape this feeling
the feeling of anger and fear
so intense my mind is reeling
break free soon or end up brain dead
voices say what no one else hears
anger at myself for not knowing
anger at the world for not caring
i used to be happy and care free
now i can feel the anger growing
taking control, its over bearing
stress builds up as i try to leave me
fear of losing you overwhelms
i cant take the intensity

When you cry...
Are you feeling mislead?
Wondering why as you sigh,
How you got where you are...
With that pain inside!
When you cry...
From a place that's hurting.

Despise
What I really despise,
these tears I shed will never go away
the tears that fall, will remind me of my pain
the pain of loss is what I speak
the pain that made me fall to my knees
this pain is what I so despise but,
all I can do is to fall and cry
I lose my way,
to this never ending pain
I loss reason
to why she never came
the answers I come to will forever haunt
me
this pain of loss
is what truly makes me scream
this yelling person who is me
