A Happy Song
I have a cousin named Emily,
Whose dark hair is so long
And her big brown eyes are happy,
Singing a happy song.
Yes, a happy song,
Which isn't sang with words,
They're hums and tunes and melodies
Of thousands of singing birds.
The happy song can not be stopped,
Even when it hurts,
The happy song can not be stopped,
'Cuz that's when it exerts.
The happy song can never be lost,
Nothing can tear it apart,
There's only one place you can keep it,
That place is in your heart.

I Gotta Have A Song
Got no place to be
No ones needing me
My girl just said were through
Love was here to stay
Only yesterday
Today my world is blue
So show me to where theres music
Show me to where theres music
With music I just might go on.
I gotta have a song
To go it alone.
A happy happy song
Had a happy home
Now its turned to stone
Kitchens cold and bare
Shed cook all day for me
I still hurry home to see
But I know that shes not there
So show me to where theres music
Show me to where theres music
With music I just might go on.
I gotta have a song
To go it alone.
A happy happy song
Show me to where theres music
Show me to where theres music
With music, I just cant go wrong..
I gotta have a song.
To go it alone
A happy happy song..

A Happy Song
I need to write
A happy song tonight
To find that tune
And touch the moon
Caressed by the light
It feels so right
Cause not every night
You're holding me tight
I have to write
A happy song tonight
To find that rhythm
Of the heart's hymn
To be one with the beat
Of your laughter so sweet
Cause not every night
I feel so right
And the stars will be dancing
To this happy song I've written
And the clouds will be singing
With thunder's heavy drummin'
Cause not every night
We surrender and not fight
Let's feel the music
Of this happy song, its so sick
Breathe in, give in
I will make you live again
And the stars will be dancing
To this happy song I've written
And the clouds will be singing
With thunder's heavy drummin'
Cause not every night
We surrender and not fight
This happy song I write
For this happy night
This happy song
This happy night.

Happy Tirthday 2 Bim!
HAPPY TIRTHDAY 2 BIM
In the photo you're mighty slim.
For the upcoming election
R U done with witness protection?
HAPPY TIRTHDAY BIM!
Happy day of your birth!
What planet was it, was it Earth?
I see that your chin
Is receding again.
Happy day of your birth!
How many candles will you
Have on your cake, more than 2?
You weren't born in leap year,
And the hair in your ear,
Tells me how many candles have you!
If this letter was simply a song,
Would our family be singing along?
On your special day
To the family I say,
Come now and let's sing this song!
'Happy Tirthday 2 Bim,
Happy Tirthday 2 Bim.
Happy Tirthday, Happy Tirthday,
Happy Tirthday (drum roll here) 2oooooo BIM! '

Soulful Beats
Can I write a song with words that bring the beat to life with rhythm that feels alive deep into the core of your soul? The meaning hidden and buried for another intellect to feel the magic with the cords of there heart like my lover that smiles at me as the rain dances around her, above her, with her. She is my reason for this verse, this chorus, this repeat of a string of melodies that always see the light in her. She does not belong here in this place of confusion and misdirection of the minds.
She belongs in the arms of nature, smiling at the sky and watching all the beautiful universe pass her by. She is not a copy of perfection, yet she is not perfect, but seems to belong to an imperfect person. I cannot write a song without her eyes of knowledge that has read me through the years to make me a book of holiness to her. The music is between us and plays as we play. It is our love song, wedding song, anniversary song, birth song, happy ever after song and a funeral song. She hums the tune when she loves me and it our song that sings together that we are happy.

Song
Now we will be happy, happy, happy,
and, lordy, lordy,
happy and happier still,
happy running down the happy hill
like two happy rills and more
hoarding the strands of their song
into a happy orotorio
falling down, down, down, headlong
running to calm cadenzas of pooled skill
run, run, run, run, run
if happiness, mind you, were the moon
I'd grab both its horns and hang on.
Now we shall be happy, happy, happy
and happy, happy, we'll
be happy and happier still
happy running over the happy hill.

Happy Independence Day
Blow up them firecrackers.
Light up the sky.
Because it's Happy Independence Day.
I've been meaning to say..
Happy, Happy, Happy, Happy, Happy, Happy, Happy, Happ..
Happy Independence Day, Happy Independence Day.
Happy Independence Day.Happy Independence Day.
Sparklers glowing.Stars and stripes showing.
Nothing but happy people.Celebrating the Fourth Of July.
The birth of our country. The birth of our flag.
Because our founding fathers.Always wanted it this way.
Happy, Happy, Happy, Happy, Happy, Happy, Happy, Happ..
Happy Independence Day.Happy Independence Day.
Happy Independence Day.Happy Independence Day.
Fifty stars and thirteen stripes.
The flag still flies. The American way.
Old Glory's the name.Old Glory's the same.
Join with the crowd, for the American dream.
So blow up them firecrackers.
Light up the sky.
Because it's Happy Independence Day.
I've been meaning to say.
Happy, Happy, Happy, Happy, Happy, Happy, Happy, Happ..
Happy Independence Day.Happy Independence Day.
Happy Independence Day.Happy Independence Day.

Stupidly Happy
Im stupidly happy
Everythings fine
Im stupidly happy
My heart pumping wine
Im stupidly happy
With idiot grin
Im stupidly happy
You wont catch me in
All the birds of the air call your name as they land on my kitchen roof
All the fish in the sea do the same if you need extra proof
Im stupidly happy
My vision is skewed
Im stupidly happy
Im coming unscrewed
And if the devil walks up dressed in any disguise
I take him by the collars look him in the eye
Im stupidly happy
Now youre my defense
Im stupidly happy
Its all making sense
Im stupidly happy
I roll like a train
Im stupidly happy
With you in my brain
All the lights of the cars in the town form the strings of a big guitar
Im a giant to play you a tune for wherever you are
Im stupidly happy
Are the words to that song
Im stupidly happy
And nothing is wrong
And should the devil walk up with his business card out
Ill tear it to confetti with a grin and shout,
Im stupidly happy
All of the time
Im stupidly happy
Now youre mine

I'm Singing
I’m Singing…
I’m Singing a New Song…
Deep Inside my Heart…
It’s a Song…that is different from any other song I have sung before…
It is a Song of…
A Song of Hope,
A Song of Love,
A Song of Fate,
A Song of Peace,
A Song of Friendship,
A Song of Family,
A Song of Life,
A Song of Healing,
A Song of Strength,
A Song of Courage,
A Song of Light,
A Song of Flight…
My Heart is beginning to Soar…
I’m finally starting to Fly…
I’m Singing…

Songs For Scarlett
THE SUNLIGHT CAUGHT IN HER VOICE
The darkness
of her hair
& the blue
in her eye
sang of her
& transformed
the world
into a beauty
a child could see
notes like
drops of rain dripping
from a branch
the sunlight caught
in her voice
memory forever
holding still
the song of the blue
in her eye
the song of the darkness
in her hair.
* * * * * * *
AND THE SONG SUNG
And the song
sung to please
had its own
song
that hid
within the song
or ran in &
out among the words
like delighted child
hovering above
or lingering below
the melody line
the song of my mother
singing singing
as if her heart
would break
or break
the heart of others
the song
that sang her
hiding now
at its finish
in the toss of her hair
the tear in her eye.
* * * * * * *
EVEN TIME STOPPED TO LISTEN
In my mind
you will be
always singing
forever held
in the spell
of your voice
even Time
stops to listen
& I
always your child
lost in the magic
of your song
eternally.
* * * * * * *
I awoke at 2.30 in the morning with the image of your mother and the song of her blue eyes and black hair singing in my mind and wrote these 3 poems down as if in a dream and went to sleep again. I awoke to the morning and they were still there. I hope they do her justice. See now how you who have set her singing in your poems…set her singing in my heart now.

Oh Yes, I'm So Happy!
oh yes, i'm so happy
cause i get to hear your lies
i'm so happy
surprise!
oh yes, i'm so happy
cause you tell lies on me
i'm so happy
see?
oh yes, i'm so happy
cause you call me names
i'm so happy
i'v fame!
oh yes, i'm so happy
cause you break your promises
i'm so happy
i'm joyous!
oh yes, i'm so happy
cause you gave me some attention
i'm so happy
i'm in heaven!
oh yes, i'm so happy
cause i get to be used
i'm so happy
i'm amused!
oh yes, i'm so happy
cause you spare me a few minutes
i'm so happy
i must be nuts!
oh yes, i'm so happy
cause you let me love you
i'm so happy
i'm through with you!
oh yes, if i was so happy
cause of you
i'll be happier
now without you!

I'm Only Happy When
I'm only happy when it rains
without a cloud in the sky
I'm only happy in these chains
all that I can do is cry
I'm only happy when I bleed
it let's me know I'm alive
I'm only happy when I need
just myself to survive
I'm only happy when I dream
of my long lost love
I'm only happy when I scream
at the Heavens above
I'm only happy when I'm alone
at war with my brain
I'm only happy when I've known
that life is just pain
I'm only happy when I'm lost
and I can't find my way
I'm only happy when I've crossed
the path of disarray
I'm only happy when I see
death is my way out
I know I'll be free
I have no doubt
I'm only happy when I'm told
that I've gone insane
I'm only happy when I hold
all these thoughts in my brain
I'm only happy when I sleep
and go out of my mind
I'm only happy when I'm in too deep
I'm only happy when it's me you cannot find

Don't Let My Sadness Deceive You
DON'T LET MY SADNESS DECEIVE YOU
Don't let my sadness deceive you-
I am a happy man
I live where I am in my own loneliness,
And sing songs from here.
But I too in another mode
Love the people I love
As I love myself - even more.
I am a happy man,
And I am a sad man-
I have a happy song
And a sad song -
I sing them both
Sometimes at the same time-
But I am both
And I have both-
Happy and sad
Sad and happy
I sing my song.

As Happy, Happy, Happy As Can Be
Bricklayer’s like to keep their spirit levels high
Joiner’s and Chippie’s will raise the rafters
They do the things that brings them joy
Things that give them the laughter’s
Their as happy, happy, happy as can be
Nurse’s keep their humour tender
Clown’s like to act the fool
Heating engineer’s like it hot
Ice cream makers keep it cool
Their all happy, happy, happy as can be
I like to be in your arms
Saying I love you’ listening to you saying I love you too
I like to see your smiling eyes
In which my smiling eyes look into
Then I am as happy, happy, happy as can be
You make me so happy, happy, happy as can be
Happiness is me as happy, happy, happy as can be
In love and as happy, happy, happy as can be
In love with you happy forever in love
As happy, happy, happy as can be

Song Of My Life
I lose as it was before
The direction going no where
Like the stanza in a song
Thas has no rhythm.
And then one day you come
The chorus was started to sang
Then the song completed
A very beautiful great love song.
Love song that cherish each happy moments
Trimbling of drums inside my heart
Strumming the guitar of his touch
And a hymn each word he sang.
Mellow love song
That touch deep'n my soul
The memories that will stay forever
Will recorded always in my heart.
The breeze singing a song softly
Haunting me and whispering my dreams tenderly
That never comes true, never been meant to be
As when the chorus was gone.

Happy Everything
I'd love to wish you,
'happy everything',
I want to kiss you,
'bless everything'
I need to sing,
'Happy everything'
I want to shout,
'Happy everything', to you
The sun is out,
bright blue is the sky.
nothing out of place, were all gonna try
'Happy everything'
People sing.......'Happy everything'
The priest chant..'Happy everything'
The kids cry........'Happy everything'
Everyone wants..'Happy everything'
Everything is happy,
we are all so glad.
Everything is happy,
please don't be so sad.
