Avenue Road Rock
It is now 6: 30 pm in the evening
And it is almost night here at
Avenue Road
Where I walk
To get to the food bank
To pick up some food for an old sick lady
That is leaving in the old with me in the same floor
That I am
And at the same time I look up in the sky tonight
And I see the sunset
That is telling me that it is the end of another day
So far
But I still need to bless God
For giving me that beautiful spring night

Overweight with Food
Are you just a tub of lard and
Vastly overweight?
Do you think that when you die you'll
Need a piano crate
To act as coffin for your frame? -
Chosen as you die in shame, with
Only you to take the blame
For years of eating much the same:
A daily calorific fest
Gourmands of your ilk digest!
Is your heart in final fling and
Nearly set to burst?
Are your arteries bunged and clogged and
Feeling now the worst
For wear? - your aneurysm fit to blow
While blood as thick as rising dough
Cries 'Halt! ' to any hope of flow:
A dreadful state to put on show
In front of any nurse!
Best you hail a hearse.

Fishing in the Sunset
Have you ever fished in the sunset?
I did so many years ago
I remember it like it was yesterday
I can still hear the water flow
I had used a little bobber
On the end of my line
Even though it was dark now
A bat found it a find
For it flew down and bombarded
The floating little ball
Thinking it was food I guess
But it wasn’t food at all
The colors of the night was
As beautiful as it could get
I will never forget the time
I was fishing in the sunset!

Appletree
I'd like to dedicate this to all of the Creator's righteous children.
I have some food in my bag for you.
Not that edible food -- the food you eat?
No. I have some food for thought.
Since knowledge is infinite it has infinitely fell on me.
So umm...
It was a stormy night
you know the kind where the lightning strike
and I was hangin' out wit some of my "artsy" friends
ooh wee ooh wee oooh
The night was long the night went on
people coolin' out until the break of dawn
incense was burnin' so I'm feelin right -- ah'ight
See I picks my friends like I pick my fruit
and Ganny told me that when I was only a youth
I don't go 'round trying to be what I'm not
I don't waste my time trying ta get what you got
I work at pleasin' me cause I can't please you
and that's why I do what I do
My soul flies free like a willow tree
doo wee doo wee do wee
And if you don't want to be down with me
You don't want to pick from my appletree
And if you don't want to be down with me
Then you don't want to pick from my appletree
And if you don't want to be down with me
Then you don't want to pick from my appletree
And if you don't want to be down with me
You just don't want to be down
I have a ho
and I take it everywhere I go
Cause I'm planting seeds
so I reaps What I sow -- ya know
Oh on and on and on and on
my cipher keeps movin' like a rollin' stone
I can't control the soul flowin' in me
ooh wee
See I picks my friends like I pick my fruit
and Ganny told me that when I was only a youth
I don't walk around trying to be what I'm not
I don't waste my time trying ta get what you got
I work at pleasin' me cause I can't please you
and that's why I do what I do
My soul flies free like a willow tree
doo wee doo wee do wee
And if you don't want to be down with me

Syrup Sponge
Pour a pint of cream
Upon my spongy bulge!
Scoop me with a
Hefty spoon;
Taste my essence -
Do you swoon?
Feed your self-esteem; indulge
In me until you burst -
Death by syrup sponge - you're cursed!
And as the count in inches gain
Upon your weary waist, the strain
Will tell, but you'll not care -
Steeped in sponge, you're unaware!

Salad is Incompatible with Life
Yes, my waist is fifty inches -
Big for me because I'm short.
And yes, I like my cheddar cheese
When partnered with a vintage port.
Okay, okay, that double cream
Is always served with pud,
And cake and biscuits with my tea
Are just no bloody good
For my poor hardened arteries,
But see my point of view,
Please dear wifey if you please,
A Salad makes me spew!
I'd rather eat a bowl of air
Than crunch away on greens;
Drink water from the toilet bowl
Or nibble on my jeans!
But salad! Are you there?
You know it makes me snappy -
So let me fill my face with grub,
Stay fat, and die young happy!

Some food
Some food is
Medicine...
Medicine is some food...
Some food is poison...
Some food is Tenson...
Some food is Fear...
Some food is lovely...
Some food is Bland...
Some food is sweety...
Some food is spicy...
Some food is nothing...
Food is not only food
A good eatable medicine...
At only some food...

Giving In (feat. Adema)
This song is by Linkin Park & Adema
Will you, walk me
To the edge again
Shaking, lonely, and I am drinking again
Woke up tonight and no one's here with me
I'm giving in to you
Take me under
I'm giving in to you
I'm dying tonight
I'm giving in to you
Watch me crumble
I'm giving in to you
I'm crying tonight
I'm giving in to you
Caught up, in life
Losing all my friends
Family has tried, to heal all my addictions
Tragic it seems, to be alone again
I'm giving in ... to you
Take me under
I'm giving in to you
I'm dying tonight
I'm giving in to you
Watch me crumble
I'm giving in to you
I'm crying tonight
I'm giving in to you
I look forward, to dying tonight
Drink till i'm myself, life's harder every day
The stress has got me
I'm giving in
Giving in
Giving in now!
Take me under
(I'm killing all the pain)
I'm dying tonight
(I'm sick of all this faith)
Watch me crumble
(I'm killing all the pain)
I'm crying tonight
I'm giving in to you
Take me under
I'm giving in to you
I'm dying tonight
I'm giving in to you
Take me under
I'm giving in to you
I'm dying tonight
I'm giving in to you

Beautiful Night
Beautiful night, how the stars, they so clearly shine
And the joyful moon how it mirrors back my smile
Oh, beautiful night, you're good to a heart like mine
Oh, beautiful night, you've made this long road worthwhile
Beautiful night, glow of the city behind me
Smile, I, with my heart at peace and my mind at ease
Oh, beautiful night, tranquility sets me free
Oh, beautiful night, I dream of moments like these
Beautiful night and all seems so right with the world
Questions come later; decisions, future doth hold
Oh, beautiful night, for now I watch the sky twirl
Oh, beautiful night, I wait for light to behold
Yet, in the stillness of evening I dream these dreams
That the beauty of this night is all that it seems

Riverview
does your momma know where you go at night
does your momma know where you go at night
meet me in the alleyway, hop into my suicide
we're going to riverview tonight, baby
we're going to riverview tonight, baby
north side, south side, west side, pick a side
north side, south side, west side, pick a side
we're crusing down western avenue at midnight
the shops are closed, the doors are locked tight
coming down slow, riding on that center line
we're going to riverview tonight, baby
we're going to riverview tonight, baby
i'll let them sleep
just pull me inside
i'll let them sleep
just give me a ride
i've got the keys, we're going to walk the midway
i've got the keys, we're going to walk the midway
i swear it's safe, you don't have to run away
we're going to riverview tonight, baby
we're going to riverview tonight, baby

A Food For Everything!
Meals are the food for the body;
Knowledge is the food for the mind;
Meditation is the food for the spirit;
Music is the food for the love of heart;
Dreams are the food for the consciousness;
Prayer is the food for the Almighty;
Love is the food for the living heart;
Thoughts are the food for the brain;
Colourful ink is the food for the pen;
Ideas are the food for the stories;
Truth is the food for the will;
Sun’s energy is the food for the plants;
Plants are the food for the living beings;
But one man’s food is another man’s poison!

God please bless Naomi and tell her not to put her life on hold
God please bless Naomi and tell her to light the candles and let it shine in The dark in memory of her mother
God please bless Naomi while she touches the heaven
And at the same time touches the angel in the sky
God please bless Naomi because she knows that the world could Leave her any day
God please bless Naomi while she is listening to the thunder and rain That Is falling from your sky
God please bless Naomi while she says a prayer every night

Lady Of The Night
They call her the lady of the night
Shes a woman of the world
And easy-living girl with love for sale
Thats what they call her the lady of the night
No one seems to know her name
And even less about the place
From where she came
Every evening when the night is close at hand
Youll find the lady on the rue davignon
In a half lit hotel doorway the lady advertises warmly
Its just a job but shell do the best she can
Dont try to change this lady of the night
Shes a lot like you and me
And less than what she seems to be
(she is the lady of the night)
And easy-living girl
(she is the lady of the night)
Shes a woman of the world
(she is the lady of the night)
With lots of loving for sale
(she is the lady of the night)
Lady lady of the night
Round here they call her the lady of the night
In a perfume hotel room
Shadows dance upon the wall and fate at dawn
Shes no beginner this lady of the night
Never try that funny stuff
cause lady can be tough
Be warned!
(she is the lady of the night)
Shes a lot like you and me
(she is the lady of the night)
And never just what she seems
(she is the lady of the night)
No one seems to know her name
(she is the lady of the night)
Or the place from where she came

Nice food...

A god...
Good food is

And cool drinks...
Food is not only

Cat Food
Lady supermarket with an apple in her basket
Knocks in the managers door;
Grooning to the muzak from a speaker in shoe rack
Lays out her goods on the floor;
Everything shes chosen is conveniently frozen.
Eat it and come back for more!
Lady window shopper with a new one in the hopper
Whips up a chemical brew;
Croaking to a neighbour while she polishes a sabre
Knows how to flavour a stew.
Never need to worry with a tin of hurri curri:
Poisoned especially for you!
No use to complain
If youre caught out in the rain;
Your mothers quite insane.
Cat food cat food cat food again.
Lady yellow stamper with a fillet in a hamper
Dying to finish the course;
Goodies for the table with a fable on the label
Drowning in miracle sauce.
Dont think I am that rude if I tell you that its cat food,
Not even fit for a horse!

Make Tonight Beautiful
I've been waiting
To taste your kiss
Touch you in the dark
Hold you to my heart
I've been hoping
For that moment
We'd be making love
Now the time has come
Come with me tonight
Share my dreams
Change my life...
(chorus)
Make tonight beautiful
Make tonight something more
Than any night i've ever known
In my life before
Make tonight beautiful
Hold me close and dont let go
Lay with me and stay with me tonight
Make tonight a beautiful night
Turn the lights down
Tonight theres a world of love
Waiting there for us
Let me take you
To that place youve never been before
Open up the door
To a dream come true
Take my hand and show me how to...
(chorus)
Make tonight beautiful
Make tonight something more
Than any night ive ever known
In my life before
Make tonight beautiful
Hold me close and dont let go
Lay with me and stay with me tonight
Make tonight a beautiful night
And show me all the magic
The night can bring
You see youre my door to heaven
Youre all i need
I've waited all my life
To look into your eyes
So stay with me
Make love to me
And make tonight beautiful
(chorus)
Make tonight beautiful
Make tonight something more
Than any night i've ever known
In my life before
Make tonight beautiful
Hold me close and dont let go
Lay with me and stay with me
Lay with me and stay with me tonight
Make tonight a beautiful night

Tonight's The Night
Tonight’s the night,
I said in my head,
I don’t care anymore,
I wish I was dead.
Tonight’s the night,
I thought deep inside,
I haven’t the energy,
To keep trying to hide.
Tonight’s the night,
I said out loud,
So I took the pills;
Not feeling proud.
Tonight’s the night,
I thought for sure,
This pain won’t end,
There is no cure.
Tonight’s the night,
Or so I thought,
I hadn’t taken enough pills;
I was soon taught.
Tonight’s not the night,
I thought as I was sick,
I’ve achieved nothing,
I feel like a prick.
Tonight’s not the night,
I told my friend,
I can’t stand this nightmare,
Will it ever end?
Tonight’s not the night,
My friend said to me,
He’s over the moon,
But I just want to be free.

Sunset Red And Pale Moonlight
We gave the day up to a back road
and let it take us out of town
to a spot down the river
to watch the sun go down
(Bridge) we must have sat and talked for hours
not giving in to the night
and that day i saw the sunset in a whole new light
(chorus) Now the stars came out liek dimonds
on a deep blue satin sky
he said from where he stood
Honey you sure look good
In sunset red and pale moonlight
later we pulled out a blanket
when we felt the evening chill
Oh and he wrapped his arms around me
thats when time stood still
(Chorus)

In sunset red and pale moonlight

Hospital Food
Coming down through the alley
Trying to walk without a sound
It doesnt really matter
cause there aint no one around
Tip toe through the alley and
Tip toe through your life
You still got it coming
Be it gun be it knife
Next thing you know
Youre eating hospital food
Karaoke castration
Take the wasp alive
Hes gonna sting you anyway
And take you to the hive
Yesterday was suckin and
Tomorrows looking bad
Who knew that today
Was the only thing I had
Hospital food
Want some hospital food
Hospital food
Delicious hospital food
In your tribute album to the world
You must never forget
To sing the one about the cat
Whos always getting wet
He always got a problem
Hes a very bitter dude
And now hes complaining
About his hospital food
Hospital food
Its gonna help the medicine go down
Want some hospital food
Gonna take a walk without a sound
A little hospital food
Helps the spoonful of sugar come up
I want some hospital food
In your blender and in my cup

Rendezvous At Sunset
Back on my feet
Another week is nearly over
We gotta meet
Now the beat is taking over
I work harder now Im done
I want a little fun, so tight
I took all I have to do
And now all I want is you tonight
Lets rendezvous at sunset
Take it through to sunrise
Well have a night well never forget
Well have the time, the time of our lives
Take me away
From here and into heaven
Need to escape
And I wanna go together
When Im oh so close to you
You hold me like you do, so nice
I can feel the rhythm now
Gotta get on down tonight
Lets rendezvous at sunset
Take it through to sunrise
Well have a night well never forget
Well have the time, the time of our lives
Lets rendezvous at sunset
Take it through to sunrise
Well have a night well never forget
Well have the time, the time of our lives
Rendezvous at sunset
Rendezvous
Rendezvous at sunset
Rendezvous
When Im oh so close to you
You hold me like you do, so nice
I can feel the rhythm now
Gotta get on down tonight
Lets rendezvous at sunset
Take it through to sunrise
Well have a night well never forget
Well have the time, the time of our lives
Lets rendezvous at sunset
Take it through to sunrise
Well have a night well never forget
Well have the time, the time of our lives

No Way No Way Blues
I am not rich
And I can't afford to feed all the homeless in Toronto
But there is food banks that they can go and get some food to eat
So that they do'n t starve
But the homeless instead of going to the food bank they stay in the streets
Of home and begs for money at the streets of home
But I don't give money because I know that they are not going to use it for Food but they will use it to buy alcohol and destroy their liver in no Time
What ashame
And for that I say no way no way
