Motion Black
Moving like the mamba slick and graceful whenever brushed.
Embraces the fingers with sensual ease whenever teased.
Relaxes with no effort on the neck, back and shoulders
and cut pleasing to the ends without that awful splitting.
Hides sudden tears as it can with it's canopy.Shiny as the
night whenever passions burn.Regal in it's strand whether
adorned or not. There's an illusion of cold but hot even in
December.Wild and alluring when it's wet, a bighearted man
is sure to remember. It's the hair of Monica I call the
Motion Black.

Hair-Soft and Gorgeous
The soft, shiny, honey-blonde coloured
mass of loveliness cascades
and tumbles down your graceful neck
and curvy shoulders
and flies beautifully in the
late autumn wind.
Each glorious silky curl and wave
enveloping your cheeks and eyelashes,
the memory of you brushing it- gently
touching easing the tresses down, down
your back is pleasing to you.
Three years from now, a transformation-
a perfume of lavendar and roses
caresses your longer waist length locks:
I wish I had a part in this aroma-by dipping her hair in oils,
by putting a garland of meadow flowers upon your crowning glory.
I wrote this poem for a woman I met in a shop in Macclesfield, England, (where I live,) in the autumn of 2009.She had lovely below shoulder length brown hair with large curls. If there are any women out there who would like me to write a poem about their hair and have it washed and brushed for free please provide a detailed description of your hair to me at [email protected]

Skin Hair…
Skin Hair…
Where else does the earth rise?
settle down with a fall,
cover with strand...
after other strand,
of hair curl,
loom adversely,
along the length,
along the breadth....
of a man, woman
where it is delicate, where it is private...
pronounced an' concealed.
on the face above the eyes,
like a brush of feathers,
above the lip,
a moustache…
eloquently trim,
tweezed eye browses,
hair flock grace the neck,
onto the back.
Along the shin,
Along the skin,
Smooth touch rendered,
Chill rising the hair follicles,
Desire burn,
In the shower wet with soap,
Silk fiber strand,
Run through fingers of a lover,
Relishing the sensations erect,
Tiny hair, almost as fur…
Souring along the back,
Trough upon the skin,
Collect scent of a love scene.
The skin here dark,
Chocolate born,
Wind caress these, both hair an' skin
Creature so supreme,
Conquer all but this, delicate
Feather brush of skin against skin,
Hair rise here thin,
Space of a love gaze seen,
Hair on skin….

Beautiful (2)
Black hair falls from her bun
As I lay my hands on her back
She tenses up just a little bit
Then relaxes as I come nearer
I push my hands deep into her back
As she smiles and looks just a little
To see me smiling back at her
I see her blush and turn back
I smell the perfume she wears
As my hands climbs through her hair
Burning passion reaping us both
As she grabs my hand from her neck
And puts it slowly into her hand
Then with a sigh I hold it in mine
This sweet love finer than wine
i can only call this but one very thing
Beautiful

Black Mamba
Hand in the snake pit - black mamba chase.
Head through the lions cage - head on a plate.
Two feet on the hot coals - last dance at the ball.
Blindfold on the tightrope - whenever you call.
Be my slippery slider, black mamba crawl over me.
Dark thoughts of the sleepless - hung out to dry.
Slip through the bedclothes - unblinking eye.
Long tongue flickering - fixed stare grip.
Sweet venomous potion, held to my lip.
Be my slippery slider, black mamba crwal over me.
A tropical whisper. a sibilant kiss.
Soft strike teasing. dangerous bliss.

Burn
don't look don't look" the shadows breathe
Whispering me away from you
"don't wake at night to watch her sleep
You know that you will always lose
This trembling
Adored
Tousled bird mad girl... "
But every night i burn
But every night i call your name
Every night i burn
Every night i fall again
"oh don't talk of love" the shadows purr
Murmuring me away from you
"don't talk of worlds that never were
The end is all that's ever true
There's nothing you can ever say
Nothing you can ever do... "
Still every night i burn
Every night i scream your name
Every night i burn
Every night the dream's the same
Every night i burn
Waiting for my only friend
Every night i burn
Waiting for the world to end
"just paint your face" the shadows smile
Slipping me away from you
"oh it doesn't matter how you hide
Find you if we're wanting to
So slide back down and close your eyes
Sleep a while
You must be tired... "
But every night i burn
Every night i call your name
Every night i burn
Every night i fall again
Every night i burn
Scream the animal scream
Every night i burn
Dream the crow black dream
Dream the crow black dream...

Frenzied Fingers Run Amuck
When I get you into my arms
I can't control the things that I do.
Fingers grab the hair on your head.
Fingers caress the small of your back.
Fingers travel down your spine
and back up again.
Fingers reach to all corners of your being,
quietly unnoticed at first,
but more frenzied with passing time.
Wild fingers travel your soul
with frenzied action that is hard to stop.
Uncontrollable fingers run wild
until you beg them to stop.
But even then, there's no counting on it.
These fingers like to run wild.
Whenever I place my fingers on you,
frenzied fingers run amuck.
Rain on my window
I hear thunder in the distance
the sky turns darker black
a smile forms upon my lips
the rain is coming back
I walk to my balcony door
a cool breeze washes through
its refreshing and cleansing
I can taste the alluring dew
The rain spatters on my roof
lightining flashes in the sky
goosebumps erupt on my skin
and my body relaxes with a sigh
Splashing in puddles
making all things wet
catching rain on my tongue
its something I won't regret
I see rain on my window
as I stroll back inside
why are so many afriad
they avoid this and hide
The rain ends quickly
lightining and thunder ensue
this night would only be better
if I could have shared it with you

An Open Boat
O, what is that whimpering there in the darkness?
'Let him lie in my arms. He is breathing, I know.
Look. I'll wrap all my hair round his neck' - 'The sea's rising,
The boat must be lightened. He's dead. He must go.'
See - quick - by that flash, where the bitter foam tosses,
The cloud of white faces, in the black open boat,
And the wild pleading woman that clasps her dead lover
And wraps her loose hair round his breast and his throat.
'Come, lady, he's dead.' - 'No, I feel his heart beating,
He's living, I know. But he's numbed with the cold.
See, I'm wrapping my hair all around him to warm him.' -
- 'No. We can't keep the dead, dear. Come, loosen your hold.
'Come. Loosen your fingers.' - ' O God, let me keep him!' -
O, hide it, black night! Let the winds have their way!
And there are no voices or ghosts from that darkness,
To fret the bare seas at the breaking of day.

Bad Hair Days (A Fun Poem)
Everyday is always a bad hair day for me
Mine is very curly, they told me it's kinky
I have a hard time combing my hair, you see
Have to visit my hairdresser to fix it for me
It was very shiny, as straight as can be
It was always like these since I was a little lady
Now, I am used to see this everyday
Ummm, I don't see what happened to me
Getting up early in the morning is not that easy
I have to have a ribbon to hold it, the neighbors might see
Never mind If they laugh at me and call me crazy
I have a God who loves me and take care of me.
Hey! I am elated this way, God created me like that,
And no bad hair day will ever make me give it back,
Yes! Truly blessed to have hair as pleasing as can be,
Think what you want, I absolutely adore it. He he he!
Hmmm..not a bad hair day at all...I love it..! ! ! He he he

I Dream of Horses II
When I lay down to sleep
Visions of running horses,
In my slumber so deep,
Gallop through my mind
I dream of running my hand
Through the silky mane
Fingertips feeling every strand
Of that long black hair
I picture myself on his back
My face pressed into his neck
The wind pulling my hair back
As the dream goes on…
Man of Flesh
She has hair as black as sin
As far as I remember
Her eyes are pools I might drown in
As dark as deep December.
Deep December chills the heart
Tears the body from the soul
But her smile bids the cold depart
Like the sunshine melts the snow.
Like the sunshine melts the snow
Her warm smile unsettles me
Away like meltwater I flow
Man of flesh no more to be.
A man of flesh no more to be
Unless her cup recapture me.
I Dream of Horses II
When I lay down to sleep
Visions of running horses,
In my slumber so deep,
Gallop through my mind
I dream of running my hand
Through the silky mane
Fingertips feeling every strand
Of that long black hair
I picture myself on his back
My face pressed into his neck
The wind pulling my hair back
As the dream goes on…

The Night I Lost You
This night,
This very dark night,
Was the night I lost you.
The cold air blew through my hair,
As I watched you fall to the ground.
Slow motion had seemed to take you over,
As you fell,
And I was suddenly empty,
Nothing, but fear flooded my mind.
I lost you to the dark,
I couldn’t see you anymore.
You went down, down,
And didn’t come back.
Why didn’t you come back to me?
I stood in the night,
Cold.
Didn’t know what to do.
I didn’t know why you left.
You had no reason for going.
You just fell,
Fell away from me.
That’s why I’ll always remember this night.
This night,
This very dark night,
Was the night I lost you.

December Comment
I was born in December,
too cold to remember.
Every year I'm reminded
of being born in December.
Coming from the warmth of my mother
and coming from another
time and place of beauty
where I knew something other
than cold.
I am a lover of warmth and sun
but that's not how I'd begun
my life on this cold place.
And when my blankets were undone
I'd shiver.
Will I leave in December
so I can remember
the cold that welcomed me
on my first December?
I wonder?

Massaging The Queen
My hands anticipate the final moment..
Where from your shoulders
down through upper-arm's
pass your forearms
and onto meeting your hands...
Their length my hands will travel..
In a gentle grip caressing every muscle
while pulling every joint..
Bridging-over to your back
continuing from the top of your bottom
through your exquisite waist with flat palm's
and tender loving fingers..
Slowly moving over lungs searching cautiously
seeking your pleasure..
With eyes close I will become one with your body
and you one in blissful Zen..
My hands will meet your shoulders once again
there they will travel towards each other
until meeting your neck
and rise scrapingly through your hair
until meeting your crown..
I will whisper my adoring passion to your ear
assuring my devotion to your kingdom..

Lite It Up
Lite it up
Lite it up
Lite it up and let that candle burn.
The fire is inside me.
Forever part of me.
Call it destiny.
Call it fate.
A fickle swing of a pendulum.
A motion set.
A writing in the stone.
I'm not alone for I have you.
So just lite it up
Lite it up
Lite it and let that candle burn.
Down to the very last.
It was always part of my past.
It sanction me to the starvation of the mind and soul.
I just lost control.
I faced it head on.
And thats when I met you.
So just lite it up
Lite it up
Lite it and let that candle burn.
It will never die.
Nor will my scarred heart.
Memories washed apart.
No longer do I doubt who I am.
As your man I take a stand.
For I must protect the love just met for you oh you.
So just lite it up
Lite it up
Lite it and let that candle burn.
One last time.
Digging into my own mind.
Finding every travesty.
Destroying the illusion of a fictitious fantasy.
Oh baby, oh baby this is for you
So just lite it up
Lite it up
Lite it and let that candle burn.
The body moves
The friction ceases.
Its a set of multiple releases.
Everything that soothes.
All for you.

Judo Practice.
You practiced
judo moves with Jim
on the grass
outside the farmhouse
where he lived
and his younger sister
stood on the periphery
watching the moves and falls
and she watched you
with her usual concentration
her eyes glued on you
her hands clapping
when you had Jim down
or made the right moves
and her mother
poked her head
out of the door
of the farmhouse
and said
Monica leave the boys alone
they don't want you
pestering them
I'm just watching
Monica called back
not doing any harm
do as you're told
her mother said firmly
and Monica slouched back
towards the farmhouse
cussing under her breath
kicking at the grass
as she went
I was only watching
she said to her mother's
disappearing back
then she paused
and looked back
at you and said
you don't mind do you?
no not at all
you said
but Jim said
pushing damp hair
from his sweaty face
go Monica
do as you're told
and she smiled at you
but gave Jim
a look
in passing
of sternness
and icy cold.

Honey Brown Locks
HONEY BROWN HAIR
Honey dew, rays of sunshine fall upon
the silk of your shiny hair,
gently illuminating it in all
its radiant glory,
Woken up by nature`s rays, the warm
water cascades, washes tangles away so creams
and lotions beautify the flowing mass
of sensuous, surging waves
that I soon run my fingers through as I
blow dry, with you sitting on my lap,
Soon we lie on red satin sheets
And I whisper 'I love you'
As I thread a pink rose
Through those curls and waves.
So soon, gently kissing your curvaceous cheeks, lips, neck,
then I brush your hair lovingly, luxuriously,
in slow motion as we move to the jacuzzi
- a mirror above us........

A Moment Passing
Remembering back you dressed in black
Moving and grooving as the bass was pumping
To the bass line Shifting bodies twisting
You moving gracefully still so tastefully
Things that night you never knew
Just how much I wanted you
I in a trance as I watched you dance
Set to motion by circumstance
For a sign I was waiting
Music to my ears was vibrating
You so tall standing there
How I wanted to touch golden hair
Feet to foot and head to toe
Against brown skin you set a glow
Things you didn’t get to know
Into the night you were the star of the show
In my arms wanting you badly
To take you away I’d do gladly
To encourage me to your way
A mere word would’ve made my day
To dance with you from behind
Holding you close as we wind
The way you moved sent shiver down my spine
As you danced to the reggae bass line
Libido running wild as tonic I was drinking
Squeezing you gentle I was thinking
Matters to me became troubling
All I wanted was for us to be bubbling
The rains came and things were not the same
On your way till another day
Hoping I for another rendezvous
For all I want is to get close to you
Standing in socks soaking wet
Festival now I won’t forget
Still I have nothing to regret
At myself only I can be upset
The chance I had came and went
Time I had not diligently spent
Picture this if you will
Palette colors brilliant fill
I a bit over the hill
Sexually charged down my back a chill
You and I a two-person club
While we frolic in the hot tub
I giving you a sensual back rub
Ever so close encounter we rub a dub
Kissing tenderly as we’re romancing
Imagines of us horizontally dancing
Oh what a day and what a night
As they say in olden days “you’re out of sight! ”
