As Long As You Are Near

The first time we met, I could see
That you and I were meant to be
Your eyes were so gentile, your smile so true
When you first held my hand, I just knew

Now the time has gone by through laughter and tears
Those days I shall cherish, for years upon years
Those memories we have, shall never fade
For those are the steps that we made

That was the past the future is near
I anxiously wait for what to appear
New homes, more laughter and children so dear
Everything will be wonderful as long has you are near

The Joy Of Their Laughter

The children are playing football in the park off of the street
The joy in their laughter it does sound so sweet
'Tis true youth is such a marvellous thing
Like the flowers of the fields that bloom lovely in Spring.

The joy of their laughter bring back memories to me
Of happy boyhood days of any cares free
In the Town park on Summer evenings we kicked the football
Such wonderful memories are good to recall

The years went so quickly and time did not wait
And I've grown grayer and slower and I'm putting on weight
The future belongs to the youth of today
Though they too will grow to learn that time quickly ticks away.

Some of those I went to school with now with the dead lay
And some are grand parents and their grand children play
The games they themselves played they run up and down
In pursuit of the football in the park by the Town.

As I walk to the bottle shop for to buy beer
The laughter of the children playing football I hear
Their best days approaching and mine in the past
But time keeps on ticking and nothing does last.

In Memories With You (The End)

Revisiting our past days
Holding time together
The album of memories says...
Beautiful pieces to remember
Heavenly fun and laughter
Love how we stay this way

Sunshine of the last summer
Bending time bringing serenity
Touching my hand for a first write
I'm lost in the warmth of your soul
'Listen to the rain' we made
My lips say that never to fade

Standing in a corner of the year
Bring back all past of older me
Be with you and open to see
Painting life by hand again
Deeper color immortalize me
Brushing smile in child wonderland
Wish i still there but we can't

Holding my soul tight
You listen to my first ballad
Either good or bad u never say it wrong
Closer and closer, make me strong
O September full of bonds

Our days flew drifted by the wind
Time flows like the November rain
Counting without missing a date
Three hundred sixty five days we holding on
Within the full heart of 12months not even long
Nothing went wrong but now we done

Cold winter always a sad witness
We end up in 31st December
Six feet under the white snow
Preserve memories in ice
Denying that was our last day
In memory it keeps lasting
Here in December
Never meant say for leaving
Something was missing
And I missing you already
Before say a goodbye
New years, ....
Won’t be...Never be...
The same like you
Now i walking out my life
With a full memories
Walking ahead with same steps
Along with memories

Leaving u 2010 for 2011
But something still alive
The memories with you
I just cant stop thinking
Because i am
In memories with you

-THE END-

My Heart is Broken

Does anyone know that my heart is broken?
Perhaps no one really knows because of the laughter I show when I'm with them,
Nobody knows that my heart is hurting because of that person.
Those days in love it was the laughter that made me happy,
Waking up in the morning next to the person that I loved,
It was everything that I could wished for,
But the laughter faded when the person said it was over.

Years have passed by but the memories are still here,
And I don't think I could ever erase the person from my mind,
Those wonderful memories from my heart.
My heart is bleeding from the sad memories that were once happy,
I can laugh and laugh,
I can lie to myself and my friends,
But the tears from the laughter are the tears from the heartbreak.

Sometimes in the nights I hear myself laughing,
The laughter that echoes through the nights,
Through the lonely dark room,
I sometimes realize that not all of the echoing sounds are laughter,
But they are the tears and sadness coming from my heart.
How can I erase anything when the person's love was so beautiful?
How can I erase that person from my memory,
When I still love that person so much

All This Time

(tommy lee james, greg guidry)
I remember the first time I held you all night long.
Well were still here now.
But where have all the years gone?
Holding yu this way tonight.
Its easy to see why.
Chorus
All this time.
We held on to each other.
We knew we had to be strong.
All this time.
Through the tears and the laughter.
Its still forever after all this time.
In the fast movin world.
Love is made and just thrown away.
But weve always kept the promises that we made.
Who would of thought you and me?
Would still be here where we said we would be.
Repeat chorus twice

The Future Is The Children's

The future is the children's and I am of the past
And I too had my young years but nothing ever last
On looking back the Seasons how quickly the years have gone
Old age is fast approaching and the clock ticks on and on.

The future is the children's the children of today
They have the gift of youth with them though youth with them won't stay
On looking back decades from now when time has left them slow
They will wonder as I do where did the years to go.

The years are catching up one me and time has left me gray
And the future is the children's that would be true to say
The people in their sixties are running out of time
And few of them will be living when today's children are in their prime.

The future is the children's and to them alone belong
And those who will tell you differently have somehow got it wrong
But the hands of time keep turning and time on none does wait
And all of us are branded with an invisible use by date.

Marry Anniversary

This a special day
many have gone
lots more to come
special moments, eventful times
memories of the years that past
from the first we met, I knew
there would not be any like you
to change my world, spark my life
create amazing adventures
survived the bad times
struggles, fights, make ups
seeing your smile and sparkling eyes
still melt me after all these years
this day brings fond memories
of our wedding day
seeing you in that beautiful wedding gown
the same one your mother was married in
seeing you walk in your fathers arms down the aisle
was like living a dream of happiness
what the future had for us
stronger and wiser we are
I wouldn't change anything
to be with you has been amazing and wonderful
spending our adult lives together was a trip
a journey many have failed, but we prevailed
I would do it all again over and over
walking arm in arm till the end of time
there no one as beautiful or as special as you
from deep in my heart and in my soul
Your the one I am forever in love with
in our later years I cherish every moment together
the many kisses, the dances, the tears and the smiles
waking up with you next to me is heaven
Many more years for you and I
Love you more now then the day I said I Do
Marry Anniversary, My dear Love

Dear Friend

Dear friend,

Today I turn the pages of our memories
Those laughter and tears
That we have shared for more many years
Those secrets that we hide
Underneath the cherry tree
These photographs I held, and
I used to smile every time I looked at them

Dear friend,

I've been to the place were we first met
It’s the same old, and new, nothing has changed
Like an old book with precious stories
Every page has a wonderful thing to say
Like a laughter that remains on air
They’re sounds music in my ear
A symphony of our yesterday

Dear friend,

I plow our memories that blanket by autumn leaves
On this mango tree
And its branches look so droopy
But there’s a last leaf-standing firm on a trunk
That forgotten, as the time goes by
Like this friendship buried from the shadow of past
Thou I know it will never last

Dear friend,

Remember the summer skies
Those butterflies that landed in our hands
The kites that we ever flew
In these green fields of our childhood memory
We were children once before
When the trees were tall and we were small
And now we are tall and the trees fall

Dear friend,

Autumn was come
And the leaves started to fall
I can’t count the hours, how long I've stood here
Waiting for your presence
That you have promised you will come
The wind whistle like your soft voice
I feel the heavenly touch on my face

Dear friend,

You never told me that you are leaving
Together with the clouds that passed by
Together with the angels that flew into the sky
Like the waters that flow freely back to the sea
Like a wind that danced on its own
But your soul still live inside of me
You will always be my special memory

Dear friend,

I wrote you a letter sealed with my tears
Saying take care, I miss our funny deeds
Id rather be sad
And my heart is in grief
But somehow I’ll be happy then
That once in my life I had you as my friend
Dear friend, you will always be my best friend

For My Boys - Dedicated to Brendan & Christopher

My life changed the day,
You came into this world.
The life that I knew,
Became unfurled.

In held you so close.
I looked in your eyes.
The joy that I felt.
And the tears filled my eyes.

My finger you took.
You grasped with your hand.
For your life I would fight.
For your dreams I would stand.

I then took you home.
My sweet little boy.
You were God's special gift.
My bundle of joy.

Time it passed on.
You started to talk.
Then within a few weeks.
Your first steps you did walk.

The first day of school.
It was then I did know.
One day I would have to,
Let my special gift go.

You scored your first goal.
Mom and I were so proud.
We cheered for you son.
We praised you so loud.

Time it marched on,
You had your first date.
You were growing so fast.
Time does not wait.

Then you drove the car.
You drove it away.
I remembered the little ones.
In which you used to play.

Now off to college.
My boys now a man.
I can't help to remember.
The day it began.

Then you fell in love.
You walked down the aisle.
The future you'd have.
Made mom and me smile.

Your first child was born
Now you and your wife.
Had your special gift.
And your reason for life.

I remember the Christmas.
That we had that year.
New memories to cherish.
The old ones still dear.

But I just want to tell you.
The days that I miss.
Toys in the rec room.
That sweet good night kiss.

Prayers before bedtime.
Watching my angels sleep.
These are the moments.
In my heart I do keep.

Me and Laughter Together Always

Sometimes I laugh out loud
Showing you that I could care less what you have to say
All that matters is that my feelings are hidden
Hiding from those who judge me and those who love me
And Laughter helps me do just that
Laughter is my better half
Laughter stands with me when I’m bored
Laughter comforts me when I want to cry
He keeps me company through grief and through happiness
For better or worse, in sickness and health, through thick and thin
I love Laughter and Laughter loves me back
And yet you don’t know why Laughter makes Me
Look deep into my eyes when I laugh and you’ll see
You will find all the hate, all the pain, and all the hurt
But if that’s all you see
You’re not looking deep enough
Look past the tears that I won’t allow to flow
Look past the memories that I can’t let go of
And when you see through all the hate, all the pain and all the hurt
You'll find Me
I cover Me up with Laughter
There are none who can see the true Me
They can’t see through my Laughter
And if you should happen to see Me
I won’t need Laughter to hide anymore
Because I can cry on your shoulder
I can smile and enjoy you company without a single sound
Only then, Laughter won’t be my protector
Until then, it’s Me and Laughter together always
I hide my feelings through Laughter
So if you’re trying to figure out what I’m thinking,
Laugh with me and you will then see...-Me

Friendship A Tranquilizer

Those days of glamour and innocence now replay,
Laughter tears with smile spread across many a day.
Glances exchanged, friends of days that was less forgot,
Some moments of time, engraved a sweetness knew not.
As paths drifted across oceans and the volumes of sky,
Memories darkened fading and unclear as time did fly.
Decades, years, months, did not its beauty ever forget.
Friendly thoughts shared with reservation that was set.
Wondering if it will ever come back to cherish, again.
Now alone a stand, heartaches uncertainty unending pain.
As special memories surface, with many a hidden bliss.
A friendship never was sought, now kind of feels the miss.
A heart embraces, feelings of happiness gently do swell.
A place with dignity and grace a tranquility to dwell

A Time Of the Year

It is funny how memories
of old friends appear
at just around Christmas
every year.
Your mind drifts off to places
you used to know
and all the fun
you used to enjoy there.
Back to the school days
how joyous they were,
but ask anyone how they felt about them
and they’ll tell you they hated it there.
In truth, it was the best years of our lives.
A time before the world
and its pressures closed in,
a time of laughter, no tears there.
Lazy days of summers
that seemed to last all year,
and at Christmas
everyone’s favourite time of the year,
gifts spilled out from the bottom of the tree.
Those times are all now gone,
but we can still relive
the joys we used to know
through the eyes of our children
and their children
at this time of the year.

Laughter In The Rain.

We use to have it,
Long long time ago.
We use to reach for it.
But now it’s no more.
It was our pride,
Having laughter in the rain,
With nothing to hide,
We made it plain.
How stunning it was laughing in the rain.
Laugh like a drain,
Like a baby with no stain.
Yes!
I felt like a child
Felt it like a lady that is not wild.
Having laughter in the rain with you,
Hand in hand walking on the street with you.
In all times you hold me tight.
To make me feel alright.
Laughter always in my mouth.
`Cause you always with me no matter what.

How stunning,
Having laughter in the rain.
No cunning,
We made every thing plain.
Sit on the couch laughing and laughing
Laughing and laughing.
To ease the pain.
Having laughter in the rain.

Laughter in the rain,
Sadness of our pain.
It was a pleasure.
It is a treasure.
And I am sure
It is nothing you will not want to measure.

Our laughter in the rain.
The many tears we cried over and over again.
It is something maybe good.
Everyone thought we could,
Take it to the next level if we would.
I remember thousand of the droplet tears
The holding and cuddling to take off the fears.
Titter to make us laugh.
Titillate me to get me down.
Laughter in the rain.
Took away our pain.
But now it is no more.
We lost it long time ago.
It was our pride.
It was with us every time we ride
Laughter in the rain.

Through The Years

Through the years, there will be laughter and smiles
Pain and sorrow too
But i will be going through it with you

Through the years, there will be road trips and vacations
Excitement and adventure
But the only thing making them enjoyable is because i'll be with you

Through the years there will be love and romance
Dinners and movies
But the only thing keeping the flame lit is our undying passion

Through the years there will be weddings and receptions
Futures and joyous memories too
But I won't forget the time when we said 'I DO'

Through the years there will be new life and happiness
Late nights and early mornings
But as long as we're by each others side, we'll be fine

Through the years there will be scraps and bruises
Band-aids and kisses
But we'll be there to help them up when they fall

Through the years there will be teenage rebellion and loud music
Fights and rough nights
But we said that no matter what happens we'll never leave each other

Through the years there will be sickness and disease
Doctors and medication
But we'll make it

Through the years there will be heartache and tears
Death and grievances
But I will hold your hand and help you through all of lifes fears

Through the years we'll grow gray and old
Our children will have children of their own
But know this, beyond the grave I will always love you

Laughter - Laughter

LAUGHTER - LAUGHTER

laughter - laughter here I come
to make my friend smile and calm
jump and jump to the left to the right
thru the day time and night

laughter - laughter here I am
to make true all the sweetest dreams
like my friend always has in sleep
thru the very beautiful night
that will never skip

laughter - laughter here we are
my friend and I are blab - blab - blab
and we are happy and careless
cause the better future are waiting for us

laughter - laughter, who are you?
WHAT! you don't recognize me?
I am sorry, I thought I know you

I Want To Be Wanted

(gannon/testa/spotti)
Alone, so alone, that I could cry
I want to be wanted
Alone, watching lovers passing by
I want to be wanted
When Im kissed, I want his lips to really kiss me
When were apart, I want his heart to really miss me
I want to know he loves me so
His eyes and his teeth
Thats the way I want to be loved
Alone, just my lonely heart knows how
I want to be wanted
Right now, not tomorrow, but right now
I want to be wanted
I want someone to share my laughter and my tears with
Someone I know Id love to spend a million years with
When is this someone somewhere meant for me
I want to want someone to share my laughter and my tears with
Someone I know Id love to spend a million years with
When is this someone somewhere meant for me
Oh, meant for me, ooh, meant for me

Laughter Turns To Tears

Makeup on your shoulder silence in the air
Tonight those telltale signs are everywhere
As you lay beside her talkin' in your dreams
The game is up and laughter turns to tears
Every time you phone her with a dumb excuse
She starts to think that she's outgrown her use
You'll be home by midnight workin' late it seems
The penny drops and laughter turns to tears
Do you think she's crazy
Don't you think she knows
Do you think she's taken in
Don't you think it shows
When laughter turns to tears
Laughter turns to tears
You can send her roses say she's lookin' great
You can talk of love but it may be too late
You may think she's jokin' as her laughter teems
But with tears
And laughter turns to screams
chorus
Now it won't be easy
Finding words to say
how you really feel inside
You take the game away
When laughter turns to tears
Laughter turns to tears
One day it's gonna shake you up
Take you by surprise
Someday it's gonna wake you up
Tears in your eyes
When laughter turns to tears
Laughter turns to tears x2

A Baby Cry! ...16th Feb 1948

The Indian ocean, the untouched green, the blue sky.

Came a vibrating sound of a new born..a softness a dainty cry

Soon the clock, insensitive so.. ticked on, the days whizzed by

My hair, a silvery streak, fingers numbed and gracefully aged

I dwell into areas where thoughts lead me to freely uncage

I gently turned the delicate pages, back in time and with a sigh

B'days, moments, many captured, never struggled to survive

Living the days gone by with variable memories so alive...

Family, friends, near and far off in many a distant lands

Surely do make this earthly stay a four seasonal land

Laughter, tears, cheers, a beauty, the warmth that life can hold

As a new dawning day begins, another year about to unfold.

Six decades and years three, made those colourful days

We shared together a journey, life long... come what may!

Now a blessing for each candle, that you proudly blow,

Hopefully be sparkling today and many years forever more

Health peace and may you be filled with a wonderland

Children, grand children, together holding..hand in hand!

Louie Armstrong (What A Wonderful World) A Dedication!

He lived before my time
His voice unique

His songs so sweet
He was a legend of his time

But by far my favorite of all
Was ‘What a wonderful World'

Everything was so pretty back then
The air we breathe
The stars at night
The new dawn and sunsets of old

‘And I think to myself'
What a wonderful world

Everything was so breathtaking back then
The mountains high
The river deep
The endless waves of time

‘And I think to myself'
What a wonderful world

Everything so innocent back then
A cry of a new born child
The laughter of children in a playground
The sigh of lovers walking hand in hand in a park

‘And I think to myself'
What a wonderful world

The essences of being just you and me
Hugs of a mother
Stern words of a father
Fond farewell kiss to a friend or family
The merriment of laughter as we joke with family and friends

Fond memories stir in my mind
As I think to myself what a wonderful world
