The Rose Of Peace
IF Michael, leader of God's host
When Heaven and Hell are met,
Looked down on you from Heaven's door-post
He would his deeds forget.
Brooding no more upon God's wars
In his divine homestead,
He would go weave out of the stars
A chaplet for your head.
And all folk seeing him bow down,
And white stars tell your praise,
Would come at last to God's great town,
Led on by gentle ways;
And God would bid His warfare cease,
Saying all things were well;
And softly make a rosy peace,
A peace of Heaven with Hell.

Mans Sins
GOD wants all man to make it to Heaven
While man is determined to send himself to Hell
As he will deny the law, that GOD gave us all
Then that road to heaven he will ultimately fail.
He ignores the laws that was set before us
Then he uses excuses why he did or must sin
But he cannot hide, from those deeds inside
As he will then marked before GOD and men.
He will think that he is rightous to one and all
As he will declare to all that his sins were a must
He will forget his sinful way, until judgement day
As his soul will be judged and his body will become dust.
Man thinks that all will forget the evils he has done
But in the end his deeds and acts they will all prevail
And he will be known, from the deeds that he has sewn
GOD gives out heaven, but man's determined to go to Hell.

She's Playing Hell Trying To Get Me To Heaven
(Dean Dillon/Charles Quillen/David Wills)
I let it all hang out last night
Come in hung over this morning
My woman met me at the door
Preaching me this warning
She said "You're gonna have to change
Your sinful way of living"
She's playing Hell
Trying to get me to Heaven
Well I promised to go to church with her
About a month of Sundays ago
And here it is, it's Sunday again
And I ain't been once in a row
And everytime that old church bell rings
You can hear my rod and reel singing
She's playing Hell
Trying to get me to Heaven
She's playing Hell
Trying to get me to Heaven
'Cause there ain't no way
All my sins could be forgiven
There's only Ten Commandments
But I broke at least eleven
She's playing Hell
Trying to get me to Heaven
She went out and bought me
A Sunday go-meeting suit
And I must confess it looked pretty sharp
With my old hunting boots
But wore holes in both the knees
Trying to roll them sevens
She's playing Hell
Trying to get me to Heaven
She's playing Hell
Trying to get me to Heaven

Heaven vs Hell
A breath away from heaven, yet a spark away from hell.
I titter on a tightrope of thoughts and deeds that foretell
My future in this life, but may well sacrifice the other…
Unless I’m strong enough to believe there is another.
One day it seems that reams of problems aren’t worth my time;
Then another sunrise bestows fortunes far beyond sublime.
Can it be that there is a spirit that represents all that is good,
And a countervailing force deterring the course of what I should?
Now rules of the game seem to reward only those able to win.
No thought is given to whether their ways are moral, right... or a sin.
For them hell is only a possibility from an economic point of view;
Until they possess all the wealth, that’s the heaven they’ll pursue.
For such individuals heaven and hell can be closer than ever before;
Sadly, addiction to false heavenly riches turn them into hell’s whores.
As I titter on life’s tightrope, both heaven and hell seem oh so near.
Deeds of love and not needs for wealth mean I have nothing to fear.

What Is Heaven?
Is Heaven just a place to go, when through with this life we know?
Is Heaven that place for everyone, when life on this earth is done?
Is Heaven, not a placed called Hell, where after life, all shall dwell?
A final place to rest in peace, in blissful comfort that won’t cease?
Or, is Heaven to you much more, than rest beyond a golden door?
Do you desire to be in Heaven, beyond earth’s twenty-four seven?
Heaven is that true home above, for all who embraced God’s Love.
That love He showed on Calvary, where Christ died for you and me.
Do you know Christ, yourself, Who provides us with eternal wealth?
Providing believers an eternal home, granted from Heaven’s Throne;
But not all will accept God’s Son, although Christ died for everyone,
And they will not secure a place, in a home that’s supplied by Grace.
For Christ spoke of Heaven and Hell, when to His hearers He did tell,
About two very opposing destinies, while both shall still be eternities,
One for those who would believe, who, The Father above will receive,
And one for rejecters of The Lord, who, by our Father will be ignored.
Both being choices, which we make, when God we accept or forsake,
Heaven for all who accept Christ, through who God offers eternal life,
Hell for after one’s final breath, rejecting Christ, to enter eternal death.
Eternal places ahead for everyone, for their choice, about God’s Son.
Peace!
Everything comes from God above
Both Heaven and earth agree
That peace will only come through love
Once truth has set us free
When all mankind does Heaven’s will
And rights the things gone wrong
Then peace one day her heart will fill
Then joy will be her song
But still our wars on earth increase
It seems that no one cares
What is this thing the world calls peace?
What are the fruit it bears?
We now must learn to pray as one
Must cease each selfish fight
Until true peace through love is won
And hearts through Christ unite
Before this world can live as blessed
The truth she needs to see
Her differences must come to rest
Her wars must cease to be
We disagree through injured pride
We kill because of hate
Because of foolish things inside
To love, we close the gate
When in the world true love we sow
When love flows through our hearts
In individuals peace can grow
And true Salvation starts
For what is peace without true love?
How can the world survive?
How can a soul join God above?
And ever stay alive

Heaven Help Me
If you want it you can have it
Thats what you said
But I dont want the things that you leave behind
Take the pictures, take the windows and the walls
But baby wont you leave me my peace of mind
Oh such a waste of time
Oh such a waste
I still want you baby
Heaven help me heaven help me
Talk to strangers talk to strangers
Heaven help me
Over you
Help me over you
I cant seem to take these changes
Everything reminds my heart of you
Thought the first time was the last time
Of being apart
Now I find Im having to search again
Itll happen
Its gotta happen
Come together
I just wish somebody would tell me when
Oh such a waste of time
Oh such a waste
I still want you baby
(chorus)
Heaven help heaven help
Heaven, heaven heaven help me
Heaven help heaven help
Heaven, heaven heaven help me
(repeat chorus twice)
Heaven help heaven help
Heaven, heaven heaven help me
Heaven help heaven help
Heaven, heaven heaven help me
Heaven help heaven help
Heaven, heaven heaven help me
Heaven help heaven help
Heaven, heaven heaven help me
Youre someone elses lady
So sad without you darlin
The gods of love cant help me now
Heaven help heaven help
Heaven, heaven heaven help me

One & The Same
Feat. ndea davenport
One and the same, one and the same
I wish I could see beyond the filthy blue horizon, see what lies ahead of me
Perhaps Id see the path of my own destruction
And avoid my destiny, she said heaven and hell is one and the same boy
She told me heaven and hell, boy, was one and the same
We all meet somewhere in the middle
She told me heaven and hell, boy, is one and the same
I said it cant be true
I wish I could touch you in some totally new fashion
Who are you girl, Im a man, now I cant guarentee your complete satisfaction
So Im gonna do you the very best way I can
She said heaven and hell is one and the same, boy
She told me heaven and hell, boy, is one and the same
We all meet somewhere in the middle
She told me heaven and hell, boy, is one and the same
I said it cant be true
Wish I could find some time to stop and smell the roses
My landlord wont let me be, my head is full of paranoia
New roses, tryin to consume my identity
She said heaven and hell is one and the same, boy
She told me heaven and hell, boy, is one and the same
We all meet somewhere in the middle, yes we do
She told me heaven and hell, boy, is one and the same
I said it cant be true, it just cant be true
Children grow and women produce and men go work and some go stealin (repeat x1)
Heaven and hell (children grow and women produce), here on earth (and men go work and some go stealin) x7

Heaven Is My Dream Home
Heaven is my home, home home home
Heaven Is my traditional home
Heaven is a place of peace and joy
Heaven I look to you
Heaven keep remembering me to keep my ways
Heaven where I will see choir's sing in Glory of my lord
Heaven is the Land of gold, sliver, and diamond
Heaven is my dream home.
Heaven when will I see you again
Heaven where old became young
Heaven where you shall strength no more
Heaven rejoice with righteous people
Heaven is a place where all soul are longing for
Heaven where I shall be reward
Heaven where there will be holiness among all soul
Heaven I need you.

Heaven Is Hell Without You
Why don't you come here?
Why don't you see me?
Why won't you call me?
Why won't you free the inner thought?
I have not spoken
In quite a few days
But you have not answered
Have you nothing to say?
Heaven is Hell without you
Oh yes I know it is true
Heaven is Hell without you
What can I do?
You have not tried to
Reach out to see me
How can I trust you?
Long as you don't free inner thoughts
Heaven is Hell without you
Oh yes I know it is true
Heaven is Hell without you
What can I do?
Paradise falling
Into sweet demise
You cannot answer
I cannot stand the paranoia
Oh yes I know it is true
Heaven is Hell without you

Trip To Nowhere
I was born in a backstreet
Where people live a dirty life
Of course it was different most of the time
But it was not my fault
A life in hell
I saw it every morning
Dreamsndesires
Cant hide myself anymore
I tried to live in heaven
But this dream did not come true
I tried to live in heaven
Next time Ill try to knock on this door again
Ive been hunting
Day and night
Oh, Ive been losing
Please, hold me tight
Why am I here now
And what can I do
You tell me youre sorry
You know it aint true
I tried to live in heaven
But this dream did not come true
I tried to live in heaven
Next time Ill try to knock on this door again
You know what I mean
cause when you throw in the cards
Life goes on and on
Youre on a trip to nowhere
Youd better reach for the stars
Life goes on and on and on and on again
cause when you throw in the cards
Life goes on and on
Youre on a trip to nowhere
Youd better reach for the stars
Life goes on and on and on and on again
Now Im taking my chances
Everyday, everynight
You know what Im talking about, man
No more backstreet life
A life in hell
I saw it every morning
Dreams and desires
Dont hide myself anymore
I tried to live in heaven
But this dream did not come true
I tried to live in heaven
Next time Ill try to knock on this door again
You know what I mean
cause when you throw in the cards
Life goes on and on
Youre on a trip to nowhere
Youd better reach for the stars
Life goes on and on and on and on again
cause when you throw in the cards
Life goes on and on
Youre on a trip to nowhere
Youd better reach for the stars
Life goes on and on and on and on again
I made it out of this hell you know what I mean
I tried to live in heaven
But this dream did not come true
I tried to live in heaven
Next time Ill try to knock on this door again
You know what I mean
cause when you throw in the cards
Life goes on and on
Youre on a trip to nowhere
Youd better reach for the stars
Life goes on and on and on and on again
cause when you throw in the cards
Life goes on and on
Youre on a trip to nowhere
Youd better reach for the stars
Life goes on and on and on and on again
cause when you throw in the cards...

In Heaven, There Really Are Beaches.
In Heaven there are beaches for all to tan....
While in Hell there is only many a burnt out Man.
In Heaven there are Banana Splits that do not cause all to grow even more fatter....
While in Hell You have to diet, because to Your Trainer, Does it really, really do matter.
In Heaven there are beaches...
While down in Hell, remains all the uppity, uppity of B_tches!

It Would Be Heaven If...
It would be heaven if i could wrap my love around you
Letting the warmth and silky softness of it caress you, awaken you, remind you how desired you are
It would be heaven if i could kiss the top of your head to show how i completely i love you
It would be heaven if instead of daydreaming this...
I could take you by the hand...
Close the door behind us...
And weave whispers and sighs all through the privacy of our little heaven
Until the moment comes when i can do all those things and more...
Remember...
Each day brings us that much closer to being together...
And i promise you this...
When we are...
It will be heaven

Heaven N Hell! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! : (
A place of wonder,
A place of grief,
Where float angels and demons.
Flowers n flames surrounding em,
In a place they call HEAVEN n HELL.
Heaven is like sweet surprise
While, OH! Hell is where torture rise
Heaven blooms with happiness n wise,
While hell craves for revenge n cries.
A lovely place, many say,
With faces beaming day and day
I'm dying of misery, many cry
With dark faces and tear soaked eyes.
Angels gaze at heavens door,
The evil sneer of demons that stroll.
Darkness fails to conquer heaven
While light captures hell
Happiness starts from heavens door
While hell is filled with grief n more
U cannot escape the misery in hell,
While heaven is a place free from spell.

Evil Angel
Originally posted between 2007 and 2008, however some issues occured and all my poetry was deleted, however I had a copy of it stored and am reposting it now
Your Life turns to Hell
Hell looks like heaven
But your still on Earth
Nothing looks like it should
All that you held close
Pushes you away
Evil Angel, You fear nothing
You wish your Hell away
and run to Heaven
but Heaven was Hell
Look at the stars above
Tell me your running
Tell me your crying
Evil angel, you fear nothing
Evil angel, your stronger still
Evil angel, you rule the night
Evil angel, you never sin
Evil angel, let me in

Heaven Is
Heaven is a woman
Dressed in blue
And heaven is knowing
Someone who is in love with you
Heaven is a television
Left on all day
And heaven is making love
And then running away
Heaven is
Heaven is
Heaven is believing
What your eyes dont see
And heaven is christy canyon
Falling in love with me
Heaven in waking up
To be a millionaire
And heaven is spending the whole next day
Just walking on air
Heaven is
Heaven is
Heaven is
Heaven is
All these things you say and do
It doesnt mean that much to you
But all these things you said to me
The memories wont set me free
Heaven is a dream
When it wont come true
And heaven is the sky
When its always blue
Heaven is the girl
With short black hair
And heaven is a woman
With enough to spare
Heaven is
Heaven is
Heaven is
Heaven is
Heaven is
And heaven is taking a holiday
And heaven is having you here to stay
And heaven is never ever saying sorry
And heaven is as easy as abc
And heaven is your eyes when theyre always blue
And heaven is just right here with you
Heaven is
Heaven is
Heaven is

Woman is heaven
Woman is a heaven to man
And she is barren without man.
Man finds his heaven in woman
And shows her she is the heaven.
Woman for woman is a hell.
Two men together make a hell.
To turn the hell into a heaven,
Man and woman must cross over.
Heaven cannot be a heaven
If it has no inhabitants.
Woman must understand this fact
And accommodate man with love.

Made It
Muir-Pleasants-Trujillo-
I'm lookin' for a little bit Heaven
Didn't think you'd make it (4x)
Didn't think you'd make it - from where there's no
second chance when you slip
Didn't think you'd make it - to get away most just dip
light and trip
Didn't think you'd make it - you gotta get away or
your mind's gonna rot
So happy that you made it - they called us stupid but
we never got caught
So we're looking for a little Heaven. When we're livin'
in a little Hell
Didn't think you'd make it (2x)
Didn't think you'd make it - it's so hard to make it
when they want you to fail
Didn't think you'd make it
Not all the old Hommies are dead, some are in jail
Didn't think you'd make it - they already reserved us
a cell
So happy that you make it - but we found a little
Heaven in a place like Hell
Where you find a place like Heaven. When you live in
a place like Hell?
Just lookin' for a little bit of Heaven. Yea but this is a
place like Hell
Trying to find a little bit of Heaven in a place like Hell
Lookin' for a little bit of Heaven - I'm lookin' for a little
bit of Heaven
Lookin' for a little bit of Heaven. Heaven
