Earth! my Likeness!
EARTH! my likeness!
Though you look so impassive, ample and spheric there,
I now suspect that is not all;
I now suspect there is something fierce in you, eligible to burst
forth;
For an athlete is enamour'd of me--and I of him;
But toward him there is something fierce and terrible in me, eligible
to burst forth,
I dare not tell it in words--not even in these songs.

Suspicion Is Contageous
Scene 1.
When I feel warm in the middle of the night,
I suspect that electricity is cut off as usual
When I bite a pebble while eating rice,
I suspect that it is adulterated as usual.
When I am denied a seat to the university,
I suspect that I am less eligible than others, as usual.
When I am left to fend on my own with family and friend's support,
I suspect that my country is as useless as I, as usual.
Scene 2.
When I come out with my sling bag and laptop,
I am suspicious of everyone who looks at me.
When I walk to the tube and sit there comfortably,
I close my eyes tightly to avoid the suspicious eyes.
When I enter the workplace and talk to my colleagues,
who are as suspicious as I, exchange the suspicious greetings.
Wherever I go, I see the people who are suspicious of others,
cameras to catch the suspicious looking characters,
unattended bags are removed within half an hour,
for the fear of suspicious people planting bombs,
in some other places literally no rubbish bins,
and I am allowed to throw wherever I like,
and people are watching me always as a suspect,
and that makes me to be suspicious of them too.
When I come out with my sling bag,
I am suspicious of everyone who looka at me.

Sometimes I Do Suspect
Sometimes I do suspect
that our love is much more
than chemical urges in the blood.
Sometimes I do suspect
that life goes on
up to a single event;
Sometimes I do suspect
that our love is much more…

The Fierce Words Of Feeling- The Anger
The fierce words of feeling- the anger
They are the poem-
The hurt which cries and screams and demands
Its own expression-
The fierce words of feeling
Which rage on against the night and the darkness and the beauty and the pain and all the loss and all the love
And demand some other kind of freedom beyond what any human being has ever known
Beyond and yet more beyond -
The fierce words of feeling
That come out of the deepest darkest most primitive part of ourselves
But connect with what we most really are
In saying,
‘No no no not again' to all this pain and dying and sadness
The fierce words of feeling- No.

I Suspect
I suspect...
You are the only one who knows,
What you are doing.
And I suspect,
You also choose the way you feel,
When this you do.
Whether that color is bright,
Sunny and yellow mellow.
Or royal blue to appear as you do,
In the dumps with clouds gray...
That appear to be near you to subdue.
I suspect...
Any cheerfulness you get,
Comes from your chasing of rainbows.
After your eyes have dropped rain...
From many tears you've wept.
With no bucket of gold,
At the end of those chased rainbows.
I suspect...
The happiness I have chosen,
Makes you upset.
Because I wont let you,
Lead my parade...
With a showering done,
Of a negligence you wish to pour on me.
And this I will not accept,
To be in a darkened blackness on bended knees.
Not me!
You wont find me trying to please your disrespect.
I'm on the go and I am green.
Keeping my mind opened,
To experience refreshing beneficial scenes.
Romancing an agony?
You will not find yourself doing that here with me.
I suspect...
There is a controlling of me you wish to do.
In a closeness together...
I will not allow us to get.
Or you attempt to pursue.
And I suspect you have a selfishness.
Since only those things you wish to do...
Disregards what my wishes are with much disrespect.
Yes.
I've noticed that about you too.
And I suspect...
The happiness I have chosen,
Makes you quite upset.
Because I wont let you,
Lead my parade to redirect.
And I suspect,
You are afraid...
I don't need you to make my decisions.
And this you are correct.
I wont live a negativity...
As you do at your best.
I suspect...
You don't know me,
As well as you think you do.
I suspect you believed,
For you I'd be a fool.
Why should I want that kind of life with you?

If Only To Suspect
If only to suspect that, that hasn't been conquered yet.
With feeling discontent the words are mentioned.
Like the forgotten invention.
The art of prevention.
If only to suspect that, that hasn't been reached yet.
With a smiling face I'm going to another convention.
A man on a mission.
With thousands of people who are just not listening.
Can you hear me now?

Suspicion minded men and women suffer in life
Suspicion minded men and women suffer in life,
Suspect is an incurable disease of mind,
There is no medicine for such patients to find,
It is the worst septic of mind to husband and wife,
Broad minded people always live a life of gay,
In any society or family suspect has no respect,
Many families have been divided by suspect,
Suspect brings in us impurity of mind day by day,
Suspected husband and wife doubt one another,
They will have no peace of mind time to time at all,
Husband must not doubt to his wife if she talks to other,
She too may not doubt if he talks with a girl in any hall,
The couple of good character will never bother,
Suspect divides the hearts and builds a hatred wall.

Sasha Fierce
B'bay Bay you're so fine.
Sun shines on you all they time.
Say Sasha!
Sasha Fierce.
B'bay Bay you're so fine.
Sun shines on you all they time.
Say Sasha!
Sasha Fierce.
I know whatcha got.
And you are hotter than hot.
My Sasha.
Sasha Fierce.
I know whatcha got.
And you are hotter than hot.
My Sasha.
Sasha Fierce.
B'bay Bay you're so fine.
Sun shines on you all they time.
Say Sasha!
Sasha Fierce.
Though this is only morning glow.
That comes to leave me blown away.
Beyoncé made me feel this way.
And when I noticed her in you...
My heart took flight on something new.
So rare it is,
I knew it came to stay.
B'bay Bay you're so fine.
Sun shines on you all they time.
Say Sasha!
Sasha Fierce.
B'bay Bay you're so fine.
Sun shines on you all they time.
Say Sasha!
Sasha Fierce.

And you are hotter than hot.
My Sasha.
Sasha Fierce.
I know whatcha got.
And you are hotter than hot.
My Sasha.
Sasha Fierce.
My Sasha.
Sasha Fierce.
I gotcha Sasha.
Sasha Fierce.
My Sasha.
Sasha Fierce.
I gotcha Sasha.
Sasha Fierce.
I gotcha Sasha!

Letting you think I'm ok
I'm so tired.
I just want to go back home.
I have to let you all think I'm ok.
So that you don't suspect.
Suspect what I am going to do.
I hate my life.
I only have one path to take.
As I walk down to the train tracks.
I'm hoping It'll all be over soon.
Here I am sitting there waiting.
Waiting for the train to come.

Listening To Agujetas
Sing, old man, those true songs of fire,
Songs that were too old for this air
Before you yourself were ever born.
Hammer those words against the night
As, once, you struck at the forge,
Feeling the sting of sparks
Cry out in triumph from its fierce iron.
Let the feet of the dancers play them too,
Your anguished words, your dark-throated songs:
Hammers against the fire within,
Fire against night, night against despair.

A Value Attached to Match a Compensation
My total being is within.
Not without as you may suspect.
You may believe I should reflect worth.
With a value attached to match a compensation.
My total being is within.
Not without as you may suspect.
You may believe I should reflect worth.
With a value attached to match a compensation.
I am compensated.
But beyond a value you would never be able to designate.
My total being is within not without as you may suspect.
With a value attached to match a compensation.
Even I am unaware of the depth of my treasures.
As long as I know they are there...
My concerns I keep at a minimum.

Pardon Me
Pardon me while i burst
Pardon me while i burst
A decade ago, i never thought i would be.
A twenty three on the verge of spontaneous combustion woe is me
But i guess that it comes with the territory.
An ominous landscape of never-ending calamity.
I need you to hear. i need you to see.
That i have had all i can take
And exploding seems like a definite possibility
To me
So pardon me while i burst into flames.
I've had enough of the world, and its people's mindless games
So pardon me while i burn, and rise above the flame
Pardon me, pardon me. i'll never be the same.
Not, two days ago i was having a look in a book
And i saw a picture of a guy fried up above his knees
I said i can relate
Cause lately i've been thinking of combustication as a welcomed vacation from.
The burdens of the planet earth, like gravity, hypocrisy, and the perils of being in 3-d...
And thinking so much differently.
Pardon me while i burst into flames.
I've had enough of the world, and it's people's mindless games
Pardon me while i burn, and rise above the flame
Pardon me, pardon me. i'll never be the same.
Never be the same...yeah.
Pardon me while i burst into flames.
Pardon me, pardon me, pardon me.
So pardon me while i burst into flames.
I've had enough of the world, and it's people's mindless games
So pardon me while i burn, and rise above the flame
Pardon me, pardon me. i'll never be the same.
Pardon me, never be the same. yeah

If you suspect someone, don't employ them; if you employ someone, don't suspect them.
If you suspect a man, don't employ him, and if you employ him, don't suspect him.
If you suspect a man, don't employ him, and if ypu employ him, don't suspect him.
The Three a.m. Burst
I was woken in the early hours of this morning
by an overwhelming mental burst.
My mind bombarded me with random words
and compelled me to write poetic verse.
Words were branded upon my thoughts,
like initials on the hide of a steer.
But then strings of words in a jumbled mess
in different colours began to appear.
Like calculated numbers, words fell into place
adding their value to the score.
Another sentence brought another verse,
which begged for even more.
By breakfast time the burst was over,
the words had been laid to rest.
Several pieces of paper had been filled,
and my mind had been freed from stress.
