The Night Before Christmas

Written by jim mcbride, sam hogin, and nelson larkin
Ribbons and paper cover the floor, its been a great christmas with presents
Galore
Everyones happy and Im happy, too
Oh, what a night, oh, what a night, night before christmas I had with you
Frost on the window, snow on the ground, holiday spirit, holiday sounds
Everyones thankful and Im thankful, too
Oh, what a night, oh, what a night, night before christmas I had with you
It all started underneath that mistletoe when we were waiting up just to help
Ole santa claus
We were making merry in ways wed never thought of when we heard those sleigh
Bells and ole santa almost caught us
We didnt take no pictures, but I still remember one very special
Twenty-fourth day of december
Oh, what a night, oh, what a night, night before christmas I had with you
It all started underneath that mistletoe while we were waiting up to help ole
Santa clause
We were making merry in ways wed never thought of when we heard those sleigh
Bells and ole santa almost caught us
If we dont do this nect year, honey, Im sure gonna miss it
Why dont we make it a new yuletide tradition
Oh, what a night, oh, what a night, night before christmas I had with you
Oh, what a night, oh, what a night, night before christmas I had with you

The Night Before Christmas

Ribbons and paper cover the floor
It's been a good Christmas, presents galore
Everyone's happy, I'm happy, too
Cause oh, what a night
Oh, what a night
Night before Christmas I had with you
Frost on the window, snow on the ground
Holiday spirit, holiday sounds
Everyone's thankful, I'm thankful, too
Cause oh, what a night
Oh, what a night
Night before Christmas I had with you
It all started underneath that mistletoe
While we were waiting up
To help ol' Santa Claus
We were making merry
In ways we'd never thought of
Then we heard those sleigh bells
Ol' Santa almost caught us
No we didn't take pictures
But I'll always remember
One very special twenty-fourth day of December
Cause oh, what a night
Oh, what a night
Night before Christmas I had with you
It all started underneath that mistletoe
While we were waiting up
To help ol' Santa Claus
We were making merry
In ways we'd never thought of
Then we heard those sleigh bells
Ol' Santa almost caught us
If we don't do it next year
Honey, I'm sure gonna miss it
Why don't we make it a new Yuletide tradition
Cause oh, what a night
Oh, what a night
Night before Christmas I had with you
Cause oh, what a night
Oh, what a night
Night before Christmas I had with you

Santa Got Drunk For Christmas

A little too much
Holiday cheer
Twas the night before
His wedding anniversary
And he wakes up
In trouble
Next to a ho, ho, ho
Not so jolly now
Cos he's got
Such a awful hangover
Went a bit overboard
Santa got drunk for Christmas

The elves wanted to party
How could he say no?
They had all worked so hard
Making those toys
So off they went
To the local North Pole bar
To sing and dance
Eat, drink, and be merry
Then oops things got
Just a little out of hand when
Santa got drunk for Christmas

Got tipsy
Underneath the mistletoe
Oh how he made them all
Wanna throw up
When Santa did his dance
Swung his candy cane all around
Scared them to and fro
With a belly
That made it clear
Someone had had too much jelly
On the night Santa got drunk for Christmas

Uh oh
Santa's on the naughty list now
Cos Mrs. Claus just found out
Tonight closing those legs
Tells old Saint Nick
You ain't getting none
It's sleeping on the couch and AA for you
Don' t wanna ever catch you
With that vixen again
Such a sad case

Too bad
This is his story
Of one holiday
Gone so very wrong
The night
Santa got drunk for Christmas

Santa Can You Hear Me?

Oh Yah..
Last Night I Took A Walk In The Snow,
Couples Holding Hands Places To Go,
Seems Like Everyone But Me Is In Love,
Santa, Can You Hear Me?
I Signed My Letter That I Sealed With A Kiss,
I Sent It Off And Just Said This,
I Know Exactly What I Want This Year,
Santa, Can You Hear Me?
I Want My Baby, Baby
I Want Someone To Love Me,
Someone To Hold,
And Maybe, Maybe,
He'll Be All My Own,
With A Big Red Bow
[Chorus]
Santa Can You Hear Me?
I Have Been So Good This Year,
And All I Want Is One Thing,
Tell Me My True Love Is Here,
He's All I Want,
Just For Me,
Underneath My Christmas Tree,
I'll Be Waiting Here,
Santa That's My Only Wish This Year.
oooooh yah...yah, yah,
Christmas Eve I Just Can't Sleep,
Would I Be Wrong For Taking A Peek?
'Cause I Heard That You're Coming To Town,
Santa Can You Hear Me?
I Really Hope That You're On Your Way,
With Something Special For Me In Your Sleigh,
Oh Please Make My Wish Come True,
Santa Can You Hear Me?
I Want My Baby, Baby
I Want Someone To Love Me,
Someone To Hold,
And Maybe, Maybe,
We'll Be All Alone Under The Mistletoe.
[Chorus]
Santa Can You Hear Me?
I Have Been So Good This Year
And All I Want Is One Thing,
Tell Me My True Love Is Here,
He's All I Want,
Just For Me,
Underneath My Christmas Tree,
I'll Be Waiting Here,
Santa That's My Only Wish This Year..
I Hope My Letter Reaches You In Time,
Bring Me Love I Can Call All Mine,
Cuz I Have Been So Good (so good this year )
Can We Be All Alone Under The Mistletoe,
He's All I Want In A Big Red Bow,
[Chorus]
Santa Can You Hear Me?
I Have Been So Good This Year,
And All I Want Is One Thing,
Tell Me My True Love Is Here,
He's All I Want,
Just For Me,
Underneath My Christmas Tree,
I'll Be Waiting Here,
Santa That's My Only Wish This Year..
Oooh Santa
Can You Hear Me? Ooooh
Oh Santa..
He's All I Want,
Just For Me,
Underneath My Christmas Tree,
I'll Be Waiting Here,
Santa That's My Only Wish This Year,
Santa That's My Only Wish This Year.

My Only Wish

oh yeah yeah...
Last night i took a walk in the snow,
Couples holdin hands, places to go,
Seems like everyone but me is in love
Santa can you hear me?
I signed my letter that i sealed with kiss,
I sent it off, it just said this:
"i know exactly what i want this year"
Santa can you hear me?
I want my baby, baby
I want someone to love me, someone to hold,
Maybe maybe,
He'll be all my own in a big red bow
Santa can you hear me?
I have been so good this year
And all i want is one thing,
Tell me my true love is here
He's all i want, just for me
Underneath my christmas tree
I'll be waiting here
Santa that's my only wish this year
Yeahh...
Christmas eve, i just can't sleep
Would i be wrong for takin a peek
Cuz i heard that you're comin to town
Santa can you hear me?
I really hope that you're on your way
With something special for me in your sleigh
Oh please make my wish come true,
Santa can you hear me?
I want my baby, baby
I want someone to love me, someone to hold
Baby, baby, baby
We'll be all alone under the mistletoe
Santa can you hear me?
I have been so good this year,
All i want is one thing
Tell me my true love is here
He's all i want, just for me
Underneath my christmas tree
I'll be waiting here
Santa that's my only wish this year
I hope my letter reaches you in time, (oh yeah)
Bring me love i can call all mine (oh yeah)
Cuz i have been so good this year, (oh oh)
Can't be alone under the mistletoe,
He's all i want in a big red bow.
Santa can you hear me?
I have been so good this year
And all i want is one thing
Tell me my true love is near
He's all i want, just for me
Underneath my christmas tree
I'll be waiting here,
Santa that's my only wish this year
Ahh ahh ahh
Oh santa, can you hear me...?
Oh santa, well he's all i want
Just for me, underneath my christmas tree
I'll be waiting here,
Santa that's my only wish this year
Santa that's my only wish this year.

The Night Before Christmas

Children carry through the streets
A brightly painted star.
Angels gather round the hearth,
Strumming on guitars.
Men of great renown and faith
Say prayers on boulevards.
Its the night before christmas.
But you dont have to be an angel
To sing harmony.
You dont have to be a child
To love the mystery. (mystery)
And you dont have to be a wise man
On bended knee.
The heart of this christmas is in you and me.
(the night before christmas.)
(the night before christmas.)
If your hearts been longing,
Youve been afraid to try,
Sorrows kept you company,
And the dance has passed by,
Ill lift you up and blaze with you
Across the moonlit sky
On the night before christmas.
cause you dont have to be an angel
To sing harmony.
You dont have to be a child
To love the mystery. (mystery)
And you dont have to be a wise man
On bended knee.
The heart of this christmas is in you and me.
The heart of this christmas is in you and me.
(the night before christmas.)
(the night) the night before christmas.
(the night) the night before christmas.
(the night) the night before christmas.
(the night before christmas.)
(the night) the night before christmas.
(the night before christmas.)
(the night) the night before christmas.
(the night) la, la, la, la....

Child Of Winter

A child of winter
A child of the snow
I'm making a snowball
That someone will throw
I'm making a snowman
With charcoal for the eyes
A scarf draped in red
And a derby on his head
Here comes santa claus, here comes santa claus
Right down santa claus lane
Vixen and blitzen and all his reindeer are pulling on the reins
Bells are ringing, children singing
All is merry and bright
Hang your stockings and say your prayers
'cause santa claus comes tonight
The evening of christmas
Presents have been passed
The wood in the fireplace
Is glowing its last
I'm closing my eyes now
In my bed i'm snuggling
Outside my window
The carolers sing
Christmas comes and the snow covers all
Trees are decorated with tinsel and lights
Mama's in the kitchen making cookies and bread
The children are hungry, they're waiting to be fed
A child of christmas
A child of snow
A wonderful feeling
Underneath the mistletoe
And may your christmas
Last all year
With laughter of children
Peace and cheer
A child of christmas
A child of snow
A wonderful feeling
Underneath the mistletoe
Merry christmas to you
Ding dong ding go the bells
Ding dong ding go the bells
Ding dong ding go the bells
Ding dong ding go the bells
Ding dong ding go the bells

Christmas White

Beneath a tree
A mistletoe
Holding someone
You love close

The snow outside
A Christmas white
Children asleep
Dreams in their eyes

Noel
Silent night
Words known well
Caroled tonight

Bells on doorways
Christmas lights on every tree
See the wreaths
Looks like a Christmas white to me

The snow outside falling
Children dreaming of a sleigh
In hopes of a glimpse of
Santa on his way

Merry Christmas to you
Upon this holy night
And may the heavens bless you
With a Merry Christmas white.

Merry Christmas to you all from

All I Want For Christmas

I don't want a lot for Christmas
There's just one thing I need
I don't care about the presents
Underneath the Christmas tree
I just want you for my own
More than you could ever know
Make my wish come true...
All i want for christmas
is you...
I don't want a lot for christmas
There is just one thing i need
I don't care about the presents
Underneath the Christmas tree
I don't need to hang my stockings
There upon the fireplace
Santa Clause won't keep me happy
With a toy on christmas day
I just want you for my own
More than you could ever know
Make my wish come true
All I want for Christmas is you...
You baby
I won't ask for much this Christmas
I won't even ask for snow
I'm just gonna keep on waiting
Underneath the mistletoe
I won't make a list and send it
To the north pole for Saint nick
I won't even stay awake to
hear those magic reindeer click
'Cause i just you here tonight
Holding on to me so tight
What more can I do
Baby all I want for christmas is you
You...
All the lights are shining
So brightly everywhere
And the sound of children's
Laughter fills the air
And everyone is singing
I hear those sleigh bells ringing
Santa won't you bring me the one I really need-
won't you please bring my baby to me...
Oh i don't want a lot for christmas
This is all I'm asking for
I just want to see my baby
Standing right outside my door
Oh I just want him for my own
More than you could ever know
Make my wish come true
Baby all I want for christmas is
you

Hey Santa

If everyday was christmas
If we could make believe
If everyone would care a little more
Thered be harmoney
The city is covered in snow tonight
The children fast asleep
Im waiting for him, but hes nowhere in sight
And I wonder if he can hear me
Hey santa
Hey santa...santa
I wish with all my might
Hey santa
Hey santa...santa
Bring my baby home tonight
Why does it feel like its colder than winter
Even by the fireside
My baby said hed be home for christmas
And now its almost midnight
The christmas lights up and down the street
Are such a sight to see
But all the presents by the tree
They dont mean a thing till hes with me
Hey santa
Hey santa...santa
I wish with all my might
Hey santa
Hey santa...santa
If you hear me wont you hurry
Bring my baby tonight
I know your sleigh is full inside
But wont you stop and give my baby a ride
Ill be waiting by candle light this christmas
The christmas lights up and down the street
Are such a sight to see
But all the presents by the tree
They dont mean a thing
Santa please hear me
Hey santa
Hey santa...santa
I wish with all my might
Hey santa
Hey santa...santa
If you hear me wont you hurry
Bring my baby tonight
The christmas lights up and down the street
The presents by the tree
I hear a knock, oh can it be?
My wish is staring back at me
Hey santa
Hey santa...santa
I guess you heard me tonight
Hey santa
Hey santa...santa
Im underneath the mistletoe
With my baby tonight
Sleigh ride...
Its christmas time...

I Saw Mommy Kissing Santa Claus

Christmas toys all over the place
Little johnny wears a funny smile on his face
Johnny has a secret, and a secret he must share
He wants to tell somebody, so he tells his teddy bear
I saw mommy kissing santa claus
Underneath the mistletoe last night
Well, she didnt see me creep
Down the stairs to have a peek
She though that I was tucked up in my bedroom fast asleep
Then I saw mommy tickle santa claus
Underneath his beard so snowy white
What a laugh it would have been
If daddy had walked in
And saw mommy kissing santa claus last night
I saw mommy kissing santa claus
Underneath the mistletoe last night
Well, she didnt see me creep
Down the stairs to have a peek
She though that I was tucked up in my bedroom fast asleep
But I know I saw mommy tickle santa claus
Underneath his beard so snowy white
What a laugh it would have been
If daddy had walked in
And saw mommy kissing santa claus last night
And saw mommy kissing santa claus last night (one more time!)
And saw mommy kissing santa claus last night
On the lips!

This Christmas

Words and music by donney hathway and nadine mckinnor
Hang all the mistletoe
Im gonna get to know you better
This christmas
And as we trim the tree
How much fun its gonna be together
This christmas
The fireside is blazing bright
Were caroling through the night
And this christmas will be
A very special christmas for me, yeah
Presents and cards are here
My world is filled with cheer and you
This christmas
Lights twinkle all around
But your eyes outshine the town
They do, this christmas
The fireside is blazing bright
Were caroling through the night
And this christmas will be
A very special christmas for me, yeah
This christmas will be
A very special christmas for me, yeah
The fireside is blazing bright
Were caroling through the night
Yeah, this christmas
Hang all the mistletoe
Im going to get to know you better
This christmas
This christmas
Yeah, this christmas will be
A very special christmas for me
This christmas
Hang all the mistletoe
Im going to get to know you better

Welcome Christmas

It is getting colder and colder outside
Winter is coming around the corner
and so is Christmas with all its pride
I promise it won't be getting warmer.

The nights are long and silent nowadays
Could Claus be riding his sleigh this night,
Or is there a snow storm coming this way,
Maybe Santa is checking his list to be right?

I looked above in the evening light for the thrill
of Christmas to begin and ring in happy melodies.
Once again, and for a moment I felt the cold chill
Warming me as I heard the beautiful chimes harmony.

Peace enfolded the world with glowing stars above
Christmas has come again with all its amazement
And the magic that brings the hope of course is love.
Welcome Christmas as the world awaits in enjoyment.

One more time, the Christmas tree lights shine bright
Gifts are passed around with words of great esteem
Father Christmas was here once again over night
Merry Christmas one and all and a joyous eve.

Thank God Its Christmas

Words and music by brian may and roger taylor
Oh my love weve had our share of tears
Oh my friend weve had our hopes and fears
Oh my friends its been a long hard year
But now its christmas
Yes its christmas
Thank God its christmas
The moon and stars seem awful cold and bright
Lets hope the snow will make this christmas right
My friend the world will share this special night
Because its christmas
Yes its christmas
Thank God its christmas
For one night
Thank God its christmas yeah
Thank God its christmas
Thank God its christmas
Can it be christmas?
Let it be christmas
Evry day
Oh my love weve lived in troubled days
Oh my friend we have the strangest ways
All my friends on this one day of days

Under My Tree

It's that time of year
Christmas is here
everybody's back together again

Spreading the joy
Spreading the cheer
Toasting to anthoer year's end

So thankful for
All of my friends
Oh.

When the party is over
the night's just begun
I promise the best part is
yet to come

slow dance together
two become one
that's what we've waited all day for

no one else but me and you
nothin i would rather do
than hold you all through the night under my tree
bring along the mistle toe
keep the music nice and low
i'll show how good it could be
i wish that santa could be here to see
it's beautiful under my tree

the fire's aglow
we've got Nat King Cole
singing us a song from his heart

sleigh bells and snow
makes us feel close
to the stars

when the carols are sung
and the fire has died
the amber stills burns with the love in our eyes

cherish the moment
savor the night
that's what we've waited all day for

No one else but me and you
Nothin i would rather do
than hold you all through the night uunder my tree
bring along the mistletoe
keep the music nice and low
i'll show you how good it could be
i wish that santa could be here to see
it's beautiful under my tree

no one but me
no one but you
sweet rendevous
under my tree

no one but me
no one but you

when the party is over
the night's just begun
i promise the best part is

That Christmas Night

when three wise men came all to town
to a new born king they offered crown
the manger was the star they sight
and they followed well till there
thus it was that christmas night

sabina thought us some xmas song
ode and co all sang it so wrong
just a few we knew did it right
all we then knew was fun to have
thus it was that christmas night

santa came to zodiac stayed for long
that even Dan too had to come along
babies to their mothers held on tight
so the end of it was gift to home
thus it was that christmas night

we three kings the carols read
as it lingers on children feeds
a wine gulp and a chicken bite
was all it was for grownups then
thus it was that christmas night

mummy's choice again was wise
as i wore those shoes as twice
and those jeans without a fight
the best she had the best she gave
thus it was that christmas night

Smokeless Chimney

climb as you go, walk down as you enter
the open fire stock and find the sleepless
night of the foot print of Santa gift

look the smokestack gently wait the sleigh;
as the chilled midst murmur waiting each
rapped sack display. in the Christmas tree
solemnly stand of the beautiful light of the
night

wild lips tangle with rapid tongue, the
sweet chocolate find its fun on its colorful
rapper where every eyes always say wow!

oh! easy to know in every step on the
snow, even in the sand the great Santa
always look to peep with in the snow so
gently he shows

oh! Santa Claus, the silent chimney of
the houses come and see the happy faces
of the children, willing to change for
a little gift of toys and candies to bring; so
lovely to see worthy as the night sleep
waiting to free the Santa Claus in the home
I’ll like to be

Thank you dear Santa Claus my One …
