Do we have option?
No one knows me and my feelings,
They smile at me as if I were happy,
When I smile back out of courtesy,
The burden of the mind is gone easy.
No one knows me and my feelings,
I am worried about everything,
That I can think about and feel,
Drowsy I am, with punishment conventional.
I'd want to do what I like,
For each of my likings, there is a hurdle,
I have been confused since young,
With lists of good and bad, long.
When I try to buy a hand phone,
They ask whether I want original or cloned,
When I try to buy the car tyres,
They ask me whether I want imported or rethread.
When I pour the oil for the engine, brake and steering,
They ask me whether I want synthetic or recycled,
Wherever I go, whatever I do, I have options,
Even when I pray, they ask me which God I pray to.
when I was born, I think that I didn't have the option,
when I am ill, I don't have the option to choose the germs,
when I lie on that bed, I don't have the option of,
picking up the right time, after many years,
after fulfilling all my desires, dreams and duties.

Happiness Is An Option
It is not easy
It is not easy
Looking from a window
At the edge of a house
At the edge of a town
Its grey like the day
When I lost it
Clouds overhead
I talked to a flower
That was almost dead
My body a prison
Why did I do it
Someone want me not to
But I still went through it
(living it upside, you gotta remember, that happiness is an option)
It is not easy
But dont give up now
(so dont give up)
It is not easy
Happiness is an option
(but happiness is an option)
Needed somewhere to clear my head
Find some strength a warmer bed
Maximum love in a minimal world
Id never achieved it
But then I believed it
So when I lost it - how
Im not sure - now
It was a strange feeling
Like a law repealing itself
It is not easy
But dont give up now
(so dont give up)
It is not easy
Happiness is an option
(but happiness is an option)
It is not easy
But dont give up now
(so dont give up)
It is not easy
Happiness is an option
(giving it up, if you are giving it up, if you are giving it up)
I can wake up in the morning
And not believe what I see
Look in a mirror and think
If thats really me
I dont think I suit my face
Its not a catastrophe
Its more a philosophy
Like the russians wondering why
Were born under a blue sky
But die in a dark forest
It is not easy
But dont give up now
(so dont give up)
It is not easy
Happiness is an option
(but happiness is an option)
It is not easy
But dont give up now
(so dont give up)
It is not easy
Happiness is an option
(but happiness is an option)
This is neither old nor new
Its always forever
Somewhere between sense
And ambition
Pleasure and decision
We have to make a choice
What do we want
Everyone singing
war, what is it good for?
While planning the next one
I dont need to win
You dont have to loose
We can choose
Happiness is an option
(you can choose)
It is not easy
But dont give up now
(so dont give up)
It is not easy
Happiness is an option
(chris: happiness is an option)
It is not easy
(no, it is not easy)
The war within us
(so war within us)
(so dont give up)
But it gets easier
(but it gets easier)
The more we learn
(the more we learn)
I dont need to win
(I dont need to win)
You dont have to loose
(you dont have to loose)
So dont give up
We can choose
Happiness is an option
(happiness is an option)

Lonliness Is An Option
Loneliness is an option.
One we all often choose.
Running away from what is good.
In the end you only lose.
Afraid of closeness and true love.
This option turns you to a slave.
Bitterness, heartache, hell incarnate.
Never sharing of yourself.
From fear of losing what you love.
Instead alone you will remain.
Choosing your own form of pain.
You want to love.
You want to give.
You're too scared of what you fear.
So this is the option you have choosen.
Alone without your true love spoken.
Loneliness is an option.
It leaves your life incomplete and barren.
Wishing all the time you could share your tender loving careing.
You're afraid, who's to blame?
It truly is a shame.
This option you may feel is best.
Remember though there's always happiness.

The Phone Call
The eleven digit number, I very carefully dial,
Hoping that my query, will only take a while.
I am greeted by a cheery, automated voice:
To sit and listen, I don’t have much choice.
The speaker, I admit, sounds very polite,
But, I don’t require details of their website.
I really just wanted to find something out,
And, avoid all this, unnecessary, faffing about.
I’m given a list of options: one through to four.
Having chosen option ‘one’, I’m given six more.
The options, once again, to me, are explained.
Already, I’m starting to find this all, a real pain.
This time, I decide to go for option number two,
But, to a human adviser, I still can’t be put through.
Having dialled two, another list of options, I endure,
But this time, I will admit, there is one option fewer.
The final option on the list, is number five:
At last, I can talk to someone, who is alive!
But, by an automated voice, I am, then, told,
That, they are currently busy, so ‘please hold.’
By cheerful, piped music, I am initially greeted;
Once finished, it is, then, immediately repeated.
To the repeated musical strains, I sit and listen,
Still feeling very intent, on fulfilling my mission.
This is taking way much longer, than I first thought,
And, by now, my nerves are, ever so slightly, fraught.
The receiver, at the other end, is picked up, at long last.
Checking my watch, I see, ten minutes have now passed.
Of the answer to my question, the adviser isn’t too sure,
So I’m put back on ‘hold’, to the same music as before.
This is going to take ages, I’m now beginning to realise.
I’m quite impatient by now, and, annoyed, I roll my eyes.
The adviser apologises, and he thanks me for waiting.
This whole scenario, for me, is getting rather grating.
At last, my query is answered by someone,
And, twenty minutes later, I’m finally done.

Ows, You Opted To Be Free?
hmm, ok after a careful
analysis i believe you.
your option to be free
remains to be an option.
open ended and just like
any open ended question
it needs a very serious
presumption:
you know what prison was.
and you opted. you exercised an option.
i guess you were free
from the very beginning, otherwise
how can you ever have that option
to be free.
explain within
24 hours, why are you free

Dieing Is Not An Option
Dieing is not an option,
When one is upset with life.
I like to think of it as a request,
One makes...
When a darkness begins,
To shield one from the light!
We all are born receiving gifts,
To experience our lives as we choose...
And like.
Some refuse to believe they have chosen,
To follow another on a path.
Instead of selecting,
A happiness grabbed for them that will last.
And that is not easy when variety,
Appears to confuse the mind of some.
Especially when discipline and devotion,
Seem to compete with those who have more fun.
But...
Dieing is not an option,
When one is upset with life.
I like to think of it as a request,
One makes...
When a darkness begins,
To shield one from the light!
Desiring with wishes!
Assisted by dreams one wants fulfilled,
Keeps one motivated to achieve and accomplish.
Experiencing the adventure...
Of acquiring skills.
And doing what one likes...
Is a thrill no one consciously,
Wants to see end or kill!
Dieing is not an option,
When one is upset with life.
I like to think of it as a request,
One makes...
When a darkness begins,
To shield one from the light!
'Excuse me,
I know you have decided...
To take your own life.
However...
Do you mind,
Taking it eleswhere?
And away from my sight?
Over there feel free to complain.
And do as much of it as you like!
But doing it around me,
You see...
For that I have no appetite.'

Being True
A person is good, as well as bad since these two qualities are in every person. Feelings have variations which can sometimes turn into positive and even negative. Being our best even when times are highly not in favour of us can be the best option. It even is an issue of adjusting oneself. Life and the world will never change, however attitudes can always change. That is basically life as being true, is always the right option.

Tell me the name
the flower you like most.
Option you may choose
Capejamine, Champak,
Cherysanthemum, chinarose
canna.
Tell me the name
the fruit you like most.
Look option below
coconut, cashewnut
cucumber, carambola

Then you missed the train

Giving Up
Giving up will never be an option
in my life anymore.
I did it once before,
but will never do it again.
For years, I walked in limbo
after giving up on something I loved.
It got to a point where I lost myself
and travelled down many lonely roads.
Never will I do it again
and cheat myself that it was right.
Giving up will never be an option
as long as my body has life.
I have travelled down that road,
and know where the heartaches lie.
I have felt the isolation
and the lonely tears you cry.
Giving up will never be an option
and it should never be to you.
Where I have returned to life
so it can happen to you too.
A fire is never out
as long as one spark remains.
We should always remember that
in whatever we want to do.

That Time As We Know It
I wish there was another process,
To approach...
To go about this.
But there isn't one as an option.
There are those awaiting,
For that right time to come.
That right time to do as one wishes,
To put off to do and get those things done.
That right time to collect,
What it is that is needed believed to perfect...
A happiness surrounded with,
An exactness to accept.
Dictated and controlled as one expects!
I wish there was another process,
To approach...
To go about this.
But there isn't one as an option.
Yet...
That right time that begins for them,
Is as elusive as promises anticipated and made.
When God gives us time,
None of it can be saved.
Nor does that time God gives,
Contemplates in hesitation waiting.
I wish there was another process,
To approach...
To go about this.
But there isn't one as an option.

The Parson's Daughter
She always seemed
to be dressed in grey
the parson’s daughter
and had little to say
but there she’d be
on the school bus
each day
a few seats in front
looking out
of the window
and you’d gaze at her
and wonder what thoughts
occupied her mind
and what feelings
ran along her nerves
and that time she fainted
and people muttered things
and you caught words
like must be that
time of month
or she gets that way
when it comes around
and you’d think
of moon shapes
and the moon’s pull
and maybe her father’s
long drawn out sermons
were too much for her
and the time
she looked back at you
on the bus
and you noticed there
a multitude of different
worlds and feelings
swirling around
and maybe one of them
was for you
and the way
you too
sat quiet
and said little
not one
for the small talk
or nit-picking chat
and having a bit more
of young love
which others
might lack
and you smiled at her
but she didn’t smile back.

The Answer From Two Daughters When Asked How Is Their Mom
their mom has terminal cancer.
and i ask the younger daugher, how is mommy?
she says on the phone, ' she is doing fine. we are are the airport
and waiting for our 3 p.m. flight back home'
and the older daugher's answer to the same question:
' mommy has breast c, and she is feeling the pain
...she's not entertaining the option of invasive surgery, , ,
or the costly chemotheraphy.. the doctor is giving her
some options...but she's definit.. she simply wants to be home
and be with her dog and garden... she does not change
her mind... she's definite... God's will...
let us pray for her. Regards to you and Em.'
Got it. Progenies coming from the same source of genes,
sometimes are different. How does one see a tragedy?
or an end to something? how does one treat someone dying?
i may tell the truth. Who knows? I may not too. Who knows?
Tragic really.

I Am Using My Option to Exaggerate the Truth
Of course I'd be lieing,
If I said I have never lied.
I'm just not doing it right now.
I am using my option,
To exaggerate the truth.
At least I have a few,
Of those options left to use.
You?
On the other hand...
Are motivated to lie.
With a telling of the truth as optional.
And you have long used up your options,
As well as your credibility.
But don't concern yourself about that.
Your reputation to be a liar,
Is incredulous.
In fact,
Your thought process...
Has been determined to be corrupted.

Shadows of the Dark
Feelings just feel so lost and I have no idea how to figure my way out?
Tried my level best although finding my way out is not such an easy option
Life is never so easy to figure out
How can I tell you that what are my ways, so things can be figured out?
Do not know how to figure out the right path?
Let me complete my cigarette first
Then I will think of which path to follow?
Right options are difficult to search
I cannot tell which is the exact path
Still, I am trying to figure out my way
Trying to navigate the directions to follow
Thinking of ways to come to terms to life.
My ways are still somewhere in between nowhere
Do not know the exact locations of my whereabouts?
Just me alone here, feels like being, nobody among the shadows of the dark.

I was fool
Believe me that pass was unintentional
I was never different but fool very much original
Any one would come near by and cut a joke
Leave me in little confusion with masterly stoke
I will always be thinking of traditional approach
I will feed odd when some of the females come near as such
It is not that I like no company of good female friends at all
But their closeness and bold move compelled me to make a call
They all know of my shyness and reserved nature
I hesitate to reveal secrets when go very near
They will treat me like precious crowned jewel
As they believe in me for everything and surely tell
They may have single aim when try to subdue me
As I never restricted any one and allowed them to be free
I was not to judge them by their secret adventure
In any manner they were to be my choice for the future
“Hello, how long you are going be bachelor”?
I turned back to find some pretty girl asking for
No, not for long as I am too in frantic search
“But why query to me, do you envy interest as such?
I don’t know where from I could gather the strength
She was picking me from right direction with good length
I was to be bowled out any how at an appropriate time
“She can be my right choice” I thought she could be sometimes
She had no hesitation in picking the right mood
Smiled gently with mild gesture and correctly understood
Held my hand in earnest appeal and murmured
“Yes dear, you are my choice” and here I offer
I was fool alright but not that much to reject outright
She had given me the option with enough of light
Choice was with me to seize the moment with yes or no
I could resist no temptation as I had some limit to know
I won’t say that she was all that beautiful like rose flower
But had very good smile on face enough for any cloud to shower
It was right moment to go in for proposal with acknowledgement
She had not only knocked me out with smile but with eyes movement

Im Only Happy When It Rains
Im only happy when it rains
Im only happy when its complicated
And though I know you cant appreciate it
Im only happy when it rains
You know I love it when the news is bad
And why it feels so good to feel so sad
Im only happy when it rains
Pour your misery down, pour your misery down on me
Pour your misery down, pour your misery down on me
Im only happy when it rains
I feel good when things are going wrong
I only listen to the sad, sad songs
Im only happy when it rains
I only smile in the dark
My only comfort is the night gone black
I didnt accidentally tell you that
Im only happy when it rains
Youll get the message by the time Im through
When I complain about me and you
Im only happy when it rains
Pour your misery down, pour your misery down
Pour your misery down on me pour your misery down
Pour your misery down pour your misery down
Pour your misery down on me pour your misery down
Pour your misery down pour your misery down
Pour your misery down on me pour your misery down
Pour your misery down
You can keep me company
As long as you dont care
Im only happy when it rains
You wanna hear about my new obsession?
Im riding high upon a deep depression
Im only happy when it rains
Pour some misery down on me
Im only happy when it rains
Pour some misery down on me
Im only happy when it rains
Pour some misery down on me
Im only happy when it rains
Pour some misery down on me
Im only happy when it rains
Pour some misery down on me ...

A Prayer
may all the good old people of this world
have a happy death,
may not the young die at their young age
may those who pray for death
be enlightened to choose life
and live in peace in an actualized self,
may all those who have forgotten prayer
pray, and may all those who still pray
pray some more to learn to pray
and pray earnestly that all
prayers through God's Holy Will
be heard and granted.

Escape The Fate
Life has given us all a task
and weather or not we choose to accept it
confurms weather we live or die.
We have no other option
unless, ofcourse, we choose to take our life ourself
But either way, we are still going to die
but perhaps picking the choice of dieing would be the smartest thing to do
because we are only going to be here for so long anyway

Offer That As My Option
Why should I drain from exhaustion,
To maintain gains in a campaign?
Or be bombarded by others,
Complaining about their aches and pains...
To remain sustained in an unnamed game?
If I can avoid this,
Offer that as my option!
Why should I be grouped in a herd,
To leap collectively in a chase over hurdles.
Give me those tools as you promised you would do.
And I will do what needs to get done...
Without standing in line,
Waiting for someone's stamp or sign of approval!
If I can avoid this,
Offer that as my option!
Why should I drain from exhaustion,
To maintain gains in a campaign?
Or be bombarded by others,
Complaining about their aches and pains...
To remain sustained in an unnamed game?
If I can avoid this,
Offer that as my option!
And if that is not the case...
I'll make the choice to sit out this race,
Paced...
To slow my steps,
With those who choose just...
To 'Hang-in-there' as if for them,
This swinging in the wind,
Is an honor!
And for me,
Hanging anywhere is not an option!
Or a request to be approved.
