Don't run from anger

Anti anger campaigns
Psychological trend
Too much precaution
with behavior changes

Who hasn't felt a huge desire
of letting go a wolf howl
like a mad dog?

It's the teacher's job to domesticate
It's also the parents destiny to disguise!

Precautions taken
crisis avoided
but...swallowed anger
unsolved sorrows
end up in hidden ilnesses

Therefore.......
Crying like a mad dog is allowed
Shedding tears is consented soothing
and the extracted sorrow
remains us that to move on, means:
making choices!

Emotional Explosions...

Anger, a spark, within all of us.
There, anger is lurking, waiting to
ignite the dynamite, that will
cause an explosion of words,
and actions, that can not be taken back.

Anger, is the roadblock, to anything
and everything, worthwhile in life.

Anger, seemingly an involuntary reaction,
to rejection of thought or action.

Anger, an interpretation, of unacceptable behavior.

Anger, almost always followed by regret.

Anger, an emotion. who's children are,
anxiety, fear, frustration, animosity, passion,
outrage and a thousands of other, emotionally
affecting articulations.

Anger, the replacement of reason.

What is the enemy of anger? The
enemy of anger, is, patience, understanding
and love.

Anger, the emotion, the world would be
far better off, without.

Anger fills my heart and soul

Anger fills my heart and soul
Anger takes a mighty toll
Anger lessens but can never leave
Anger you hope to never receive,
Anger stays forever within
Anger acts with the might of all sin
Anger is deadly to all around
Anger gets mad at the thought of sound
Anger is the thoughts in my head
Anger that’s mine all should dread
Anger for me is different from you
Anger you see tells me what to do
Anger will sit and whisper in my ear
Anger he sits and tells me all that you fear,

Anger…
He is here
He’s here to stay
Anger is the hole
In which we lay
Anger is
And Anger will
Always be with us

He is in me, and he is in you
He can make you do
What he wants you to
Anger will make you
Make you cry
Anger can make you
Want to die
Anger can make you
Go insane
Anger….. ... A blood filled rain
No more anger
No more…..
Walk to the bright light
Shinning through that door…
Not knowing what’s in store
But even then
Anger lives on
But you… nevermore

My Anger

My anger wants to kill.
My anger wants to spill.
My anger wants to smash a wall.
My anger wants to make someone feel small.
My anger makes me carve my skin.
My anger is locked up within.
My anger is fierce and fatal.
My anger isn't stable.
When my anger is out stay away.
Because my anger destroys everything in its way.

So Angry, so Sad

Anger is a form of fear
Anger is a force that can never die
Anger building up
Anger is a virus
Anger is a like vicious circle it goes,
around and around
Anger,
The root of all evil
Anger is such a strong emotion
So angry,
So sad
Anger is bubbling away at me
I have good reason to be angry
No one understand,
No one cares
It tears out my heart

Anger!

early morning anger,
raw, jagged edges,
cant-feed-my-family,

cant-pay-the-rent....
anger!
pounding my fists

against a stone wall,
anger!
working, scuffing, trying

to just get by...
anger!
just like so many others,

all of us, struggling
just to keep going...
anger!

standing up, marching,
sitting down, making a statement,
anger!

turning this anger
into positive action...
the key!

Anger

Anger i have Anger i did
Anger so hot, in Furnace i lived

Venting and Fuming, Huffing and Puffing
Consuming my Soul, some memories old
Burning and Seething, misdeeds repeating
Spreading hurt and making Hearts cold

Anger so toxic, it heated up my Veins
this hot blood then reached my Brain
all rationale and logic then failed
pelted everyone, lashing words like ' Hail '

Anger so frequent, there was no peace
even in Icelandic cold, i wouldn't freeze
Steaming my actions to undiscovered 'Darkness '
Words like 'Razor ' cutting souls with 'Sharpness

All my Love, this Anger consumed
where did i find it and how come so soon?
Saw it, felt it perpetually in Denial
Let's extinguish it with something remedial

Surrounded myself with things of Beauty
keeping it at bay, like a ritual and a Duty
Sigh... i will Breathe again
When, in my veins ONLY ' love' remains

Anger i can't, Anger i don't
The Coffin of Anger, i Buried alone!

One Question One Answer

What is happiness?
Is it a feeling
And if so does it have purpose
Does it have meaning
If you do not have happiness
this feeling
How does one find it
How do you find an emotion, a feeling
is it at a certain destination,
Do you have a map
Now is happiness classified under emotion
if so is it fleeting
passing through your body like tears from crying
anger, sadness
All of which no one wishes to hold in their possesion
Is happiness a tangible jewel a present
We all wish to be happy in some way
You cant look for happiness you cant question its glory
Life wasnt scripted like a musical play
We know where there are tears and no anger or sadnesss
then those are tears of joy
Happiness
We know when we can breath and exhale the weight in our chest and dispel the anger and sorrow
You can smile and breath let go of the pain
In that is happiness that gives hope for tomorrow
Each day hard with trials that can be overcome
That cannot overtake you dont give them room too
Deal with each of them one by one
Everyone can hold, feel, find or achieve this emotion called happiness
only by knowing that life would not be life
without tears, sorrow, pain, or anger
The point is not to wallow in them but wade
Until eventually the tide descends and your making knew footprints
feeling happier

Anger does not pay

Anger is red danger
But a familiar stranger

So It came as no surprise
At the times I have paid the price
More than the usual thrice
Before becoming very wise

The judge said
I should have been put in a cage
If one considers all the damage
I brought on with my rage

I knew
My anger was unreasonable
My anger was invincible
My anger was uncontrollable
But still very reversible

You see
In anger I always surrender
To the pressure I am under

In anger, I ungraciously lose
To the one I righteously accuse

In anger, I immoderately protest
Instead of letting things rest
Then trying responsibly to digest
And deal with issues best

So I say, So I say
Anger does not pay
Anger does not stay
Delay it from display
In time it will only go away

Now I know that
Anger does not pay
Anger does not stay
Calmness you should play
Before you begin to fall astray

Howl

There is a hatred that's in my soul
I feel it strong in this world that I prowl
This anger and terror I must let go
So at the moon; I will howl, I will howl.
I will grit my teeth and shout in anger
When anyone tries to hurt or offend me
That is who I am and it makes me stronger
There is an animal that wants to be free.
Perspiration comes quickly to my head and face
So that hostility I remove it with soap and a towel
But that coming of anger I cannot erase
So at the moon; I will howl, I will howl.
I cannot control my ideals or a bad thought
The loathing of others I wish never was born
But being used and hurt I never had sought
As in my mind and soul that is a prickly thorn.
In disgust I walk with my two fists clinched
And when I speak it comes out in a growl
From my temper I run as though being pinched
So at the moon; I will howl, I will howl.

Face Some Gap

I thrashed my son for being lazy
He looked at me uncomfortably
It was unbearable for him and felt uneasy
I could notice it but forgot as remained busy

Many have often said “child’s mind is like plant”
You can mould it they you wish or want
It needs simple care and little attention
This thing child may pick up for future retention

I felt sore at being harsh and unreasonable
It was to be advised to him as no trouble
Something child may take very pleasantly
This is supposed to be the right trend presently

Why some of the parents later face some gaps
Child remembers harshness and often blows or slaps
This impression makes him little adamant in gesture
He rages with anger and determines something for future

As we know it from the experience and from tales
That good education and environment definitely sales
The child becomes all the more prone to good behavior
Parents may be considered as next to the God or savior

Certain noble thought we give them in inheritance
Child picks it easily and can be known from visible stance
He may have bluntness with full authority and knowledge
He may drive through and through with clear edge

I have seen such impact in some of the brilliant students
They have come out successfully and passed through critical events
Yet they resent the past attitude on the part of parents
As it had demoralized them by making serious dents

I understand now how it can cause damage
How individual should be allowed to come up with age
Not forgetting the facts of nature for good environment
So later on not face such harsh and unpleasant comments

Tears In My Throat

For years
tears have been behind my eyes
forced back
by a promise

A childhood
filled with tears
blocking
future tears all together

Choking on depression
pressure building
making my whole body hurt
making me hate everything around me

A fire in my stomach
making those tears boil
turning my self pity
into pure anger

It feels like
if I could cry
just once
I could find love

Cupid's arrow
erupting in flames from the heat of anger
anger fueled by depression
grown through time

Maybe one day
love can be my sheers
tears steaming down my face
allowing me to find peace
