Suitability To Achieving High Office
one political candidate
had four unforgivable character flaws
honesty integrity sincerity
and an acute desire to serve public needs
to assist aid low influence
poor therefore party unsuitable incapable
of achieving any high office

All of us, if we are of reflective habit, like and admire men whose fundamental beliefs differ radically from our own. But when a candidate for public office faces the voters he does not face men of sense; he faces a mob of men whose chief distinguishing mark is the fact that they are quite incapable of weighing ideas, or even of comprehending any save the most elemental — men whose whole thinking is done in terms of emotion, and whose dominant emotion is dread of what they cannot understand. So confronted, the candidate must either bark with the pack or count himself lost. … All the odds are on the man who is, intrinsically, the most devious and mediocre — the man who can most adeptly disperse the notion that his mind is a virtual vacuum. The Presidency tends, year by year, to go to such men. As democracy is perfected, the office represents, more and more closely, the inner soul of the people. We move toward a lofty ideal. On some great and glorious day the plain folks of the land will reach their heart's desire at last, and the White House will be adorned by a downright moron.

Small Leader, Small Values
No wonder you abuse
The high office you stole -
You're as small as your values,
I'm amazed at your gall.
Did you notice of late?
You coerced People Power,
And you have no real mandate
As our political leader.
So without much discretion
You play games with our Congress
Dirty clowns in position
Who could never care less.
You forgot public office
Entails your integrity,
It's not Greed but true Service
And genuine Love for our country.
There's no Truth in your fiber,
With your vague moral values-
Please leave office hereafter,
Don't make height your excuse.

Does God Hold Your Country In Honour?
God does not honour countries?
God does not honour nations?
God honours integrity of nations.
God honours men women of integrity.
When the integrity of a nation fails.
The nation in question fails to retain...
the patronage support good will of God.
When you ban God from all schools
all public buildings all public office do
you believe you retain God's good will?

The Only Unforgivable Thing
(HogarthKellyMosleyRotheryTrewavas)
The only unforgivable thing
Hauls itself out of bed
Looks over my shoulder
At the BloodyEnglishWeather
The only unforgivable thing
Waits for me in the corner of the room
Laughs as I clean my teeth
Laughs as I rub at my eyes
The only unforgivable thing
Is curled up in the wardrobe with my clothes
Sticks like chicken bones in my throat
Ruins the ritual Sunday lunchtimes
The only unforgivable thing
Watches itself with me
Every night on the TV
Follows me across the park
As I go out walking in the dark
Waits for me in the kitchen cupboards
The only unforgivable thing
The only unforgivable thing
We will close down
Hide in the corner of the
Lost and Found
For to live without the ground
Is so unsound
Gravity would only pull us down
Will no one help the boys
Who exist only as voices?
I have lost the stars and the sky
It was so that I could keep the earth
So now I'm found
Beyond the rocket-burst among the burned out fireworks
In No-vember
The only unforgivable thing
Is comfortable in it's own skin
Whispers "Why did you do this to me?"
'til it's just about all
Just about all I can see
The only unforgivable thing
The only unforgivable thing
The only unforgivable thing
I did..
I did..
You did.. You did.. You did..
We did..

Success | Wisdom Prose
Success should not be measured
by how much political or corporate influence you wield,
by how much money you earn,
by the material goods you possess,
or by how popular you are.
Success should be measured
by the level of positive influence you have over others for good,
by the levels of contentment and peacefulness you enjoy—
regardless of circumstances,
by the level of simplicity in your lifestyle,
and by whether or not you are a person of high moral character.

Sincerity, Honesty and Truthfulness
Sincerity, Honesty and Truthfulness
are three aspects of life,
are the backbone of life
dispensing with these three aspects
life is futile, of no use
dispensing with these three aspects
prospects of life can not be imagined
supreme abode is far away
but, Sincerity, Honesty and Truthfulness
are the initial step of any life
all the creatures of nature
possess this quality with birth right
except the human being
who has to make his own right
to acquire Sincerity, Honesty and Truthfulness
needs full devotion in life.

I Am Saving My Credibility
I didn't mean to say,
What I said previously.
I meant to say something,
Entirely different.
'But...
Isn't that a contradiction? '
Not necessarily.
Not at all.
You see...
I am 'still' running as a candidate,
For public office.
I have yet to be elected.
And until that happens,
I am saving my credibility.

Battles of Fairness
Fairness?
To honesty, fairness is Fair,
To sincerity, fairness is Accuracy,
To integrity, fairness is Absolute!
To the law, fairness is JUSTICE!
To dedicated public servant
FAIRNESS IS MORE THAN A SALARY,
MORE THAN TEARS, MORE THAN JUSTICE,
MORE THAN SWEAT, MORE THAN HONOR,
MORE THAN LOVE and
MORE THAN JUSTICE.
But to the twisted society
FAIRNESS is
BEYOND DOUBT
and BEYOND
QUESTION!
I have no doubt,
I have no question.
The gavel is yours.
But...
you can't stop me

The supreme quality for a leader is unquestionably integrity. Without it, no real success is possible, no matter whether it is on a section gang, a football field, in an army, or in an office. If a man's associates find him guilty of being phony, if they find that he lacks forthright integrity, he will fail. His teachings and actions must square with each other. The first great need, therefore, is integrity and high purpose.

How Dare He Not Need Us
He...
'That' one,
Should be punished!
'Why? '
He promised to take public money,
To finance his campaign!
The money we worked hard for,
And donated towards those running
For political office!
'He changed his mind!
Saying he preferred not to do that.
He wanted to find another way...
Than to diminish the public trust!
That is the reason why he didn't take it! '
But that makes us angry!
He did not give us one opportunity...
Not one chance to deny him.
Or throw that in his face...
If we chose to do so!
We are outraged by his arrogance!
How dare he not need us?
His success has been enormous.
This is appalling.
Where is the justice in this?
We want his virtue and integrity investigated.
What makes him think he is better,
Than the thieves and crooks...
We have grown accustomed!
He has chosen to be honest?
And 'this' is not reflective,
Of our way of life.
How can we trust him,
To represent our interests?

Poor You
Poor you. You have nothing so you say. So I spit my pity your way. Can you feel the sincerity of it. It so god damn pathetic. No will, no strength, no ambition. Another dead soul who believes they have no control. Lies from the inside out. So angry all i want to do is shout. But it becomes a mere whisper in the grand schemes of things. Poor you, with a little sugar on top. The world is just f*cked up. Is that what you think? Are you suicidally on the brink. Well by all means pick your poison and drink. Cause i know better. So write that letter. Saying it every bodies fault. Guess what I'm not sorry for any of it except the air your wasting. Time to realize life is what you make it. Wake up, you cant mourn yourself. No more poor you. The gum loses it flavor. Time for something new. Make it happen. Create a chain reaction. A chemical explosion. Destiny calls us all. Will you answer? Will you become another midnight dancer. Party it up with a new found sense of being. A glance into what you can be achieving.

Assist With Your Giving
Whatever that is that is asked,
And is within one's grasp
Assist in the getting.
Assist with your giving.
If you've got the time and patience,
And look for ways not to waste it
With an enjoyment received,
From that which is given
And from no one kept hidden
Enjoy that which is,
Your life to live.
A heart that is full of desire,
Gives.
A heart that is full of desire.
Inspires as it is.
And that is the life we all should live.
Whatever that is that is asked,
And is within one's grasp
Assist in the getting
Assist with your giving.
A heart that is full of desire,
Gives.
A heart that is full of desire
Inspires as it is.
And that is the life we all should live.
Assist in the getting.
Assist with your giving.
And that's what a life 'lived' is.
