There are two states

One love

One hate

Two ways to go

At the fork in the road

Some choose left

Some choose right

And some sit up and think about it all through the night

And some walk straight through

Unplanned in what they 'ought to do'

And when you are young you can run down the street

But when you are old you have two left feet

There are two ways to go

One pace is fast, the other slow

Two ways to be

One stands in chains

While the other walks free

And there are two states of the heart

So why do we hate the things we love?

And love the things we hate?

Is it because we're born into a 'divided state'

We hate the ones we love?

Too blind to see

I love that you are here with me
I love that we are still friends
I love when we talk you always smile
I love that you’re alive
I love that I make you happy
I love that I can’t forget you
I love that it’s everything I wanted
I love that you’re here

I love that I always smile with you
I love that we get along wherever we are

I love when we laugh together

Don't you Hate..When you get mad and they get madder
Don't you Hate..When they swear they'll call you back but never do
Don't you Hate..When you wait up all night for a phone call that never comes
Don't you Hate..When your sad and they don't understand
Don't you Hate..That all they want to do is make jokes
Don't you Hate..When you want to make jokes and they want to be serious
Don't you Hate..When your falling asleep on the phone and they hang up

I hate myself for not knowing what to hate,
