The Love Sonnets Of Proteus. Part II: To Juliet: XLIII
THE SAME CONTINUED
I do not love you. To have said this once
Had seemed to both of us a monstrous lie,
An idle boast, love's last extravagance
Or the mere paradox of vanity.
Now it is true and yet more hideously
More strangely monstrous. I, no less than you,
Here own at length the worm which cannot die,
The burden of a pain for ever new.
This is the ``pang of loss,'' the bitterest
Which Hell can give. We are shut out from Heaven
And never more shall look upon Love's face,
Being with those who perish unforgiven.
Never to see Love's face! Ah, pain in pain,
Which we do well to weep and weep again!

One Love, Alot Of Pain
In life, there’s one love but a lot of pain
Love heals your wounds when the pain is too much
Love is nowhere, if the pain is everywhere.
Love is an angel while the pain is a devil
Love gives comfort when the pain is hurtful
Love is nowhere, if the pain is everywhere.
Love is the light while the pain is the darkness
Love is a rainbow while the pain is a thunder
Love is nowhere, if the pain is everywhere.
Love will be strong when the pain is weak
Love is true but the pain is false
Love is nowhere, if the pain is everywhere.
Love fair while the pain is un-fair
Love is surely possible when the pain is impossible
Love is nowhere, if the pain is everywhere.
Drops Of Fire
As she sits in so much pain
My one true love is hurt again
Unable to help her in anyway
As drops of fire burn her precious face
As my one true love hurts ever so much
I die inside as all I can do is watch
All I can do is know in loving pain
That drops of fire burn her beautiful face
How horrible it is to know her pain
Having to watch her suffer as I sit here in shame
Ss my poor true love endures this again
These drops of fire burned her adorable face
Knowing that my true love is in so much pain
I am ever so greatly tempted to jump up and run to her aid
But I know I cannot do that for my legs are lame
But my heart and mind are with her forever made
Even though the drops of fire burn her irresistible face
When I see my true love in just a few hours
I will do my best to dry these showers
And take away all of her burning pain
As these horrid drops of fire burn her magnificent face
I know not what to do, what to say
As my love is in that state of pain
Yet I know I will use all my power, all my face
All my love and all my space
To make my true love happy again
As those dreaded drops fire burned her perfect face

Havent Got Time For The Pain
(carly simon/jacob brackman)
All those crazy nights when I cried myself to sleep
Now melodrama never makes me weep anymore
cause I havent got time for the pain
I havent got room for the pain
I havent the need for the pain
Not since Ive known you
You showed me how, how to leave myself behind
How to turn down the noise in my mind
Now I havent got time for the pain
I havent got room for the pain
I havent the need for the pain
Not since Ive known you
Suffering was the only thing that made me feel I was alive
Though thats just how much it cost to survive in this world
til you showed me how, how to fill my heart with love
How to open up and drink in all that white love
Pouring down from the heaven
I havent got time for the pain
I havent got room for the pain
I havent the need for the pain
Not since Ive known you

Love & Pain as one! !
Were do I begin... I've been hurt outta love &
I think it's funny how love brings so much pain.
The pain of being lied to, the pain of the jealousy
taken over, & the pain of your body shutting down
because your finally given up, only to find out that the
pain's just begun.
You think it's bad now but just wait, it only gets worse.
I start to feel weaker as though my life's being sucked
outta my body. I wanna give up but cant cause I'm in love.
Love is a cruel thing, it makes you do things that you
normally wouldn't.
Yeah love might be cruel but it's also beautiful. Without love
I wouldn't know what pain really was. It's made
me experience a new part of life that I didn't know
exsisted. I'm in love & in pain, but I'm in pain cause
I'm in love. Love & pain is one of the same.

Pain Is My Friend
pain is my only gain,
pain is my friend,
pain so deep and cold,
i feel at home with the dark pain,
i love pain pain is my friend,
pain will bring back my love,
pain will give me life once again,
pain so deep and cold,
is the only way i can have,
my love and my friend,
pain is the worlds friend,
pain shows us if we do wrong,
pain shows us who we are,
pain is not only in the dark,
but in the light as well,
pain is so deep and cunning,
pain can show me who i am,
pain shows the world who we are,
pain is my only friend,
with out love theres pain,
with out anyone theres pain,
with out the sun with out the moon,
theres pain so as you can see,
pain is with us and always will be,
pain will never leave its a marriage,
its a soul and a part of you,
that will never leave,
pain is my friend and it is your too....

Tears and pain
Tears and pain in eyes
What do the people talk and try?
What do they have idea about pain and smile?
When have they under gone agony meanwhile?
No one may be able to explain
As it is really true pain
On love there is loss only and no gain
But love is love and no matter how much is the pain
Can any one guess?
What can be worry on face?
Who would love to show it or chase?
When happiness is lost in advance
Lovers are different kind of animals
Happiness and joy is known only on its arrival
They are unaware of separation and sadness
When that comes before them in some cases
I shall salute for their feeling
As it is outcome of pure willing
No one demands as pre condition
It is self emotion with ignition
No one knows where they will be driven?
What will be their fate incase forgotten
It is purely a chance and coincidence
There is no yes for insistence

There Is Pain
There is pain
But no love
There is pain but no fix
I am just stuck in one spot
So i am hopeless
But saddly but yes 'Hopeless'
So i am lone in the world
Life is hard
There is pain
But no help
If no help
No fix
If no fix
No love
If no love
No respect for no one
There is pain
There is full of wonders
Just stuck
Just there
No where to go
Hopeless
But no trust in no one
Feel that i am going to HELL
There is wonders
There is pain
What can i do
Nothing
Just there
With no fix
Oh well
People has no more feelings
Like lost souls
I need help
Do not why
I have pain
Pain Pain Pain
Cry Cry Cry
No stop
But there is pain

Song #5
I would not feign a single sigh
Nor weep a single tear for thee:
The soul within these orbs burns dry;
A desert spreads where love should be.
I would not be a worm to crawl
A writhing suppliant in thy way;
For love is life, is heaven, and all
The beams of an immortal day.
For sighs are idle things and vain,
And tears for idiots vainly fall.
I would not kiss thy face again
Nor round thy shining slippers crawl.
Love is the honey, not the bee,
Nor would I turn its sweets to gall
For all the beauty found in thee,
Thy lily neck, rose cheek, and all.
I would not feign a single tale
Thy kindness or thy love to seek;
Nor sigh for Jenny of the Vale,
Her ruby smile or rosy cheek.
I would not have a pain to own
For those dark curls and those bright eyes
A frowning lip, a heart of stone,
False love and folly I despise.

0012 Bereavement
What is it, when we mourn and grieve and cry
for those we loved - and love - now passed away,
that gives our pain such brute totality?
so vital, that we almost love that pain
(our faces sometimes radiant in grief) ,
unwilling to let go pain's absolute,
since there, hides knowledge deeper than belief
of that sole absolute itself, the root
of all our being, oneness that we share
with those with whom we sought our selves to prove?
that pain, which barely differs from a prayer
to know - by suffering deepest hurt of love:
Yes! Let us dive into that holy deep
of total grief and love: then, can self weep?

Dead Love
Oh never weep for love that’s dead
Since love is seldom true
But changes his fashion from blue to red,
From brightest red to blue,
And love was born to an early death
And is so seldom true.
Then harbour no smile on your bonny face
To win the deepest sigh.
The fairest words on truest lips
Pass on and surely die,
And you will stand alone, my dear,
When wintry winds draw nigh.
Sweet, never weep for what cannot be,
For this God has not given.
If the merest dream of love were true
Then, sweet, we should be in heaven,
And this is only earth, my dear,
Where true love is not given.

The Game of Fate
What if I told you love was a game I don’t want to play,
Because its hurt me one too many times,
And I’m afraid,
Afraid of finding everything I want,
And it not wanting me back,
Or what if love is just some trick of our imagination,
And one day we wake to find nothing at all,
And all that’s left is our own devastation.
Sometimes I dream too much,
And when I finally find my dreams in life,
They only cause me strife,
And pain,
And hurt,
But love and pain walk hand in hand with fate,
Life is an adventure filled with pain,
But somewhere deep within that pain is something stronger,
Something that can over come it all,
And that is love,
But first you have to ride the waves of fate.
Through the many trials you must face,
In the end it is all worth it no matter how much you had to give up along the way,
Love is worth the fight,
And that is what fate is trying to teach you,
That love is so special,
It shouldn’t be so easy to obtain,
So fate throws you pain,
But you have to push through,
In order to find the love that’s true.

I still write these poems of love again in my shame
For as long as this heart beats
Though erratically now by time and age
Though blinded by numerous desires
These hands shall press the letters of love again
These fingers shall caress the lines of love
Despite the pain, the sin, the blame
Did you not tell me once, that whenever and wherever love is
In whatever form and imagination,
there
is also the pain accompanying?
we love, we pain, we love again
we pain, we love, we pain again

Pain
(donnie kehr/ian hunter)
I believe in magic
Aint it kinda tragic
When you find out
Angels can be devils
You were never on the level with me babe, at all
Pain, pain, pain !
I got this pain
Sittin on the midnight train
Beggars can be choosers
Winners can be losers
Ill get over you somehow
Its gonna take a little time
To put you to the back of my mind, forever
Pain, shootin down the length o my brain
I got this pain
Nothin is the same
When love is a victim
Love is a victim of pain
Aint no doubt about it babe
Love is a victim of pain Im lonely
And I dont know what to do about you babe
cos loneliness is such a drag

Pain Is
pain is what i go through everyday
pain is just being me
pain hurts once its in you
pain is painful
pain makes you sufer
pain makes you want to cry
pain makes you want to scream
pain takes control
pain makes others hate you
pain makes you mad
pain makes you want to hide or runaway
pain want let you sleep
pain makes you want to stab yourself
but your love ones stop you
they show how much that they care
and thet they love you

Love, Pian, Life
Love, pain, life
Four letter words
four powerful words
Love, pian, life
all that you feel
all that you go through
Love, pain, life
Hell that you handle
Hell that you almost want
Love, pain, life
things live with
things you wish would end
Love, pain, life
One second you have
One second your gone
Love, pain, life
Beginning to the....
End.

Pain!
? You say that you have felt pain?
You have no idea what pain is.
Pain is hearing, 'She doesn't
like you anymore.' WHAT?
How can so much pain be caused by
someone who is so small,
so young,
so far?
Yet I tell you, I have felt pain,
pain at hearing your name
mentioned by some ignorant
person, someone who doesn't
know what you have put me
through. Pain? Yes, that is pain.
Pain is knowing that you will
never be mine, though I once would have been
wholly yours. Yours, though
you may never know it. That
also is pain- not being able to
say what I want you to hear.
This and more have you put me
through. This, and also the
torture of hearing from your
own lips- lips that I have longed
for, lips that I have loved in
my own way- that you liked
another guy.? No, I will not
call him a man, for he is not,
or else cannot be, for he loves
you. What? Now you wish to
leave him? And for me, again?
No, I am sorry, love, I cannot
and will not endure your
tortured love again. I have
felt the pain once, and I no
longer have any desire to feel
your pain again. Enjoy it, love.
Pain. Embrace it, rather than me,
for me you will not have, and now
pain is all you have?

Tremendous Pain
Oh baby, show me the way
To hell and heaven
Oh baby, how do you spell
Suite 907
And I say,
8...6...5...4
Oh baby, I cant take it no more
Play your melody, your tune is divine
Play your song, your beat is mine
Tremendous pain...
Love...heaven...submission and more
Love...hell...in suite 904
Stormy weather, heavy rain
No moon in the city
Shining streets, friday night
No mercy, no pity
I hide in my church, in suite 909
Your word is my bible, your beat is divine
Suite 909
Love...heaven...submission and more
Love...hell...in suite 904
You bless me with an easy touch
Your fantasy, I need it so much
I hide in my church, I float on the nile
Your word is my bible, your beat is divine
8...6...5...4
Oh baby, give me some more...
Tremendous pain
Love...heaven...submission and more
Love...hell...in suite 904
Tremendous pain

Stuck On The Lyrics Like I'm Stuck On You
You kill me...
You know you do
You kill me well
You rip my heart
Through depths of hell
I see the journals,
The logs,
And she misses you.
But not missing you all the same
She misses the feeling you give me
And I hate this feeling I get
Feeling like ever-prying,
Thought I let go the notions of potential failure
But I still think when you don't pick up
I still cry at night when you're all I think about
And nothing I forget
And the pain that rips through my bones like concrete through water
Is nothing compared to the pain of loss
Or the fear of the pain of loss
Or the pain of the fear of the pain of loss
And you won't get to see the tears I cry
So swallow me and spit me out
For hating you I blame myself
Then and there
I confess
I'll blame all this on my selfishness
Yet you love me
And that consumes me
And I will cut again
And do so willingly
Relationships that work are things that I can't comprehend

Pain is Love
Pain is heartache,
Pain is an emotional heart break.
Pain is a roller coaster.
That is filled with twists, turns, and hills.
Pain is an emotional medication.
Best taken if it were a pill.
Pain is love.
Love is an emotional bond that holds me to you.
Pain is the love that forces me to seduce you.
Take you into my world, mold and console you.
Pain is the way you walked out of my life.
Love is the way i got over my hurt you left me to endure.
For this pain, a pill.
There was no cure.
