Epitaph of Cleonicus
Man, husband existence: ne'er launch on the sea
Out of season: our tenure of life is but frai.
Think of poor Cleonicus: for Phasos sailed he
From the valleys of Syria, with many a bale:
With many a bale, ocean's tides he would stem
When the Pleiads were sinking; and he sank with them.

On top of old Smokey
all covered with snow
I lost my true lover
by courting so slow
For courting's a pleasure
And parting is brief
and a false-hearted lover
is worse than a thief
On top of old Smokey
all covered with snow
I lost my true lover
by courting so slow
Well, you wake up in the morning
Hear the ding dong ring
You go marching to the table
See the same old thing
See the fork on the table
Nothing in your pan
If you say a thing about it
You're in trouble with the man
Let the midnight special
Shine a light on me
Let the midnight special
Shine it's everlovin' light on me
If you ever go to Houston
Well you'd better act right
And you'd better not gamble
And you'd better not fight
For the sheriff will arrest you
And he'll take you down
And before you understand it
You are prison bound
Let the midnight special
Shine a light on me
Let the midnight special
Shine it's everlovin' light on me (on me, on me)
Let the midnight special
Shine a light on me
Let the midnight special
Shine it's everlovin' light on me (on me, on me)
(repeat)

An ocean of Love
Have you ever sailed on vast ocean,
With no island to see, and things are out of reach?
With dreams and mysteries filled this ocean,
And a never ending faith that someone would teach?
Have you ever felt that feeling,
Of a deep calmness within you that's hard to fight?
And no one could help you believing,
That you're striving for the right?
Did you ever sailed on an ocean,
That further placed upon your heart?
For deeply below this ocean,
Lies a silent whisper, where love starts.
An ocean of Love, the ocean of dreams
Where you can find solace and exceptional truth
Though pain resides even if you don't dream
As the existence of love bears its fruit.
The fruit of harmony, bliss, and wonder
Without the seed that's buried down below
Like a pearl that lies down under
The ocean of love they call, starts hello.
Upon this vast ocean, two souls were me and you
Over the waves and across the surface
I have found a love so true
The ocean of love was then the wondrous place.

To Reach a Far Off Shore
I sailed upon the sea of life
In the year Nineteen Hundred and Thirty Four
Bound for places far from home,
And steered a course yet unknown
To reach a far off shore.
My ship was cast on the sea of life
To seek the dreams that all look for.
I sailed a sea of rocking waves and crushing tides,
A sea of calm so vast and wide
To reach that far off shore.
The sea of life has brought me joy,
And sorrows have I felt with pain
Sailed in shadows of the sky,
And the sea of life and I
Have weathered wind and rain.
With crimson skies to the west
I feel the the spray and ocean spill
Guilded by the evening star
Toward a place where all dreams are,
It leads me on my journey still.

The saga of Mary Bale
Mary Bale went for a walk one day,
Saw a cat and the cat went, 'Hey! '
'Hi', said Mary and gave it a stroke,
And then threw it in a wheelie bin, just for a joke!
'Bye little cat', Mary said,
And on her heels she turned and fled.
Not a hint of emotion on her face,
As the cat sat in it's confined space.
The street was quiet and the day was hot,
The cat exclaimed, 'I like this, NOT! '
No food, No water, alone in the dark,
All this grief And just for a lark!
Many hours later, the Mann's jumped to their feet,
Opened a window to stifle the heat,
Hearing her master the cat cried, 'Hey! '
And this was the end of her awful day!
All were delighted the cat was saved,
Though seen on U-Tube, the people raved,
The Moggy Mauler, she must be sick,
'Find her, Find her....Find her quick..

Endless Skies
I've been to the edge of the earth
Haven't we all? Heaven's what it's called
That old sacred place of our birth
No clouds were above me
Nor land was beneath me.
The winds were an unknown crowd
But the tides were my carpet
and the oceans my tiles
The stars glistened above me
as the sun brushed the sea
and the lies of this life regressed beneath the waves
The ocean swells separated my heart, body and soul
And only my heart was left alone
To tell of an untold toll.
The day turned to nigh'
Tis' A cold empty grave
And I sank, sank sank.
Beyond the sea floor
Beyond the core.
Till' i found my place abroad.
No crimson crowns or lovely hills but
A prisoner of war

Syria Stop Crying Blood
Syria your name I adore,
Syria my heart for you is crying out blood,
Syria how they could hurt you and destroy,
Syria with prayers your name we always honor,
Syria the peace again will surround you all around,
Syria stop crying blood,
Syria the most peaceful country at the world,
You always were how they could hurt you my earth,
Syria like a careful father you always have been for all of us,
Syria with love you always hugged us,
With opened arms always you hugged the painful and the lost and became their house,
When your neighbors were in pain and foist,
You always gave them your best support,
Syria you are the sign of the honesty and the trust,
Syria with you we always were proud,
My precious ground you are our pride,
Syria how can I praise your name and pride,
Syria for us you will always stay the same,
In our hearts you are at the best place,
Your blue sky will again shine proud,
The darkness will soon fade away and the clouds,
Syria your sun Will shine once again my pride,
Again pure and bright like always was,
The darkness never lasts forever I do believe and trust,
Soon the light will surround you my pride,
May crown angels with prayers save your grounds.
Syria with prayers we will always honor your name and pride.
My heavenly Father you may protect and save our country from all these hurts!
