Today I let myself admit I'm scared
and hide in the corner and cower
Today I let myself feel my hurt
and go into the darkness to be consumed
Today I let myself say I'm in pain
and feel it course fully through me

Letting Go Today
today i am letting go of all the pain
today i am letting go of everything
and after today i will leave here knowing that you did love me
and i believe that things will change
all the things that were left unsaid

In Spirit Today
Today is a new day.
A new beginning. A new end.
Today may not show up tomorrow,
so I look positively at everything it has to send.
Today I believe in my inner self,
where ego rapidly descends.

Today is going to be easy
Today 'cause you're not around
I'll leave off my makeup
