They say that God is everywhere, and yet we always think of Him as somewhat of a recluse.

To a social recluse
He has been all by himself
She has been all by herself
Desperate, alone, miserable and insecure
Both thought that love would be their only cure
To a social recluse
The word ‘socialising’
Is hardly ever ‘tantalising’
In their world to use
Each night, each day she is amused
By this so called man born a social recluse
Her arms are now tattooed with isolation
Washed and shampooed in entire alienation
Once she was bright-eyed in a healthy situation
To a social recluse
The emotional mood
Is that which airs off as being rude!
And shyness is always seen as an excuse
In her search for love has come desperation
And his charms will lead her to a land of no nations
There are always signs but she refuses to take heed
So she will harvest with weed to feed her own needs
And one day she will cry the tears of her own deed
To a social recluse
With lack of interest, quietness is introduced
With friends and family you instantly lose
That is the very effect a recluse produces
To a social recluse
This dark conspicuous personality
Will creep slowly and tear apart friendly cordial unity
Your families and friends will slowly become diffused
Presently she is too blind to see
Her loving hero is a lone ranger
Slowly she will become everything but free
And to herself she will turn a total stranger

A Receptacle
A receptacle is handed down to peace,
For the liquid consumed itself;
For a recluse, he handles peace,
And for a student his war rages on.
Reckless panicky men are like substances,
This recitation inverts the brain’s signals.
I can not hand down peace quite the same,
For our recluse inhibits the contests
As much as competitions allow.
Let him waste the receptacle now.

The Night awaits the Dawn
Some boys with cheek play hide and seek within a house condemned
Their faces gaunt reflecting want that's hard to comprehend.
With no excuse an old recluse is waiting to descend.
His eyes despair behind the stair, he's never had a friend
To talk about his hidden doubt of how the world will end -
To die alone on empty throne and other Fates impend.
And soon the boys chase phantom joys and, presto when they're gone,
The old recluse, with nimble noose and facial features drawn,
No longer waits upon the Fates but yawns his final yawn
- Like Tinker Bell, he spins a spell, in fairy dust chiffon -
With twisted brow, he's tranquil now, he's floating like a swan
And as he fades from life's charades, the night awaits the dawn.

Recluse
He says he wants to remain a Recluse
May be work stress and time constraints
are the real Reasons.
Or may be, he wants to use these
as an Alibi or an Excuse
for staying away -
and warding me off his Life.
Whatever may be the Reason or Excuse
for his wanting to remain a Recluse.
Nice Formalities we exchange
in this Relationship of Formalities.
Hi, Hullo, Take Care, Bye
How Informal can it all be -
Greetings and Pleasantries
of Thanks and Welcome
as if we are striving to be
Courteous and Polite all the way.
Being Frank and Outspoken
doesn't really help -
in this Formal Friendship.
Should not speak one's Mind
Keep clutching our hearts
lest we commit the age old
adulterous mistake
of giving in to Impropriety.
Let us be Moral, Ethical, Judicious
and Justified.
In this Society of Thinkers and Doers.
Lest these Thinking and Doing People
in the name of Social Reform
accuse us of Blasphemy.
B'cos they Seem to be the Judges
of what is Right and what is Wrong.
So let's listen to their dictates
and silence our yearnings
B'cos we live for them
and they exist to tell us
how do we make our lives worth living.
Yes, we need to restrain and limit
ourselves -
and bury those feelings in our bodies
Acting as Robots to their Rules
So much so for social respectability.
And of course, zeroing on to him
I guess he is telling me the truth
of his wanting to be a Recluse
and the reasons are Real
not just an Excuse.
Though even if he fibs and lies
How am I supposed to know?
You see, I am No God.
Yes, he does ask me to trust him
at face value -
take his words to be the ultimate truth.
Well, I do or I do not
Does it really matter?
If one loves, love shall he
be there trust or treachery.
For me, love is forever...
and a Beloved is for life.

A royal Gorkha
Loyal death no pal recluse
White women laughing
A certain recluse, I know not who, once said that no bonds attached him to this life, and the only thing he would regret leaving was the sky.

It Isn't Yours To Keep To Have It
Move from an attitude to lose.
You can dry your eyes,
To stop a weeping that you do.
Do what it is you must do to know...
A dipping into pity pools,
Will hurt you more!
Choose not to be a recluse to show...
You've included sadness,
As an automatic habit.
Choose not to be a recluse to show...
You've included sadness,
As an automatic habit.
Do what it is you must do to know...
A dipping into pity pools,
Will hurt you more!
Move from an attitude to lose.
You can dry your eyes,
To stop a weeping that you do.
Choose not to be a recluse to show...
You've included sadness,
As an automatic habit.
Let go of all that sadness,
That for you is automatic.
Let go of all that sadness,
Like it's yours to keep to have it.
Move.
It isn't yours to keep to have it.
Move.
You've made your sadness automatic.
Move.
It isn't yours to keep to have it.
Move.
You've made your sadness automatic.

Essays, entitled critical, are epistles addressed to the public, through which the mind of the recluse relieves itself of its impressions.

My Therapy
Reading is my therapy
I lose myself in time,
Place and era
I wish to be
This is my solitude
My hibernation
My mental reboot
I am a proud recluse

Streamline your life
Abandon your ego and be useful.
You aren’t then unwanted.
Read or write or enjoy music.
Your mind is then not in turmoil.
Do Hatha Yoga throughout,
You’ll have a feeling of well being.
Then you are not a recluse.

Living A Life Outside His Shell
You are all my muse.
Listen to this recluse as he describes the way you lived.
He thrust himself right into it.
His identity is now yours.
Not stolen, but changed, morphed, warped.
Becoming his own being, his own creature of sorts.
Living a life outside his shell.

Novice
I like Ogden
Love to write like Dorothy
But then again,
Frost takes the better of me.
I am amazed by Hughes
Intrigued by much of Browning
But I am not a recluse
And do enjoy my writing
So as my words go forth
I hope they sound like Rossetti
I shall dwell on Wordsworth
And keep on learning poetry.

Mistaken identities
Prejudices come from mistaken identities.
Faith and belief stand from mistaken identities.
Actions are taken from such wrong identities.
Victims are mounting without a recluse.

Spellbound(Revised)
An addiction, affliction, in mind and soul.
Out of control.
Mentally struck.
Hypnotic.
Hey maybe it's exotic.
Lets touch it.
Oooew so shiny smooth.
Its a recluse
He has come from far
Just to stay under the radar
Look at his battle scars
The pain has got to be horrible.
Demonically he whispers, 'I have you now'.
And you're spell bound.
Let me go.
You scream.
But no one really hears you.
Nobody ever does.

Poems
Memories are like seasons,
Come spring they are refreshed again and again,
You say, poems are just poems!
But no dearest one,
My poems…
Are reflections of my deepest feelings,
My garden paradise,
Where beautiful birds cheerfully sing and play,
My daily place of recluse and solace,
My crafted dreams,
To momentarily taste your refreshing sweetness,
And feel your presence, close!

No regret, however you are.
Are you dark? No regret!
The White will never resist you.
Are you a plump? Not to worry!
Steel frame prefers the fatty.
Are you a timid? No anxiety!
Tyrants want such personalities.
Are you a stupid? No remorse!
The clever will find in you recluse.
Are you a rustic? No shyness.
Peasants afford not extravagance.
Are you a dwarf? It is common
that a tall one found a match in a dwarf.
No woman goes without a match
