Bomb Threat

sitting in class
baking some food
when we were told
to leave the school

we had to go
on to the track
away from the school
and to not look back

a bomb threat was called
into the school
who would do this
they must be a fool

they searched the school
with stomachs in knots
while we watched anxiously
as it started getting hot

they thought they found it
behind the bleachers
but it was a false alarm
according to the teachers

a lot of the students
are scared to go back
they didn't even want
to leave the track

now that we're in
all still shaking
thinking to ourselves
if they were mistaking

what if it was real
and it happens again
the school would blow up
and that'd be the end

now it's the next day
students still in a roar
about the bomb threat
that opened the door

it made us realize
that the worse could happen
even in a small town
just like Washington

even small towns
can cause a big scandal
just remember not to panic
so you can handle.

chapter one- The key in the darkness

'youll be fine! ', said my mom in a calm tone of voice.

I was sitting in my mom warm car, look out at the passanger seat window.Out that window was my new school. The school Id been waiting all summer to go to. My older school was a very small, private school. Im mean this school was extreemly small, to the point that the average people in each class was about 15 students. My old school was also very strict, catholic school.To also a point were we went to chapel every sunday and even had religious class everyday.

As I looked to my mom and said good-bye, i stepped out of the car.As i was walking towards the school I could feel my hands getting sweaty and my heart beating a little faster. As i reached out my hand to grab those big double door to my new school, i stopped. Just for a breif moment i thought that this was it, no turning back. that beyond those doors might be pure joy or pure sadness.

But what I didnt know, is that beyond those door what truly lied ahead for my future.

The Perfect school

THE PERFECT SCHOOL

A place where a student worships his teacher as a god,
The heads of the children before their teacher nod.
The place is the school where teachers give education,
It’s a school where there is afforestation.
A school that has all the beauties,
Is a perfect school whose students have all the qualities.
A school whose students will become president and magic vista,
A school whose students will become Rabindranath Tagore and Mother Teresa.
The Perfect School is a school whose trees will always be uploaded with fruits of joy, success and happiness,
A school whose students will never have a future of darkness.
That school will conquer the world,
In that school, music will be sung by birds.

School is like a prison
We can’t leave,

And says his school is great

in school,
when i saw you
i intuited i have found
my lost world in you
i wish i could act
to be appreciated
by you in school.

We're here 5 days a week

Hey What's Next School Is Over

School is over and I got no summer school
I passed all my classes because I am not a fool
Throughout the school year many students wanted to be cool
Now they're in a summer program where all teachers rule
I no longer have to wake up early in the A.M
I worked my way through and passed my final exam
What more can I say for the great I am
I am truly blessed so I have to confess
Unlike others I didn't end up in some summer school mess
Sorry summer schoolers not being mean I just had to get it off my chest

Packing Her Jack Daniels

She taught high school.
With the eagerness of a beaver.
Breath sweeten with peppermint.
With a quick wisp of her preferred beverage.
Scenting the air like mouth wash.

She would teach to her students,
Those required subjects and about life.
How to keep it real...
With a tad of spice.
The students liked her!
And she was quite nice.
But behind her desk...
In a small container.
She would keep her Jack Daniels,
Packed in ice.

Packing her Jack Daniels...
She disguised in a bottle,
Labelled 'Tonic For a Quick Lift'.
Everyone saw it.
And no one thought anything of it.

She did this for more than ten years!
And no one suspected a thing.
She was always cheerful and inebriated.
And sometimes she would stray in her lectures...
Bringing the kids to laugh to tears.

With 'Tonic For a Quick Lift' grasped tightly in her hand...
She would take a 'swig' now and then,
Do a little gargle...
Before she sat.
Daring not to stand.

And after school she would cruise,
Down her favorite avenue.
With a small nip bottle of 'Jack' close by.
As she would spy on her students.
Or so she told the police.
Who would constantly stop her...
For suspicions of DUI.

'Ma'am...
Have you been drinking? '

~Of course not!
What makes you think I've been drinking?
I am a respectable 'educator and motivator'.~

'Well...
I've watched you for more than fifteen minutes.
And you've been driving in circles on the track field,
On school property.'

~I'm preparing my next lecture.
Entitled, 'Keep On the Right Track'.~

'Ma'am...
I'm gonna have to ask you to step out of the vehicle.'

~But I only have my slip on! '

'I know!
Remember me from last week?
That's when I stopped you...
And you were then preparing your speech,
On Extracurricular Activities.
And I was off duty then! '

The classroom is…
A jail cell
There halls leading
To each cell

The school food is
taste like prison food
In the cafeteria there
are long lines for food

The principle runs
the school
The warden runs
the prison

They have guards
telling inmates what to do
We have teachers

A 12 year sentence

Wizardly School

You may think my school is ordinary,
As many others are,
But forgive me ‘coz I don’t agree,
My school is a star.
I’m just a normal 12 year-old,
Who is quite shy at first.
But in my school you will find out,
Friends will quench your thirst.

My school is wizardly,
With teachers of every kind,
And there always seem to be,
A weird happening every time.
Sometimes the students are scared,
‘Cause there’s a banshee in the class,
And the beautiful school garden,
Has elves running fast.

It does sound scary, I know,
But sometimes it’s amazing,
To find fairies flying slow,
And griffins in the field.
Our talents are soon discovered,
We could make the sky thunder,
This scares but amazes us,
To others it’s a danger.
Next year I’ll be leaving this school,
To another just beside,
I wish it’s like the one I love,
It makes me shine so bright.

Back To School.

Back to school, my mind in good mood. My head enroute for good friuts. Back to school, yes I'm back for good. Don't be a fool dear, it's not just a virtual school of paper-books, it's a school of the mind, a school of thinking. Oh yes! My own school of thought. Every day is schooling, where you are is your lecture room, Life its' self is the teacher. School closes when we close our eyes, either in sleep or in SLEEP. Which ever way it closes, it yet continues on the other side. For there, we shall learn all that we failed while still LIFE's pupils.

My First Day At School(***A Real Experience***)

Oh, it came so fast like a speedy train,
in the month of heavy rain,
when the birds of joy just flew away,
and my heartbeat rose up each day.

the vacations were over and,
there was no more time to play in sand,
but of course you know what that was,
it was my school reopening day as it is.

That day morn when I woke up,
thought if i had a ever or hiccup,
lazy and unwilling, of course, of huss,
made it to the waiting bus.

As the speed of bus went high,
i sank back to the seat with a sigh,
at last whe i walked down to school,
i never knew to use what tool.

As my school came closer,
I became more more dozer,
but wait! now that at school i was,
noone knows the tension a girl has.

When i stepped in to my class,
My courage broke like a breaking glass,
but when i found out i wasn't alone,
and found news friends to adorn,
for first school became a heaven!

* when i was going on to my 5th class to a new school. of course i made a lot of friends and my shyness left me and i am now first at school

School and teachers

You go to school
everyday
just to be told
you can't do it that way

you have to do it my way
it is in the rules
and you think
school isn't cool

teachers think they're all that
and that they can control us
but sometimes I wish my teachers
would get hit by a bus

I know that sounds mean
but I haven't even said
that school everyday
I always dread

It feels like a prison
with no escape
why oh why
am I bound to this fate?

Of course we have to go to school
we have to all week
but couldn't school be more fun
instead of really starting to reek!

But we have to go through it
all 12 grades
and we have to go to college
what a bad day!

The days drag on
they never end
until the bells rings
and I run as fast as I can

It's almost christmas break
and I can't wait
because more days at school
I just can't take.

School sucks
and I think it is bad
and even though we are tortured
it isn't all bad

I guess what i'm trying to say is
school can sometimes be good
and you learn stuff
and that's is sorta good

so school is boring
and is not really fun
but we will get through it
and then for joy we will jump
