Deadly Tsunami!

It was the day after Christmas
when Earth's mighty shoulders
shrugged together
to transform time

Lifting a big wave
no matter the name
shifting weight hidden
beneath
Indian Ocean

Beaches Asian and African
filled with children
people relaxing and playing
caressed by sun

Too late for too many
came the warning cry
as water's heavy hands
slammed
onto balmy white sands

What call of destiny
placed that fateful day
hundreds of thousands
in harm's way

Now tears of anguish flow
around our Earthly sphere
as loved ones cry
for those held dear

Over 200,000 lost
many untold
taken by eternal sea
to final destiny

We ponder and wonder
the power of water
its beauty, its glory
its horror

Sad Wings Of Destiny

Mournful, yet grand is the destiny of man. Believing he can look destiny in the eye, without so much as flinching. And only after having swallowed the seeds of fate, did he find, they grew into hate. Making what was once water to the faithful, turn to nothing more, than blood, before the eyes of an unbeliever. Of all that man has been, or in his vanity, may come to believe, destiny, after having granted his wishes, also gave him more than he perceived. For only by the work of his own two hands, could such suffering be achieved. Leading him to fight against his destiny, even though, he had no hope of victory. Like pantomimes of white, on a background of black, his destiny, appears as a silken thread, lost in an endless labyrinth of time. Never knowing, only death transforms life into a destiny, for only death has no need for time. Having denied love, he sealed his fate. Unable to find the meaning and never seeing the truth of life, that it may only be found with another, but not alone. Fear, merely encouraged his ignominy and transported him to the nether world, where he will at last, take his final flight, on the sad wings of destiny

Our Destiny Is In Our Own Hands

Our destiny is in our own hands some have been known to say
But circumstance in all of that must have some part to play
If you are born on no hope street and homeless in your youth
To you our destiny is in our own hands does not have a ring of truth.

Our destiny is in our own hands to some may well apply
It may apply to you and he and her as well as I
But not of course to everyone each day thousands of hunger die
Our destiny is in our own hands to the millions is a lie.

The innocents who die in war and acts of terrorism did not create their destiny
They would not wish it on themselves for to die so tragically
Their destiny was in others hands which often is the case
They just happened at the wrong time for to be in the wrong place.

That our destiny is in our own hands apply to some maybe
But ninety nine per cent of street kids will die in poverty
Due to their circumstances of birth they are condemned to fail
And some of them die of drug overdoses and some of them die in jail.

First Water

First Water

The water had its beginning before earthly time began
Before even the first born God would call man.
The Creator knew the value and significance of water
Just as the second human creation we call a daughter.

Man certainly does not live by bread alone
But along side the children who sleep at home.
Man can survive without food for a very long time
But not for long without water for the vine.

The universal one covered earth with two thirds water
Still not as miraculous as the gift of a daughter.
More bounty in the water than in the soil
How expressive is the holy one when we toil.

A green tree grows on coral with a great deal of salt
A desire of the eternal God who has no fault.
The Creator put birds in the sky and fish in the sea
Saving the land for man's children and family.

Water cleans, heals and provides
Mother nature gives, replenishes and renews; with each new tide

Also for man and woman and their child to be.

Destiny or Fate

There’s a question I ask myself
Each and every night
It doesn’t cost any wealth
Or matter if I’m right
It seems so unfair to wait
And ask, if it was destiny or fate

Destiny, who brought me to you
Fate, that keeps with you my love
How can I see clear through
When the sky is filled with doves
They’re all trying to escape
From their Destiny or Fate

I was born
To give you my love
Never was I torn
About, if I could rise above
I can never keep straight
If it was destiny or fate

Now can’t you see, Destiny
Just what your doing to me
You won my love for you
Never since, have I been blue
For you, I will never be late
Or care, if it was Destiny or fate

Only God

Only God knows my destiny
And only God knows when it is the right time to arrive
At my destiny
When the time arrives god will come and get me here at home
And he will take me to my destiny
That will be the final day and the final hour here at home
Because I might be dead at that time
And the only thing that will be left are my tears
Here on earth
So when that day come
Don't come and look everywhere for me here at home
Because I migh be dead
And you don't have to worry about me anymore
Because I will be living in heaven by them

The Japanese tear

Her curved lip struck, shining in late light.
While she was coming to nothing.
The big wave was clothed only in its sound
And the earth's withered bark
Was pushing very strong the life’s water,
While hoarding the days
And keeping the water's life.

Late lily curved over its stricken lips
Taking out at the last sliver of light
The bulk of time
And the whole white in waiting.
It pierced my wood's woven shade,
Lullabied by the late lily,
Planted in the brood of the wave's mystery,
That brood of the late low light
Flaming invisible tongue of flames
With water.

Like those lilies which are still lullabied
Are notched the white ubiquitous crosses
Speaking in the mother earth's tongue
Whitening wood's woven waters
Before crossing the notch
And ascending to Heaven.

They had been raising
On lost waved ways looking so wounded
And their speed was notched with the cross
While they seethed singing their song
For the ruin of time.

They became only voices
Being clothed in their groan
Impressing the withered bark
Of their exhausted mother earth
Losing their water of life
In water
For being elsewhere deeply buried,
Maybe in hotness.

Living their last seconds
Like dying
Or maybe eating the grey stones
For becoming grey
Or for becoming stones,
They still keep in our minds
Their heavy weight of groan.

While the pale planet
Is fissuring the wound
Of its stumbling block,
While the pale planet
Is crisping the air in its icy breathes,
And sowing its sorrow in its new seed
Of winds, which blow and down all the grey
From the overcast shadows.

With an eternal starvation of souls
The blackness fills its inside
And pink bleeding clouds
Redden the dreary rain
Waiting the rainbow of hope.

Fate and Destiny

Fate and Destiny

Who can tell us what Fate and Destiny are?
Who can tell us what our Fate is?
Who can tell us what our Destiny is?
Fate. Destiny.
People say we cannot choose our Fate, but we can choose our Destiny.
People say we are Fated or Destined to do/become something.
Fate. Destiny.
Are they different?
Are they the same?
People say we can choose Destiny and we are Fated to do it.
People say that our Destiny is open, but our Fate is sealed.
Are Fate and Destiny the same?
If our Destiny has yet to be chosen but our Fate is sealed, then is not our Destiny already chosen, but unseen to us until the opportune moment?
Fate. Destiny.
When is the opportune moment?
At what point in our life will our Fate and Destiny be revealed?
Or will we realize what our Fate and Destiny are only when it is too late?
Or will we pass our Fate and Destiny without knowing it?
Fate. Destiny.
If someone tells us what our Fate and Destiny are, will we like what we hear?
Or will you strive against the path set before you?

The Fate of Destiny

destiny
held out his hand to me
and said I could rest in he
and he blessed me
but after I was of age
I set out on my own
to open my own cage
I know no longer whether
I'm in or out
just that they call me fate
destiny is proud of me
but only after I did
what I did that he said
wasn't allowed of me
to take into my hands
destiny

I Miss The Beach

I miss everything about the beach from the sands between my toes to the mighty sound of the ocean crashing against the rocks; it is there where I found my serenity.

I miss the sun raise to the sun fall at the beach, where its true colors have this wonderfully glow right at the point of when the sun touches the water.

I miss the smell of the salted water when the wind blows, I miss the way the sun feels when it caress my face, it has this magical warmth.

I miss the beach from the family fun to the just one on one in the sun, it reminds me of what home feel like, I miss seen the kids playing in the water, and how the fire bounces off the ocean in the darkness of night.

I miss the beauty of the beach for this is the loveliest gift that God has created for us to enjoy our time with each other, oh how I miss the beach.

Unforgetable!

wherever the destiny drives u
u give it ur hands welllessly
whatever the glass is full or empty
try millions times but hopelessly
u'll never take more or less
coz wt u take is wt it gives
& wt i want is being with u
eventhough the destiny always says
i know that it's 2 late
there's no empty rooms in ur heart
never ask whose fault it's
it's just our fate 2 be apart
destiny, wherer u taking me?
i'm lost in ur octobos arms
confusing is a killer headech
penetrating my head in no alarms
& all i've r unforgetable moments
sending me in a deep dark hole
destiny, when would u pick me up?
or i'll always just call?

These times

And soon the vaults were empty
of the stuff we call money
as many lost sleep at night
in a dream of deep fright

Horrific story after story was told
by folks we know, and in the news
by folks starting careers so new
by folks growing tired and old

Then came a call so bold
carried by The Voice of old
to be learned from our Earth
in these times of dearth

Listen to the call my friends:
water for life
water for all
water for survival
water for food
water for stability
water for equality

One by one, people began to listen
of a new change rising on the horizon
But for some the call was lost
in hearts of heartless greed
who care not of water in time of need

And so the banks remained empty
of the stuff we call money
and many lost sleep at night
in a waking dream filled with fright

If We All Were Like Children

Once there came a child approaching a gentle brook,
Dipping his hands into the water, a small fish he took.
It wiggled, and squirmed, freedom it did seek,
It made the child laugh, and squeak.
Then playing opossum it lay still, and pretended was no more,
the child lay the fish upon the rocky shore.
The fish knowing it was almost free,
flipped up in the air with child like glee.
The child tried to grab it back up,
but the fish very quickly kept flipping up.
It hit the water, and off it did swim,
the child shrugged his shoulders, and gave up on him.
Attention being short, the child saw a bug,
ran off to catch it, and give it a hug.
If everyone were in their hearts like children we see,
then the Earth would be Heaven, and life would be free.

Parting

A man is standing in the hall
His house not recognizing.
Her sudden leaving was a flight,
Herself, maybe, surprising.

The chaos reigning in the room
He does not try to master.
His tears and headache hide in gloom
The extent of his disaster.

His ears are ringing all day long
As though he has been drinking.
And why is it that all the time
Of waves he keeps on thinking?

When frosty window-panes blank out
The world of light and motion,
Despair and grief are doubly like
The desert of the ocean.

She was as dear to him, as close
In all her ways and features,
As is the seashore to the wave,
The ocean to the beaches.

As over rushes, after storm
The swell of water surges,
Into the deepness of his soul
Her memory submerges.

In years of strife, in times which were
Unthinkable to live in,
Upon a wave of destiny
To him she had been driven,

Through countless obstacles, and past
All dangers never-ended,
The wave had carried, carried her,
Till close to him she'd landed.

And now, so suddenly, she'd left.
What power overrode them?
The parting will destroy them both,
The grief bone-deep corrode them.

He looks around him. On the floor
In frantic haste she'd scattered
The contents of the cupboard, scraps
Of stuff, her sewing patterns.

He wanders through deserted rooms
And tidies up for hours;
Till darkness falls he folds away
Her things into the drawers;

And pricks his finger on a pin
In her unfinished sewing,
And sees the whole of her again,
And silent tears come flowing.

Water, Water, every where

Water, Water every where,
Not a dropp to drink,
What have we done to our planet earth,
it’s the time to think.

If we had taken care before,
we would have been happy more.
If we had not waste water at that time,
water would have been in its prime.

Get the lesson, my dear! as its not too late,
or, for the drinking water, you’ll have to infinite wait.

Lost At Sea

Can we try to salvage what we can
From the weight of water and sand
And lifts us up again
Well this world is spinning out of control
Im bracing just to keep hold
As the clouds move in
With a driving wind so strong
Could it be that were lost at sea
And were drowning under the stars
Up to me I would ride this wave
Before we drift too far
What a lonely way to be
Lost at sea
Like a star in a night filled with tears
Make the sadness disappear
cause youre all that I hold dear
Well you walk
Never ever looking back
One defends and one attacks
Theres a thousand reasons to begin again
Could it be that were lost at sea
And were drowning under the stars
Up to me I would ride this wave
Before we drift too far
Take my hand, come to me
Save a life, rescue you, rescue me
Could it be that were lost at sea
And were drowning under the stars
Up to me I would ride this wave
Before we drift too far
Could it be that were lost at sea
And were drowning under the stars
Up to me I would ride this wave
Before we drift too far

An Agonised Prayer

Death was prowling
from funeral to funeral.
No shadow will be spared today.

I am not ready yet for the final curtain.
Bullets have left some clocks
ticking in the pockets of time.

I shall call the leader
who is hiding behind the scriptures.

Don’t choose the destiny.
Don’t commit the date.
Anguish itself will find the path.

What was wrong with the earth?
It has stopped moving,
the stars are drifting away.
Another explosion in the sun?

I don’t know.
This world is heavy with pain.
Rivers are flooded with blood and tears
and I am roaming in the jungle of lies.

Are you listening?

Christmas Is For The Wealthy

You've heard it said often by others before
That Christmas is for the wealthy that and nothing more
No parties for those who are in dire poverty
Their Christmas Day dinner perhaps bread and tea.

With Christmas is only for the wealthy many would not agree
But that's their opinion and that's fine with me
They say we are God's children and Jesus God's son
On a cross on Calvary died for everyone

But if hundreds of thousands of people every year of hunger do die
That God loves everyone must be based on a lie
And it does seem a very sad thing for to say
That thousands die of hunger on Christmas Day.

Despite what the religious people may say
Christmas is for the wealthy I see it that way
In the top restaurants they socialize and dine
And the best of food wash down with expensive wine.
