I didn't work hard to make Ruby perfect for everyone, because you feel differently from me. No language can be perfect for everyone. I tried to make Ruby perfect for me, but maybe it's not perfect for you. The perfect language for Guido van Rossum is probably Python.

Rubies
There are nine rubies in this Indian ring,
And every blood-red ruby is a part
Of the nine-petalled rose that is my heart,
The elaborate rose of my own fashioning.
Not out of any garden have I sought
The rose that is more brief than dawn or dew:
Stones of the flame and ice, I find in you
The image of the heart that I have wrought.
For you are cold and burn as though with fire,
For you are hard, yet veil soft depths below,
And each divided ruby seems to glow
With the brief passion of its own desire.
Rose of my heart, shall this too be the same?
For, when one light catches the wandering rays,
They rush together in one consuming blaze
Of indivisible and ecstatic flame.

Ruby The Smart Maltese
Ruby is a Maltese with fur as white as snow,
she walks with Mrs. Cohen and doesn’t mind if it’s cold.
For Ruby has a gorgeous thick hair,
she is very quiet but doesn’t bark in the air.
Mrs. Cohen walks with Ruby wearing black her favorite color,
she once told me Ruby is her child and she is her mother.
Now Mr. Cohen said that Ruby is very smart,
and his words comes from his heart.
The Cohen’s love to walk Ruby when it’s warm,
they are visiting Florida to get away from the cold north.
Ruby will meet a lot of new dog friends down here,
they are enjoying the weather this time of year.

Ruby, Dont Take Your Love To Town
Youve painted up your lips
And rolled and curled your tinted hair
Ruby are you contemplating
Going out somewhere
The shadow on the wall
Tells me the sun is going down
Oh ruby
Dont take your love to town
It wasnt me
That started that old crazy asian war
But I was proud to go
And do my patriotic chore
And yes, its true that
Im not the man I used to be
Oh, ruby I still need some company
Its hard to love a man
Whose legs are bent and paralysed
And the wants and the needs of a woman your age
Ruby I realize,
But it wont be long Ive heard them say until I not around
Oh ruby
Dont take your love to town
Shes leaving now cause
I just heard the slamming of the door
The way I know Ive heard it
Some 100 times before
And if I could move Id get my gun
And put her in the ground
Oh ruby
Dont take your love to town
Oh ruby for gods sake turn around

940 Pearl Birthstone Of June
Pain produces perfect pearl
For pearls are not just mineral
Aphrodisiacal oysters
Provide perfect pearls - pre-packaged!
Inside their shells gently growing.
The pearl symbolises - purity
In love - in life - in liberty.
Pain produces perfect pearl.
Natural pearls are so spontaneous
Growing slowly throughout lifetime
Seven years inside the mollusk
Gulfs of Persia - California
Jordan - Mexico and Mannar
Pearls of every size and colour
White - silver - cream - green - black and blue
Natual pearls are so spontaneous.
Birthstone pearls grace Joyful June
Fueling faithfulness and friendship
Healing heads and hearts and hearing
Bringing wearers nearer Heaven
Twinned with Zodiac sign Gemini
Channels the strength of Sister Moon
Pulsating purifying power.
Birthstone pearls grace Joyful June
Polished pearls give perfect pleasure
Pain produces perfect pearls
Natural pearls are so spontaneous
Birthstone pearls grace Joyful June.
June Joyful grace pearls Birthstone
Spontaneous so are pearls natural
Pearls perfect produces pain
Pleasure perfect give pearls polished.

See Ruby Fall
Written by roy orbison/johnny cash
Well, I knew someday ruby would be leavin,
That she wasnt happy livin quietly, quietly.
cause she would get that bedroom look each mornin,
And I tell ruby pull away from me.
So go down-town at nine o clock this evenin;
Walk under that red light then down the hall, down the hall.
Look for the highest flyin girl, thats ruby.
And if you wait your turn, youll see ruby fall.
Dont let her know that you even know me;
Shell be tryin to forget it all.
And dont tell me how it was tonight, tomorrow,
cause I dont want to see ruby fall.
Well, I didnt hold her back when she got restless;
One man is not enough when she wants it all.
I let her go when I saw what she wanted,
cause I dont care to see ruby fall.

Blood Flow
Blood, blood
Let it all flow
Crimson
The worlds new gold
A precious ruby
The most sacred jewel
Blood
Sweet poisonous blood
Let it flow as a snake river may
Let it fall like the cruel rain
Red red
Crimson red
Let it pour
Let it drain
Into my goblet of fire
A delicious meal
My sinful desire

The Ruby And The Pearl
Can love be as warm as the ruby,
Can love be as pure as the pearl?
Just look in the heart of my love for you.
You'll find the ruby and the pearl.
My love will endure as the diamond;
And shine with the shimmer of gold.
It glows like a bright star above for you,
A thing of beauty to behold.
(Bridge:)
Come close and cling to my kiss;
Come close and share the passion of this.
Yes, love is as warm as the ruby
And love is as pure as the pearl.
Just look in the heart of my love for you.
You'll find the ruby and the pearl.
(Return to bridge:)
Come close and cling to my kiss;
Come close and share the passion of this.
Yes, love is as warm as the ruby
And love is as pure as the pearl.
Just look in the heart of my love for you.
You'll find the ruby and the pearl.

The Old School House At Ruby
In old school house yard at Ruby a dark brown shorthorn cow
And leghorn pullets cackling beneath the cypress bough
This school must hold good memories and memories live somehow
Here in their lunch hour children played but where are those children now? .
The old school room now a tea room has undergone some change
And if past pupil came back here he'd find the place quite strange
Where is the desk he sat at? the blackboard is not there
And time has brought change to Ruby as it has done elsewhere.
The old school house at Ruby a memory of past years
Here Ruby children sang and laughed and shed their fledgeling tears
And do those children of Ruby who now live far away
In dreams return to old school house and Ruby childhood day? .
The old school house at Ruby a memory of the past
And time has brought about some change and time bring change too fast
This school must hold good memories and memories live somehow
Here in their lunch hour children played but where are those children now? .
