Can’t pen good words, on her journey

. Can’t pen good words, on her journey
********************************************

Would like to pen a few lines,
yet, can’t do it, as I suffer from,
congestion of vague ideas and thoughts,
choking in my throat, fearsome.

An unknown fear, haunting,
uncalled for, might have born, from recent
train and plane accidents,
boat tragedy and derailment, strangling.

My niece’s recent mail to me.
shocking, yet, awesome and pleasant,
she is prepared to take a journey, by flight,
covering France, America and Rome.

My worry over her trip,
is quite unfounded,
as she says, my fear may be an utter crap;
Can’t help, I am totally confused.

She wants to join her husband,
In France, for their eighth
Wedding anniversary, to spend
time together; alas! I can’t pen, a few good words, forth.

Life is a short journey.

Life is a short journey
It may be bitter
It may be honey
Life is a short journey
Choose your way
Choose your mate
You won't be early
You won't be late
Our ways may differ
But our end is there
Go by car or by train
Go on foot or by plane
Go on horseback or by rocket
Go by bike or by boat
Life is a short journey
All of us will be on time
All of us will be the same
All of us will have a luggage
Choose what to leave
Choose what to take
Choose what to build
Choose what to break
Life is a short journey
Whether you like it
Or you don't
You try to change it
But you can't
Life is a short journey.

My gift of wedding anniversary..........

Since we married, our journey of life was

pleasant and sailed without any trouble

We know the day when we started our life

We were close to each other's hearts as a good life partners

But there were days we had gone through pain in our life

because no child had born to us for a long time.

You were very upset about me and tried to keep me away

You thought that I am incapable to give you a child

You treated me with unpleasant words and miserable life

Those roads were very hard for me to travel but I did it

Because my faith and love made me to over come all those obstacles

And today we are blessed with a baby boy and he is a God's child

When I see my child’s face then I forget all those mistakes

and pains that's you have given to me.

And still I treat you as my wonderful and loving husband

Since, eighteen years have been passed and our wedding

anniversary is due to fall shortly and let us pray God to give us long life

And let us forget all our past life of bitterness and look for a life

that will take us a joinery of LOVE with our ever loving baby.

On The Same Journey, Discover My Good Humanity...

i have not used words
to conceal my thoughts,

outside this little world
of mine,
i wear those thick clothes
cover my face, wear the
dark sunglasses,
my actions hide me
to protect me from harm

but in this secret hideout
i am using words to
slowly reveal to you
who i am, and where i am
going
what my aspirations are

many have not understood me
their inability to go deeper
beyond appearances, clothes, ties,
underwear, nameplates,
pins, buttons, shoes,
shirts, balls,
and
expressions, gestures &
endearments

these hands and
fingers that sometimes
send the wrong signals,
a body that you can detest
as something that possesses
cruel feet
and crazy nails,
thick skins, and freckled
faces

this i must tell you,
i am not a bad person
i am as good as the other
that you know
my words will speak for me
on this
whiter portion of my
existence
with you, my reader
my listener

i regret all your conclusions
you have settled for the surface
shallow, irrelevant, cowardly.

i wish we can be in the same boat
to this journey,
spend time together, lots of time,
lots of interchanges of words,
perhaps you will begin
to see the good in me,
inside my heart i am as human as
you, one that after all,
needs too to be confirmed
about his goodness,
his inability to do evil
because of the sameness of
our journey
same pains, bearable sufferings,
occasional disappointments,
patent patience

we both do not wish to go
to hell
you say it well.

Ancient Scribbling

How did I get this ancient so very fast?
Seems like my 40th year is in the recent past.
Seventy one has just roared by like a freight train.
Now I trudge down the street in ever growing pain.

I truly believe in the reality of reincarnation.
These body parts were misused before my utilization.
I'm bald, but that feature causes me no fear;
What bothers me is each day there is less I can hear.

There's the deal about my memory and its phase;
Events of 50 years ago not bad… less for recent days.
As for my virility, I feel there is something wrong.
I tried to see four doctors, but the lines were too long.

I guess things aren't really as bad as they sound.
I had kidney-prostate cancer and am above ground.

My Funny Sunny Holiday!

At first, my trip to sunny France
Was simply for some wild romance,
Away from folks at home I'd miss
While some French girl I'd soon kiss-kiss!

So off I flew upon the plane
Till almost reaching Sunny Spain,
But landing still on France's soil,
With temperatures still set to boil!

At dead of night, we all arrived,
Just thanking God, we'd all survived
And from the journey in the coach
Our half-built hotel to approach!

Our rooms sufficed to suit our needs
And I slept well from all these deeds...
When I awoke, the beach called me!
So off I went to sun and sea...

French girls' bikinis here and there
Had made my English eyes to stare!
So many Baywatch fantasies
While I rubbed oil on my knees...

No tan had I on that first day,
That's why nobody came my way!
But that all changed within that week,
My skin all tanned on my physique...

French girls surrounded me in time,
Amazed that I looked so sublime!
I lied about my age and smiled,
Just mesmerised and quite beguiled!

To think, French ladies I'd entrance!
They made my holiday in France!
And yet no matter where I roam,
It's always nice when I get home!

Thoughts On Love....

the hardest thing we will ever do
is to love. for love undresses the
parts of us with which we're not
so familiar...
there is no grasping in love, no
real or implied ownership. that
which we give in time returns, but
who holds a clock to the tides?
love is itself a journey that often
takes many lifetimes... it is not
an end in itself, love is the journey.
time and experience and often tragedy
ignite the flame... but the fire burns
long and slow.
love is a way of seeing, a depth of seeing,
when the eyes touch and realize. love is
the gift of moments, and only moments are
eternal.
love hears from the heart, spoken and unspoken.
love gives, without thought or guilt.
love is the straw in the nest, the open
mouth fed, and the moment of fear when wings
first stretch in flight.
love is the gift, and the gift is journey...
for it is in the journey that we find our selves!

She Likes To Begin Again

she likes to begin again
on some new lines of her poetry
a brand new metaphor
like a newly born baby
to a mother crying with joy
as father watches

she likes another beginning
it is still sad
deceiving herself that the end
approaches her like a candle
about to burn the floor

sometimes i pity her
embarking on a new journey
of self-denial
another trip to the land of lies
but somehow it is good
or better shall i say
at least
she is not riding on that old angry train
again

Fear complex

Love and hate are born of fear.
Fight or flight is the effect of fear.
The more you fear the more you please.
The more you fear the more you hate.
All attributes, good or bad,
Stem from the feeling of fear.
Fear was brought in with us.
It will go only when we go.

A Fear Through Words

It is through fear I write this
Through fear I dare not speak these words
Or name the muse of who I pen them to
I hold a gentle and honest love to my heart
Such a love as yet untried and unknown
What good are my words when I cannot speak them
To my muse so beautiful so sweet, so divine
I fear I may lose them so completely
That I stay silent, bide my words so well
And watch with abject despair
My muse, object of my whole desire
Grow more distant with each passing day
And I fear I may lose all together
By speaking these words, these cursed words
I asked myself once, what I search for
Is it what I want or what I need in life
And there I saw my muse, a world of beauty
More than I could imagine or ask for
A gentle heart and loving nature
Those warm soothing eyes I look to
Do not see me as I would wish
I fear if they were to, see my innermost soul
My passion and my love for them
They would turn away and be lost completely
Which is why I write with fear
These words I dare not speak

An upright soul

Thoughts must conform to words
And words to deeds to give peace.
Good thoughts and bad words: one is
raw.
Bad thoughts and good words: one is a cheat.
Good words and bad deeds: one is
cruel.
Bad words and good deeds: one is a
barker.
Thoughts, words and deeds must not
be
In conflicts to ensure an upright soul.

A Family Divided~

For her waxing poetic has become more & more difficult...
Absent are her oft' cloying sentiments...
Blatent truths are staring her in the face
The lines of her notebook mock her now;
In her ever present biting reality of unhappy circumstances...
It has been eleven years of almost pure Hell
They have taken their toll on her and her husband
Each year like a rung on a step ladder going down-
A new fear-a new worry-a new upset!
Each day she awakens with no new hopeful words...
Only utter sorrow at a blessing now lost
Something that should have remained forever and sacred
A bond... IS GONE! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !
She and her husband weep together
For they believe that hope has, indeed, lost it's wings...

My Biggest Fear

I have this feeling it’s called fear
I have the fear of who will be dying or will I be next?
If I stop think about “how can I have myself prepare? “.
This fear is consuming me.
It’s like stealing something from me.

I don’t know what it is….
How to deal with it
I want to see it........

Can anyone help me to see?
Does this feeling go away?
Are these feelings real or fake.

I also have a fear of not achieving my dreams
That thought makes me want to scream.
I have Fear of my life.Every day that’s not much
I could say on that, I try give it my strife

The real world gives me fear too.
Sometimes, “I wish everything would disappear
Instead appear into fear”.

The Fear of losing my mother before I am ready to let her go.
What road do I take so I won’t let fear win.
Fear takes my thoughts of losing my husband, and
losing one of my children too.
Even though, I almost did loose a child.

I can let the fear, do what it is doing..
I fear of losing my dearest friend.
I am sorry I cant pretend that fear is not here.

The fear of my own death and the cause of it will be?

I don’t want to see.

The fear of my lifestyle should it be the way it should be lived?

or should it be change?

Do I dear change it, but how?

I know that I have a fear of being alone.

It’s the unknown

Is My Biggest Fear

Fears of a teenage mafioso

Fear of love,
Fear of pain,
Fear of the unforgiving cane,
Fear of lies,
Fear of sighs,
Fear of those distraught eyes,
Fear for the unknown,
Fear for the known,
Fear of everything combined,
Fear is what makes me blind,
Fear is what makes me think,
and act in blind accordance,
Hindering the world around me,
Hence, My Fear of myself
Fear is when you run away,
Fear is when you’re scared to love someone,
Fear is when the sky turns grey,
Fear of confusion,
Fear is like a dark blue ocean,
Fear won’t let me escape
Fear mocks me, watching
Fear taunts me, waiting
Fear of losing,
Fear you cannot see,
Fear dealt upon thee.
Fear of darkness and death,
Fear of a dead comrade,
Fear of a gun being cocked,
Fear of being endlessly stalked,
Fear of time,
Fear of all the crime,
Fear of the undesirable truth,
Fear for the good.
Fear for the sake of life,
Fear of the neighbors next door,
Fear of the secretive man in the subway,
Fear of the revolutionary uproar,
Fear is to not rejoice your living,
Fear for the sake of your life,
But to fear is to forsake it.
Fear is to have no hope in life,
Fear of the fear of fear,
We need no reason to fear,
For fear has no reason for itself.
I guess life is just like that,
To fear for no reason,
For to fear is not to reason,
But to reason is to fear.
To fear for the sake of fear,
Is fear for fear,
So let me think,
What else do I fear?
What else do I fear?
What else do I fear?

This Journey Continues On

This journey has been
awesome
a learning experience
you have been an
unforgettable treasure
appearing.

Bringing light to a
gloomy day
warming my existence
touching gently
none other can compare.

This journey has been
awesome
knowing you has been a
delight
but now I must go on
alone.

Someday this journey
will end
I too will search the

until I find you once

For Everyone The Life Journey

For everyone the life journey is different though a journey that for all of us must end
Along the way we meet some who do not like us But we also do make many a good friend
And on the journey we learn many lessons we've been learning from life since before we did crawl
And every day we live in life for us a lesson and that applies to you and me and all
And on our life journey we make many mistakes and for every one of them some price to pay
But we must struggle onwards towards the finish and every dawning for us a new day
For many life's road more uphill than downhill it is a hard journey to undertake
We have the good days and we have the bad days and every dawn to a new challenge we wake
Tomorrow is another day they will tell you and tomorrow in it's own good time will come
But tomorrow will not be for everybody today's will be the last sunset for some
For every one of us life's journey is different so different for you as it is for me
And our thinking on most things are quite different we all look at life so very differently
For everyone the life journey has to end sometime but where or when we are not meant to know
For some it will end before they reach their prime years and for some when they are walking slow.

Tell Me The Answer

I doesnt feel right
The lights are too bright
Im feeling uptight in my sensual world
I need to be you
I need to breathe too
I need to see through life
With these sensitive words
I could blame it on you
I could blame it on my instincts
I could blame it on the train to the plane
The boat to the shore
So tell me whats the answer
No trouble in my face
Theres not one anxious voice
You know I cant listen
I cant listen
You say that you are everything
Do you taste good
So cmon, cmon, cmon
Cmon, cmon, cmon
No air around me
I need to feel free
Im private property
In my sensual world
No indecisions
I have a vision
Theres no collision there
With these sensitive words
I could blame it on you
I could blame it on my instincts
I could blame it on the train to the plane
The boat to the shore
So tell me whats the answer
No trouble in my face
Theres not one anxious voice
You know I cant listen
I cant listen
You say that you are everything
Do you taste good
So cmon, cmon, cmon
Cmon, cmon, cmon
No trouble in my face
Theres not one anxious voice
You know I cant listen
I cant listen
You say that you are everything
Do you taste good
So cmon, cmon, cmon
Cmon, cmon, cmon
No trouble in my face
Theres not one anxious voice
You know I cant listen
I cant listen
You say that you are everything
Do you taste good
So cmon, cmon, cmon
Cmon, cmon, cmon
All from too much choice yeh yeh
I could blame it on the train to the plane
The boat to the shore
So tell me whats the answer
Cmon, cmon, cmon
Cmon, cmon, cmon
Cmon, cmon, cmon

X' change vows..

/* On the eve of our wedding anniversary, few thoughts dedicated to our marriage. Think would be applicable for most (Indian? ?) marriages..*/

At times your acerbic words hurriedly dart
But they don’t prick or pain my heart
They pinch me for a moment though
And wake me up a bit more..

I know dear, you work hard
For me, kids, family, office and the lot
You are our planet that supports life-conditions
Beneath you buried your dreams and ambitions!

To keep on moving like a clock is tough
‘Perspire ever for others’ is a deal rough
I know you bake in the oven as our daily dough
And I also know mere words are not enough!

If you are born land, I am born tree
Though that’s not what I want to be
If I am born water, you are born the vessel
Alas, I want, but I am not, your making metal!

I understand the pains you go through
I can’t feel it the same as you!
That’s where issues come up new
Talk to me; I am ever inside you!

And that’s why dear..

At times your acerbic words hurriedly dart
They don’t prick or pain my heart
They pinch me for a moment though
And wake me up a bit more..

Fifteen years of marriage they say
Not about love or sex all the way
Even kids, family, society all go away
Our friendship is our life’s mainstay!

If we are to be born again
Let’s make a pact of mutual gain
Let you be born again as the male me
And let me be your female she!

Dear, A Happy anniversary!

A Journey Of A Poet

A journey begins with
A thought in our mind
Words are chosen and formed.

Lines of poem
Well Written with meanings
With words of emotions and expressions

A poet starts with
An inspiration of mind,
An aspiration in soul mind

With reflection
On our life experience
We start to
Compose some
Wonderful poetry

Expressing our innermost thoughts
With deep contemplation
To put them in poetry words

A journey begins when
A poet takes his imagination
To a place where
No one ever dream or imagine before.

A poet's journey ends by
Writing another lovely poem
And deep reflection

A poet remains
As a poet
When he or she
Continue to
Write and Share
lovely poems with the world.
