A Silent Tear
the voice inside me
is crying out for help
i am trying to reach them
but no one seems to care
sadness, loneliness, and helplessness
oozing from every part
yet they don't see i am hurt
i look around for a sign
a sign of interest, and sympathy
light, and hope
but darkness seems to over power everything
why does everything have to said
why can't they see the tears shed
insanity taking over
suffocation heightening
and all i can do
is shed a tear
that one cannot hear or see
a tear of silence
a silent tear.........

Don't Shed A Tear
Cab fare to nowhere is what you are
A white line to an exit sign is what you are
Oh but I saw in you, now I see through
Don't shed a tear for me, my life won't end without you
Long as the night will be, the sun will rise without you
A locked door on a candy store is what you are
A slim chance in tight pants is what you are
All that I loved you for, I want it more
Don't shed a tear for me, my life won't end without you
Long as the night will be, the sun will rise without you
You are giving what I'm not taking
I'm not missing what we ain't making
Oh but I saw in you, now I see through
Don't shed a tear for me, my life won't end without you
Long as the night will be, the sun will rise without you
Don't shed a tear for me, my life won't end without you
Long as the night will be, the sun will rise without you
Don't shed no tears,
I don't need a thing

Lonelyness
I find myself once again, alone and sitting on my bed
Staring at the cold walls as my soul trys to escape from getting sad
Some nights loneliness gets to me, thats when i shed tear after tear
Is like a wave of sadness came over me, without any warning creeping from behind
so i pretend im not alone and turn the closet light on
Is my pathetic little way to get my crying under control
i know im not the only one that feel the way i do
So even if we feel loneliness we don't have to feel it alone..

In remembrance of a friend…
Another anniversary, birthday or just a day
celebrated with an empty chair
And a silent tear shed
For those no longer there
Be they brother, lover or just a friend
Their memory lives on with every story told
And every tear dropp shed
So dry your tears and hold your head with pride
Even though the hurt you feel so deep inside
My never end, It will soften with time
And the comfort of a friend

Every Tear
I lost my true love today
It was a bittersweet moment,
But mostly bitter
As i am crying i want you to know that every tear
I shed was for you
These tears are shed because
i love you and now i'm losing you
Every tear that i shed you will be in my thoughts
As i am crying i want you to know that i love you
Always have and always will

A Poem On Obsequies To A Tear
I with utmost care
Place this tear
On the funeral pyre
Don't look down
Upon a tear shed
Don't you see
Its heart still throbbing?
Its eyes beyond your grasp?
The tear still pulsating
And its breath filling the lungs?
It has many tales to recount
Connecting you to me
And us to him, her and them
Come, pay you respects
Before the pyre is lit
Before another tear is shed
And placed on the pyre.

Cry a tear for those who abuse

State Of The Union
I was talking bout the state of the union
How theres no one now in power thinking of me
I was saying how we ought to try to fix it
Find a leader who is not afraid to be
Then a voice came out of the darkness
Saying tear the system down
Tear it down
I was thinking bout how that was very crazy
And I tried to find a way to tell him so
But when I did I used a word that was quite nasty
How the policeman heard me man Ill never know
Then a voice came out of the darkness
Saying tear the system down
Tear it down; down to the ground
I was wrestled of to one side of the theater
And they said Id have to go right to jail
They dont permit coarse language in their city
But they did accept a large amount of bail
Then a voice came out of the darkness
Saying tear the system down
Tear it down; down to the ground

I'll See You Everyday
There's not a day that passes
when I don't shed a tear for you.
A tear for the happy memories
and a tear for the sad ones too.
I try to hold back the tears
when I see the smile on your beautiful face,
but then I see the pain you suffered,
and a tear is no disgrace.
It seems like only yesterday
that I kissed you and said goodbye,
but I see you everyday of my life,
and it still makes me cry.
The time of parting isn't the end,
and it won't be until I've passed away,
but until that separation finally comes,
I'll see you everyday.

Theres A Tear In My Beer
1:
Theres a tear in my beer
cause Im cryin for you,
Dear you are on my lonely mind.
Into these last nine beers
I have shed a million tears.
You are on my lonely mind
Im gonna keep on sittin here
Until Im petriified.
And then maybe these tears
Will leave my eyes.
Theres a tear in my beer
cause Im crying for you, dear
You are on my lonely mind.
2:
Last night I walked the floor
And the night before
You are on my lonely mind.
It seems my life is through
And Im so doggone blue
You are on my lonely mind.
Im gonna keep on sittin here
Till I cant move a toe
And then maybe my heart
Wont hurt me so.
Theres a tear in my beer
cause Im cryin for you, dear.
You are on my lonely mind.
3
Lord, Ive tried and Ive tried
But my tears I cant hide
You are (were? ) on my lonely mind.
All these blues that Ive found
Have really got me down
You are on my lonely mind
Im gonna keep on drinkin till I cant even think
Cause in the last week I aint slept a wink
Theres a tear in my beer
Cause Im crying for you dear
You are on my lonely mind.

I Can Only Hope
Maybe one day your world
Will crash around you
And what you wanted
Will disappear forever
I can only hope
You'll know what I went through
Maybe one day you'll feel
Used and abandoned
And your empty heart
Will ache unstoppably
I can only hope
You'll know what I felt
Maybe one day your life
Won't seem worth living
And every moment you shed
Will hurt more and more
I can only hope
You'll know my emptiness
Maybe one day your eyes
Will feel dry as sand
And all the tears you cry
Will sting as they fall
I can only hope
You'll know how much I cried
Maybe one day you'll wonder
Why nothing seems right
And everything you try to do
Will always be a reminder
I can only hope
You'll know my memories
Maybe one day your hurt
Won't seem to go away
And all the days that pass
Will be filled with aching
I can only hope
You'll know the pain I felt
Maybe one day you'll know
Every tear I shed
And every feeling I had
Was because of you
I can only hope
You'll know what you put me through

A Silent Tear
Dreams shattered,
Hopes low,
All i wish for,
Is to know,
'Do you care? ',
Because i can't feel,
Anything anymore,
All my wishes and all my care,
Were never met,
Not even shared,
All the time blindfolded i lived,
Not a hurt,
Not a feeling of despair,
All the words,
Meant nothing,
All that meant,
Was that you were there,
But now i see,
The whole emptiness,
I see the holes of despair,
I feel at last,
I feel hurt,
And in my grief,
I dropp a silent tear,
One little tear is all there is,
After all these six years that we have been,
Still i wish and still i care,
I wish that you are still there,
And i want you to know,
That I'll always be there,
Forever and ever,
With one SILENT TEAR of despair.

Tear Drops Of An Angel
the parts in the () are talking...its a song
(Hello,
Wait what,
Slow down,
I cannot understand you,
Why are you crying?)
I guess it was better you found out now,
I could not keep on living this lie,
You were the first girl.
Stop crying, dear,
Your tear drops are flying, dear,
They are drying, dear,
You are dieing, dear.
Tear drops of an angel,
The sweetest cry I can hear,
Stop your crying now dear,
For my heart, you are shattering.
Tear drops of an angel,
The darkest curse of my heart,
Crimson tears fall from your eyes,
Breaking me with each drop.
Tear drops of an angel…
Tear drops of an angel…
Tear drops of an angel…
I am sorry I cheated, dear,
It was a weakness, dear,
It was my fault, dear,
A sin of the flesh, dear.
Tear drops of an angel,
The sweetest cry I can hear,
Stop your crying now, dear,
For my heart, you are shattering.
Tear drops of an angel,
The darkest curse of my heart,
Crimson tears fall from your eyes,
Breaking me with each drop.
Tear drops of an angel…
Tear drops of an angel…
Tear drops of an angel…

No Tears
tears roll down his checks
as he muttered the words “she’s dead”
I would have stopped
stared as if he was a ghost
and I would have thought
god it’s about time
but as I looked around to the people I loved something came over me
mom and dad were crying,
Ethan, Andy, and even john looked sad
here I was with a smile on my face
how dumb could I be not even act like I care
but the truth really is that I don’t give a shit
about if she had died or not
it’s better for us in the long run anyway
make everyone happier
I’m just a kid so what am I supposed to think when someone
that has made my life and my family’s life miserable
what am I suppose to fell when someone has made me hate coming “home”
what am I suppose to do when many of times I have wished her dead
what am I suppose to say to the person that made me believe I live in hell
am I suppose to lie
what would you do
what would you fell
what would you say
what would you think
I almost feel sorry for not feeling bad
but I don’t
I almost feel sorry for Steve
but yet again why should I care when his parents die
when he didn’t care when my dad died
I will admit there were a couple of minutes
where I felt like a bad person for not feeling bad
but it’s not worth my time
enough tears will be shed from her death
why should I need to contribute to the waterfall
a tear runs down my face
yes a tear
one single tear
yet no tears flow from my eyes
of sadness

The Place
Under the shade
On the north side
Of an old Victorian home
There is a place
Chained from its roof
Is a simple swing
This swing created
The 'Place'
The place away from all chaos
While sitting there.......
Imagination can take you
To 'your place '
Once while I was sitting there
I let myself travel
To a day
That felt like it had no end..
I looked at that 'swing' now
Being pushed from side to side
By winds without time
Its loneliness makes me shed a tear.
There was a time
The swing and I
Were not alone
A day I still remember passionately
It had no end
The day darkened to night
Its end was only the light.
The sky changed
Weaved in colors of blues
Progressively going to black
Light of stars breaking through the darkness
The end of this day was only the beginning
Beside me
Was a fine lady
Fair and kind
Once upon a time
Her hand
grasped inside mine
Small and simple
This kind affection
Given to me
There came an end
To an endless day
That lady kind and fair
Said 'She was not there
For me
Today I will shed another tear
And another tear
For that lady dear
I will never forget
Sitting on that swing
Complications and commitments
Of life pulled her hand away from me
Thinking to myself
Was her hand really in mine
Once upon a time

Wasted Tears
At the height of my hysteria
While I was yet again choking on my tears
I realized just how many tears
I've shed for all of you
Over the years
Wasted is how I view them
Because wasted is what they are
And each tear plummeted down my face
It left behind a never fading scar
My precious tears none of you deserved
And the satisfaction of knowing I've shed then
Is what you've gained
But none of you care in the least
That shedding those tears
cruelly caused me so much pain
So I dry my eyes for the last time
And I hope you enjoyed that last show
Because I'm done wasting my tears on you
And am lettting you-
And all of the misery
Go

When a Child Has Been Told
When a child has been told
Never shed a tear
The small child can only
Every bow their head in fear
And hope and pray they
Don't come back to silence them
They often live in fear
They learn not to cry
When a child has been told
Keep a secret
For if they do they will be punished
For telling lies
They bow their head in fear
Hoping they will not
Come back and take their life
They learn not to speak
When a child has been told
Close your eyes
All they can do is tremble
As the touch of evil hands
Slowly destroys their soul
Never to burn again
They learn not to care
When a child has been told
No one really care's
They sit alone and ponder
Will anyone believe?
If I just spoke
If I just shed a tear
Will anyone really care?
They learn not to feel
All I ask of you now
Is let them speak
Let them cry
Because it means they are alive

Don't Be Sad, Don't Be Blue
Don’t be sad, baby
Don’t be blue
It makes me sad, baby
To see you feel as bad as you do
Don’t be sad, baby
Don’t be blue
For with each tear,
You will shed a little truth
Sex is a currency
Who you believe, can often torment you
Don’t look back, baby
If it bothers you
It’s a fact baby
That the world can both hurt or comfort you
Don’t be sad
Don’t be blue
For if you cry
I’ll know I’ve failed you
And with each tear, all that I fear
Will come true
So don’t be sad
Don’t be blue
Don’t let the moon catch you crying
Crying in my arms
He’ll think I hurt you, baby
He’ll think I done you harm
Don’t be sad
Don’t be blue
Don’t be sad
Don’t be blue
Don’t be sad
Don’t be blue

Oh! Breathe Not His Name
Oh! breathe not his name, let it sleep in the shade,
Where cold and unhonour'd his relics are laid:
Sad, silent, and dark, be the tears that we shed,
As the night-dew that falls on the grass o'er his head.
But the night-dew that falls, though in silence it weeps,
Shall brighten with verdure the grave where he sleeps;
And the tear that we shed, though in secret it rolls,
Shall long keep his memory green in our souls.

The Crucified Tear 1
A little boy once shed a Tear
He hid it in his fist with fear
Of mockery, and of the world
He returned to his bed and curled
As he still held on to it tight
He remained as such through the night
And with the morning light, he woke
He sat up to find Fate has spoke
His dear Tear to be arrested
A sentence not just suggested
Fate had not jested, but it's just
Thus he had naught but put down trust
How not after what he was shown?
The Tear was crucified that dawn...
