A Most Welcome Summer
Spring bid her adieus...
With but one more teary rain;
The following day each window-
Was already pulsing with hints of summer;
Outside the dust swirled in golden tipped eddies...
While the sunlight fanned itself out like wings;
In this heat our love was filled to capacity-
With a tender longing and vibrant patience;
As the sun shimmied and fanned itself out...
It folded itself like a blanket at high noon;
Our summer love simply just sizzled...
Brillant in its promise-
Under the firmaments baby blue...
Today i am remembering all my Summer days spent with you;

A Summer's Ode
~0~
A summer's fallen from the sky, it seems,
with heat a'waving in the sultry breeze.
Though June has fled 'pon wings of time, now gone,
its goodbye echoes through the swaying trees.
And July brings its days of warmth to hold,
with sun a'melting in a sapphire sky.
O'summer's middle-aged by now, alas,
breathing fire upon the days that pass us by.
A gentle turn of earth brings August near,
with fleeting day and ever-ending night.
And July passes through the summer's rain,
its thunder heard within a season's flight.
And so, a summer's aged with sweet remorse,
with days a'dwindling down 'til chill's return.
Yet, September still must sing its last refrain,
'ere summer days of memory swiftly burn.
A summer's fallen from the sky, it seems,
with heat a'wavering as its days grow old.
Though bittersweet the parting soon will be,
goodbye echoes with a promise ~ made of gold.

Heat Of Summer, Heated Love.
Summer's heat can swelter and melt...
As summer's heat may simmer as weld.
Some summer's heat can burn as long...
This summer's heat can impel a song.
Summer's heat can cook and bake...
Summer's heat of life can take.
Boil and broil a heart so hot...
A summer's heat can break that romanceful knot.
This heat of summer can smoulder and rot.
Anger's heat, heats up my libido's furnace...
This love of summer can invoke to heart, a loving furnish.
Love of summer brings to mind, a resurgance of love...
Summer's sun may bathe one and all with heat fro' above.
Summer's heat can bring to beaches and swimming pools...
Visions of women in bikinied thongs, these things my eyes do love.

Summer Melanoma
‘That's nice, ' I said, as Juno bathed me
In her sun.
Soon, a bronze Adonis - ogling girls!
It must be done!
I rolled over; bared a snowy skin
To bake and burn and sear beneath a din
Of ultraviolet rays…
Now I'm on the ward, I count the days to
Lesser pain, torrential rain; accepting
I'm a fool to be so vain!
I bore an awful mole, you see -
A growth, a blighted entity
Presenting as an ugly melanoma!
Oh! how tricky life can be
When unprotected by the sea, to
Sizzle with a barbecue aroma!

Summer Time Blues
Try to add perfumes to your minds to meet me there,
The summer is here and it is with the blues;
You are not alone on this hot summer night.
We havethe natural fragrant to keep us going,
The summer time blues to swing with the muse;
You are not alone without the blues.
Scents for your love,
Mid-Summer-Night blues to your taste;
Enjoy the summer with the safety of numbers.
Summer time blues,
The fragrant of love to keep you going;
Summer, summer, summer time! !
Summer time blues,
The summer of a muse;
Summer time blues,
The summer of a poem;
With relationships that moves you up.
Summer time blues,
With the heat waves to crown the day;
Perfume your body to meet up to the act.
Let us visit Copacabana and Ipanema this summer,
Of the rocky promontory at sight to give you hope;
Like the summer time blues with your lover.
It is summer time,
Visit the beaches to see things for yourselves;
Summer, summer, summer time! !
Meet me there and touch me with your heart.
A summer time love with the blues,
Like the golden grape of my soul;
Summer is the essence of a colourful life.
The sense of reality in times like this,
The heat with love to share with others;
Where the hearts of lovers do meet like,
One's love never touched before.
Summer time blues is all about this muse,
A time of love to share with your lover;
Summer, summer, summer time! !

Slow Summer Dancin' (One Summer Night)
I'll set the stage while she's still dancing
I'll make the music soft and slow
Then I'll turn down the lights
Make things just right
For every slow song that we know
Over and over again
One summer night
(Do do do)
We fell in love
One summer night
I held you tight
(One summer, one summer)
You and I
(One summer, one summer)
Under the moon for love
(Ooo one summer, one summer)
We'll spin around this room together
I'll treat my angel really nice
We'll fall in love, we'll fall forever
Thank God for lazy summer nights
Over and over again
One summer night
(Do do do)
(One summer, one summer)
I kissed your lips
(One summer, one summer)

Sweet Summer Lovin
Though the sun may be dawning
Youre the one that lights the morning
As I awake to the heaven
Of your sweet summer lovin
By a stream in the country
Running barefoot and feeling free
While the love in our hearts blend
Into sweet summer lovin
Sweet summer lovin in the dandelions
Sweet summer lovin keeps me high as candy wine
When that big red balloon sets
Like a painting across the west
As the sky turns a crimson blue
As the world turns for me and you
By the light of the moon glowing
While the warm summer wind blows
cross the sill of your window
Well be letting our love flow
Sweet summer lovin in the dandelions
Sweet summer lovin keeps me high as candy wine
Sweet summer lovin in the dandelions
Sweet summer lovin keeps me high as candy wine
Sweet summer lovin
Sweet summer lovin
Mmm...
Sweet summer lovin
Mmm...
Sweet summer lovin
I love your sweet summer lovin
Sweet summer lovin
Sweet summer lovin
Mmm...
Sweet summer lovin
Mmm...

Last Days of Summer
Whatever the way the summer days end,
In the type of summer is how it has been,
Whether a good one or bad one,
The last days of summer,
Can be sad or happy endings,
As each season ends,
With another one beginning,
The summer could have been,
Miserable yet,
Sun scorching us everyday,
And sunlight shining on all our faces,
It is how it is,
Out there where all is seen,
In,
Summer days of fun,
Summer days of love,
Summer days of seeing,
Summer days of been,
Out and about where summer is,
And when summer came and went?
With a mundane feeling that it left?
Was the last days of summer,
And the begining of another,
Autumn as we know it,
Fall in other places,
Where the ending of one season shows,
By the decaying of it,
When Autumn Fall shows,
Where we will wrap up and snuggle,
With warm cuppas drinks,
With a book,
Or,
Catch up on watching films,
Yet,
Still,
Musing over the summer days,
Of sunshine memories,
Now,
Warm hats and gloves,
With rustle leaves,
That rustle beneath,
Our feet as we walk,
Through the park,
And see,
The summer leaves turn,
To autumn shades,
Taking in,
The last days of summer,
Reflecting,
And remember,
The falls of Autumn's,
Is the signs of summer,
That has ended,
And minglings with,
All that falls,
From the summer ending,
To autumn beginnings,
Is the,
Decaying,
Of summer,
To regrow itself,
For next season's of summer,
When it begins again,
Yet,
In between,
There's,
Autumn,
Winter,
Spring,
Till,
Again,
Last days of summer,
And all in bloom again.

Spring versus Summer
Spring is slowly leaving
And summer is swiftly arriving
And for me that really matter
Because the days are getting hotter
I love spring but mostly I love fall
That's when I really have a ball
That's when the days are just kinder
By reminding me when days are just better!
I hate to see spring go,
And for summer to my door just to show,
I don't like to feel all the heat,
Because that's when my body takes the beat
I prefer much better the cold weather
But I like it more when we are together,
Lots of rain and winds start to fall and blow,
Spring is about to exit and take her bow
Spring is slowly leaving
And summer is swiftly arriving
It makes me sad to see spring go
And for summer to my door just to show!

Garden Wall
The ivy 'tis climbing the Olde Garden Wall...
Leaving green memory not too far behind--
While the later zephyrs of Summer dance ever near...
'Tis a perfect picture out of days past time;
Oh-the Golden of memories-sweetest...
How it plays iteself in my minds eye...
Gentle surrender-in Loves Garden-tender...
'Neath a canopy of Summer Blue sky;
Paint me a picture again won't you?
Make it verdant and blossomed anew--
Give it the peace and serenity so needed--
Brush stroke perfect again-my loving moments with you;

Summer Summer
Summer summer once again here,
And reaching all over the meadows;
Growths of colors are everywhere,
With variant shades in the rows.
Contrasting life with coming of spring,
Beautiful sights out my window;
Love's now growing and starting to sing,
But shall my heart ever know.
Summer summer once again here,
Everything regeneration could enclose;
Sky is all wonderful blue and clear,
That's how each summer goes.
Contrasting life with coming of spring,
Beautiful sights out my window;
Love's now growing and starting to sing,
But shall my love ever show.
Summer summer once again here,
And reaching all over the meadows;
Reaping all out like in last year,
But where's my love you suppose?

In the summer heat
In the summer heat
a dry mouth i got seeking for your lips
In the summer heat
death silence surrounds my heart beat
In the summer heat
a song of love i whistle just for you
In the summer heat
i let my hopes to see the sun
In the summer heat
i see your eyes like never before
sparkling in the sun
calling to be adored again

Away With The Summer Days
Verse 1:
I met her on a sunny sunday afternoon
She hit me with a smile warmer than the days of june
By then I knew she had to be in some way a part of me
She was as beautiful as a flower in bloom, flower in bloom
Chorus:
The heat of the sunshine could not compare
To the heat of the passion in times we shared
And then out of the blue the cold winds came
She went away and Ill never be the same
She went away with the summer days
She went away with the summer days
Verse 2:
We were inseperable we would spend
Everyday together night after the day would then
The time would come for the sun to leave (sun to leave)
Thats the way things had to be (had to be)
And when the sun was gone I looked around and so was she
Chorus:
The heat of the sunshine could not compare
To the heat of the passion in times we shared
And then out of the blue the cold winds came
She went away and Ill never be the same
She went away with the summer days
She went away with the summer days
Summer days, oh, summer days
She went away with the summer days
Bridge:
Though the summertime is through (the summertime is through)
I cant stop thinking of you (thinking of you)
I cant seem to get you off my mind
All I know is I cant wait until next summertime
Chorus:
The heat of the sunshine could not compare (noooo)
To the heat of the passion in times we shared
And then out of the blue the cold winds came
She went away and Ill never be the same
She went away with the summer days
She went away with the summer days
The heat of the sunshine could not compare
To the heat of the passion in times we shared
And then out of the blue the cold winds came
She went away and Ill never be the same
She went away with the summer days
She went away with the summer days

Cause its gonna be a summer of love

Like to get together for some excitations
If youre a girl appreciates her recreation
Why dont you let me take you on a love vacation

Doing unto others is the golden rule
But doing it with you would be so

Top Down Summer
(eric carmen/dean pitchford)
Wakin up
And the sun is in my eyes
Temperature is rising
Its so hot
Shake it up
I go racing through the streets
Howling in the heat
And you know why
Girls in cars are driving through the city
Breaking hearts, but looking awful pretty
Baby, not so fast
Make the summer last
Top down summer
Are you ready for love?
Top down summer
We can drive to forever tonight
Hey baby, the right times finally here
The top down time of the year
Take your mustang off the blocks
Aint nobody walks when its sooo hot
Me and you
We can ride to town in style
Flash em all a smile
And you know what
Im so high whenever were together
I wish we could feel this way forever
Love is weatherproof
Cmon raise the roof
Top down summer
Are you ready for love?
Top down summer
We can drive to forever tonight
Hey baby, the right times finally here
The top down time of the year
Are we close enough to touch
(baby, let me show you how)
Its too hot to wear too much
(its too late to turn back now)
Top down summer
Are you ready for love?
Top down summer
We can drive to forever tonight
Hey baby, the right times finally here
The top down time of the year
Top down summer
Are you ready for love?
Top down summer
We can drive to forever tonight
Hey baby, the right times finally here
The top down time of the year
Top down summer
Are you ready for love?

We can drive to forever tonight
Hey baby, the right times finally here

My Summer Love
I sit in the sun
Waiting to get a tan
I lie in the heat
With my hand as a fan
What Summer means to me
No one understands it
I will teach you summer love
bit by bit
Summer brings warmth and sun
Not like bitterness of Winter
I prefer sun and heat
not all of the seasons has that
I want summer to last
forever and ever
though one day it will end
I will wait for I can't lose...
My Summer Love
Summer Rain
Whispering our goodbyes
Waiting for a train
I was dancing with my baby
In the summer rain
I can hear him saying
Nothing will change
Come dancing with me baby
In the summer rain
I remember the rain on our skin
And his kisses hotter than the
Santa ana winds
Whispering our goodbyes
Waiting for a train
I was dancing with my baby
In the summer rain
I remember laughing til we almost cried
(there at station that night)
I remember looking in his eyes
Oh my love, its you and that I dream of
Oh my love, since that day
Somewhere in my heart Im always
Dancing with you in the summer rain
Doesnt matter what I do now
Doesnt matter what I say
Somewhere in my heart Im always
Dancing with you in the summer rain
I can hear the whistle
Military train
I was dancing with my baby
In the summer rain
I can here him singing
Ooh love is strange
Come dance with me baby
In the summer rain
I remember the rain pouring down
And we poured our hearts out
As the train pulled out
I can see my baby
Waving from the train
It was last time that I saw him
In the summer rain
Every time I see the lightening
Every time I hear the thunder
Every time I close the window
When this happens in the summer
Oh the night is so inviting
I can feel that you are so close
I can feel you when the wind blows
Blows right through my heart
Every night and every day now
Though I know youve gone away
Somewhere in my heart Im always
Dancing with you in the summer rain

Summer Of Love
Exotic cars scream down the sunset of dreams
On a hot sunny afternoon
Im in a hot dog stand
With a strange love holding my hand
And were both playin it real cool
Chorus:
Its the summer of love
Its the summer of love, baby
Its the summer of love
Leastways, Im hopin it is
So we talk about her favorite movie star or something
She says, ya know, Ive never done this before (yeah, sure)
I know it sounds strange, but I cant remember your name
But I remember last night on the floor
And we both laughed like she told a joke or something
She takes her neckerchief off and wraps it around my head
And says, hey, you
Chorus:
Its the summer of love
Its the summer of love, baby
Its the summer of love
Leastways, Im hopin it is
Its the summer of love
Its the summer of love, baby
Its the summer of love
Leastways, Im hopin it is
So we both walk along alone
She says, hey, mister, you sure make a strange kind of lover
And I say yeah
I say yeah
Chorus:
Its the summer of love
Its the summer of love, baby
Its the summer of love
Leastways, Im hopin it is
Leastways, Im thinkin it just might be

One Summer Dream
Deep waters flow, out to the sea,
They never needed you or me.
One summer dream, one summer dream.
Blue mountains high and valley low,
I dont know which way I should go,
One summer dream, one summer dream.
Warm summer breeze blows endlessly,
Touching the hearts of those who feel,
One summer dream, one summer dream.
Bird on wing goes floating by,
But theres a teardrop in his eye,
One summer dream, one summer dream.
One summer dream, one summer dream.

Indian Summer
The voices hanging in the air
The fingers running through my hair
You whisper in my ear, words Im afraid to hear
Youre sleeping on the wings of doves
Of melting in the heat of love
A voice that disappears, into the air
You said you found me, and never let me go, and until you do
No arms around me, to pull me away, away from you
Indian summer, I remember you
Indian summer, do you think of me too?
Like a moth to a flame, youre drawn to me with tender chains
You wrap me up so tight, and hold me all the night
Whos the stranger come and gone, statues crying in the lawn
The fountains frozen tears, bring back those years
Did you think you loved me, and do you want me now like you did back then
No moon above me, could make me feel this way, feel this way again
Indian summer, I remember you
Indian summer, do you think of me too?
Where do the seasons go when you let them slip away
Now the winds have changed from hot to cold today
Indian summer, indian summer, I remember you, where are you now
Ohhh, indian summer, I remember you
Indian summer, do you think of me, do you think of me too
Cause I remember you, indian summer
