Christmas! Humbug
Was at a friends the other day
And had 3 games of pool
Of course he beat me didn’t he
He made me feel a fool
(not really it just rhymes, next time I’ll beat the butt of him)
(With the cue)
Well that’s another story
What this poem's really about
That Christmas is such a humbug
It seems to have lost its clout
What’s happened to its meaning
Got lost in the course of time
Some idiots say it's offensive
And could not care a dime
Leave Jesus out of Christmas they cry
For fear of losing face
It might offend some others
Perhaps others of a different race
Well that’s the biggest load of crap
That I have ever heard
Who are these faceless monsters
They must be a load of nerd
Leave Jesus out of Christmas
Not likely my old friend
I for one couldn’t care a toot
Whoever it might offend
No law or legislation
Can stop that which is true
For Jesus came at Christmas
To save the likes of me and you
So when you're out there Christmas shopping
Spare a thought for He who cares
He who came that Christmas morn
To answer all our prayers

Christmas Comes
Christmas comes with children singing,
Christmas comes with sleigh bells ringing,
Christmas comes with frosty nights,
Christmas comes with snowball fights.
Christmas comes with Santa Claus,
Christmas comes with snowy floors,
Christmas comes with robins and reindeer,
Chsitmas comes with a hearty cheer.
Christmas comes with gold, frankincense and myrrh,
Christmas comes with Jesus' birth,
Christmas comes with angels from afar,
Christmas comes with a wondrous star.
Christmas comes now, at last,
Christmas comes, like in the past,
Christmas comes after such a long wait,
Christmas comes and it will be great.

Our Christmas
Our Christmas
Christmas came early for you and for me
Christmas with no gifts to open
Christmas without any yuletide tree
Christmas with words of love spoken
Christmas was walking to York hand in hand
Christmas in awe at the Minster
Christmas togetherness was just what we planned
Christmas was chaffed legs and blisters
Christmas was cups of tea served early morn
Christmas was being together
Christmas was loving from dusk until dawn
Christmas remembered forever
Christmas was driving through floods for the view
Christmas ‘our planning’ was starting
Christmas our Christmas meant so much to me
Christmas our bitter sweet parting

Thank God Its Christmas
Words and music by brian may and roger taylor
Oh my love weve had our share of tears
Oh my friend weve had our hopes and fears
Oh my friends its been a long hard year
But now its christmas
Yes its christmas
Thank God its christmas
The moon and stars seem awful cold and bright
Lets hope the snow will make this christmas right
My friend the world will share this special night
Because its christmas
Yes its christmas
Thank God its christmas
For one night
Thank God its christmas yeah
Thank God its christmas
Thank God its christmas
Can it be christmas?
Let it be christmas
Evry day
Oh my love weve lived in troubled days
Oh my friend we have the strangest ways
All my friends on this one day of days
Thank God its christmas

Christmas Treasures
Oh Christmas tree, Oh Christmas tree.
Lush, green ambiance standing before me.
Mesmerized by childhood memories.
I smile and ponder of which I see.
Oh Christmas tree, Oh Christmas tree,
That precious time of year upon us,
to embrace our family and friends.
To share, care and make amends.
Oh Christmas tree, Oh Christmas tree.
The time to think of Jesus Christ,
what his life for all has given.
Rejoice, praise, worship and sing.
His Father in heaven is our true King.
Oh Christmas tree, Oh Christmas tree.
Away you’ll go for another year,
With glowing memories packed inside.
Fresh in our minds, we shall not hide.
Our living savior, Jesus Christ.
Gives much love, and an abundance of pride.

That christmas time feelin is here again

Paint a pretty party scene all over town

Shes so pretty but Im so young
When Im sixteen Im gonna have some fun

Christmas, Christmas
Whenever Christmas comes around
The people seem to be,
Full of love and brotherhood
as far as the eye can see.
Wouldn't it be much better
to act this way all year round
But Jesus is the reason
There's a Christmas.
Christmas, Christmas
Hear the angels sing.
He brought joy to the world
and salvation to all mankind.
Christmas cards and Christmas gifts
are everywhere in view.
Goodies and candy and stocking stuff,
the shoppers all wanting new.
They seem to miss just what it is
The greatest of all God's perfect gifts
It's Jesus, He's the reason
There's a Christmas.
Christmas, Christmas comes and goes
And with it the nations see
That there is a God that many know
Who gave them life eternally?
Wouldn't it be much better
if the whole world could know Him as He is?
It's Jesus, He's the reason
There's a Christmas

Christmas brings...
Christmas is a time to be happy,
A Time to be grateful,
And a time of giving and loving,
Christmas is a time to celebrate,
And a reminder that a new baby boy,
called jesus was born on this day,
At christmas you get carol singers,
And if your lucky you may get snow,
And if your a good girl or boy,
Then santa will bring you presants.
At christmas you get red robins,
chirping away merrily.
At christmas it is a time to gather together,
and appriciate what you have got,
and wish people a MERRY CHRISTMAS.
i wrote this as i wanted to do some Christmas poems.

Christmas is Sin
WHEN CHRISTMAS IS SIN
I do not say Christmas is sin
when it is not sin.
But I say Christmas is sin
because it is sin and no sin.
Christmas is sin when
fathers honours a day not learned.
Christmas is sin when
mothers test, the hand of their husbands.
Christmas is sin when
hardship become harder.
Christmas is sin when
the price of rice rises to rank
and garri grabs guts.
Christmas is sin when
man go drunk and
mothers give birth to beggars.
Christmas is sin when
silence knocks out the gun sound.
Christmas is sin when
men sees with their ears
Christmas is sin when
Tourist is occupied with naked women.
For Christmas is Christmas
as Christmas is an anniversary of the
crucification.
‘’If you love me; keep my commandment
Says the Lord’’
Who then can be happy for the birth of an enemy?
Christmas is no sin, when Christmas is Christ,
but Christmas is sin, when Christmas is crime.

The Celebration Of Jesus' Birthday
Each year when Christmas comes round,
I sometimes wonder if we really understand what its all about.
We are so busy talking about Santa Claus,
and rushing to the shopping malls,
trying to hurry and buy them out,
That we never stop and think
that its Jesus' Birthday,
We are to Celebrate.
This Christmas, when we open our gaily wrapped Christmas Gifts,
with their Ribbons Bows, and Tinsel,
Let us Remember its Jesus' Birthday.
That's why it's Christmas.
Like the wise men with their Gifts, of Frankincense, and Myrrh.
Let us give the wonderful gift of peace and love.
For Jesus, was born as the Saviour, of the world.
When we sit down to our Christmas Dinner.
Let us bow our heads, and pray.
Let us Remember it's a Celebration of Jesus' Birthday.

Everything's Gonna Be Cool This Christmas
Remember last year when you were on your own
You swore the spirit couldn't be found
December rolled around and you were counting on it to roll out
But everything's gonna be cool this christmas
Everything's gonna be cool this christmas
Everything's gonna be cool this christmas
Well everybody's waiting for you down at the house
The tree is looking so inspired
There's a yuletide groove waiting for you to move
Come on and throw another log on the fire
And everything's gonna be cool this christmas
Everything's gonna be cool this christmas
Everything's gonna be cool this christmas
Baby jesus, born to rock
As the days go by, the more that we need friends
And the harder they are to find
If i could have a friend like you in my life
Then i guess i'd be doing just fine
And everything's gonna be cool this christmas
Everything's gonna be cool this christmas
Everything's gonna be cool this christmas

Christmas without you
Baby you know its true
Christmas just ain't Christmas without you
I don't care about gifts or anything new
Cause Christmas just ain't Christmas without you
its just not Christmas without you...
Christmas day is near
I still wish you were here
I've been walking around
all over this town
the darkness of theses nights
are scared away with Christmas lights
that remind me of when I was a little boy
and all I wanted was that special toy
now its about my family and its joy
with nights colder than Atlanta
We got milk and cookies for Santa
you can even hear the carolers sing
sounds perfect but missing one thing
And baby You know its true
Christmas just ain't Christmas without you
I don't care about gifts or anything new
Cause Christmas just ain't Christmas without you
its just not Christmas without you...
we've got six inches of snow
and people kissing under the mistletoe
nights that feel so slow
and the days so long
everything's right but so wrong
kids in bed earlier than all year
waiting for Santa and his reindeer
Kids hoping this year they get all the right things
they run downstairs as soon as the alarm rings
the gifts are under the tree
but I still want you next to me
And baby You know its true
Christmas just ain't Christmas without you
I don't care about gifts or anything new
Cause Christmas just ain't Christmas without you
its just not Christmas without you...

whats Christmas
Christmas isn’t about toys
Christmas isn’t about money
Christmas is about giving food to the needy
Christmas is about loving your family
Christmas is to get time to spend with your family
What’s Christmas
Christmas is about the holiday
Christmas is about loving what you get
Christmas isn’t about sending cards
Christmas is about love

This is paul mccartney here, i'd just like to wish you everything you wish yourself for christmas.
This is john lennon saying on behalf of the beatles, have a very happy christmas and a good new year.
George harrison speaking. i'd like to take this opportunity to wish you a very merry christmas, listeners everywhere.
This is ringo starr and i'd just like to say merry christmas and a really happy new year to all listeners

Christmas Blues
Well, I woke up this morning
And i set off to the shops
But, Lord, though it's just November
They've put out all their Christmas stock.
I got the Christmas blues
A'heavy on my mind
I get the Christmas blues
Most every Christmas-time.
And as i walked along the aisles
What d'ya think i heard?
Lots of carols and 'White Christmas'
And i was lost for words.
I got the Christmas blues
Right now it's Christmas-time
Lord, it's all got so commercial
Pass me another wine.
I got the Christmas blues
A'heavy on my mind
I get the Christmas blues
Most every Christmas-time.

Where Are You Christmas
Where are you christmas
Why cant I find you
Why have you gone away
Where is the laughter
You used to bring me
Why cant I hear music play
My world is changing
Im rearranging
Does that mean christmas changes too
Where are you christmas
Do you remember
The one you used to know
Im not the same one
See what the times done
Is that why you have let me go
Christmas is here
Everywhere, oh
Christmas is here
If you care, oh
If there is love in your heart and your mind
You will feel like christmas all the time
I feel you christmas
I know Ive found you
You never fade away
The joy of christmas
Stays here in silence
Fills each and every heart with love
Where are you christmas
Fills your heart with love

Its almost Christmas here and there
It's almost Christmas here and there
Ever 1st day of September,
Everyone got their reminder.
Freakin' out coz it's almost December,
Coz it's almost Christmas here and there.
At malls you can hear Christmas song,
Colorful decor and lights displayed along.
Starts hearing ding dong bells everywhere,
Coz it's almost Christmas here and there.
They say Christmas is only for children,
But it's for everybody who believes in.
Time to merry, time to cheer,
Coz it's almost Christmas here and there.
Yes, it's almost Christmas here and there.
But the question is 'are you prepared? '
Prepared not for the gift giving,
But to give peace, love and be forgiving.
Christmas is the season for joy,
Prayers is best gift you can give not things nor toys.
Happiness I always felt on this season,
That's why I'm so excited for the day Jesus Christ was born.

Christmas Is Coming
Christmas is coming
Yes, it's that time of year
When Jesus was born
May we all standup and cheer
Christmas is coming
To every house and every town
So bring on the smiles
And wipe away those frowns
Christmas is coming
And presents will be all around
Santa will fill childrens dreams
Without ever making a sound
Christmas is coming
May the snow bring you delight
But watch out for those reindeer
If you're out christmas night
Christmas is coming
May your hearts fill with cheer
As you sit back and think
All you've accomplished this past year
Christmas is coming
May that spirit of love never end
As you spend your time
Among your family and friends
Christmas is coming
May all your dreams come true
And now if I might say
MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL OF YOU

Christmas, His Masque (extract)
Why Gentlemen, doe you know what you doe? ha!
Would you ha'kept me out? Christmas, old Christmas?
Christmas of London, and Captaine Christmas?
Pray you let me be brought before my Lord Chamberlaine, i'le not be answer'd else:
'Tis merrie in hall when beards wag all:
I ha'seene the time you ha'wish'd for me, for a merry Christmas,
And now you ha'me; they would not let me in:
I must come another time!
A good jest, as if I could come more than once a year;
Why, I am no dangerous person, and so I told my friends, o'the Guard.
I am old Gregorie Christmas still

It's Time For Christmas
The star, has previewed up in the sky
It was the night of a new born child
The birth of a better world
Since this holy night
We are all celebrating Christmas
It's time for Christmas, we singing for the world
Let's live together, in harmony
It's time for Christmas, it's time to heal the world
Let's come together, it's Christmas time
Christmas
You will find your way home, together with friends who will never alone
Christmas
In all these wonderful places, different colors and different races
Peace
In the silent night, no more pain lets stop the fight
Heaven
Like a place on earth, it's Christmas time its Jesus birth
Freedom
For the human race, to make the children's world a better place
Freedom
For me and for you, heal the world and make a wish come true
Peace
It's our love supreme, for now and forever what a wonderful dream
Love
Makes the world go around, from the highest mountain to the deeground
It's time for Christmas, we singing for the world
Let's live together, in harmony
It's time for Christmas, it's time to heal the world
Let's come together, it's Christmas time
It's time for Christmas
