Awaiting Lover

I close my eyes
And see him looming
Black and endless
Staring, staring in the night
His bony fingers
Softly scarring my face
tracing lines

Like a lover
Teased too long
He grows impatient
Tugging, tugging at my hair
Transforming raven tresses
Into lifeless white
A Coming  winter

I feel his breath
Upon my cheek
His hungry kisses
Pecking, pecking at my lips
Taking little pieces
Till only brittle bones
Lay bear

He whispers to me
In my sleep
You will be mine
Soon, soon my sweet
And though I long to escape,
His bed  of  earth and worms
Awaits, and I alone
Must come

The Maniac

I saw them sitting in the shade;
The long green vines hung over,
But could not hide the gold-haired maid
And Earl, my dark-eyed lover.
His arm was clasped so close, so close,
Her eyes were softly lifted,
While his eyes drank the cheek of rose
And breasts like snowflakes drifted.

A strange noise sounded in my brain;
I was a guest unbidden.
I stole away, but came again
With two knives snugly hidden.
I stood behind them. Close they kissed,
While eye to eye was speaking;
I aimed my steels, and neither missed
The heart I sent it seeking.

There were two death-shrieks mingled so
It seemed like one voice crying.
I laughed-it was such bliss, you know,
To hear and see them dying.
I laughed and shouted while I stood
Above the lovers, gazing
Upon the trickling rills of blood
And frightened eyes fast glazing.

It was such joy to see the rose
Fade from her cheek forever;
To know the lips he kissed so close
Could answer never, never.
To see his arm grow stark and cold,
And know it could not hold her;
To know that while the world grew old
His eyes could not behold her.

A crowd of people thronged about,
Brought thither by my laughter;
I gave one last triumphant shout-
Then darkness followed after.
That was a thousand years ago;
Each hour I live it over,
For there, just out of reach, you know,

She
lies, with Earl, my lover.

They lie there, staring, staring so
With great, glazed eyes to taunt me.
Will no one bury them down low,
Where they shall cease to haunt me?
He kissed her lips, not mine; the flowers
And vines hung all about them
Sometimes I sit and laugh for hours
To think just how I found them.

And then I sometimes stand and shriek
In agony of terror:
I see the red warm in her cheek,
Then laugh loud at my error.
My cheek was all too pale he thought;
He deemed hers far the brightest.
Ha! but my dagger touched a spot
That made
her
face the whitest!

But oh, the days seem very long,
Without my Earl, my lover;
And something in my head seems wrong
The more I think it over.
Ah! look-she is not dead-look there!
She's standing close beside me!
Her eyes are open-how they stare!
Oh, hide me! hide me! hide me!

Pray Away my Sin

Into my eyes you stare with a beating heart fueled by the fire of hate

Looking at me for a way to escape lives cruel daily rape

Is it up to me to find an answer to our questions of faith?

Escape from my eyes sprite of the phoenix...into summer air be free

Staring into the eyes of sadness
Staring into the eyes of pain
staring into the eyes engraved with the wrath of God

Upon me sprite of Adam, upon my eyes let me see the son of God

Bring and end to all that I know, end this life of long suffering

The Unforgettable Night

Your fingers running through my hair
Lips pecking my neck so light
Oh my gosh it feels so right
Please oh please never end this night
Feels like nothing beyond compare
But then, are you there?
You're fading away
Well have to end this day
But there's always tomorrow
The day that follows
This unforgettable night
Which I know
Will always feel right.

A Long Night Of Love

Sweet kisses like wine,
Upon my face.
From an angel devine,
In Spanish lace.
Fragrant raven tresses,
Caress my face,
My soul confesses,
Into her gaze.
Sparkling green eyes,
Stare into my soul,
No need for replies,
With a woman this bold.
A long night of love,
I'll spend with you.
My precious white dove,
That's what I'll do.

Black raven, White dove

When it's black,
Like the raven,
The well is full, but full of what?
My sun is shining in a half pale burst,
With toxic, red hot guilt

And as if in stark contrast,
The white dove just hits home-
And its what I've always wanted alive,
But then when I give some brainpower,
I decide that maybe it could be dead-
And it took the black to show it.

But then the black of the raven,
So beautifully stunning,
I look at her and all I see,
Is the storm in her eyes,
And the dove
Should be crying
For it doesn't know
That my white heart is dying
Replaced by the black of the right

"Home is where the heart is"
Then my home's firmly with the white,
It's where I've lived,
For six months past,
And I feel like I belong
I feel like I am home there
But then I see,
Cupid's stupid decree-
With one black wing and one white,
But which is wrong?
Which right?

But is the dove ever going to surrender?
Wave its' flag and give in to the raven?
Cause the raven's a-pecking,
And so far she's winning,
And with a fight,
And a laboratory,
The boy of white has slim chance of winning.

Cause now that it's out,
I'm secretly devout,
So secretly, darkly obsessed,
With the black of the girl,
And the light blue of the raven's eye,
But then its' always been white,
The dove the keeper of my heart,
Cause I found the dove lost,
With clips in his wings,
And I tried to set him free
I showed all that he belonged to me
And he's the one who set me free,
My first and ever pet,
The first one I've wanted to be with-
Forever.

And the dove's innocent eyes,
And repeated cries,
Made me overlook the fact he can't fly,
But I'm not going to feed him,
All of his food,
He needs to live on his own too so he won't die

But could the raven ever be-
Just with me?
Even if the raven is more beautiful,
How does she know,
And how do I?
That she won't kill me,
That we won't die.

So used to the dove,
The raven's so new,
And there's so much evidence of some grey hue-

An ever-waging war,
Of black and white,
An ever-waging war,
Of wrong and right,
The dove or the raven,
Only you can decide,
The dove or the raven,
The tone that is inside.

Forbidden Fruit

He presses it to his lips,
Bares his teeth,
And nips at the flesh.
Sweet liquid escapes his lips
And races with his tongue
From the corner
Of his mouth.
He catches the nectarous droplet
And draws it back inside.
Oh my!
How I long for a taste!
To touch his delicious lips with mine.
To fold my tongue through
The warm sweetness of him
Again...again and again.
Ohhhh to hear my name groaned
Through his baritone voice
As my body sings his song.

His eyes....his beautiful eyes are....

Uh oh! !

He sees me!

I feel crimson warmth spread
Across my face
And wonder..
How long have I been staring at him?

The Mirror

There I sighted the lonesome lass
a look of despair on her lifeless face
tears brimming in her gloomy eyes
her dark unkempt hair – a shade of sorrow
may be I had seen her somewhere before
as she looked at me with a knowing gaze

There was a deafening silence between us
I tried to speak but the words had frozen out
So I kept on staring at her –
- and She at Me

Her lamenting eyes seemed to whisper:
“ my bruised heart has been aching so long,
it cannot bear the pain any more…
it seeks solace, it seeks relief,
it’s withering away of endless grief! ”

I knew not how to console her
feeling just as helpless as she was
so donning a mask over the “real” Me
and a “made-up” smile on my face
I turned away from the mirror
and trudged along with the world’s brisk pace

Sweet Dreams

Sweet Dreams
Date: August 11,2012

Do not suffer as I sleep
When ‘cross my lips, a stillness creeps
As I will pass this way again
I have not died, I'm here my friend
Whispers of a passing breeze
Will bring to life sweet memories
And butterflies that softly land
Will be as I, to kiss your hand
Sweet as berries from the vine
You'll recall these lips of mine
I have not gone away in death
I did not breathe my final breath
Deep in your heart I shall remain
A joyful spark, an endless flame
So do not grieve when I have gone
I would not leave your heart alone
Spare the tears and sad goodbyes
As, I'll be here, when you close your eyes

Time sneaks past so quickly

Time sneaks past so quickly
when you lie next to me
and I would like to have it different.

The dark night throws long shadows
that draws fingers over your cheeks
and the intimate smell
of you and me
is like the scent of rain
that brings new life.

You big breasts are pointed and soft
and I feel every time
that you take a breath
and soft hot air
blows against my cheek
like a confession,
that still catches
the earlier passion.

Somewhere in the late night
your whole body
lies hot against mine
and your auburn hair
tickles my face,
while your soft and warm lips
find mine
and it’s blissful
to have you against me once more.

Since Youve Been Gone

J. spinks
Since youve been gone
Theres something I wanna say
Since youve been gone
Theres no one taking your place
Since youve been gone
Ive just been foolin around
Since youve been gone
This worlds been turned upside down
Didnt think Id find a girl that I could not forget
Anything we started not so long ago - aint over yet
Since youve been gone
Staring at your photograph
And I know it wont be long
An I know youre coming back
You turned me on
Since the first time I set eyes on you
You turned me on
Ooh the things you want me to do
Dont get me wrong
cos youre not the only girl Ive ever had
But since youve been gone
Girl you know the thought of yous driving me mad
All I do is think of you I lie awake - lie awake
And no matter how I try this loneliness - you know I cant take
Since youve been gone
Staring at your photograph
And I know it wont be long
An I know youre coming back
Since youve been gone
Theres something I wanna say
Since youve been gone
Theres no one to stand in my way
Since youve been gone
So scared of losing this time
Since youve been gone
Girl you know that I cant get you out of my mind
Since youve been gone
Staring at your photograph
And I know that I was wrong
An I know youre coming back
Since youve been gone
Tried my best to read between the lines
If some things are hard to say
You better tell me one more time
Since youve been gone
Since youve been gone

Suffocation

Last night I had the weirdest dream
I dreamt that I was lying in bed
With this girl whose hair was
As black as the night and as
Thick as a forest,
And her hair, her hair was
Smothering me
Or at least, I thought it was
Her hair,
Until I noticed it was her hands
Running over my face,
My lips
My eyes
My cheeks.
As hot as the desert
And smooth as silk
But pressing down
Pressing me into my pillow
Until I could see nothing
But the pink of her skin
And I thought,
Im gunna die
Those hands are gunna
Kill me
Until I realized really,
It wasn’t hands,
But lips,
Sucking the air from mine
Engulfing my last breath
And drawing it into her being
And I thought, well,
At least lips are
A nice way to go
Until finally I came
To my goddamn senses
And I realized,
I realized it wasn’t her lips
But the words coming
From those sweet lips
That was suffocating me
And it was “I love you”
I was choking on
Not her hair, hands or lips
At all.

Freaks

(derek dick, mark kelly, steve rothery, peter trewavas, ian mosley)
Have you ever met a lady, screaming angst potential?
Have you ever dreamed of romance, no matter how experimental?
Have you ever felt an alien drifting back into your hometown?
Did you think you were buying safety when you bought that piece of ground?
She said all the best freaks are here
She said all the best freaks are here, please stop staring at me
So I said all the best freaks are here
All the best freaks are here, please stop staring at me
Have you ever woke up, sweating in the middle of the night?
You search the darkness and youre scrambling for the light
Have you ever walked down the street, heard bootsteps following you?
Dont worry my son, youve got the spook squad looking after you
He said all the best freaks are here
He said all the best freaks are here, please stop staring at me
So I said all the best freaks are here
All the best freaks are here, please stop staring at me, stop staring at me
Airport terminal, patiently waiting on the last call
You feel the eyes burn the back of your head
Sign the autograph, get out of the picture, gonna have the last laugh
Feel the whispers as you head for the plane
Stop staring at me
Love and linen sheets seem so very far away
You save your pennies and you buy another day
But after all its only hide and seek, just another game
Theres so much fun to be had when youre living with a name
All the best freaks are here, all the best freaks are here
Please stop staring at me, all the best freaks are here
All the best freaks are here, please stop staring at me
Oh, stop staring at me, oh, stop staring at me
They said all the best freaks are here
All the best freaks are here, please stop staring at me
All the best freaks are here
All the best freaks are here, please stop staring at me

Your Whispered Breath

Your whispered breath
Lips close to ear
Words of love
Breathed accross cheek
Hair brushes my shoulder
Caressing bare skin
Over chest sweet kisses
Tongue wet
Lingers around nipple
Moist lips
Sigh
Hand tangled in hair
Kissed neck in response
Teeth nipping gently
Ear lobes
You astride
Nails leaving
Red wheals
Tracing
Lovers aroused
Coupling, joined
Passions giving vent
Lovers payment, rent
Hot bodies
Glistening
Damp, wet
Lovers spent
Consumed
With each other
World forgotten
Sleep beckons
In the others arms
Wanten lust
Stated
Not abated.

Hump For Fun

I'm not too big a fan of beer but I need a drink
If I smoked I could use a zip now I'm on the brink
I've been all geared up now for how long I don't know
I need to slow myself down somewhat it's been so long
So all I do is staring at my ceiling where the rain keeps coming in
I seem unable to relax don't know how to begin
Should I just lay down and close my eyes and pretend that I am dead
I need some help to float away would you please hit my damn head
I need some help to float away would you please hit my damn head
Hit my head
I never took no drugs I guess I'm just not the type
That maharishi-guy was never quite mine I was chose to bye the hype
Cosmic yoghurt and Jesus Christ was never my cup of tea
Sure thing girls are much great fun but at times they are probably best let be
So still I keep on staring...
I need some help to float away...
Hit my head

As Old As

It’s early January
Early morning
My feet are cold on the bathroom tile
And that’s not my face
Staring at me from the mirror
An older face than the one I went to bed with
Puffy skin wrinkles I don’t remember that
One gray hair does not belong to me
I am not this old man
The song of youth still
Plays in my skull my heart my
Bones ache
Eyes blur
After long day working
Hard to keep them open and
I sometimes nod off
To the late news or Letterman just like
My dad did when I was a boy
And I would look at him and think
He’s old and I
Will never be
Am not as old
As that face staring
From the mirror on this
Cold January Morning

Butterfly Kisses

There's two things I know for sure.
She was sent here from heaven, and shes daddys little girl.
As I drop to my knees by her bed at night,
She talks to Jesus, and I close my eyes.
And I thank God for all the joy in my life, But most of all...
Butterfly kisses after bedtime prayer.
Stickin little white flowers all up in her hair.
"Walk beside the pony daddy, its my first ride."
"I know the cake looks funny, daddy, but I sure tried."
Oh, with all that Ive done wrong, I must have done something right.
To deserve a hug every morning, and butterfly kisses at night.
Sweet sixteen today.
Shes looking like her momma a little more every day.
One part woman, the other part girl.
To perfume and makeup, from ribbons and curls.
Trying her wings in a great big world. But I remember...
Butterfly kisses after bedtime prayer.
Stickin little white flowers all up in her hair.
"You know how much I love you daddy, but if you dont mind,
Im only going to kiss you on cheek this time."
With all that Ive done wrong, I must have done something right.
To deserve a hug every morning, and butterfly kisses at night.
All the precise time.
Like the wind, the years go by.
Precious butterfly, spread your wings and fly.
Shell change her name today.
Shell make a promise, and Ill give her away.
Standing in the bride room just staring at her.
She asked me what Im thinking, and I said, "Im not sure,
I just feel like Im losing my baby girl."
Then she leaned over... and gave me...
Butterfly kisses, with her mama there.
Stickin little white flowers all up in her hair.
"Walk me down the aisle daddy, its just about time."
"Does my wedding gown look pretty daddy?" "Daddy dont cry."
With all that Ive done wrong, I must have done something right.
To deserve a hug every morning, and butterfly kisses.
I couldnt ask God for more, man, this is what love is.
I know Ive gotta let her go, but Ill always remember.
Every hug in the morning, and butterfly kisses...

The Attack at Dawn

‘At every cost,’ they said, ‘it must be done.’
They told us in the early afternoon.
We sit and wait the coming of the sun
We sit in groups, — grey groups that watch the moon.
We stretch our legs and murmur half in sleep
And touch the tips of bayonets and yarn.
Our hands are cold. They strangely grope and creep,
Tugging at ends of straps. We wait the dawn!
Some men come stumbling past in single file.
And scrape the trench’s side and scatter sand.
They trip and curse and go. Perhaps we smile.
We wait the dawn! … The dawn is close at hand!
A gentle rustling runs along the line.
‘At every cost,’ they said, ‘it must be done.’
A hundred eyes are staring for the sign.
It’s coming! Look! … Our God’s own laughing sun!

I Love The Smell Of Maggie In The Morning

To wake with you each morning,
Such a pleasant thought that is.
Waking on a winter's day,
for winter becomes the bedroom,
waking with you beside me in your bed,
my arms embracing you
gently from behind.
Your body warming mine.
Your hair against my cheek.
Your fragrance in my breath.
The taste of you still on my lips.
And last night's memory of you
stirring in my groin.
You wake and, smiling sleepily,
turn into me and peck softly at my mouth,
with merest touch of tongue,
for ours are morning breaths.
Then, fondling with your eyes in bed,
and touching a finger to my cheek,
you bite your bottom lip
and barely, ever so slightly,
shake your head.

I Want To Wake Up With You

When the morning coming and i' m opening my eyes,
I want to see your face and your amazing eyes,
Your smile to wrap me in happiness and joy,
I want to wake up with you.

I want to be the first one that you see,
To give me your first smile and a kiss to me,
To feel your warmth, your silence, your joy,
I want to wake up with you.

I want to keep your hand into mine,
And play with my fingers through your hair,
Kissing you tenderly each time you smile,
I want to wake up with you.

To lay my head on your shoulder,
And feel your breath so close,
I want to hold your heart and protect it,
I want to wake up with you.

To listen your tender whispers,
To feel your smooth skin touching mine,
Your arms passionately hugging me,
I want to wake up with you.

So, i had open my eyes in morning,
Surrounded by roses and love,
I feel like a gorgeous woman in your arms,
I want to wake up with you.
