Depression's Desperate Name
How hard my heart does reel!
torn to pieces by things I feel
sore and forlorn in depths I sink
befallen to depression, of things I think
Bruised by injustice and falsehood
never many moments of feeling very good
begotten and weary, ashamed I seem
for my emotions at times are not a bad dream
I hold to hope however strong
and pray my feelings not last too long
most of life, for a sorry soul such as I
are bouts of blistering blues until I die
I relish moments of a happy time in life
but indelible ink spots of cruelty soar from strife
beaten down by societies fake design
as for today I feel fine
But be it known a mind and heart can break
as tearful anguish for the unknown, can ache
a pill can help but for a time
but the truth, is these feelings are mine
At times I long but for a long sleep
where desperation and depression's holds can't keep
and as I write this poem in verse
I believe my depression is a family curse

Underlying Depression
Underlying depression, have to crawl into my room
Underlying depression dont want to know about the moon in june
Outside theres a cavalcade of clowns but they're bringing me down
With underlying depression
Underlying depression and its starting in my backyard
Underlying depression, and these times aint even so hard
Lord I was born with the blues and my blue suede shoes

depression is loving someone with nothing in return,
depression is slowly living instead of jumping head first,
depression is acknowledging the mistake but without learning,
depression is not trying, giving into your life's curse.

Dealing With Depression
Depression is being lonely in a room full of people
Depression is being constantly tired but never able to sleep
Depression is longing to be with others yet not being able to cope with company
Depression makes you lose your appetite and eat yourself fat
Depression is smiling to hide the pain inside

Depression Is
Depression is when your sad and alone
Depression is when you can't do it anymore
Depression is when all you do is cry non stop and no one cares
Depression is when all you think about is ending your life and giving up

Depression is not a good way to live but when you deal with it all your life like I do it just makes your life miserable and a hell hole

Depression...One of the worst emotions you can feel.
Your body would feel so empty and cold inside when it happens.
Your mind start to bring up the good memories that you had but it makes you feel more awful in the same time. Depression is one of the emotions I feel sometimes. No more anger building inside my body. No more sadness as my tears goes down my face. It’s only depression itself that drives people to doing bad things. It leads to self inflicting pain. It leads to suffering of thinking over and over and over again about something that made you depressed in the first place. Then it leads to...Death a fool's choice to escape it not knowing the consequences that leads ahead.
I can't believe that depression hit my heart.
As my heart thickens with its spread of Sadness, Anger, Fear, Sorrow and Death.
As this poem ends, just remember that never let depression cloud your choices in life.

This feeling of derpression
i tell you it's just this
a feeling is that which never was
a thought one day you'll miss

now leave me be and go away

Feelings For You
I can't deny it of course, it is true
I have such strong feelings for you
Without you, I just can't be
You're the one that now is a part of me
I can't stand the times we're away from each other
The days feel endless without one another
Each night, I long to be held closely in your arms
Your presence keeps me sane, away from my inner depression's harm
You repaired my broken soul, saved me from so much
You brought me alive just from the feeling of your touch
The feeling of your lips just lit the spark
And overall, you saved me from the dark
You mean so much to me, more than you will ever know
