Tears And Snears

They cry,
because they cannot afford a smile
They shiver,
because they have no home to dwell
They breakdown,
because they toil for their leaders
They mourn because joy is only hope
but still they hope
because hope is a reality to the wise
but tears of the wretched will rain soon

They smile,
because tears are so cheap
They puff smoke,
because their bellies are warm
They only plan
to rob the poor man's pearl.
They rejoice
because their hope is in the present
They can never wait
because they have no tomorrow
sneers of the wicked will rain

Were There Hope

I was never in a league of noble gentlemen
To whom she'd cast polite and flitting smiles,
Only distant hope and dying dreams for me!
Or perhaps descent into a game of wiles

To give a chance of sipping wine on heady nights
With her angelic presence to declare;
Above, an aura playing out hypnotic hues,
And I in awe of blonde cascades of hair.

But no! my tiring soul is sinking in a mire
To haunt me for an age and evermore, for
How could I expect to hold her silken hand
When I am but a soulless ghost of yore?

Elims

Smile is hidden deep in tears
so let the tears flow in path of dreams
it will flood the dry land of fears
and will heal the scars of wounded years

Smile not just to me but to all you can see
spread the wings of hope and fly freely
to the heaven above leave the land of worry
to the thirsty sand pour your tears gently

Your smile gives reasons for tomorrow
to bright the sun and whisper to wind to blow
just smile and wait to fear to frown
to shine the moon and light the stars in glow

Your smile is written in a cold moonlight
your smile is a pearl in a warm seashore sand
your smile is a star in a stormy night
your smile is every beat deep inside my heart

Dark Is The Night

I'll never let you see
The way my broken heart is hurting me
I've got my pride and I know how to hide
All the sorrow and pain
I'll do my stormy in the rain
If I wait for cloudy skies
You won't know the rain
from the tears in my eyes
You'll never know that I still love you
So though the heartaches remain
I'll do my crying in the rain
Raindrops falling from heaven
Could never take away my misery
But since we're not together
I'll wait for stormy weather
To hide these tears I hope you'll never see

A New Hope

What does hope mean? ?

Hope is the bright shining light which keeps darkness at the bay
Hope is the gentle cold breeze on a hot summer day
Hope is to remain positive when it gets tough
hope is seeking more when others think of having enough

Hope is dreaming of tomorrow
Hope is simmering under sorrow
Hope is sparkles when tears in our eyes
Hope is a beautiful thing & beautiful things never dies

Hope is as light as a feather
Hope keeps all of us together
Hope is ubiquitous and free of cost
hope is the last thing ever lost.....

Rain Tears

Rain, tears, rain, tears,
Melding in torrential fears:
Chill of cloud; saddened eye-
In either way, a latent cry.

Rain, tears, rain, tears,
Married under sceptic jeers:
‘They'll never last.' Methinks not true, for
Either way, forever blue.

Rain, tears, rain, tears,
Simple love with lacy cares,
Their intercourse will ne'er refrain
From rain and tears and tears and rain.

Hope is

Hope is a dream in the mind of what can come
Hope gives you a future whatever has passed whatever done
Hope is a light that breaks through the darkness that us surround
Hope helps us find our way through to safer loving ground
Hope fights for you when things get so very tough
Hope means keeping going when you have had enough
Hope though dims on times stays through your sorrow
Hope brings you through by dreaming of tomorrow
Hope tries to console you when your eyes glisten with tears
Hope gives you something to keep going whatever your fears
Hope is free beautiful may fade but never dies
Hope is always there even if its light seems dim on times

I Hope You're Happy

I hope you're happy.
I hope you don't give it a second thought.
I hope you're happy but that's not enough.
I hope your miserble in that grave you dug.
I hope it's me you're thinking of when you choke on your tears.
I hope you waste the years with someone untrue.
I hope the words you said come back to haunt you.

The mistake you made, I hope it drives you insane.
I hope it hurts you to say my name.
If you're lonely you've got no one to blame but yourself.

Have hope, friend
Because with it you can move mountains
With hope you can climb the Everest.
Nothing can stop you from you aims
When you have hope.
I saw you when you are down
Thinking that all mountain of life
Are too high for climbing
But with hope you can do it.
You think that all things are impossible
But with hope all things are possible.

I Chose Hope

I chose to hope again today
To believe in beauty,
In sunsets,
In the rain

I chose to laugh again
To dream,
To dance
And to sing with abandonment

I chose joy instead of despair
Smiles instead of many tears
Colors replaced the dull
And a rainbow filled my vision

When all around me I could not see
And when the coffee was toxin in my blood
When the world was full of trouble and nothing else
I chose hope

Hope discovered,
For a while undecided
Hope now declared

Never Give Up On Hope

Never give up on hope never give up who knows what tomorrow will bring
Keep on hoping for a happier future for hope is a marvellous thing
Lady luck she may smile on you good things come to those who wait
Who knows in the not distant future you may have cause to celebrate
A first division win in tattslotto or some other unexpected windfall
Life does have it's good and it's hard times and it's good and bad memories to recall
Never give up on hope always keep on hoping your good times for you may be ahead
You cannot hold much hope for the future if hope in you is all but dead
If you succumb to feelings of negativity the universe out there you do tell
That you are happy with the hard life and you accept an earthly hell
Never give up on hope for hope springs eternal the quitter cannot hope to succeed
But if hope in you is ever present it will serve you in your time of need
So never give up on hope tomorrow well may be better and the good times for you may be ahead
You do not have much of a future if hope in you is all but dead.

Hope is the eternal tool in the survival kit for mankind.
